Alston and Sons Mobile Details did an amazing job to my vehicle inside and out in spite of the pollen. I love the fact that he came to my workplace and cleaned it. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE! I wish I could put no stars but it doesn't allow that. This guy Jeff, the owner, was absolutely rude. He does not have a shop so do not try using that address. Also, he told me he was mobile but made me drive 15 minutes to meet him at a hardee's which end up being the wrong one because he did not give me the correct address, then when he FINALLY give me the right address after realizing he said the wrong information it was an additional 20 minutes away. He then said he would try to meet me, but 5 minutes into the phone conversation he told me "oh that's too far and you're cutting into my lunch break" (which he works at enterprise off of Wesleyan) so then I wasted my time he was very unprofessional and then when I said I will be leaving a review of my experience he harrassed me and kept calling me and when I picked up he basically told me off. DO NOT TRUST THIS! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH JEFF! Don't waste your time.

The service was a bit overpriced for what I received. I understand that the person wasn't at his shop and might not have had all the necessary supplies. While he did a decent job cleaning the exterior of my car, if you are looking for a thorough interior cleaning beyond just a quick vacuum, you might want to consider other options.

I would never use the uhaul services through cherry detail ever. I was scheduled to do a self pickup for a truck at 5pm upon getting there my location services on my phone would not allow me to pick the truck up. The male owner of cherry detail was there with the business unlocked. I asked him if he would please help me with the truck pickup and he proceeded to tell me meanly that he was closed and would not help. I canceled the reservation and checked all Other U-Haul’s in the area and none of them had a truck available. I then created a new reservation for 7 PM I was able to use location services on my boyfriends phone to pick the truck up. Our reservation was for 24 hours. When we dropped the truck off the lady owner screamed at us about a spot in the back of the truck and wanted to charge us to clean the truck when the spot was there when we got the truck. She also told us she would have uhaul ban us from renting trucks when we rent multiple times a month from uhaul for years. I believe bc they have a personal detail business they try to charge individuals truck cleaning fees.

This company is scamming people by not telling the whole truth at beginning. I went back in October to get my car washed than the sales associate asked me to upgrade my one day service from $20 to $32, than I can have a 30 days free car washed. Later I was surprise that they sign me up with a monthly service that I was not aware of. Furthermore, I called the customer service and the Agents lady she was rude and she doesn't wants to listen to my concerns and she didn't even care. You can't make money of people by lying and hiding the the whole truth and than when they call for complain no one care.

Don't go. Several months ago I said I would not go again, however with the recent weather I decided on a wash. There are 2 on Sunset Ave. First I tried the Sunset/Halifax Rd and the card reader did not read my card, as before. I had called the # and reported this months ago, but the owner did not seem concerned. Then I tried the other Sunset location. It worked but left a visible residue running down the side of my truck, so I went home an washed it again, in the cold. No more Squeaky for me and you should stay away too if you want a wash.

This place used to be halfway decent. Now, the brush touch wash NEVER works, the touch free is actually a waste of money, the self wash is expensive as hell, half the vacuums SUCK AND NOT IN A GOOD WAY, and thr main reason I come, is for the floor mat cleaner.... and guess what.... it's broken along with everything else. Can't get receipts so I can claim at work. No attendant on site. AND THEY DONT TAKE CARDS FOR VACUUM. What year is it? There is literally a national change shortage and you want 20 quarters from me. JUST KEEP DRIVING

Complete waste of my time and money. I paid extra for pet hair removal, instead of vacuuming the dash, they sprayed and wiped it down. Now pet hair is stuck to my dash because the product that was used left a sticky residue. Hopefully I can vacuum the pet hair after the product wears off. Center console wasn't cleaned and a rear window wasn't clean. I paid for the inside to be vacuumed as well and it looked the same as it did when I first took it there. Glad I gave them a trial run before signing up for a membership.

I've been here 4 or 5 times thinking I would receive better service each time. Each time is the same sorry service. The manager cleaned my car and I wasn't pleased. I spoke to employees who were very nice and wiped my car a little more. As u can see my car is still just a dirty. They used dry rags to wipe the inside down.

Matthew is awesome! Answered my call on the first try! I was truly impressed with his professional and confident responses. More than happy with services he provided on my 2021 Yamaha boat. He spent extra time than billed for and made sure every spot was perfect. What a experience I had with Waters detailing. Not to mention he finished my boat within a week or so after my first call! I went to get a simple oil change and the experience was terrible. First off they lost my oil cap (i don’t know how that even happened). But they went to go get me another one which I had to wait on. I leave thinking everything is ok until I hear scrapping coming from under my car. THEY DIDNT EVEN STREW THE BOTTOM OF MY CAR BACK. I didn’t even go back at that point because obviously they had to much going on. The service was terrible and very unprofessional. I would not recommend. But if you do decide to visit this company make sure you pay attention and make sure they are doing everything correctly!!

Was just passing through town and really needed gas and a wash.. Found this gem and couldn't be happier! Gas price was lower than everyone else, by far, PLUS there's an additional discount if you get the wash too. There's several wash packages available, all very reasonably priced. Free vacuums. A super friendly staff that also sprays the vehicle before you go through. They even have clean private restrooms! Wish we had this company in my area. Highly recommend!

Great wash, I came the other day to wash my SUV which was remotely clean already but my favorite thing about it was the customer service. The employees asked how the wash went and made sure that I was satisfied with my the results of my car. After they cleaned my car’s exterior, there’s a vacuum cleaner you can use to clean the interior. There’s also a lobby with chairs, a table, vending machines with snacks, and a place you can charge your phone and watch TV. On top of that you can drink a fresh coffee for free! So after you finish getting your car cleaned you have a comfortable area to sit down and enjoy a drink afterwards. There’s also a gas pump right next to the wash area also free air for your tires and nothing feels better than a clean car with a full tank! The employees were very kind and made sure everything went smoothly for me. Definitely will be coming again.

GREAT SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP! WOULD 100% RECOMMEND. Got a minor buffing job on my honda civic typeR done at Medlin Brothers. Picked up some paint on my driver side doors from brushing some parking lot cones. Brandon was quick to give me a quote. The pricing was very fair, and also completed the work quicker the promised, so great work to the team there. Fixed door panels look perfect after the buffing, can barely tell where the damage was. Words can not describe the appreciation that I have for Quin and his team at the Detailing Genius. I had a special project that needed to be completed that I thought was outside of the scope of work for a detail shop. To my surprise, Quin obliged my request and was able to thoroughly clean and disinfect my gutters. Using eco and pet friendly products, he was able to blast the crud and grime off my gutters that hadn’t been cleaned in all of the 25yrs I’ve lived here.
