I again had Xpel PPF placed on the entire front, rocker panels and luggage areas as well as full body ceramic coating. This time I added a windshield tint banner and front windows. Each time Kevin was very responsive in quoting and scheduling my service and provided great information and product suggestions for the care of my vehicles at home. During my last visit I was able to tour their new facility and can see how they are always improving their systems, processes and ability to serve more customers. Just wanted to give a quick shout out to Premium Mobile Car Detailing LLC in Fargo. I had the interior of my Ford Expedition detailed for the first time today and to say they did a 'good job' is an understatement. They were able to erase the 2 years and 4 kids worth of road trips, scuffs, hard to reach crumbs, stains and completely reset it back to looking like we just took it off the lot. I recently had my vehicle detailed and they did such a bad job! I would not recommend them to anyone. If u read their reviews most of them are from 3 to 4 years ago and at that time they did do a great job. The new owners have had this business only 2 years. In my opinion not properly trained for detail work and overpriced for what you get.

TL;DR. I had a really poor experience. They barely cleaned my truck, made a weak apology, and tried to make amends by offering a 10% discount. I was in a hurry...otherwise I would have demanded a proper cleaning, and not paid. Bought a used F-150 Super Crew, and booked an interior detail of it 1.5 weeks in advance over 4th July 2020. Showed up to pick up the truck, and it was nowhere near complete. They had quickly vacuumed the interior and done a superficial wipe down, maybe 1 hour’s work, probably less. It was 15 minutes before closing. Pointed out all of the gross areas inside the truck, and the manager apologized and said that they had “missed the final inspection”. He called over one of his guys and the two of them spent 15 minutes doing a quick job with wipes and cleaner while I waited in my car. I should have walked away and left it with them to do the job right...but I was in a hurry. They offered a 10% discount, but I still paid almost $200 for a job I could have done in 1-2 hours. Incredibly low quality job. I hope they serve their other patrons better. My recommendation...use a different detailing shop. NOT this one.

My fiancé got me a gift card to get our boat detailed and take one thing off of my to-do list. We dropped it off with these guys looking like a disaster. It was broke down the previous year and I had gotten greasy hand prints every where from working on it, I drug mud inside with my boots, and the trees in our yard left all sorts of wonderful pine needles and leaves and other junk in every nook and cranny of the boat. These guys worked on it for 2 and a half days and did an absolutely amazing job. Our boat didn’t look this good when we bought it. They did it fast, everyone there was extremely nice and talkative, and they did it for a great price compared to other places in town. I couldn’t be more happy, you guys are incredible. I have been coming to Don's for many years. Don's is the most expensive car wash in town but at the same time the most thorough car wash. They do an amazing job. Are they perfect? No, but they completely clean your car inside and and out. They do it quickly as well. I choose to use Don's generally after long trips in the summer and a couple times during the winter months. Today I got gas and the Works Package. They did a very good job.

I'm not sure what people are complaining about. For under $35, you get nearly a dozen people working on your car, inside and out. My car looked fabulous in about 20 minutes. This is not a $300 auto detailing deep clean service that takes all day. If you take care of your car and you just need some basic cleaning and vacuuming, this will do the trick. If your interior is filthy, don't expect miracles. I feel like I got an outstanding value. I'll definitely be back!

I was searching and reaching out to all the detail places around town wanting my van cleaned. Alex gave me the best quote and honestly did a great job. It’s also in a fairly convenient location. I didn’t get any before photos like I should have.. but to give you a visual.. I have 4 children. The youngest 3 being boys 6,4&2. I also have two big dogs and one of which rode with me a few times in the passenger seat leaving it looking pretty brown from being dirty. I guess my only mild complaint would be that I was quoted $230 for a full detail.. well it’s been raining here a lot so I told him not to worry about the exterior and to spend more time on the interior. So I was hoping for a little more than $10 off and the door jams are still fairly dirty. But overall, I am very happy with the outcome and I will be a returning customer. I will still leave 5 stars because he was good to work with, very friendly and it could have just been something missed, I used to own a detail shop and I know how things can get sometimes. The best car wash!!! I was really skeptical about going through a drive-through car wash after not washing it for over two months. between Florida weather and over 5000 miles on my car in the last two months….I Florida to North Dakota then North Dakota to Ohio and back. Plus, all my daily driving…my car was an absolute disaster! So I didn’t have high hopes for it coming out clean… Not only was, I lucky enough to get a sale for my first month of my membership, but I was impressed by the high velocity vacuums that actually stand up to what they’re supposed to. I had dog hair embedded in the back of my backseats and my cargo area and it got it completely clean. I also had sand back there, and it took it out as well! The car wash itself was perfect and I was mostly impressed by the microfiber drying at the very end and not just air blow dryers. Like every other car wash, only has the air blow dryer. Now, of course, like they mentioned the car wash, will not take ice or snow off of your car even with the high-pressure spraying and everything else it won’t come off! So again they hold true to what they say they do as long as you’re not holding unrealistic expectations to them! I am so glad. I just started a membership here and look forward to many more visits! Will sign you up for a membership without your authorization and the say it's your fault for not watching your bank account for their fraud. Chad, manager, at Fargo location near west acres mall, fraudulently took $600 from me over the course of a year and said I signed up for a subscription. I did NOT sign up for a subscription because I don't live anywhere near a Tommy's express so that would be stupid to pay all that money for something I have no access to. They have no intention on returning my money. Be careful giving your card info to them, they apparently have no problem signing you up for something without your authorization and blaming you for it. ZERO STARS SHOULD BE AN OPTION.

My husband set up an appointment to get my 2023 Subaru Ascent detailed with Jason after a sloppy snowboarding season/spring with three kids. I thought my floor mats would never look the same with all the mud caked into them. After getting my car back today, the floor mats look brand new. Jason is amazing!!! I took my 2014 Terrain in to have it detailed - I own a business in the construction field doing painting so the inside of my car was covered in construction dust and paint chips. The seats were discolored and had a ton of debris on them. When I got my car back this evening, it looked brand spankin' new. He washed my car, shined my WeatherTech mats, got every single smudge and stain out of my upholstery and carpets, and somehow managed to get old paint off of the side of my back hatch. Seriously, I think this man is a wizard! I would highly highly recommend his work to anybody who is looking for auto detailing.
