Chris and his wife did a fantastic job with applying a ceramic coating and polishing on my 2023 Tacoma. He communicated thoroughly through out the job with text and video keeping me informed over the 3 day process. They also had me come back 2 weeks later to demonstrate the hand wash process to maintain the paint and minimize swirls, scratches and water spots. Overall a pretty good car wash. For the price the vacuums should be free. Tire shine is quite a bit off because they don't use rails to guide your car. I had some fuzzy bits left over in my rear bumper from the wash

Best car wash experience I've had in a long time. Friendly staff, helped pick the right package for my needs (drove from Phx AZ to Dayton OH and was covered in bugs) and they made sure with this package id lose the bigs and protect my car, they even extra sprayed the front of my car to really clean off the bugs. I feel like the usage of tools and the actual car wash itself were all really good and proper to my needs. I wish we had one down in AZ. Would 100% buy a subscription if there were in AZ near me. I'd be the first AZ customer if I could.

They damaged my truck and told me to kick rocks. Absolutely livid from my experience at this car wash. Bought a new Ram 1500 and took it through this car wash. I've never been through an express car wash like this before and after they explained everything I asked if I needed to do anything and they said no. When pulling up the attendant used her hand to eyeball the distance between my mirrors and I guess the wash and left my mirrors out. In the car wash both sides mirrors got flipped in and covered in deep scratches on the outside. Obviously I was a bit upset my brand new truck just had damage done to it so I go inside and make an incident report which they require. I was kind and respectful and not at all rude to staff as I understand accidents happen and figured they would make it right after I fill out the report. I get a call 3 days later saying they "reviewed footage" and saw no damage along the side of my truck before or after. I responded the damage was on my side mirrors which were whacked in during the wash. She replied that's on me since they have signage about side mirrors and it's my fault for not flipping them in. I saw no visible signage there, you can look through their photos and see if you see any as I don't. Besides that I asked the team if there is anything I needed to do as well as the attendant eyeballing my mirrors when I came up. I would give 0 stars if I could. They leave me literally zero options other than small claims which I'm sure would be nearly impossible to prove anything even if I did have their "footage" they claim exists. Absolutely criminal customer service and shame on management and ownership for not owning up to their mistakes and giving me the run around on fixing my first nice vehicle I've ever bought for myself. EDIT: Don't go here people. Just look at other reviews, especially recently. Plenty of examples of them damaging vehicles, many much more egregious than mine, every time they refuse to admit fault. Don't trust your vehicles with this business, they don't know what they're doing and they won't make it right.

This is a great place that I love to go and get my car washed at. One of the great things about this car wash is that they have a line of vacuums for your use and it is free. The only downside is the Starbucks right next door. It is super hard to squeeze in and out when it is busy at the bucks.

I'll have to go back another time for sure but I did the $7 car wash and it missed a lot on my car. Plus it shows $10 pending on my card, that makes me a little unsure. Hopefully it doesn't over charge me. I'll update my review if it does. Avoid the $7 wash, it's pointless. See my pictures to prove it. The top of my car got washed real good but the rest still has a bunch of salt on it.

Talking about value added!! Yes, vacuuming costs, however, 'Dean's Car Wash' offers a product few other local car washes have...a spot/carpet cleaner, and car spray!!! I often come here to top off my car with a quick carpet/upholstery clean followed by the fragrance spray!!!

Just moved to the area and was looking for a new monthly service wash. This one was not optimal. The wash didn't even get the soapy water off my car and I have streaks everywhere now. My car was soaking wet after it finished so I don't think the dryer is working. And they have no spray or anything so you can clean the inside.

Staff - Awesome. Location Cleanliness - Great. Wash Quality - Fine. Location Layout - Terrible. Full disclosure, I have a Ford F-250. That being said, even after being guided around the first bend just to get to the machine to insert my payment, I still had to jump the turn with my rear driver-side tire. Then it was another extremely uncomfortable turn into the wash itself. And then an anxiety inducing exit out onto Seajay where you have to make an immediate turn to the right before trying to get into Seajay all over the distance of MAYBE twenty feet. Horrible layout. When they mapped the property they should have realizes it was nowhere near big enough for a car wash and they should have chosen a different location. Again, staff was awesome. Location layout is the reason I won't be returning.

Been coming here on the monthly plan for About three months now, and always a fan of the service here. The washes themselves are great, but with the free availability of towels and vacuums it’s always worth the price. Thanks for the quick chat Curt (not sure if I spelt that right) but happy to be an avid customer. Even if you’re not interested in the monthly plans, a single wash for $10 lets you access all the towels, cleaners, air, and vacuums. Also, the option to temporarily halt your monthly subscriptions is nice too if you ever travel. Just speak to someone and they’ll take care of it. 10/10 recommend for regular car maintenance

After hearing good reviews, I recently took my girlfriend’s car for a wash at WhiteWater Express Car Wash and had a great first experience here! The attendants were friendly and efficient and, noticing that the first wash didn’t clean all of the excess dirt, even offered to let us go through a deluxe wash a second time! After checking in again to make sure we were satisfied, he left us with a bag of goodies. We will definitely be coming back here!

Jeremy tinted my windows on my 2016 Ford Fusion, and did a stellar job! I. previously had no tint on my car so it was a “fishbowl” and had 0 privacy to it. Now that i have my windows tinted, that’s no longer an issue. Wouldn’t recommend any one else to tint your windows or detail your car.

Everyone was very nice. It was a laid-back atmosphere. We got the undercoating protection. There's a little shaded area where customers can wait, and it was a very nice day. We waited only 45 minutes before they told us they had already finished. They did a very good job. They even called us to tell us we'd forgotten our lucky coffee cup.😁

Alex was recommended for a few friends car enthusiasts; I had an issue after buying a balck used 2020 Lexus UX I noticed how bad the condition of the paint was, a lot of swirls marks and scratches. Alex definitely helped to bring back to life the paint of my car with 2 steps paint correction process and a Ceramic coating guaranteed for 3 years. The difference was huge, he's really transparent and will help you to not waste your money explaining how to take care of the vehicle after the ceramic treatment. A week after he took care of my C7 for a step 1 polish and sealant to get ready my car for the spring.

What can I say... this place is not great. I have tried them a few times now, and have been disappointed each time. Your car will still be dirty after this wash, and it will be left with rubber bristle/uncleaned dirt streaks all over. Additionally, I am not sure if it's a sensor error (my mirrors ALWAYS get flipped in), the conveyor belt pulling people through too quickly, or the scrubbers not reaching the right areas, but there are always large, uncleaned patches on my car. I can understand the car having hard to reach areas, but these are right on my front bumper and hood. This has been infinitely more apparent during this winter season, where the dirt and salt is extremely visible. See photos from my wash today. Others may have a different experience, but mine has not been good... and I bought a card with multiple washes on it, so I'm stuck till I finish that out.

Have successfully used Mikes and Flying Ace with no problems and good cleaning. Went to Mistic because I was in the area. Ripped the passenger mirror off and shattered it. Have been unable to reach George the manager even after leaving messages. Lesson learned…won’t go there again!

Darren was extremely thorough. I had not had my interior cleaned detailed in at three years. There were set in stains, crumbs, and I had just spilled my protein shake all over the car. The right/2nd lane of the automatic wash is not wide enough for a Silverado 1500 unless you fold your mirrors in before entering, and even then it’s very tight and the wash arms come within inches, so be careful entering precisely center. With the mirrors folded in Lane 2, the jets don’t angle in a way that will clean them, but at least they won’t make contact. With mirrors out in Lane 2, the wash mechanism crashes into both mirrors with every pass. I didn’t have the same trouble when I used the leftmost wash lane on a previous visit. There should be signage warning pickup trucks to use the left/1st lane only, and skip this place entirely if you have anything bigger than a 1500.

We use this car wash pretty regularly because our SUV cannot go through automatic car washes due to a leaky window. It's a clean car wash, the stalls work great and it has always worked well. There are vacuums for use after. It's not a super convenient location but it works so that makes up for that.

Today was our 3rd time having a family car detailed at Beyond Kompare. It's always a wonderful, stress-free experience. We got the extreme interior detailing service for our CRV, and I could not be more impressed with the service received. The team was extremely thorough and even cleaned both of the carseats that were inside the CRV. As you can see from the photos, the vehicle looks nearly brand new inside! I'm so happy I found Gleam & Gloss Mobile Detail. It was a fantastic experience working with Jeremy from start to finish. He's honest, hard working, and really good at what he does. I was a little nervous letting someone else detail our motorhome, since it's our pride and joy. But Jeremy happily talked me through their process and eased my concerns. And the finished product speaks for itself! I'm sad to say I let our RV sit in our yard collecting dirt, attracting animals, and getting generally covered in yard debris for the last 9 months. But after a couple hours of work, it looks like new. It hasn't looked this clean since we first took it home. Jeremy brought an impressive rig with him and completed the job right in our driveway. He didn't even use our hose, which is pretty amazing. And somehow the driveway was mess-free when they left. The equipment is a little bit noisy, but our toddler still napped right through it. They've got seriously professional cleaning gear, including a setup with hot water, so the van was able to be cleaned in the middle of winter. The cost is as good or better than any other legitimate cleaning service we looked at, especially considering you don't have to drive the RV somewhere or drop it off overnight. We are definitely planning to call Jeremy in the spring to give it a fresh wax, and then probably again in the fall before we store it. The bottom line is that Jeremy is a stand-up, trustworthy guy. If you've got a vehicle you care about, he'll treat it with care too. The service is top notch and the finished product is as good as we could have hoped for. Worth every penny!

Above and beyond what we expected could come from a 4 hour session!! I think we did the diamond wash - whatever included the steam cleaning. Our car looks and smells brand new. We had TONS of dog hair all over, our windows were a mess from the dog slobber, and our cloth seats had some stains. It was all gone when we got our car back. Worth every penny! I have utilized VEI for many services on several of my vehicles. I have always been more than satisfied and very, very pleased. Most recently I took my new vehicle in and when I picked it up I wasn’t completely satisfied with the work that had been preformed. I discussed my concerns with Jeremy and clearly my overall satisfaction was his main concern. My situation involved a third party vendor making the solution a bit more complicated. They seem to not dry the car very well. I ha e to ask them to dry my mirrors and su roof. Ha nt been drying the back of the car. I get home and the entire car is spotted where was not dried and spots dried. I always tip as I know this is not an easy job. Doesn't seem to matter. We are extremely satisfied with the service we received from Brian and the excellent team at Ziebart in Centerville, Ohio. We recently purchased a 2016 GMC Sierra in really good shape for being 8 years old already and we wanted it to last a long time, so we researched rust protection. We decided to get the Ceramic Z-Gloss total protection package. It looks like a brand new truck! The treatments really brought out the metallic shine in the Crimson Red Metallic paint—and it’s so smooth to the touch! The interior is so clean, we are taking every precaution we can to preserve the wonderful job they did! We also purchased the Rhino Liner, which is a great protective layer if you haul anything, and a new tonneau cover to replace a leaking one. Like we said, it looks like a brand new truck!! My search for an auto detailing company began with hesitation right off the bat. I was unable to contact a local company that could fit the 2018 Corvette through their wash bay. Thankfully, I found Extreme Clean. No wash bay requirements because they clean bumper to bumper by hand! What a relief! Not only was every inch of the car sparkling upon return, but I was able to evaluate any existing nicks on the car with the attendant. Did I mention the lovely folks who work here actually picked up the car from our office and dropped it off six hours later?! This is included in their very reasonable price. I spoke with Mark on the phone inquiring about getting the Rhino Lining on my new truck's bed. I mentioned the dealer offering a vehicle protection plan from Ziebart at a discounted rate, but that I was not sure. He took the time to explain the benefits of the free yearly renewal when going through the dealer. I WAS SOLD! He booked me within a few days and I am completely satisfied. They even buffed out a scuff on the bumper that I planned to take back to the dealer to have them address. I feel Mark and the team went above and beyond from beginning to end and I had an amazing experience. I am actually returning to get my front windows tinted in a few days. Hard to beat the peace of mind with lifetime warranties on tint and Rhino lining, and the yearly application of rust protection as well as the interior and paint Protection.

My Tahoe's electric start stopped working, so I called Ziebart. They said to bring it in, and we would look at it. I arrived shortly after, and the guys looked at it right away and were able to fix it. They were very friendly and helpful.

Had interior exterior detailing done there a few weeks ago. We won’t use them again. They did very poor job on exterior. They claim it was washed waxed by hand which was a poor job. I get a better job done at local car wash for 12.00. As for the interior my windows were not even done they still have a film on them in/out. Interior detailing was done half as$ed. What a huge waste for over $400.00 very poor quality shady work. Beware! Crooks as far as I’m concerned.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience my first time here. I was referred to this car wash and went with their full interior detail and was left with not only smudges, but a broken vent that will no longer turn side to side. I had already decided not to return because of the smudgy glass (I think they used a dirty wipe or dirty water to clean the inside of my windows), and they missed cleaning the fabric on the passenger side A-pillar, I just re-cleaned it myself at home. I didn't notice the vent was broken until 3 days later (I don't drive very often) and when I called, the receptionist was short, refused to accept any responsibility, I just wanted an apology. It was my first time having my car detailed - I normally just clean my car myself on a regular basis, but I definitely won't return here.
