Staff was nice and I was partially refunded, so giving them two stars for that. One star for the cleaning. Paid for a detailing and it was far from detailed, barely cleaned. Didn’t even touch the windshield, dead bugs still around the crevices of the brand emblem on the front. Dirty crevices around the back window, inside wasn’t vacuumed at all, floor mats weren’t shaken or dusted off whatsoever. Cup holders weren’t emptied, lights were still dirty, interior windows still dirty. Literally so disappointed and felt like it was a waste of money and time. They oughta have someone walk around and inspect with a checklist and sign off on it because it really looked like it was quickly gone over and set aside. Do yourself a favor and check your car BEFORE you pay if you bring it here. Included photos were what I left with, they did go back and handle the vacuuming and the windshield after I complained but like… the windshield was BAD how could they have not noticed that and said it was good to go?! Crazy.

David the owner, and Patrick came by today and did an awesome job with my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JKU. They took their time and made sure every detail was either washed, sealed, cleaned, waxed or restored. The interior looks brand new, really impressed with how the seats came clean! I opted to get my engine bay cleaned and it looks great, I am super impressed. The whole outside looks very good, the tires are shiny and the body feels smooth with the wax they did. I can’t say enough great things about Martin. I was terrified of owning a black truck due to the imperfections they show, but he took care of all of my worries. Within 2 weeks of owning the truck I came across Martins page and spoke with him about getting my truck ceramic coated. Have been coming to this car wash for about a year now, your car always comes out very clean and then you have the free vacuums, air hose and cleaning supplies for the interior of your vehicle. The staff has always been friendly here. Would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

VIP auto care is the place to go! Everyone is so kind and respectful, they’ll answer any questions you may have. All the employees are personable and great to chat with. In the lobby they got the AC pumping for the hot summer sun and have multiple seats to sit in for when they are busy and a TV to watch too which is a huge benefit! They also have a bench outside to sit on if you enjoy soaking in the summer sun, like me! The atmosphere here is the best, they keep the tunes rolling out in the garage. So I can reassure you they’ll get the job done and do it right! They cleaned my 2005 Nissan Xterra, which I usually do but they got it shining way better than I ever have, but heck I can see my the reflection in the paint. I’ll definitely be back, thanks again VIP!

Took my brand new car here to get some scratches buffed out of two spot and the white guy with the dreads ended up taking the buffer to half the car including my plastic bumper and burnt holes in it with the buffer, DO MOT TAKE YOU CARE TO GET DETAILED HERE. They don’t even clay bar your car before taking a buffer to it so it scratches your care even worse plus they use the same buffer wheel for weeks on multiple cars. This place is a joke if you can’t buff cars the right way don’t do it at all.

I spent over 30 for a car wash and when the girl told me to look it over there was hair all in the backseat , of which I've had my car washed at Cruisers and at other car washes (that are way less expensive) and they always get the hair up from my dog, I just happened to be on that side of town. When I told the girl that there was hair all over the place she said "that's considered to be a detail job". I spent 37 and you can't get the dog hair up? And it's not like they were slammed busy either. I said I will never come back here again, she just walked away from me and started working on another car. I've never gone and had my car washed and not had all the dog hair removed. I will never go back after being treated like that and literally throwing away money. I work in an industry that requires my car be kept clean and I will drive across town to avoid them now. I'm so upset. Plus they didn't wipe down the back seats and I paid for interior and exterior armor all. People don't care and this company certainly doesn't care about the quality of work or how customers feel about them. And they also didn't put air freshener in car either, cup holders disgusting. The best car wash I’ve ever experienced the first time I was there. I waited about 45 minutes and I had no idea how worth that weight it was going to be. My car is always spotless. Interior is amazing. There’s no speck of sand or dog hair in there after they are done and it smells so good.

S College Rd location - I thought other reviews might have been exaggerating but they really didn’t do a good job at all. Purchased the Gold wash with full interior. I asked them to focus in the rear interior. Unfortunately, I tipped 30% before seeing the job they did. Interior looked basically the same as when I dropped it off. They didn’t even do the cup holders. Armor-All was streaked on the hard surfaces. Giving a star because at least everyone was polite, and another star for the nice guy at the Oleander Drive location who vacuumed the sand the first guy missed.

I took my dads SUV in to have it cleaned. My dad was a big smoker who recently quit. I wanted to get his car cleaned and remove the smoke smell and cigarette ash. I called Mike and he was able to take the car in the same day. It took a few hours but it was worth it. The smoke smell was gone, the seats and floor board were steam cleaned, the dash, handles, and even the door jams were all cleaned. The inside looked awesome. I only scheduled for an interior cleaning but Mike went over and beyond my expectations. My dad was very happy with the car and my mom even said it looked better then when they bought it. Excellent job and I will back here again soon.

Not often as you would like, does a business respond quickly when you call, give you a fair estimate, get you scheduled, show up on time, and complete the job even though it was way more difficult than originally thought. And exceed your expectations on the results. A big thanks to Blake for making all that happen on my 2014 Toyota Tacoma truck. The adhesive on the 10 year old clear bra he promised to remove was just a bear to get off. He stuck with it until it was perfect. His standards were even higher than mine. A job well done!

I used to go to this location it was Fins and thought it was a great value for $10/$12 . Although the wheel cleaning and tire shine wasn't the best, they would make it right by cleaning it by hand and applying tire shine, or just refunding me on occasion. Yesterday, with my new car I decided to do a $22 wash and the usual happened. The wheel cleaner and and tire shine totally missed the mark and this time I paid $22, not $10/$12. When I brought this to staffs attention, they said they no longer do manual tire shine touch ups, wouldn't refund me or give me a future free wash. They only offered for me to run through the car wash again. After spending 45 minutes drying and cleaning the car, I did not have time to do it again . I will not be returning. The $22 wash was hardly worth $10. Very disappointed. Staff were nice , and the free towels and cleaner are always appreciated hence the 2 stars instead of 1.

I called Brian last week to see if he could polish the headlights on a used Honda Odyssey that I recently purchased for my son but needed the job to be done in 48 hours. I booked an appointment at Manny's shop and Brian was able to finish the job in less than 30 minutes. After the job he did on a 2009 van, I promptly took my Porsche 911 to his shop as well. He came over looked at what I needed done and quoted out a very reasonable price so I accepted. I told him he could come back another time if he wanted but he did the work straight away. After driving cross country (twice), my front bumper had some pretty deep rock chips in it as well as some normal wear and tear on the paint of my car. Philip and his team did an AMAZING job buffing out scratches and wrapping my bumper to cover the damage. My 2021 car looks brand new!! I had them do the Platinum edition to my Lotus. They had the car for a week. The car looks better then new. Yes, it is expensive but if you have a car with paint that you not happy with, you want to keep it for years and never have to buff /wax ever again, you need to take a look at this.

Took my Harley over to Alex with Cape Fear Detail... I don’t usually trust anyone with my bike over night but needless to say it was well taken Care of and secure! It was not left outside and was left inside and locked up! Thank you! For all the Harley ride guys out there this is the guy you need to take your bike to for detailing! I felt better leaving my bike with Alex than I did the Harley Shop. Alex did an amazing job on my bike! Looked like the thing came off the showroom floor... I’ll say factory line instead! Scheduled an appointment with what it looks like plenty of open slots. When the show time came around no one came and no one reached out. 15-20 minutes past the appointment I call them finally and was told that there are no appointments and that I was on a waiting list. That is completely unacceptable! No communication and no courtesy to accomplish me while I need to reach out to them when they should inform me when they would come by. Been told that everything is booked until Monday even though there were plenty of slots open when booking! That is very misleading and dishonest towards the customer! Very disorganized company. Will prefer to go somewhere else where the customer is important to get one’s business!
