My 2008 Buick LaCrosse was gorgeous when I picked it up. All of the Leyland cypress sap was removed and a shiny, thick coat of wax is protecting ring my RED paint. The interior still smells fresh after almost a month. Good job and well worth the price. Then, it was The Green Machine’s turn. Good coat of wax, engine compartment, and interior mats are sparkling. (I’m updating the entire interior, so no detailing or cleaning on there). Mike is professional and understands the work needed.

I can't recommend Drive by Detail enough! Joseph offers great customer service and my gosh, does he know how to DETAIL! Our Equinox was embarrassingly filthy and it now looks as good as the day we bought it new... maybe even better with the added shine. OMG, Gary did an amazing job on my car!!! I was in desperate need of a wash already, but he took me on a last minute booking after my two new foster pups vomited all over my back seat. It was a mess. The vomit even managed to get in the front, on the rear view mirror, and in the seat belts. The car had a ton of dog hair as well, courtesy of my Pomsky. I regret not taking before photos to showcase just how great a job he did. He cleaned my filthy gas tank, the inside of my trunk hatch, and he even managed to get off a bit of something blue I thought was permanent, because it never came off in the car wash. He got rid of some scratches that were on my door as well. Honestly, the car shined more than when I first bought it. He clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. I highly recommend him.

Paid $200 for the “platinum package” for a job that was definitely rushed and not thoroughly done. I dropped my car off at 11 and was told he would be calling me at 5:30 to come get it, never got a call so I drove up there, arrived around 5:50 to see they were working on my car still. He said about 30 mins which ended up being me waiting there another hour and a half. No apologies or anything. I was late for something I was supposed to be at at 6:30 so I inspected quickly, paid my $200 and left. After further inspection, there was a lot that just wasn’t quality work. It makes me think they only spent that hour and a half of me sitting there waiting on it and rushed it out. Streaky windows, dog hairs still in the back, places that just weren’t checked over and wiped down.

Shawn did the absolute best in not only fixing the sunroof drain leak in my Honda, but making it look brand new. He went above and beyond by coating the windshield. Not only that, he went out of his way to contact Honda and get the radio code so it would work again, even writing it in the manual. There’s a reason for all the 5 star reviews!! My family has used Onyx Detailing for years to clean our vehicles! Your car will look brand new! I heard of this place after I purchased my Toyota Prius. The dealership apparently uses them often. All I can say is "WOW"!!! They did an amazing job on the interior and exterior of my car. It took about 4 hours for a total detail, but it was well worth it! I felt as though I was driving off of a brand new car dealership lot. The employee who did the work was also very nice and so thorough. He explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable with every step. I knew what to expect, the approximate time it would take, and he answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Marcos Auto detailing! I will definitely use them in the future!

When I tell you I found the perfect place for my car! Before deciding to use River Ridge Motorsports, I researched multiple vendors. Ultimately, I called and spoke with Brad. Brad is the man! He knows his stuff and is very courteous. I had my windows tinted and the Ion Ceramic Coating. My vehicle is black, so it was critical to get it right. My Jaguar F-type looks like new money! They did a great job on my truck. Justin exceeded my expectations on the paint correction. I can't see the paint scratches that were on the hood. The paint looks smooth as glass and it shines like a mirror. Glad I got the ceramic coating done by them. The tint looks great too and they let me know if there are any issues with it setting to not to hesitate to call them and bring it by. Both of them are humble and professional. You can tell they love what they do by how they take care of your vehicle as if we're their own. I can see why they have so many 5 star reviews.

Had one if my vehicle in for just a wash, wax, and interior clean. A basic service. What they did was way above a basic service. It was great! I then took my second vehicle in to have a full detail with paint correction and ceramic coating. I could not be more pleased. The work they did was second to none. If you are considering ceramic coating and are on the fence, these are the guys. Get it done, the ceramic coating is amazing and these guys did a fantastic job. Well worth the money. I will be back on a for regular detailing.

Easy to use and I appreciate the extra stuff that this car wash has. I paid for the one time $20 wash. My car was messier on the outside than usual. The car wash, for the most part, cleaned the exterior of my car. There were a few visible messes left but I blame that on the stubbornness of the stain rather than the car wash itself. My car looked so much better after this wash, and I they have free vacuum and small little air thing for the tiny crevices available after the wash for customers. The area was clean and vacuums suctioned very well! The BEST PART about this place, which I think all car washes should have, is spray bottles and washcloths to clean interior/exterior. With the washcloths and spray, I was able to clean the outside stubborn marks that were left myself and also fully clean the inside, making my chore of cleaning my car complete!!! They have a mat cleaner too, but I did not use! I really love the extra amenities they have here. Worth your money if you get the amenities too! (I went to a place that only washed car for $25 so this is SO MUCH WORTH IT with all the extra stuff you can do to clean your car) I was very satisfied and will use this place again.

Lars did an amazing job on my 2010 Mercedez Benz and 2007 Honda Pilot. I was blown away how amazing the detail job turned out. He did paint enhancement and applied ceramic coating on both vehicles and the results were outstanding. I will definitely be using Lars again in the future. 10/10 do not recommend. They charged me extra because they said my car was too dirty.... ok fine. Literally just needed a vac, I had completely emptied it out beforehand. Once I got it back.I noticed that the windows were streaky. And there was still things on the carpet that could have easily been vacuumed out. The center console wasn't wiped down at all nor the leather seats. The floor mats could have easily been sprayed off but that also was not the case. I feel scammed actually. I usually clean my car out myself but in efforts to save some time I decided to pay extra to have it detailed. Probably never going back again.

I had a gold rope necklace in my drivers door with change covering it. It’s been there for 3 months and I’ve been here 4 times before today and no one has touched my change or the necklace. Well today before leaving I looked in the door and my necklace was gone and the change is still there. So I go say something to the guy inside and he go talk to the workers. After 20 minutes of nothing he says maybe she vacuumed it up. I said well it’s funny how the chain would get vacuumed but all of the change that was covering it is still in the door. You can see a piece of the broken link from the necklace in the picture. I won’t everrr spend another dime here!!!! I am doing a police report online and I left the owner a voicemail. This is very unacceptable. The women doesn’t vacuum well at all either and my car is filled with dirty.

This car wash is truly the best. Owners are super friendly fly and on top of everything. Unlike other car washes, they do it right. From the start they spray the front, back, and driver + passenger side. After you come out and use the free vacuums, they offer you water. They also will take your mats and wash them separately. Their monthly plans are affordable and you get discounts on more cars. We have all 4 and are super satisfied with their service. They also are community supporters and that to me is also huge.

I came to Classic Touch Express for a basic car wash. Our Trailblazer had been sitting a while and when we finally got her running again she was filthy. The guys at Classic Touch did an amazing job. They were friendly, professional and clearly cared about the work they were doing. The even ran me through the wash again at no extra cost just to make sure she looked brand new!! **Edit after below response from Customer Care: We have already tried to go through customer care: They sent us a still of a car with a cracked windshield going into wash that doesn't match the original image and an incorrect date on the timestamp of the image. When we asked for an image of our car that shows the correct date for validation that this is indeed our car they ghosted us. So.. again, just don't y'all! Just don't... go anywhere else. We took our car in on 11/25 for a $16 wash. We left with a cracked windshield, Whistle Express denied our claim, and we are now out ~$600 in repairs. Their justification was that there must have already been a chip in the windshield and it spread due to water pressure, which, OK, that could happen if there was an existing crack (though in their response they said it was very cold that day (it wasn't, it was about 70 degrees). They provided us a still from their camera footage which shows no signs of the initial crack impact (pretty clearly from a rock). Even the employee at the time said it looks like a rock must've gotten kicked up and damaged the windshield during the wash. And we certainly would have seen an impact like that on our windshield beforehand and would not have taken our car to an automatic car wash! Also, it's not only that they denied the claim. We had to follow up with them multiple times to get any kind of response. They "forgot to call us" twice. They gave us an email address to contact that did not exist. The only reason we got any kind of response is because we went to the location in person multiple times. it really just seems like there was never any intention of actually helping us and no sense of accountability. So, if you read reviews for car washes, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They're not going to take responsibility for any damage to your vehicle.
