Paid to have my car washed and the interior cleaned. It had been awhile since my car was washed. So I paid extra for the additional service. Once side was vacuumed pretty good. But the other side was not vacuumed well at all. Also, I have a suv and the roof did not get washed good at all. The wash left dirt streaks on the roof. I have gone to another location and they did a great job.

Great customer service, BUT….the equipment messed my vehicle up. Haven’t had it for a full year yet, and this is the first and only place I’ve cleaned it. My antenna is gone, there are dings and scratches, and it leaves droplets that don’t wipe off on my windshield.

I bought a detailing gift certificate for my fiance for Christmas. We went over to use it today and I was very impressed with the outcome. Darren did an excellent job. The carpet had several large stains that he was able to remove. He managed to get 12 years worth of grime off of the steering wheel too. One heads up for anyone who's interested - Darren is not always there so you need to call and make an appointment to have your car cleaned. They spend a couple hours so it's best to plan to drop your car off and come back later. Overall I am very pleased with the work.

Zips as a whole is a very good service. The staff can be a bit "up tight". I used this location for the 1st time and the system was down, so the technician was manually starting the wash. She jumped on me for not seeing hand written sign and was a little rude. I promise you, I can read. If I saw the sign, I would done what it had requested. The normal process is to read an electronic sign that tells you to; "put your car in neutral". She said the sign stated "wait for an attendant". However, I did not see the sign. Please note: I did not ignore it. When she stated what the sign stated the first time, I apologized. She then stated what the sign said again with a ride, "clearly the sign says, wait for an attendant". I looked at her and said, "I am new here and if I saw a sign don't you think I would have done what it requested?! Why be rude?!". It was her emphasis on "clearly" that upset me. It was her the 1st time that she gave emphasis on "clearly" and her tone that was rude. It's the fact that I initially approached apologizing for beeping my horn. The machine was not working and after 3 minutes of waiting, I beeped my horn and told her "the sign was not working, I'm sorry for beeping my horn". Then she pointed out the sign. Other than that, everything was great. If she reads this post, I want her to know that I am new to that location. I am sorry that I beeped my horn (again). I promise you, I did not see the sign. Peace.

I took my truck there yesterday. Getting it ready for sale. I had 1st checked out the reviews and was not impressed.. But I needed it done that day. I took the truck up there and was quoted $275 by Sergio. I thought this was crazy high. But I was in a jam. Let me say I've had vehicles detailed many times before. But I have never had a detailed job as extraordinary is this 1. The vehicle looks brand new. And it was truly dirty inside and out when I took it to him. I had no idea that it could ever look as good as it does now. The pictures helped me sell it right away. I gladly paid and tipped him. Attention to detail would be an understatement.. Every little crack between devices and instruments on the console was as clean as if I had just bought it new. I am overwhelmingly satisfied. Very glad that I let them do it!

Been here twice since I’ve moved here to Greensboro. Each time disappointed, especially with the reviews. Bugs and dirt left in the grill and headlights, dirt on the wheel creases, and add to that a new scratch after todays visit? Not entirely impressed. Edit to Owner: Complaining about a 1 star review? How about when you asked what I wanted I specifically stated a full detail? How about no mentioning of what the voucher card is worth monetary wise like I’ve lived in Greensboro and used your business all my life? You’re stating this wash was 45$, but charged me $25 after using a 25$ voucher card? I did notice everything with the vehicle before I left, but after having a poor visit the first time, especially paying for the whole detail, why would I bother again? I won’t be called a liar though, good luck to your business.

I took both the truck and my SUV for some much needed pampering. The staff at K&F always treats me like family and a valued customer. The staff always remembers who you are and your usual services. Both vehicles came out super cleaned and cared for. Both vehicles got the In/out With handwax special. They vacuumed the inside, washed and handwaxed the outside, and got the tires so shiny that I could see my reflection it! I tell you the staff at K&F applied that pressure! Go check them out. It's worth the wait.

This place is fantastic! I've been their customer for about 5 years. Judson and Ryan do a superb job on your vehicle whether it's a maintenance clean-up or a full blown paint decontamination, paint correction, multi year ceramic coating on the entire vehicle, applying PFF or tinting windows and more. Fact - I just traded a 3 and a 1/2 year old truck in for a new 2025. My dealership general manager gave me more than top dollar on my trade. Why? He said it was the cleanest 2021 he had ever seen and it looked better than new! And, he sold it 2 days after I traded it in! Only people to ever touch the truck was Petty Shine! And the new 2025? It went to Petty Shine straight from picking it up from my dealership. It got the full treatment immediately! It is now fully protected from this winter's weather, down to the rims. If you want your vehicle to look great for as long as you have it, give Judson and Petty Shine a call. You will not regret it!

I recently visited the Shine Shop with a challenging ask. My black car had an old protective film on it which I removed myslef, and left a nasty eye sore of a mess. Scott and Greg were very easy to deal with and walked me through the process of what I needed to have done to correct my issues. I ended up getting paint restoration, paint protective film, tint, and ceramic coating. The end result is amazing, these guys are legit magicians! Highly recommend them if you want your car to look better than factory shine!

I give you one star because I called on 11/25/24 today to get a price quote for my car getting tinted and this gentlemen named Scott answered the phone and I had my husband on a three way call so that he could also ask questions. Well they're was so much back ground noise that we could barely hear anything he was saying so my husband told him they're was to much background noise and my husband was in the military so it is kind of hard for him to hear but I have never been in the military and I couldn't hear either. Scott informed us that he was trying to do 5 days worth of work in 2 days and he's in the shop and he wasn't going to stop what he was doing to help us. My Husband told him we would call back at a later date but that's not going to happen they definitely lost customers today.

When it first opened, I loved it and bought a membership! So happy it was close to my house too! But each time I go now I am disappointed in something. For instance, half the vacuums did not work one time, another time you could not get the vacuums to hang back up, the tire cleaner inside works sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t or it only works on one side, the area around the car wash has a lot of trash, the glass cleaner has got to be watered down, the cleaning clothes are always wet (how about getting enough clothes that this does not happen), and the mat station is never open. The staff are always great!!! I am a veteran also, and to change my membership I have to go on line and cancel the old membership and add the new veteran membership. Really!!!!

This is a great car wash when it’s operational. My experience has been about 40% of the time when I go here it is down for some reason which is frustrating given it is presently the only Take 5 Car Wash in the Triad market. Also, if you are a member with an oversized vehicle, it is near impossible to go from the member lane and enter the car wash so be careful. Grounds are dirtier than most other locations and staff if hard to come by if you have an issue. I have visited here many times with no issues, but it is definitely disappointing when you drive all the way across town to get your car washed and cannot. I would also call ahead and check, but unfortunately there is no dedicated phone line for this location so when you call it, you are connected to a national call center therefore cannot speak to anyone on site at the local car wash to ask a question.

I went to this car wash this Monday 12/30/2024 with a not so dirty truck and then I went through the car wash machines torn both of my license plate lights off of my truck the owner or Manager needs to check their machines to make sure these machines are operating correctly. Now I have to pay $40.00 dollars to replace these license plates lights which don't make any sense to me and this car wash machines has done this before to my truck.

Very poor service. Dirt all down the side on the inside. Most of the windows were streaked, rearview wasn't even touched. Vacuuming was terrible, leaving dirt everywhere. Fingerprints on the interior. 2 stars for friendly staff. Glad I inspected before I decided not to tip.

Atlantic Tint & Wraps Is Top Notch!!! Great experience, quality products and professional installation. Oh and super knowledgeable too! I got the front windows tinted a couple weeks ago and was very pleased with the work they did. Soooo I got finished with my 2nd appointment to get the tail lights “blacked out”. The car wash did what a car wash is suppose to do, wash a car! The location was clean and free from any trash and overgrown weeds. The stall and vacuum cleaner station worked appropriately but I must admit the time went way to fast. Spent almost $8 to vacuum the front seating area of the vehicle and the poor little man beside me had already spent $18 on a car wash because apparently the stall he was at didn’t beep as time was running out.

This is by far the best automatic car wash we have in my area. The one I use is located at 2621 South Main St, High Point NC. However, there are always room to improve something, even this new car wash. I always get the $24 top wash. For $24, I expect everything to be clean when I come out the other side. But that is never the case. The wheels and the front of the car are never clean. The wheels are almost as dirty as they were when I start and the front of the car still has many bugs on it. The wheel wells are that much cleaner either. I am almost afraid to use the towels because while they seem to have been washed, there is a lot of debris in them. It's such as grass and small hard particles. I am afraid to use these because I don't want them scratching my new car. As for the Staff. They are always friendly and pleasant.

Great location but yet you have people just sit on the stalls and are not doing anything. Move to the stalls that don't have the blower. What can you possibly be doing? Move if your not using the machine or putting money into the machine. Move to the 3rd or 5th stalls.

Visited today and paid $10 for the automatic car wash. Pulled in, it applied soap all over my car and then stopped. I’m not sure what happened, the machine just stayed in the same position and didn’t finish the car wash. I had to pull out and go to a wash bay and finish cleaning the car myself. Tried looking them up on Facebook and instagram per their sign and couldn’t find them on either. How am I able to contact someone about this?

Where are the slappy/roller brush washes at? We came out of here with the same little finger print writing in pollen that we went into the wash for, even paid the $15. Guess we'll have to manually wash it since the $15 car wash can't wash pollen off a freaking vehicle, and the ones with brushes are apparently extinct, will not be returning during pollen season.

I took my jeep there yesterday to get everything package for 60.00. when I got it back, they didn't wipe the inside out. The wheels were dripping with wheel shine, my jeep smelled strong odor of gas. The windows were streaked and still had bird poop on it. I'm praying they didn't put something on the rags that will ruin the paint.

Ive brought both of my cars here for a while now without any problems. Yesterday I took my Honda CRV to be cleaned for my 9th time on my punch card as well as my Chevy impala for my 10th punch/ my free one. They did a very poor job on both of my cars and when I confronted them about areas they missed and how bad they did I was given an attitude while they threw products all over the shop AND STILL DIDNT DO THE SPOTS THEY MISSED. Vacuum is supposed to be included and my seats were not done or my trunk. They didn’t wipe anything off inside the car or do the windows which says is included!!!! Never will I bring my cars back

The bumper of my daughter's 2008 Honda CR-V was barely hanging on due to engine work by a car care center I won't name here, but it was not only unsightly, it was dangerous because it caused the tirewell to hang down onto the front tire. Went to Vann York Paint & Collision and Joe fixed that bumper up in less than an hour on a Friday afternoon and you can't even tell the hot mess it was looking like when we first pulled up. I used the touch free auto wash premium level. There was still a lot of road grime, bug residue, and bird poop residue that was not removed from the car. The dryer continues to drip water and soap as it blows, and after it finishes a lot of water is still dripping all of which makes the dryer ineffective.
