This is the worst car dealership that I've ever dealt with. Tony the owner was very unprofessional. After several telephone conversations of letting him know I wasn't a child that he could talk over he then started telling me that it was the white man's business. Yet I gave my money to him and the truck was no good and leaking oil then after getting behind a payment with explanation he repossessed it after 9 months when when they delivered it to my house while I was sick. Yet he didn't care..

5 stars! 100% because of the stellar customer service from Jarvis, the assistant General manager there. He went well above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was as clean as possible. He noticed that it wasn't up to his standard after the first wash-flagged me down to run it through again. Then came out after the second wash and gave me tips and tricks of the Trade to ensure a spotless wash every time hereafter. Thanks Whistle express and thank you Jarvis!!!

Superb job on my SUV! My car was absolutely filthy from (to my shame) neglect. Needless to say, I was crunched for time for an upcoming trip during the holidays and Garrett took care of my vehicle right away. I am a retired veteran and have traveled the country, and owned several different cars and trucks. But the service, work ethic, and extreme attention to detail, was like nothing I had ever seen before! He even took the plastic trim boards off to clean under them! He also got up every single hair that my dog had shed inside. The lists goes on and on. All I can say is I was FLOORED when I picked my SUV back up. It did not look like the same car at all. Therefore, I will be using this business for all the detailing needs on both my and my wife’s car from now on. I HIGHLY recommend them for anyone who thinks perfection is utterly impossible!

He went above and beyond with our needs on getting the car clean. Not only was he spot on with getting rid of all the dirt, hair and stains in my little jeep. But he made sure to keep communication going on updates on the before and after images. Which made me even more excited and happier. To see the things I couldn't do and get he was able to get done! Even an exterior wash as well. Will for sure come here again when needed!

Need to be able to get in touch with owner, especially need to have a number to contact them at. I understand it's self service. But if Owner doesn't answer customer calls and their isn't any help when needed or machine doesn't have correct change. Then in my opinion it needs to be free! Don't just open up car wash and not have any customer service. Wonder where the owner might be if this car wash caught on fire??

Wow, i’m so impressed with the soap and wax they do great job cleaning my car. It’s a great place to Detail my Corvette before a car show. I really like how well maintained Equipment is. Vacuum cleaners do an awesome job picking up every little piece. I Appreciate the super bright lights at night it makes cleaning my car so much easier.

Don’t trust this guy, especially when he sells cars. Sold us a car and says it’s such a good deal and nothing was wrong with it mechanically. Then he continues to lie about the car and sold us a different type of model while he states he’s selling another model to us. Guy completely scammed us, took our money and doesn’t want to help to give it back. Says he’s a “god family Business” but scams us. Irrelevant. I wouldn’t trust this guy even giving money to him

This place is the absolute best!!!! Shar is the sweetest! Customer service is top notch! U haul had a nation wide shutdown and Shar helped me for 3hours+. Then came in at 7am on her day off!! Lamar is the best as well!! He was helping us the whole time and made sure we got in a u haul! Since I'm starting a detail company he did not hesitate to share some really good tips! Needless to say I am so thankful for them! They helped when I needed it even though they didn't have to!

You only responding now because I left a review on your website smh, so unprofessional. This place sucks. Reported damage done to my vehicle from the brushes at the car was and the owner didn’t want to take responsibility for his faulty equipment. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Dropped off a headliner on 7/8 told me he would have it done by the evening or next day which was Sunday. I had no issues and was willing to wait, I got a message on 7/12 asking what color was the material and claims they got the wrong color and would have to order the right one. He told me he would have it done by 8pm on 7/12 I was OK with that. On 7/13 he tells me they will have it done in a couple of hours, then he tells me he has an emergency which I understand I was asked again to pick up on 7/14 in the morning after not hearing back for a couple of days on 7/17 I messaged him and told him my wife would pick up. He then told he would not be home till that evening, so I ask him when can I pick it up on 7/18 he again tells me after 5 pm he had an emergency and again I understood and was very patient with him. He tells me he won't be back till 7/20, I then tell him I need my headliner back asap. He tells me that he will drop it off to me I was happy that saves me time and a trip, I let him know I had no issues coming to get it. I sent gin a message asking if he was available so I could pick up on the 21st and he again tells me no he had loaded it to his truck and would deliver Saturday morning. 7/22 Saturday morning comes and goes I again tell him I'll just pick up, he tells me they are on the road and asked If I was home. I asked him an ETA and he tells me he will let me know 45 minutes in advance, I did not hear anything till 7/24 Mondays asking what time I would be home and their ETA was 6:45. At 9:33 he messages me and tell me they are finishing up a a job and asked if they can drop off he tells me they are 38 minutes aways. I could not wait so I asked him to leave it in the back of my truck that night. On Tuesday 7/25 he tells me they could not locate my address claims the address took them elsewhere asked me to verify my address which they should have had multiple times from my appointment request online and what I entered into his phone the day I dropped off. That Tuesday 7/25 he claims they have the wrong address and would be there shortly....it's now 7/27 I called and my phone call was declined. This is by far the worse service I have experienced its full of excuses. I work in the customer service industry and can tell you I'm very disappointed in this business. Next time I'll make sure I pay attention to the reviews and go to a reputable business. At this point I'll take this as a lesson learned and move on.

Update August 2023: My daughter attempted to use this same company for a repair on her vehicle and has been scammed like all of the more recent reviewers. My experience over a year ago was great, but the ownership or something has changed since then. DO NOT do business with these people. Original review from August 2022: I had a leather spot on my drivers seat that needed to be fixed. I contacted LC Headliners and they came out to my work the next day and fixed the seat while I was working. Super fast and efficient, and most importantly, made my seat look 10x better!

Today was my first time ever going to one of these places. It was the Wilson location and absolutely my last time. I paid for the full service 24.99$ cleaning. I basically wanted my car vacuumed and wiped down. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of service I received. If you go to this location please check behind them because they don’t wipe down your dash, or door panels. I was so upset I decided to leave. There was only one car waiting so it’s not like the worker was rushed he just didn’t care and definitely doesn’t take pride in his work. Please see below pictures.

I had to initiate all verbal communication although it was my first time. Team seemed preoccupied or tired. Inside cleaning was sub par. Still had crumbs around gear stick and floor mats still dirty and windshield very streaky. I regret buying the 2 car wash package or else I wouldn't go back at all. Not worth the money for the lack of detail and messy cleaning job. Even my carpets still looked dirty and I've only had the car 5 months so it didn't even need a deep clean but doesn't feel like anyone really paid attention to too much. Took these pics as I was leaving the parking lot. And this how the mats looked after they dried smh. At least the outside looks clean from the drive thru car wash part.

I'm so impressed by the job Mr. Walker did on my car!! Booking was easy....Communication before and during the process was on point. My mercedes had a cement type substance splattered on my car. He got it all off and my paint was not affected. My car was also washed...I'm so glad I chose him! I will be booking future services for my other vehicle. This will be the only detailing company I get to do my car.

Matthew is awesome! Answered my call on the first try! I was truly impressed with his professional and confident responses. More than happy with services he provided on my 2021 Yamaha boat. He spent extra time than billed for and made sure every spot was perfect. What a experience I had with Waters detailing. Not to mention he finished my boat within a week or so after my first call! Matthew was very accommodating in picking up and delivering it back to me at my home. He did the ceramic coating over a 3 day period and it turned out beautifully! Words can not describe the appreciation that I have for Quin and his team at the Detailing Genius. I had a special project that needed to be completed that I thought was outside of the scope of work for a detail shop. To my surprise, Quin obliged my request and was able to thoroughly clean and disinfect my gutters. Using eco and pet friendly products, he was able to blast the crud and grime off my gutters that hadn’t been cleaned in all of the 25yrs I’ve lived here. No job too small and no request too big for the Detailing Genius! Will use again!

I left Wilson July 2023. Turned in my "barcode" was told I would no longer be charged. The monthly membership fee continues to come out every month. It's now January 2024. I reached out in August, Oct. , November.....no response. I reached out again today.....I guess I know what to expect

Kaitlyn the general manger was tremendously disrespectful and her behavior and attitude was disgusting and disgraceful. The policy is 10 minute limit on busy days and she told us he had 5 minutes left to clean I was not aware of any time limit until I read the posted saying 10 minutes on BUSY DAYS. Today is a Friday but there were 6+ empty spots for vacuuming and no other cars. She came back over and said “I’m going to need you guys to wrap it up” so I responded “ we are doing the best we can” to which she said “ it’s been 8 minutes” and I said “ ok we are doing what we can” and she then said “I can call the police if you don’t want to leave” and when my mother says “no need to call the police I spent $30 on a car wash we are trying to be fast we are almost done” she proceeded to say we are not welcome back to this car wash and took her phone out to record us and get our license plate….. she also said she has reported us to corporate? All over a car wash? I mean I was being super polite but idk what her problem was today but it was just terrible behavior and my little brother waved bye to her and she said “oh wow nice kids too” in a sarcastic tone. He’s a little boy he diensr know what just happened she’s just bitter

I was looking all around wilson for a good auto body repair shop, and found body werx! I was able to get an estimate the same day and they were so helpful and the price for the service was wonderful!! Upon going to my appointment to fix the car, they were very good on timing and the finished product looks so good! Use them if you need body work done!
