I called Rydell to try and get an interior detailing plus exterior wash and they didn't have anything available for another week and a half. When calling Cole's Detailing, they had availability for me within the next 2 days. Dropping my car off the night before was a breeze with their drop box and instead of it taking all day, my car was ready by 2pm (9am appointment). The service was absolutely stunning and I would highly recommend.

I got my car detailed here this week and it turned out better than I even imagined. I’ve gotten my car detailed here a couple of times now and I will continue to come back. They give you a ride after drop off and offer to bring car back to you or pick you up with no extra charge. Love it!

My kids have been hard on my truck and recently made two huge scratches in the side of it. Vanessa was able to buff them out and it’s like they were never even there. They did a great job with my car! It is better than when we bought it at the dealership! I appreciated the attention to detail and they did not miss anything, including all the pet hair from my husky. :) I had left my car seat in the car, assuming she would just work around it, but was pleasantly surprised she took the time to take it out and clean under it. Justin and the team at Valley Mars did excellent work on my older pickup. The factory paint wasn't in the best shape, but they certainly revitalized it (& with fantastic attention to detail). Did a fantastic job of applying ceramic coat and vinyl protectant on to my new snowmobile. Should keep the scratches from the tunnel bag away a lot better now. Just wanted to give this review an update. After riding this sled hard through the mountains brushing up against quite a few trees I am happy to say that all the scratches put in the ceramic polished right out with minimal effort. Well worth it and will do it to all my future toys.

I had a little issue in the beginning. They missed something that needed to be fixed. I contacted them and they made every effort to make it better. Now I am 100% happy. I would highly recommend this body shop and the body shop manager is fantastic.

Don’t ever get your car fixed here! The manager was the most incompetent person I’ve ever had to deal with. First, this place lost my car after being towed there. I had no communication unit my car was “found”. Clearly it was lost then. This place took no accountability! Then they took over 6 months to fix a “complicated filter” which happened to be on backorder but this part was ordered 4 times being the wrong size every time. Every step of the way I was pressured to get a new car because “that’s just easier”. This place did nothing but lie to me and couldn’t answer any of my concerns or questions. They took no accountability! What an absolute joke of a business! Stay far away!

Great wash. But the real deal is the air hose they have at each cleaning/vacuum station. How handy is this that you can air spray out the dirt in those hard to reach places in your vehicle!!! Then they have a FREE mat washer that works GREAT!

Well I'm not sure how but the car wash has left scratches all over my vehicle and I've had the pass for a few months so I'm not sure if there's something wrong with the brushes or what but I'm very unhappy considering this just happend after months of using the same carwash.

I would not go here. First visit was talked into the $30 monthly, its actually 49. So scammed off the bat. First visit left brushes never touched car. Left it dirty on back and lower sides. Second visit was worse. Brushes were way too close to car. Hood and roof are now scratched with big deep swirls. Windows have deep scratches in them. It broke clips to my bumper even. And yet still left my car dirty! Corporate had me go back and talk to the manager but there wasn’t one on site. They laughed at me initially until I showed I really was serious. They wrote the claim up saying this manager would call me. 2 weeks now with no call. I will never go back and I would suggest you do not try this wash. The guy who did my claim told me I was the first damage. The reviews on here say otherwise. Just dishonesty all around. Update: the number the response said to call said “we don’t do anything with damages”. Then put me on hold and hung up on me. Stay away from this car wash.

I’ve waited far too long to write this review. Tidal Wave is the car wash Grand Forks has been missing in its life as a municipality. While the other car washemup joints in town squirt a teaspoon of bug juice on your glass and shoo you out the door, the crew at Tidal Wave is still scrubbing the bugs off your grille. They do such a fabulous job that I feel like king of the dirtbags if I don’t tip the crew. Keep it up, gang. Never change! Addendum: September 2024 Let me paint a picture for you. Imagine strolling into this once-glorious car wash—its early days, the drying spinner jobber twirling like a maniac on a sugar high, suds flying in a glorious tribute to cleanliness. But now? It’s like a post-apocalyptic wasteland where hoses dribble like an old man with a bladder problem, and the “fluffy” chamois has all the enthusiasm of a wet sock. Even the bug spritz guy looks like he’s questioning his life choices while half-heartedly pumping that bug juice. I half expect tumbleweeds to blow through this place. It’s not just lost its mojo, it’s buried it in a shallow grave somewhere in the desert with no intention of ever digging it back up. A once proud warrior of the clean car battlefield, now reduced to a sad, crusty relic of its former glory. This place needs a damn exorcism.

If you can catch this touchless car wash when it’s open, it’s does a very good job cleaning the exterior of passenger vehicles. Apparently extreme cold prevents it from operating, as the doors freeze shut. And it’s lame that the machine doesn’t accept payments, as I had to drive around the building, park, and go in to buy a wash. But they do offer free basic washes on Fridays if you purchase 8 gallons of gas, which is nice. 🧽 👍

These people at this company are absolute scum. I had a quarter panel on my truck repaired and when I went to go pick it up.I mentioned i wasn't happy with the repair. You could still see where the repair was where the dent was. It was still buckled in. After pointing it out. The owner lost his mind. Insulted me and my wife. Then took a straight edge metal ruler to the new repair. In his rage. He scratched the new paint and refused to fix the damage he did.

They did an excellent job repairing my front bumper. I had insurance and they worked directly with my insurance company for me. I brought my car in on a Monday and got it back the next day. They even ran my car through their car wash. When I told them I’d have trouble getting in right away to pick my car up because I had to reserve Senior Rider, Dawn from the office picked me and brought me to the shop to get my car. I can see why they call it Forks Finest Auto Body - they certainly are the finest shop I’ve ever done business with. The customer service was excellent and the mechanics were friendly and very competent. I’ll be referring all my family and friends to this shop for any of their auto repair needs.

It was expensive compared to other places. ($2.25 to start it and $2 to keep it going after that). Water pressure is lacking. Needs better heater for winter. It is still a good options for self serve and hand washing your car.

Hit a deer. 12k in damage. 5 star did a tremendous job from top to bottom. Amazing detail job as well on the interior. Everyone I met was very friendly from the owner to the techs. The women in the front office are very smart, charming, and helpful and make you feel like you've known them for years. Would definitely recommend

Great customer service! More business in GF need to follow five stars lead. Had my windshield replaced and we had issues with all the new sensors. They didn’t stop communicating and working with me until they all worked perfectly!

Very arrogant, cocky, and rude! Terrible customer service! They admitted to pushing another ladies truck into mine, via their lousy Carwash tracks and employees rebooting it. But refuses to pay for it! Not to mention all the times it didn’t ever clean our vehicles, or all the fine scratches. Don’t ever go here! Got anywhere else but here!

Got a month free after purchasing a new vehicle. First couple washes came out good so decided to pay for another month. The last 3 times I’ve been there haven’t been good experiences. There seems to be a lot of unhappy teenagers working there who do a careless subpar job with an attitude and my truck comes out dirty each time. Keep in mind my truck wasn’t anymore dirty than the first few times I’ve been there. This last time I went the teenager working seemed to be just messing with me as I was pulling in, kept telling me to stop, turn right, left, right, stop, turn left, right etc all within about a foots distance. He then just laughs to his buddy on the other side, rolls his eyes and mouths “oh my god” before spraying my vehicle down. That is just completely unprofessional and my truck still came out dirty due to them not hosing down the back good enough. Won’t be going back, don’t recommend.
