I don’t usually like to leave negative reviews, but I feel like my experience needs to be shared. I scheduled an appointment nearly a month in advance to have my vehicle detailed. I dropped it off on Monday, March 3rd, as I knew it would take a couple of days to complete. When I arrived, the gentleman who checked me in mentioned that he had me down for the 4th instead. No big deal—maybe I had marked my calendar incorrectly. I expected my car to be finished by Friday, the 7th. When I got off work early to pick it up, I realized I hadn’t received any updates. I called the shop but got no answer. I did get a call back while I was on my way, only to be told that they hadn’t even started on my vehicle. Seriously? It had been sitting there all week. Did they not think the owner would want their car back on the day they were told it would be done? No communication, no explanation—nothing. Frustratedly I told them I’d be coming to pick up my car. A few minutes later, I got another call from a polite gentleman who explained they were short-staffed. While I appreciated the explanation, communication is everything in a business like this. He assured me they could have the car finished by Tuesday and even said it would be a shame for me to miss out on such a great detail. That honestly made me laugh since I’d already missed out all week while my car was pushed aside. It’s disappointing because this company seems to have a strong track record based on their other reviews. Maybe they do incredible work—but unfortunately, they missed the mark with me this time. (EDIT) while yes I did say, “take your time”, that doesn’t mean don’t start on my car. I do have multiple vehicles, but I set this appointment a month prior. It left a sour taste in my mouth when I was told it hasn’t even been touched. Granted, if there would have been even the slightest bit of communication, this probably could have been avoided.

Excellent work, got a paint correction for my Acura that had a lot of clear coat scratches and now the car looks like it came off the showroom floor! Highly recommended!!

My 2008 Buick LaCrosse was gorgeous when I picked it up. All of the Leyland cypress sap was removed and a shiny, thick coat of wax is protecting ring my RED paint. The interior still smells fresh after almost a month. Good job and well worth the price. Then, it was The Green Machine’s turn. Good coat of wax, engine compartment, and interior mats are sparkling. (I’m updating the entire interior, so no detailing or cleaning on there). Mike is professional and understands the work needed.

I can't recommend Drive by Detail enough! Joseph offers great customer service and my gosh, does he know how to DETAIL! Our Equinox was embarrassingly filthy and it now looks as good as the day we bought it new... maybe even better with the added shine. I wish I had thought to snap before photos to show the shocking difference. His prices are also very reasonable for what a truly exceptional job he does. 5 stars, hands down!

Paid $200 for the “platinum package” for a job that was definitely rushed and not thoroughly done. I dropped my car off at 11 and was told he would be calling me at 5:30 to come get it, never got a call so I drove up there, arrived around 5:50 to see they were working on my car still. He said about 30 mins which ended up being me waiting there another hour and a half. No apologies or anything. I was late for something I was supposed to be at at 6:30 so I inspected quickly, paid my $200 and left. After further inspection, there was a lot that just wasn’t quality work. It makes me think they only spent that hour and a half of me sitting there waiting on it and rushed it out. Streaky windows, dog hairs still in the back, places that just weren’t checked over and wiped down.

Hands down this is the place to turn to get your car clean. I work as a man; which means I spend months at a time working in my truck 14 hours a day covered in dirt, mud and grease. I spent six months working in the New Mexico deserts, often sheltering muddy stray dogs. When I got home, the truck was coated in dirt and ground in mud from head to toe. I turned to these guys to get this 2011 F150 more professional looking at least. I failed to take before pictures because this is a common cycle for me and I am typically left disappointed with the results; even more so as a former detailer myself. Prestige absolutely does their business right. They ultimately held it an extra night because they were insist in getting it done right. What they did to the interior is just short of restoration level. The carpets and seats were spotless and the interior was returned to its showroom black from the hazy grey I had come accustomed to. When I went I picked it up, it was quite apparent that everyone of them took as much pride in my truck as I do (maybe a tad more). That's huge for me. I will be certainly be using them to maintain the proper state for my 3 vehicles.

Purchased a 2024 Hyundai Palisade and dealership did a typical detail which wasn't great. Searched local auto detailers in near Kernersville and Street Legends was top rated. Reached out to Shawn who was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Got appointment setup and just picked up vehicle and it is night and day. I used to bring my car here all the time I went in for a wash and they told me for the price of the wash I had already paid I could get free washes for a month. I told them I didn’t want a monthly membership since it was my moms car. They told me not to worry that they would cancel it Well guess what they didn’t cancel it. I got charged $20 for a monthly membership. When I contacted customer service it took them forever to get back to me and they told me they have canceled my membership but won’t refund the money Just beware if they offer you “free” washes

OMG, Gary did an amazing job on my car!!! I was in desperate need of a wash already, but he took me on a last minute booking after my two new foster pups vomited all over my back seat. It was a mess. The vomit even managed to get in the front, on the rear view mirror, and in the seat belts. The car had a ton of dog hair as well, courtesy of my Pomsky. I regret not taking before photos to showcase just how great a job he did. He cleaned my filthy gas tank, the inside of my trunk hatch, and he even managed to get off a bit of something blue I thought was permanent, because it never came off in the car wash. He got rid of some scratches that were on my door as well. Honestly, the car shined more than when I first bought it. He clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. I highly recommend him.

Lars did an excellent and very detailed job on my 2013 Red Camaro. It’s almost like I got a brand new car again😊. I haven’t had a car detailing service before since I bought this car, but the way Lars did superseded beyond my expectations! He did a very thorough vacuum of interior and trunk, all surfaces and crevices are cleaned, tires and wheels are well cleaned and polished. The price is very reasonable. Lars is one of the friendliest guys I've met. He is so pleasant to work with. His knowledge on cars is extensive. I came to him before selling my car. It was covered in pet hair, had old food stains, carpet stains that were disgusting from kids. There was crust built up in every crack. My headlights were so yellow and could barley see at night. He fixed everything!! I was shocked to see how clean the car was. I was wondering if he could get the apple sauce off the ceiling after 6 plus months. Yup cleaned right up with no marks. Those headlights look like new! He did it at his location because the weather was snowing. So he didn't want to outside to get dirty. Lars is so good at his job! 100% recommend!

Best part is took 1.5 hrs they have a great waiting area with big screen TV and all the good channels, started watching a movie on Netflix and before movie finished they were done. Had one if my vehicle in for just a wash, wax, and interior clean. A basic service. What they did was way above a basic service. It was great! I then took my second vehicle in to have a full detail with paint correction and ceramic coating. I could not be more pleased. The work they did was second to none. If you are considering ceramic coating and are on the fence, these are the guys. Get it done, the ceramic coating is amazing and these guys did a fantastic job. Well worth the money. I will be back on a for regular detailing.

DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT SCRATCHES!! This car wash ruined my paint on my new car. As you can see in the picture there are scratches all over the entire body! The owner claimed that “black paint naturally looks like that in the sun” but I have hand washed and dried my car before as you see in the before picture and it never looked like this. Grazzi the owner did not want to take responsibility whatsoever and was very rude. This is going to cost me close to $1000 to polish and get rid of scratches. (Reply) Owner showed me other black vehicles including a bmw that had the same marks after the wash, saying that it was “normal”. I did not demand anything, I have nothing against the owner I’m just sharing my experience so others can know and take caution. God bless

The owner of this place is so rude!I have been going here for years but yesterday afternoon I got home and noticed the windows had streaks on the front windshield and the hatch back door window had not been cleared at all!! I didn't notice this until late afternoon and they were closed so I called this morning and the owner said bring my vehicle back over there and they would redo it. I drove back over there and the owner looked at and very rudely said this vehicle is clean and when I tried to show him the streaks left on the windows he dispute my words saying there is none and said he was busy he had to get back to work and walked away. Also I had left loose change in the front cup holder which was a mistake! Some of it was missing. I tried to clean the back window before I called him but could not reach the inside which I explained to him and he refused to listen to me saying it's a clean car and walked away. He does not show any care at all for his customers even though I am a customer who has been going there for a long time!!

When I tell you I found the perfect place for my car! Before deciding to use River Ridge Motorsports, I researched multiple vendors. Ultimately, I called and spoke with Brad. Brad is the man! He knows his stuff and is very courteous. I had my windows tinted and the Ion Ceramic Coating. My vehicle is black, so it was critical to get it right. My Jaguar F-type looks like new money! I want to just keep it garaged and look at it! I will probably have my other vehicles done there as well!

Best place to go get your car wash done. Usually when i get the car wash done from a different location when i get in my car i see some unclean spots. But after getting car washed from them i was seating in my car for 5 mins to find any uncleaned spot and went back to home to bring my wife’s car to get washed too

Got my Infiniti washed and waxed the other day. And I must say that this is probably THE BEST AUTO DETAILING service in the area.
