Such a great experience from start to finish. The owner answered all my questions and kept me in the loop with progress pictures during and after the service. We did the paint correction and ceramic coating and my vehicle looks brand new! We plan to be back for upkeep and other detailing services and look forward to working with Mirror Finish Automotive again.

Where do I start?!?! The WHOLE experience was AWESOME SAUCE 🌻🌻🌻!!! Cale is professional, he communicated everything from beginning to end and his work alone speaks for itself!!! I thank Cale so much for his work, my car is soooooo clean!!! I'm not sure how to add pictures, I definitely took some though! 10/10 experience. My truck hasn’t had the interior detailed since I owed it(5years). I also have a welsh corgi who sheds ALOT. Midgard restored my truck’s interior back to brand new. I am also very pleased on their prices. Worth every penny.

I have to give a huge shout out to this amazing detailer. We were surprising our son with his first vehicle a 2016 jeep Cherokee latitude and we bought it private off of marketplace. It needed to be detailed and I needed it quick. She was not only made sure that she took us in, she did the most amazing job. Every single speck of dirt was gone from the inside of the car and she wax the outside now this car is used and it has a few dings and she was able to get a lot of the visual problems completely erased 100,000,000% recommend her.

Had my car detailed there and they did a really good job. Took the same car to another detailer a while back which still left stains in the seats but sport detailing got everything out. I also took my truck for a polish and ceramic coating and was more than pleased with the results. Chrome and white paint were shiny and raised the value of my truck! Definitely recommend!!

Great car wash. The service is friendly and the wash is great. I’ve been going here since they opened over a year ago. It’s the only place I go. One feature my husband and I like is we buy a preloaded car wash card and share it between ourselves for both of our cars.

Hello, everyone. What I am showing you is pictures of damages of my RAV 2024. Never had any damages on it until I went through their car wash Friday February 14th at 10:51AM. As I was going Through their car wash, I was hearing a hard sound, swiping through the car wash spinners! As I pulled up to the guys to give my rag back, I was politely letting them know “ Hey, I think there’s something that got into the washer spinners somehow that was damaging my car.” The guy said “Oh, you don’t have nothing to worry about this happen sometimes, but there ain’t nothing that can really stick to the spinners.” Of course, my stupid self should have just stopped and parked at the car wash to take a look before I left to do my other duties but I didn’t do that. But this is what happened when I pulled up into my garage and seen these damages.. I called them to let them know. “Hey, I did find damages what can we do to get this fixed?.” because I know they have insurance. They told me to show back up at the car wash and they told me I can fill out some paperwork but the guy said “but there isn’t nothing that they can really do about it because that’s why they have insurance.” Two guys came out to take a look at my RAV and acted like they really cared about the situation and even took pictures of the damages. One of them even mentioned and he said “We have had damages before to vehicles and even worse than mine so it does happen.” Anyways, before I left their parking lot after filling out my paperwork and everything one of the guys told me “if you don’t hear a call back from us Monday then please give us a call back!” and I said of course I definitely will! From number one they are very unprofessional And they really don’t care about your vehicles because I have tried really hard to fight through this to get my vehicle fixed. Monday, I obviously did not call them because I knew it was a holiday and things were going to be closed. So I didn’t hear from them Tuesday, so I tried to call them at least 10 times and they never answered. I did call today and a manager answered the phone and I was basically letting him know that I didn’t ever hear a callback from them and was wondering if they ever heard back from their insurance to see what was going on. Of course he was acting and trying to sound all big and bad and being very rude and said “our car wash wouldn’t do these type of damages and there is no proof that it even happened to your vehicle.” He said “We have your paperwork, but I am not going to send it through because my insurance is not going to cover for your damage because we didn’t do this damage.” He said “your insurance can take care of it and you are being recorded on everything that you are saying.” Basically that is all what I’ve gotten from them. I have been going to this car wash for over a month now because I have been really enjoying them. I wouldn’t make this up and I wouldn’t be lying to them about this. This is very sad and messed up. Now I am left with bebe pellet, looking dense into my car. The sad thing is they probably already found what was into the spinners before it could even get to someone else. My Husband and I take really good damn care to our stuff! Since they are not being very helpful about anything and not taking care of their responsibility, I am now going to post this! ‼️FAIR WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS‼️ I want to say thank you very much to the owner, Krista Marshall! You have been very helpful with everything and very caring about my concerns of my vehicle. It’s very rare now these days that someone actually cares about other people stuff and my husband and I appreciate you. I am so thankful that you got ahold of your EMC insurance company to get my vehicle taken care of. I received my check in the mail today and I’m so excited to get everything fixed! THANK YOU!!🙏🏻 🤗

Every time I come they do a very excellent job rinsing off my car including wheel wells! As a rancher’s wife who drives a lot of gravel I really appreciate it!! The last time I was there, they spent at least 10 mins trying to get the dust/dirt out of all the cracks and crevices. While it was not perfect at the end, I truly think they did their best! Those guys at the front are great!

Okay, they won me with convenience. I enjoy having a membership and being able to pop thru for a wash and vacuum as I please (during hours). Car stays cleaner and I don’t have to fuss with repeat payments every time I stop in. I have no complaints… and have yet to find any car wash that gets allll the bugs off!
