I would give them 10 stars if I could! These guys did an amazing job on our 3 cars. One of them was really bad, it had some really bad stains all over the paint from tree sap. I didn't know if there was any way to get it clean. I was absolutely amazed at how great it looked inside and out when they were done! It's a 2012 and it looked like it just came off the showroom floor new! I thought the price was great for the service we got! I will definitely have them come out again! My wife and I are expecting our first child and were starting to prep everything. When it came time for the car seats, we realized we were in desperate need of a cleaning. We have two beagles and one sheds A LOT. There was hair embedded in the fabric, seats, floor, everywhere. I went to a local car wash and did my best with the vacuum, but it did nothing. After searching a bit, we came across Lee’s Mobile Detailing. From the start to finish it was smooth. Booking was directly online where I was able to explore packages, dates and times. Once I booked, Devante reached out to confirm the appointment, explain the process, and see if I had any questions. The day of, I received a text when he was about 30 minutes out so I can make sure I was ready. Upon arrival, the process was again explained and it made me know my car was in good hands. Throughout the cleaning, I would get update photos sent. Upon completion, I did a full walk around of the vehicle to ensure that it was cleaned to my liking. He asked if there was anything I wanted cleaned again or touched up to ensure my satisfaction. After the inspection, final payment was made. Before leaving, I was told to expect a text or call within the next few days to again make sure that I am completely satisfied and if I noticed anything after the fact, he would come back out to finish the job at no charge. 10/10 quality of service, 10/10 customer service! Highly Recommend!

Very professional, I had Luke and the guys detailing my GT500. And to start they arrive at the exact time stated to me 3 days prior. They started by speaking to me and explaining every part of the process. Then they met together and got a specific plan of activities to be the most productive. After they started I had to leave for work. They updated me with pictures throughout the entire day. I asked detailed questions with immediate responses. I would recommend you use these folks. They arrived early & our car looked good overall when they finished (especially the outside), but there were crumbs and dirt in the crevices in between the front seat and door and in between the front seat and center console. My husband also noticed that the inside windows weren’t cleaned thoroughly. I called to politely let them know what was missed and they said they wouldn’t be able to come back out to South Raleigh to fix it since they’re rarely in the area, which is very unfortunate. When you’re paying a professional $140 to perform a service, you expect your car to be thoroughly cleaned. Since that didn’t happen and they were unwilling to make it right, I would not recommend this business.

I took my car to August Precision for ceramic coating and tint, and I couldn't be happier with the results. We returned home from a 3 week trip after hurricane Milton to find the front interior of my car covered in mold. After Googling our options, I sent messages to three places for help. Cameron called me within an hour and patiently talked me through my options. It took five days but my RAV4 looked as good as new when I picked it up after a detailed cleaning and chlorine treatment. I recently paid for my niece to get her car detailed as a Christmas gift. I told her to find a place, and I’d give her the cash to cover it. She found a business online with a high rating that offered mobile detailing, which was convenient for her and seemed to be Black-owned—something we try to support when possible. She booked the appointment for a Sunday at 8 a.m. online, as the business closes early on Saturdays, so she couldn't call directly. The service requires a $50 deposit, with the remaining balance due once the job is completed. On the day of the appointment, my niece woke up early to clear her car so the employee could clean it easily. At 7:55 a.m., she went outside to check if anyone had arrived. When she came back in, I asked if they were there, and she said no. I suggested she wait a few minutes and then call at 8:05 a.m. She called, but no one answered, and she was sent to voicemail, which was full, so she couldn’t leave a message. She waited until 8:15 a.m. and tried calling again—same result: voicemail. At this point, they were already 15 minutes late. She even sent a message through their Instagram page, but got no response. She started to worry that it might be a scam and that her $50 deposit was gone. At 8:21 a.m., my niece received a text from an employee named Lamar saying he had just finished his previous appointment and was on his way. He also told her to leave her car unlocked. The shop is only about 12 minutes from our house, but Lamar didn’t arrive until around 9:30 a.m.—an hour and a half late for the scheduled appointment. Lamar cleaned the car, but he didn’t apologize for being late, nor did he offer any discount. My niece didn’t take any "before" pictures since there wasn’t much to clean—she had recently gotten a used car and mainly wanted the seats and carpets sanitized. Lamar did a great job cleaning the car, though after he left, my niece noticed a yellow scuff mark on the vehicle that she didn’t recall seeing before the detailing. Lamar offered to have her come by the shop to have the mark removed at no extra charge, which we appreciated. Even though my niece had work that morning, she decided to go to the shop since Lamar said he’d be there all day, and if she came another day, she would need to make an appointment. After her past experience trying to contact them, she figured it would be easier to go ahead and get the issue resolved. I told her to text me when she arrived, which she did around 9:15 a.m. What was supposed to be a quick 30-second fix turned into a 32-minute wait. I asked her what was taking so long, and she guessed they might have been looking for the right product to remove the mark. She said when they found the product, there wasn’t much left, so they had to go back and get more. I could tell my niece was frustrated—she’s not confrontational, but I could hear it in her voice. I would have been frustrated, too, which is why I’m writing this review on her behalf. While Lamar did a good job cleaning the car, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service were concerning. We value excellent service, and this business just didn’t deliver on that front. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere from now on. This review isn’t meant to bash the company. My niece and I always strive to support Black-owned businesses, and I hope this feedback—along with other similar reviews—serves as constructive criticism for them to improve.

Just got my 2010 Mustang GT back from Auto Lust. It is the first spa treatment my car has experienced since I bought it in 2009. Got an exterior cleaning, color correction and ceramic coating (body and wheels). Josh and Scott did a fantastic job. The car has never looked as good. They even did a quick clean of the interior. Words can not describe the appreciation that I have for Quin and his team at the Detailing Genius. I had a special project that needed to be completed that I thought was outside of the scope of work for a detail shop. To my surprise, Quin obliged my request and was able to thoroughly clean and disinfect my gutters. Using eco and pet friendly products, he was able to blast the crud and grime off my gutters that hadn’t been cleaned in all of the 25yrs I’ve lived here. I recently took my Tesla Model 3 in and the Phenomenal Detailing team did a full body PPF and badge replacements. When I first went in I wasn’t sure what I was going to do with the car I just knew I wanted it protected. Rob did a great job of explaining my options and what the process would look like for each option. Cam also did a great job of communicating with me and keeping the entire process running smoothly. These guys are outstanding! To say my car was rough is an understatement. It had severe staining and dog fur built up from over a year with dogs. I wish I could've provided before pictures but I was so disgusted with the car that the thought hadn't crossed my mind. It was so bad I considered completely replacing the entire interior. Pencil marks on the doors (by kids in the backseat) were completely removed. Left my jaw on the floor. Booked my very first detail I’ve ever gotten with Prestige Glow due to their mobile service & their consistent 5 star ratings. They are well earned. They were professional, kind, 5 minutes early, hard working, and efficient. All of my concerns were addressed and my expectations were already high, and somehow exceeded. My car looks brand new and smells incredible. I’d like to mention one thing that I found incredibly telling of the character and integrity of this company- I find throwing out ANY change, pennies or quarters, to be a bad omen. I work in a cash industry so I have been throwing change around my car for a couple years, especially my cup holder. I made it known that it was one of my main concerns because it was especially dirty due to all the change. I left some in there after removing all my personal items, and there was plenty floating around the rest of my car, too. These men WASHED MY CHANGE, and put it all together in the center console when they were done. Most respectable thing I’ve ever seen/could’ve mentioned in this review. 10/10 recommend.

I thanks them for their service to our country and my car. Y car was not painted correctly by an autonomy shop. I could either pay Maco $2000 to try and fix it or another place $5000 to fix it right. MC's repaired all the orange peel on my car and now it is smooth and shines like it should have been. I love these guys. My 2019 RAM Limited had a full ceramic treatment including the wheels. Brandon, who was highly recommended by a friend of mine, did not disappoint. I am a car guy, and I have sealed my truck my self almost every year. When Brandon delivered my truck, I just cold not believe how shiny and well finished it was. So after recently purchasing a car I’ve wanted for years, I decided to get a ceramic coating. I did plenty of research looking for the right person/ business, and man did I hit the jackpot pot finding “Liquid Finishing Detailing”. Brandon Woo is the man you want working on your car. I am very particular about how things are done, and there was a certain level of care I wanted for my first new car. Brandon took the time to explain the processes he goes thru, answering all my random questions. He gives several “package “ options, so that one can make their on decisions on the level of detailing they want. I can’t say enough good things about Brandon Woo and the Liquid Finishing Detailing. I’m taking my wife’s car for him to detail next. I rarely give reviews, but this experience seemed like it was justified. I’d give him 10 stars if google would let me! So, if you want your vehicle to shine like a new penny, look up Brandon Woo.(he is a detailing boss) I promise you will not be disappointed. 🤘😎

Too bad I can't give 10 stars! I moved to the area a year ago and couldn't believe how dirty the engine of my 2018 Hyundia SUV had become from the roads and quarry I drive past. When I found Manny at MAC Details, he was excellent from the communication to the cleaning job to his price. I preferred that he came to my house, and the very small mileage fee still kept the entire price very affordable. Not that I want my engine to get dirty again, but when it does (and I am sure it will), I will definitely call Manny!

I am so happy with the work/magic that was done on my 2006 4Runner! From my first inquiry call to driving off after complete, Jerrell and Dani were very professional. I tend to keep my vehicles a long time....this one is pushing 20 years....so I was debating whether to sell or spruce up my Toyota. I had so many questions about the process, cost and after care, and they were so patient with discussing all the options....probably more than once! I have an amazing master mechanic, so the exterior was my only concern. I chose the Ceramic Coating Pro ION package and the partial full front PPF (paint protection film) for added protection on the full hood, front bumper, headlights, side mirrors, door cups & luggage strip, as there are a lot of construction trucks on the road these days, spinning off stones! As you can see from the pictures, NEW-Ol' Betsy is so shiny that I tell my friends to be sure to wear their sunglasses when I pull up! I highly recommend this team!

Y&M Elite Detailing did a very professional job pressure washing my deck, driveway, and side walk and also detailing my car. The deck almost sparkles it looks so good and my car looks brand new. Working with the owners was easy and efficient. I was able to schedule the work around some other appointments. I will definitely use them again.

I had gasoline spilled on the fabric interior of the cabin of my jeep. I called Y&M desperately at 6:54 pm on a Thursday evening looking for a spot clean. The fumes in my jeep were awful and I had a long drive the next day. ZP came out and did a deep clean on the spill and cleared it right out. So profession, so accommodating, and so incredibly helpful. Cannot recommend more highly. Excellent service and kindness!
