Man, let me tell you! Chris at Brother & Brother Detailing came through for me in a clutch moment! I was scrambling the night before my cruise, realizing my car was a mess inside and out. I needed both the interior and exterior cleaned up, and I called Chris at the last minute hoping for a miracle. From the jump, Chris was super cool and professional. He didn’t hit me with any excuses or “I’ll see what I can do.” He kept it real, kept me updated throughout the day, and made sure to squeeze me in, even though I knew it was a tight schedule for him. That type of communication? You don’t get that everywhere. By the time I picked up my car, I was speechless. My Toyota was looking fresh! The interior was spotless as if I had just driven it off the lot and the outside was shining like new money. You could tell Chris and his crew don’t cut corners. 2023: wanted to update our review to say that we still appreciate the attention to detail that the Walker Wash team provides. We've been bringing our cars (all of them) here for over a year and the service continues to be top notch. They actually give a flip about doing it right. Highly recommended! 2022 review: So so so IMPRESSED with Walker Wash. They managed to get all of the dog (German shepherd mix) out of my Honda CRV. It looks better than the day I bought it (and it was new). Fantastic job

My jeep hadn't been truly cleaned in almost 2 years when I decided to sell, and I knew I needed to get it cleaned. After asking for recommendations on Facebook and google I decided to give walker wash a call. He immediately answered and asked me a few basic questions and gave me a rough quote over the phone. I booked my appointment and when I showed up he realized how badly my jeep really was in need of a wash. I told him what I could afford to pay that day, knowing that the amount of time it would take to clean my jeep would be way more. However he said he would take care of it. When I came back it was like I was looking at a new jeep!! It smelled and looked great. The cleanest it had been. Since I bought it in my opinion.. my coworkers and everyone that seen it was amazed by the transformation he did. I will never go back to faith works or anyone else around Kannapolis! Klean Touch showed up on time and did a great job on my wife's car. It was very dirty inside and out, including coffee stains everywhere, including the head liner. The car also had not been waxed for a while. Klean Touch got everything clean, and the wax job looks great. We also had them do headlight restoration on this car and another vehicle, and the headlight lenses are much clearer, providing much more light. I would definitely use them again, and I highly recommend their service.

Wow incredible quality of detail. I didn’t even expect it to be so good. You see, my 20 year old car was never cleaned for 7 or so years of previous ownership. It was filthy as u see on photos. What an perfect business name to describe that absolutely incredible work these guys do when it comes to cleaning cars. I've been taking my car here for cleanings for years now but today took the cake for customer service. If you don't read the rest of this review please look no further in finding a place to detail your car, you won't find any place more detailed or fairly prices than Mic's. I leave for vacation tomorrow morning (Friday) so I dropped off my car Wednesday night for Thursday night pick up. I had a weird smell in the car and wanted it gone. Remember this for later. Today had an employee have to go to the hospital and were wondering if I could pick up Friday so they would have enough time to do a really good clean, but I explained I will be leaving for vacation Friday so I have to pick the car up tonight. No problem he says, we'll get it back to you this evening. He called back an hour later- it's almost 7:30 pm- saying he finally found the source of the smell and sends me photos. YALL. Trigger warning for bugs. A 12 pack of Yoohoo had somehow gotten under the hidden area where a spare tire should go and was out of sight. It exploded, fermented, & there were maggots. 🤢🤢🤢 I wanted to DIE OF EMBARRASSMENT. They got it all cleaned and sanitized for me, of course it was more but wow was it worth it. My car came back to me cleaner than the day I bought it. Oh, and my drivers seat wouldn't go backwards when I dropped it off. Only forwards and they were able to fix that for me! It's a short that'll need a more permanent fix but it works for now!!! It was literally one thing after another with this car today. They truly take pride in their work and the price for my car clean today was so beyond fair that I had to make sure to tip them, especially after the Yoohoo disaster. The photos don't do it justice but it was almost dark. Seriously, if any employees are reading this, thank you so much. I truly appreciate yall. I will be a customer for LIFE.

Professional from the first word. Mic went through and explained the process, the work and the outcome expectations of my ceramic coating. And the finished product is impeccable. It is obvious that he takes great pride in his profession and his work is an amazing reflection of just that. The process I chose is not cheap and Mic made it worth every penny. Just got my 2014 Prius detailed yesterday and everything looks fantastic. I got an exterior and interior detail with upholstery seat cleaning and prices were in-line with prior places I've been, if not even slightly better! Very easy to talk with and are upfront about if costs will be higher - they couldn't exactly quote my internal cleaning as they hadn't seen it, but gave me a range - which it fell within. The only negative is I wish I could schedule online instead of over the phone, but since they were easy to get in touch with, I'm not giving less stars. If the owners read this, perhaps consider if it is possible. I'll be back again!

Blessed to Detail truly met all my needs and heard all of my concerns when I brought in my 2017 f150 that had a mold issue due to my drainage lines. They kept me updated on what was going on with the vehicle as they had to keep it for a certain amount of days in order to remove the mildew and mold smell from my vehicle. They have even gone above and beyond by asking me to have the drainage lines for my sunroof and moonroof drained and to bring it back once more for an official last detail at no extra charge as they understand that I drive my family around in this truck and do not want them in harms way due to exposure. I will be definitely use them again for all of my vehicles and will recommend them to anyone and everyone. Sherry, Mike and their team are true professionals. May they continue to be Blessed 🙌

This is my go to car wash. It does the best job on my car by far than any of the others. The crew are pretty much on top of things from start to finish. Vacuums and cleaning supplies work great and convenient! I highly recommend them over all the big name washes. The free wash is definitely a plus as well!

I have an older car and the tint had become wrinkled and warped making it difficult to see and it was a safety hazard. It definitely needed to be removed. I was expecting to lose the defrost on the rear window but they were able to remove the tint without causing any damage to it. They got me in quickly, did a fantastic job and charged a reasonable price. I was also impressed with their communication. Very happy customer!!

Everything about this was fantastic!! It was easy to book the car detailing service I wanted on the website, David was very good about responding quickly to ask if I had any particular requests for my detailing appointment, and he messaged me to let me know approximately what time he would be arriving on the day of service. David was friendly and professional, and I liked that I didn’t even have to leave home to have my car cleaned. Everything looked perfect and smelled great when he had finished the cleaning process. He had even gotten a water stain out of my backseat and cleaned the cushion I use in my driver’s seat! I was very happy!! 10/10 would recommend!

Our car had been sitting idle out in the elements for a while so the paint was discolored and there was paint transfer from another car (very obvious because our car is white) on it, and when we got the car back it looked like brand new paint.
