I have to say it's very hard to find a place I trust to leave my truck for an extended period of time (2 days) and trust to lay hands on my truck. But, after talking with Ryan and his help about their experience and products, I felt quite comfortable trusting them to take care of my vehicle and to do the job right. I most definitely was not mistaken. Ryan was so easy to work with to get me on the schedule in a pretty quick manner. I'd say within a week he had my truck in. As for the job done, let me just say, the last time I felt the way I did when I walked into the building to pick up my truck up, was the day I drove it off the lot. And honestly, I think it looked even better after these guys did their magic, allowing me to fall in love with my vehicle all over again, seriously my heart sang. I had them do a complete in/out detailing as well as a ceramic coating, and perfect is the only way to describe the job done. On top of doing what I asked of them, they got out almost every imperfection/scratch in my clear coat touched up to like new appearance. On top of this they went even further above and beyond and painted both exhaust tips and my trailer hitch, as they were rusting up from use. I really can't thank these guys enough, so I'm hoping my tip and this review can help other nervous and protective vehicle owners looking to have an extreme job done right find Ryan and his help. Purchased “barn find” RV during last trip to Ohio. We live in Florida, so I selected Done Rite due to a random search, and then going by his high ratings. Darius was super professional and took his time to do everything right. I had blonde dog hair all over my black interior and now you can’t even tell a dog has ever been in the car. Will use again. 2024 Update: Darius detailed my vehicle again this year and did another fantastic job. If you need dog hair removed, he will make it happen. The car wash I got was nice, until I started drying my car off. There was still some ice on the back window of my car and some bird droppings that didn’t get washed off. I’m just not happy after paying $30 for a car wash. I could have got better results with a cheaper place! All and all I will probably never go back!

Very badly managed. On Jan 30 2025 at 3PM absolutely zero management of the wash line up. Cars in the members only line forced to wait while many cars got immediate service by pulling into the regular gates-sometimes 4-5 cars got through in the non-members lane while the members only lane was backed into the public street. I have 4 subscriptions and I am going to cancel them all. Tallmadge Ave Mod Wash always is on top of line management - send those managers to Manchester Rd so that they can teach these folks how to deliver and reward customer loyalty!

5 Stars! Just had my 4runner tinted with Ceramic tint by MB Detailing and couldn't be happier with the results. My a/c can keep up much better now at a lower fan setting and a warmer temperature than before having the Ceramic tint installed. Two years ago I had this same vehicle tinted by another shop I've been using for years. I wanted Ceramic tint and paid a lot for Ceramic tint. turns out they installed an inferior dyed tint. Long story short, come see Mollie and know you will get what you paid for and corners will not be cut at your expense. The results speak for themselves.

I was told that I would get everything detailed..he walked up to me and sid I'm done ad and I asked why didn't you do the outside and he goes on to say just the interior...after he left I noticed drizzles coming down all of my windows from the steam...called and asked about it and he hung up on me and blocked me..very shady business practices and they don't do a good job

Amazing experience, impeccable work, highly recommend! JayClean was recently recommended to me by a friend after I purchased a slightly used (new to me) 2021 Volvo XC60. Jay was transparent and thorough in his presentation of services as I had no experience with paint correction, ceramic coating or film wrap on any car I've owned in the past. When all was said and done Jay actually ended up recommending less work after getting a closer look at the vehicle in his shop and determining film might not be the best fit due to some previous imperfections to the hood. It should be noted that Jay could have very easily ran with our original plan and taken more of my money, but presented me with honest options to choose from. I ended up going with full ceramic coating to the exterior and interior of the car. I also opted for the fabriguard tx to the interior which has already payed off after a few months of ownership. This was my first experience with JayClean and I will absolutely be back, and will be sure to recommend others in the future.

Bobby with Exclusive Auto Detail is very straightforward with pricing and makes sure you leave satisfied with your clean vehicle. I just had my SUV detailed with them and they did an amazing job. I am so grateful for Adam at Premium Car Detailing! I called in a bit of a panic today, as a bowl of carryout soup had spilled in the back of my new car and had seeped behind the seat! He told me to come in asap so he could take a look at it and hopefully, get it cleaned up and back to normal on the spot. He took great care, by first calling the dealership service center for instructions on how to remove my back seats (it is a brand new model of an electric car, so he wanted to make sure he was informed on how to do so.) I bought a Black 2022 C8 Corvette HTC back in October. I know I had waxed that car (Ceramic Wax) over 50 times. And man did it look nice. Got complements everywhere I went. “But”, when the sun hit that Black directly or you were really up close to it, you could see those “Spider web looking lines in it”. And it drove me crazy. I knew I needed the car buffed out (AKA Paint Correction). I had already Clay bared the car twice, but to no avail. So I started searching detail shops. I know that I either talked to or visited 15 to 18 people/places. I dropped by “White Glove Detailing “because it was close to my house. I meat Grant and Elliott the owners. I had first went to there Website and read up on the shop. I also noticed that they had detailed 3 or 4 C8’s like mine. I was first very impressed by these two young men. “TO ME” Grant was the salesman, Detailing step by step what they do and what they could do for me. And Elliott, Dude was so intense with his eyes locked in on my car. I just felt this guy was seeing himself locked in on what he needed to do. I was very impressed. Also with the paint correction I understood all of the waxing that I did was going to come off. So I didn’t want to start from scratch, so I went with the ceramic coating. The pricing from the different places that I contacted, the pricing was “ALL OVER THE PLACE”. White Glove Detailing was right about in the middle from bottom price to top price. I thought the pricing was so fair that I had other things done that I hadn’t planned on. Paint Correction and Ceramic was what I was interested in. After getting the price for that, I added “Ceramic coat the Wheels”, “Clear Bra” the nose and “Clear Bra” the Rocker Panels. Grant told me that he would need the car for a couple of days, I told him no problem, I wasn’t in a hurry I just wanted it done right. And right at 2 days Grant called and said your car is ready. When I saw my car, the first thing that came to my mind was, before I brought my car in “I ONLY THOUGHT IT LOOKED GOOD”. This car looked like two different cars. They (Like the old people like myself say) “THEY FLAT LAID MY RIDE OUT” that Black C8 looked like a Million Dollars. I am 1000% happy with the work that they done and 1000% happy with the price I paid. I’ve only lived in the Akron Area for 3yrs and I have found me a Detail Shop that I know for a fact at least once a yr I will be getting my Ceramic tightened up and car fully Detailed. Grant and Elliott are not just really good at what they do, they are both real class Gentlemen. 5 Stars is cutting you guys short, but that’s the most I can give. I just got my car back after putting a machine in my car over night to remove a smell and when I got my car back it had like a butane odor that gets in your clothes and makes it hard to breathe and we took it back the owner smelled it and said, they would take care of it, when we picked it up 2 days later it was just as bad. They tried saying they detailed it but you could tell they didn’t clean my carpet or anything for that matter and I am blown away that they lied right to our face when I asked if he clean my carpet and headliner he said yes! I am not one to write reviews but I am so disappointed that they didn’t get this overwhelming smell like chemical out after they are the ones that put it in my car!

When our car broke down, Justin took pretty good care of us. He literally pushed our car from our house to his garage! Show me another shop that’s willing to do that! Once we determined that the motor was shot, he did some pretty diligent research and found us a solid used motor at a price we felt was reasonable. It definitely took much longer to do the job than we would have liked, but that was due to issues with his parts supplier and casts NO shade on the quality of the work that was done for us. Reasonable cost, and solid work. Would I recommend? Yes. Would I use this garage again? Yes.

I took my car to this man's shop to get my car fixed and painted. He spray-painted over all the damages without fixing the damages. He used a spray paint called Rattle and messed my car up worse. He tried to steal my car and stole my car key to my brand-new car. He is not reputable, a liar, unprofessional, a user, a con artist, and BEWARE!! I was told the job would be $330 to rust proof undercarriage of my car over the phone, when I had the job done it was $370. I was told to have the rest of my car rust proofed would be "about $340 more" Seriously? $700 ? The whole package was quoted $550 when I called. I had a great experience with an individual from Ultragloss today. Now I did not use their services but the amazing staff helped me out when I was in a tight spot. I feel bad for not getting the guys name and for interrupting there training today. Well anyways my trailer that I was pulling today decided to blow out a wheel bearing and I was stuck on the side of the road. I tried stopping at a tire shop around the corner from them and they said they couldn’t help me. So I walked over to Ultragloss and asked them for some help. The individual that answered the door very friendly and helpful. He let me use some tools and even checked to see if I needed help. All I can say is Thank You! Thank you! I definitely recommend this company because if they are that friendly and helpful to a non customer. It is amazing to still find people and businesses that are so helpful.

BE AWARE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: they broke the window breakage sensor when tinting my car. Took my car to dealership for diagnosing an ongoing alarm issue and I was told the window breakage sensor was broken when the car was tinted and that is what has been triggering the anti-theft alarm for the past year. I reached out to this shop for a reasonable solution, but the owner refused to own up to the mistake and stated that a lot can happen in this past year (basically blaming me for their mistake). Time is absolutely irrelevant as the sensor is not a wearable part and cannot break itself. Plus, there is not another person or shop has touched such an inaccessible area ever since this shop did. I also requested owner to give me a call and they never did, so I guess I shouldn’t have tried to be a reasonable person all these time.

Unfortunately the automated car wash only washed half of my truck. The sprayers on the driver's side weren't functioning properly. I called 1 week ago and left a message with my contact info and the issue but have yet to hear back. Quite disappointed in not only the wash but a call back seems to have been warranted considering the situation. If I ever hear back from them I will update my review... Update, they have reached out and said the automated wash has been fixed and will give us a replacement wash.

Came to this car wash for the first time, I thought it was a little pricey $15 for the cheapest wash. To top it off it didn’t really clean the front end of my car I still have a lot of bugs on the front of it and on the windshield. So I probably won’t return there. The customer service at the pay station was great. It’s hard to see in the windshield but they’re all over it.

I can't in words alone describe the attention to detail (beyond), the great amount of care we were shown, how absolutely self sufficient and hard working this man is from this outstanding business! We were absolutely blown away by every aspect of this encounter. The work ethic, his positive attitude and wonderful heart...and I haven't even gotten to the detailing he did to the car itself (including buffing out a damaged area on the side of the car). He LITERALLY made this car look better than the day it was purchased. Fully restored and then far exceeding. This car actually sparkles like a gem (still is and it's been days now). I mean it feels like a trophy it's beyond what we imagined could be done. During a time where people seem lacking in care, attitude, patience, professionalism or standards....this company instead redefines what so many others lack. I also have a brand new Toyota Tundra I plan on having taken care of now that I know about The Bubble Boys and how spectacular they are!

I have a membership to the car wash for the ultimate wash but now my car is still dirty when it comes out the brushes don't touch the windshield water and soap is still on the car the tires don't have tire shine it just not working the right way I hope they get this problem fixed soon

Came for a wash and only had 100 $ bills they couldn't break it but allowed me a free was. What a great place will definitely be using the company for all my car washes from now on. Thanks again guys!
