Such a great experience from start to finish. The owner answered all my questions and kept me in the loop with progress pictures during and after the service. We did the paint correction and ceramic coating and my vehicle looks brand new! We plan to be back for upkeep and other detailing services and look forward to working with Mirror Finish Automotive again.

Where do I start?!?! The WHOLE experience was AWESOME SAUCE 🌻🌻🌻!!! Cale is professional, he communicated everything from beginning to end and his work alone speaks for itself!!! I thank Cale so much for his work, my car is soooooo clean!!! I'm not sure how to add pictures, I definitely took some though! They went above and beyond working on our truck, it turned out WAY better than I could have imagined + it smells so, so good! With three kids, dogs, lake trips, etc it definitely needed a good deep clean they 100% did that I don't think it has ever been this clean inside & out! I have to give a huge shout out to this amazing detailer. We were surprising our son with his first vehicle a 2016 jeep Cherokee latitude and we bought it private off of marketplace. It needed to be detailed and I needed it quick. She was not only made sure that she took us in, she did the most amazing job. Every single speck of dirt was gone from the inside of the car and she wax the outside now this car is used and it has a few dings and she was able to get a lot of the visual problems completely erased 100,000,000% recommend her.

Had my car detailed there and they did a really good job. Took the same car to another detailer a while back which still left stains in the seats but sport detailing got everything out. I also took my truck for a polish and ceramic coating and was more than pleased with the results. Chrome and white paint were shiny and raised the value of my truck! Definitely recommend!!

In my opinion, the best car wash in town. The staff at this location goes above and beyond. To ensure your car is ready to go through an automatic wash. As well as taking the time to get bugs, mud, or anything else off your car. They also have free to use window cleaner. Towels compressed air to dry off your mirrors or other small areas on your car, as well as very high-powered vacuums. I highly recommend going with one of their subscriptions. So you can get the best bang for your buck and get as many car washes per month for your money.

Previously left a sparkling review, but they can find that in the trash with their service. After about 6 or 7 months of monthly charges after I pulled through, I was told my truck was too wide and my account was canceled. Seems as though they're expecting a lot more from customers and wanting to provide a lot less. Provided towels are always wet and smell like mildew, some vacuums work, they just completely gave up on the scrubbing problem areas before sending you through, the shammy wheel at the end I've seen move 3 times since I started using the wash. It's okay though, time to take both monthly charges somewhere else.

Great car wash. The service is friendly and the wash is great. I’ve been going here since they opened over a year ago. It’s the only place I go. One feature my husband and I like is we buy a preloaded car wash card and share it between ourselves for both of our cars.

Best of all, you drive neutral on strong brush on car wash, get off to the side and towel dry your own car. Towels and windex provided. Vacuums are free and high pressure air hose available at the vacuum stop. Either before or after you vacuum.

I sent my 2023 Nissan Frontier Pro 4X over to MARS of Minot for a Ceramic coating. Mike Picard and the team over there don’t mess around. This finish is slick as 🦉💩on a door knob. If you have recently purchased a new vehicle or have a vehicle that you want to protect the finish on, give them a call! They also do sweet vehicle seat covers and accessories! The customer service is top notch and the workmanship is excellent!

Had MARS of Minot replace the leather/vinyl seat cover on my 2016 Outback that was ripped. Once the part arrived I was in and out in about an hour. Highly recommend if you need an auto seat repaired/replaced.

I got my hail damage fixed with Jerome's and they are really good at it. They will give you updates regarding your vehicle and they are very professional in what they do. They even clean my vehicle after and have some paper mats to keep my carpets clean. Kudos to the team! 💯

They're the best auto shop in town that I've found. They have been able to get our cars into the shop faster than most other shops in the area, which is a big issue here. They also charge a fair price, unlike most of the other shops in town; and they get it done quickly. Customer service is fantastic. I only go here now and to Bullet Transmission for transmission work. I haven't had the best experiences with Tires Plus, Country, Harley's, and Westlie's from a customer service, price, or backlog to be seen perspective. They weren't terrible, but they weren't as good as I'm used to seeing in order states.

I had two vehicles Gold detailed. They were both cleaned excellently and in a timely manner. Bailey corrected 1-2 smaller paint blemishes and I plan to have him correct a larger one soon. I am very pleased with the service.

Fastlane Car Wash is definitely not worth the money. I was there yesterday and it didn’t clean the bugs off. I went back to see if I could either get a refund or another car wash. I was told “NO” to both. So, basically it’s a company that’s happy to take your money, but not be held accountable to do the job they say they do. Yes, the manager Krista Marshall reached out, but didn’t do anything to resolve the issue. She only reached out to tell me she won’t allow me to leave a review on their FB page. She definitely doesn’t want to hear any feedback to make it right. I was told by the employees they can 100% guarantee get the bugs off (when I asked upfront.) Yet, that wasn’t the case! Otherwise, I would have moved on and hence there wouldn’t be a bad review on here. I’m sure the manager/owner will come on here and reply with their .02 cents saying they tried resolving the issue, etc., but when you get told one thing and they don’t hold themselves accountable with the service you pay for it’s my right to leave a review. If I receive bad service that I paid for, then I’ll share my experience just as I do with good service. Take the criticism and make it right moving forward.
