I took my brand new truck in to get some ppf and a ceramic coating installed, as I wanted to protect my new investment. All I can say is WOW! The attention to detail is unmatched. Zak did an amazing job going above and beyond to shine this thing up. It looks so good I don’t even want to drive it till the roads melt off! Communication was great. Finished product is great! It doesn’t take long to see that they are passionate about what they do and the results are amazing. I can’t recommend them enough. Convenient that they have a pickup service, but this leads to no communication. I left SIX voicemails over two months and did not get a single call back. I had to show up at the shop to get their attention. They guarantee their work but are not open to critique. Unhappy with the scratches and bubbles on my “old” 2014 car windows and the condition of my door panels when returned. “It’s just soapy water.” For a detail business I had higher expectations!

Bought the windshield replacement insurance that made car payments sky high right. Got a rock chip in windshield was sent here for windshield repair. Chip is bigger then before hand and crack went from 1/2 inch to full inch. So when I drive into the sun it's like a prisim shining in my eyes.

Took my car there before selling it. They cleaned it up very nicely. Go the full route and get the seats shampooed, even if you don't think it's worth it. It is.... but they forgot to clean under the license plates...

Took my truck there. Bought the best package. Wasn’t cheap. Trucks interior still dirty. Outside was still dirty. Showed the manager and he apologized and sent it through again. Second time was slightly better. My 6 year could have done a better job. Was over it and just left. Thing went through twice and still bad. Only reason I’m doing 2 stars and not 1 is because the manager tried and was respectful.

Honestly disappointed, this isn’t a $300 (which would have been more had I not found a coupon) detail. I was hesitant on getting a full detail but I was assured it would be “spotless”. I was told seats would be clean and everything shampooed. I understand not everything always comes out. I am a former detail shop business owner before moving back to ND. I would recommend this place for maybe basic car washes and wipe downs. Not a detail shop. I will attach photos of a few of the things I have noticed thus far after picking it up. I am giving two stars only because the young guy who presented the vehicle at the end did go around a fix a few things I noticed right away like the brake dust on wheels and dirty door jambs and dirt by foot pedals. This is in my opinion a $100-$150 wash and wipe at best.

I will never be washing my car at Tommy’s again. I was involved in a collision at their location, which was completely their fault. The manager strung out the process for months, then proceeded to tell me that they were not liable and not going to pay for the damages. He even told me their corporate tells managers to “never to apologize” and that they have to “maintain their 0 claims status, regardless if they are at fault and no matter how upsetting it is to the customer”

Paid $14.00 for a wash called the mudblaster and it left lots of mud on my vehicle. I had to go pay another ten bucks at Washbarn to "blast" the mud off. Don't waste your cash! I posted photos of my vehicle from AFTER I washed it.

I will be discontinue my monthly subscription... the bugs never come off. F this place. wish they had a pre-wash squeegee or something for the bugs. After a round trip of about 250 miles the bugs cake on and even the best places can't reach and remove all that lol. Otherwise I love it. And free vacuume and floor Matt washing machines... hell yes I'm adding before and after photo just to show. Should be able to tell the before and after pic. But most definitely needs a pressure rinse for them bugs.

I will never return to this car wash again! The service was terrible. After the wash, my car was left with stains and dirt marks, as if it hadn't even been cleaned! This was my second terrible experience at this car wash. The first time they broke me plastic on the bumper and I had to buy a new one. I absolutely do not recommend this car wash—total waste of money and time!
