I talked to Aaron (the owner) and mixed up my dates as to when I needed my vehicle detailed. He was busy but still worked over to get my vehicle done. I had old stains in my cloth seats. And when I got my vehicle back. My jaw dropped. I thought that I would have to drive around with these stains forever. I also gave him a second vehicle that need detailing inside and out. Purchased “barn find” RV during last trip to Ohio. We live in Florida, so I selected Done Rite due to a random search, and then going by his high ratings. Mitchell was detailing my car and was doing a great job, however the windows were never smear free, and when I addressed it with him after the 2nd time, he said it was due to the heat and sun, which I understand , so I suggested that we do it at a time when there was no sun and less heat. When it happened the third time I tried to address it with him by leaving a voice mail, then trying by Email. I feel confident enough to say that he blew me off. I have been using and Mikez Mobile Detailing out of Stow for the last year, and he has not disappointed me.

Amazing experience, impeccable work, highly recommend! JayClean was recently recommended to me by a friend after I purchased a slightly used (new to me) 2021 Volvo XC60. Jay was transparent and thorough in his presentation of services as I had no experience with paint correction, ceramic coating or film wrap on any car I've owned in the past. When all was said and done Jay actually ended up recommending less work after getting a closer look at the vehicle in his shop and determining film might not be the best fit due to some previous imperfections to the hood. It should be noted that Jay could have very easily ran with our original plan and taken more of my money, but presented me with honest options to choose from. I ended up going with full ceramic coating to the exterior and interior of the car. I also opted for the fabriguard tx to the interior which has already payed off after a few months of ownership. This was my first experience with JayClean and I will absolutely be back, and will be sure to recommend others in the future.

I have to say it's very hard to find a place I trust to leave my truck for an extended period of time (2 days) and trust to lay hands on my truck. But, after talking with Ryan and his help about their experience and products, I felt quite comfortable trusting them to take care of my vehicle and to do the job right. I most definitely was not mistaken. Ryan was so easy to work with to get me on the schedule in a pretty quick manner. I'd say within a week he had my truck in. As for the job done, let me just say, the last time I felt the way I did when I walked into the building to pick up my truck up, was the day I drove it off the lot. And honestly, I think it looked even better after these guys did their magic, allowing me to fall in love with my vehicle all over again, seriously my heart sang. I had them do a complete in/out detailing as well as a ceramic coating, and perfect is the only way to describe the job done. On top of doing what I asked of them, they got out almost every imperfection/scratch in my clear coat touched up to like new appearance. On top of this they went even further above and beyond and painted both exhaust tips and my trailer hitch, as they were rusting up from use. I really can't thank these guys enough, so I'm hoping my tip and this review can help other nervous and protective vehicle owners looking to have an extreme job done right find Ryan and his help. These boys are the real deal! Keep up the good work guys and I'll see ya again soon with the wife's car! ;)

Signed up for the Mod Wash package. Great car wash, car is shining. Quick service times, and great customer service. An employee will give you a air freshener at the gate and then another employee will offer you one once your in the tunnel. Air fresheners smell great. Vacuum bays are loaded with supplies to help you clean the interior of your car. 10/10

I can't say enough good things about MB Detailing. Mollie has detailed 2 of my trucks and even my golf cart. Then I had her tint my daughter's windows with carbon tint. She did such a good job, I took my truck in to get tinted. The work is top notch, everything is always done when she says it will be, communication is great. Bobby with Exclusive Auto Detail is very straightforward with pricing and makes sure you leave satisfied with your clean vehicle. I just had my SUV detailed with them and they did an amazing job. I took my black Chevy truck into Superior Ohio not knowing if they could get 3 years worth of car wash scratches out of the truck I just bought. I had a great experience with an individual from Ultragloss today. Now I did not use their services but the amazing staff helped me out when I was in a tight spot. I feel bad for not getting the guys name and for interrupting there training today. Well anyways my trailer that I was pulling today decided to blow out a wheel bearing and I was stuck on the side of the road. I tried stopping at a tire shop around the corner from them and they said they couldn’t help me. So I walked over to Ultragloss and asked them for some help. The individual that answered the door very friendly and helpful. He let me use some tools and even checked to see if I needed help. All I can say is Thank You! Thank you! The bays charged me 3 transactions off my card after I ran it through numerous times. Yes that was my fault. The card was taken for over 20. I called the guy said "I'll give you a free wash" and send you ur money bk on venmo. This guy's a liar. It's happened over 7 time in 3 yrs. The owners machines are bigger crooks then he is. I'm not using this place ever again. Good luck! This is why I am the way I am to others. Morally wrong.loss for words.

I was told the job would be $330 to rust proof undercarriage of my car over the phone, when I had the job done it was $370. I was told to have the rest of my car rust proofed would be "about $340 more" Seriously? $700 ? The whole package was quoted $550 when I called. Came to this car wash for the first time, I thought it was a little pricey $15 for the cheapest wash. To top it off it didn’t really clean the front end of my car I still have a lot of bugs on the front of it and on the windshield. So I probably won’t return there. The customer service at the pay station was great. It’s hard to see in the windshield but they’re all over it.

Made my car shiny. Not clean. Dirt, bird poop, all still there. Very disappointed becauseI have been coming here for years and it does seem that over the years the quality here is getting worse and worse. Update. I brought up my issues to the person running the car wash and he was very kind and let me go through another time.
