The Detail department works wonders!!! My first mistake was getting a vehicle with tan cloth seats, second mistake was not bringing it in sooner to get a detail at rydells! I have had numerous amounts of details and they have always told me "those stains just will never come out" and I never thought they would but wow they did in fact get them out. I just wanna thank them for the great job they did and I now know where to tell people to go for a great detail, thank you to the Rydell detail department you guys are fantastic!!!!

I did not take any pictures. But I was so impressed with the work that they did cleaning my car. Inside and exterior. Washed dried vacuumed waxed. Picked up my vehicle at my job after I got to work and brought my vehicle back to my job when I got off work. There is nothing that they could’ve done to make my car better. My kids have been hard on my truck and recently made two huge scratches in the side of it. Vanessa was able to buff them out and it’s like they were never even there. It was expensive compared to other places. ($2.25 to start it and $2 to keep it going after that). Water pressure is lacking. Needs better heater for winter. It is still a good options for self serve and hand washing your car.

The indoor touchless carwarsh offers for $5 $7 $10. I picked the $10 option. It cleans the car well for touchless service but of course not deep clean. The air blower has a timer and I saw there was enough space inside so I just moved my car backed and forth to get extra dry. Guy there was nice. A greeting a and smile goes a long way. Made sure everything with the carwash worked well (before and after). I maybe mistaken but think it's owner. Dont hesitate to get your carwash here. It's cheaper than big carwash chain where I first opted to go. Just new in town and I'm for supporting local businesses. Thinking of getting 2 $5 touchless for better cleaning or use their cheaper self service during the summer. Next up looking for a local mechanic.

Great wash. But the real deal is the air hose they have at each cleaning/vacuum station. How handy is this that you can air spray out the dirt in those hard to reach places in your vehicle!!! Then they have a FREE mat washer that works GREAT!

Well I'm not sure how but the car wash has left scratches all over my vehicle and I've had the pass for a few months so I'm not sure if there's something wrong with the brushes or what but I'm very unhappy considering this just happend after months of using the same carwash.

Justin and the team at Valley Mars did excellent work on my older pickup. The factory paint wasn't in the best shape, but they certainly revitalized it (& with fantastic attention to detail). The before and after was night & day. Communication was great through the process. Overall, couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will be a returning customer, without question.

Did a fantastic job of applying ceramic coat and vinyl protectant on to my new snowmobile. Should keep the scratches from the tunnel bag away a lot better now. Just wanted to give this review an update. After riding this sled hard through the mountains brushing up against quite a few trees I am happy to say that all the scratches put in the ceramic polished right out with minimal effort. Well worth it and will do it to all my future toys.

I got talked into a $30 car wash thinking it was the best they offered. I live in NY and that is what I pay for a month at my car wash. So I figured if I pay that much for 1 wash that it is was going to be the absolute best car wash possible. What I got was a run of the mill basic (non-touchless) worthless car wash.The attendant barely even power washed my truck before entering the tunnel. There wasn't even anyone around to dry my truck after. Waste of money!

These people at this company are absolute scum. I had a quarter panel on my truck repaired and when I went to go pick it up.I mentioned i wasn't happy with the repair. You could still see where the repair was where the dent was. It was still buckled in. After pointing it out. The owner lost his mind. Insulted me and my wife. Then took a straight edge metal ruler to the new repair. In his rage. He scratched the new paint and refused to fix the damage he did.

They did an excellent job repairing my front bumper. I had insurance and they worked directly with my insurance company for me. I brought my car in on a Monday and got it back the next day. They even ran my car through their car wash. When I told them I’d have trouble getting in right away to pick my car up because I had to reserve Senior Rider, Dawn from the office picked me and brought me to the shop to get my car. I can see why they call it Forks Finest Auto Body - they certainly are the finest shop I’ve ever done business with. The customer service was excellent and the mechanics were friendly and very competent. I’ll be referring all my family and friends to this shop for any of their auto repair needs.

If you can catch this touchless car wash when it’s open, it’s does a very good job cleaning the exterior of passenger vehicles. Apparently extreme cold prevents it from operating, as the doors freeze shut. And it’s lame that the machine doesn’t accept payments, as I had to drive around the building, park, and go in to buy a wash. But they do offer free basic washes on Fridays if you purchase 8 gallons of gas, which is nice. 🧽 👍

Very arrogant, cocky, and rude! Terrible customer service! They admitted to pushing another ladies truck into mine, via their lousy Carwash tracks and employees rebooting it. But refuses to pay for it! Not to mention all the times it didn’t ever clean our vehicles, or all the fine scratches. Don’t ever go here! Got anywhere else but here!

Someone backed into the side of my car. Took the Z to Rydell Body and barely a week later this thing came out looking better than when I bought it from the dealership. These guys know what they are doing. 10/10 would recommend! I would also recommend getting a Z .

Don’t ever get your car fixed here! The manager was the most incompetent person I’ve ever had to deal with. First, this place lost my car after being towed there. I had no communication unit my car was “found”. Clearly it was lost then. This place took no accountability! Then they took over 6 months to fix a “complicated filter” which happened to be on backorder but this part was ordered 4 times being the wrong size every time. Every step of the way I was pressured to get a new car because “that’s just easier”. This place did nothing but lie to me and couldn’t answer any of my concerns or questions. They took no accountability! What an absolute joke of a business! Stay far away!

Very impressed! He was great with communication setting up the appointment and working with me on availability. This was the first deep clean my car has had in 4 years with 2 dogs as frequent passengers and my expectations were surpassed! Best car detailing company! They will never disappoint. They will tell you to literally look if they missed a spot, come back in. The front desk lady... uuugghh I love her! Scott is amazing! Never been a in a vehicle with a white person and just felt too comfortable! Wait maybe I lied but yes, hes the second then. ( btw, Scott provided the ride back to my home) The second woman also was amazing too. Oh yeah I said second because theres no way my other vehicles wasn't going to get detailed after the second! I took some pictures. Sadly I didnt do a before. Oh yeah and imagine my vehicles and the fact that I birth 5 cookie monsters! Excuse the last picture! My daughter has already left the first shoe print after the cleaning 🤦🏾‍♀️

Hit a deer. 12k in damage. 5 star did a tremendous job from top to bottom. Amazing detail job as well on the interior. Everyone I met was very friendly from the owner to the techs. The women in the front office are very smart, charming, and helpful and make you feel like you've known them for years. Would definitely recommend

Driving back to Canada my water pump belt snapped and the pulleys seized on the I29 about 10 minutes out of Grand Forks on a Sunday. Had to get my car back to Grand Forks, stay the night, and wait until morning. Made a bunch of calls. I called "Bob" at a Cenex and he couldn't take me but he referenced John at this Cenex. SO GLAD HE DID! I called at 8am and explained I'm from out of town and broke down on the highway and needed to get home ASAP. John was fantastic! Very friendly on the phone and said bring it in right away. Got the car there by 830am and before I Uber'd back to the Ramada the car was already in the bay. By noon John calls and says the car is done. I arrive, pick it up, pay a very fair price, and everything works fine. I get to go home! This was top notch service for someone who really needed it. Thanks John for being so accommodating and you really put some light at the end of a dark tunnel that day! Recommended 100%!!!!!

This is hands down one of the most honest businesses I've ever worked with. My daughter brought her aging car in for what we thought would be an expensive repair. The mechanics understood the challenges of this old car. Rather than proposing expensive solutions, they implemented workable, practical and affordable ones. Highly recommend! I had my new-to-me car in for some audio there. From start to finish, it was a great experience. They should not say they do tanker washes. They said they did. No, they didnt. They tried but failed. They said we wash tanks but not food grade. "Food grade" has a very specific meaning. I didnt need food grade. I needed a standard tank wash, hot water through a spinner. Not a kid with 1200psi of cold water trying to hit the front of the tank from 25 feet away. $160 and i had to go elsewhere to wash out. Further, they told me it was done and i paid, then found out the tank was still dirty. Not even remotely clean in anyway. They did offer to keep washing for $4 dollars per minute. Yes, minute. Stick to stuff you know guys.
