He was very unprofessional, kept postponing the appointment, and then was two hours late to my appointment. He left every surface of the inside of my truck wet or sticky. He charged 200$ for a very subpar job and to top it all off he scraped the wrapping off of my steering wheel logo. This was back in October and he hasn’t responded to me since. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy, would not recommend to anybody unless you want your vehicle damaged. Picture of my steering wheel logo below.

I recently had my car's interior detailed by Juan, and I couldn't be more impressed. They were incredibly fast yet thorough, making sure to get into every nook and cranny of my car. The attention to detail on my leather seats was particularly impressive; they looked brand new by the time they were done. These guys were awesome. Friendly staff, professional and the prices were awesome. Got the car completely done for way under what anyone else in jacksonville was charging. They use quality tint, not something that will fade in a year. They warranty the work for the cheapest tint that they sell. I will definitely be bringing all of my vehicles here and others. The best thing is the vacuums. Very powerful and get everything sucked up. As for the actual wash, I wasn't impressed. Car still had dirt spots on it, and you could see the brush marks through the dirt left on the car. Doesn't hit the wheels very good at all, you will have to clean them yourself when done.

I recently visited the Jacksonville location on Richlands HWY. this was my third time at the location. I’m very happy with their service. There staff is always extremely nice and helpful!!! however, whoever is stealing all the cleaning bottles please stop , that not only hurts the next customer it also cost the company, extra money, which will then cause increased prices. So you’re stepping on your own toes when you’re stealing so again, please stop. That would be appreciated. However, I am leaving a five star review not only for the location, . Today I had to visit customer service. I was Assisted by Ashley Turner. Ashley went above and beyond , my issue was handled professionally , with empathy and in a timely manner . I also do Customer service and I would love to have a team member like Ashley on my team. I know these reviews are monitored by the company. I would like for Mr. Hunter. (Owner) to see this review!! I know he’s a wonderful man and a good friend of mine used to work for Mr. Hunter before he started this company and he has only the kindest words to say about him. I want him to know how valuable Ashley is to his company and I’m sure Ashley would be a great help at the higher level of service in making decisions for the company. BUYER BEWARE… I’ve gave this place several tries hoping I was just catching the wrong person or a bad time. I’ve even tipped each person after asking them to fix the mistakes which they still did not fix. I’ve NEVER ONCE left here satisfied in the 5-6 times I’ve been. I’ve spent $60 each time by getting the number 1 that includes everything in the inside and out cleaned. Plus I always buy 3 car fresheners. Today is my LAST TIME COMING HERE EVER! I am not exaggerating when I say you will waste your time and money coming here. Todays pictures is exactly how I’ve had to leave in the past. The rims were still dirty. The very back of my Murano was never even vacuumed. The console nor my dash was cleaned thoroughly. I’m so upset I came back and was treated the way I was. The guy had the nerve to be upset with my because I told him I was not tipping this time. Every time I’ve been and seen different people and this is the result in the photos. I wasn’t even there an hour and the guy said he worked over an hour on it. There wasn’t anyone else there he had to rush for. I said I wasn’t in a hurry and I needed a deep vacuum and deep wipe down since I’ve been unable to clean it due to health reasons. NEVER AGAIN!! Please believe me… you won’t be satisfied! I try to give folks a chance and not complain but this is ridiculous that I’ve gotten this results every time

Asked for them to do wipe down windows, vacuum it out really well and wipe down the interior, I got it back and there were still dust all over the interior smudges all over the windshield and dirt in the backseat. I had to take it somewhere else and pay even more money to do it myself, Will not be returning.

Services offered are great! Though recently the machine has started pushing my right side mirror to the forward position, even after pushing them tho the closed position. I will start going to the other location from here in out. I will say though, there is no damage to my vehicle. I drive a 2019 Ford Escape.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this car wash. After three separate trips using all four available options, the results were consistently terrible. The only positive was that my tires were shiny. Both my Suburban and Ram 2500 were left with random spots completely missed, and in some cases, the vehicle came out looking exactly as it went in. Today, the entire rear of my Suburban was untouched. It came out looking like it had been hit with a light mist of rain or even looked like some "road spray," the misting you get on the rear windows after it rains and you're driving. I even had to go through twice on the first visit to try to get a better result, but it was just as bad. I will not be returning. There are plenty of other options in Jacksonville that are actually worth my wages.

I was in town visiting my son and he recommended one of his Marines to detail my car. Christian did a great job detailing my car. He removed all of the stains from the carpet & seats and he even cleaned the headliner. He deodorized the carpets and seats and applied water repellent to the outside windows. I will definitely be making another appointment next time I visit.

I hired them because they will clean the engine compartment. It looked very good when he got done. 2yrs of sand,dust,grime,gone. The wax job makes it shine bright like it use to. He even buffed out some of the scuffs.

I can't speak highly enough about the job that was done on our SUV. We called early on a Saturday morning and they wanted to get me in to tint my car that day. We ended up there on a Monday morning. It was done quickly flawlessly and with amazing customer service. The owner did exactly what we asked and washed our car after because it really needed it. Small locally owned business that will get our business any time we need anything with our cars.

TLDR I paid almost $1k for my vehicle to be "tinted" and "detailed" The owner was very friendly, and I want to preface this, I do not know if it was actually the individuals that tinted and detailed the car that were the point of failure or if this is a common trend. Unfortunately, the tint that had been applied to my car was done on dirty windows, and there was no after cleaning process on the door panels/windshield which the soapy water had dripped onto post installation, this is to include bubbles in the tint post installation. As far as getting services done that I had requested, for it to be polished and detailed, it more or less came back with somebody putting quick detailer on it and getting the dirt off of the exterior, this is not to include other services that I requested which were also half baked in completion

Car wash is affordable but if your car is partially dirty then it takes more than one wash to come glean. The vacuums aren't strong so you may have to brush your carpet or go over it multiple times to remove particles that would be easy for a stronger vacuum.

SCAMMERS! Charged my card $30 for the self service bay! It literally cut off after 5 mins ! Why on earth would I pay $30 to wash my own vehicle! Can’t find any way to get in contact with management either! They charge your card $1 and update it later to $30 !

I spent ten dollars just for a bay not to work I went To a different Bay to finish my car wash. The timer ran out. So I had no more money to put into the machine because it's already took $15 form me. So I was very angry. I called the number listed here on Google. I said some things I probably should not have said. But the guy was very nice to call me back and give me a free car wash. He told me that he would give me my money back. I told him I do not want it back because I just wanted my truck washed so overall. I give this man 5 stars. He was very quick to fix the mistake. Not very many businesses do that these days.

Cameron came and detailed my 69 Camaro, E63s and my F450. Camaro had lots of water spots in the ceramic coating. He was able to polish them out completely. All three vehicles look amazing after the detail jobs he did. Will definitely be a return customer!
