My daugher dropped her car off at 8:00 am on 5-16-23. The owner called her at noon to tell her that he had already started detailing inside the car and to finish the inside (excluding trunk) would be $320. My daughter called me. I told her she needs to cancel the detail. She stated she couldn't because he had already started. I go with her to pick up the car at 3:15 PM (He called around 2:45 to say its done) I asked the owner what all they do for $320. He asked me if I saw the car before she dropped it off (never answering the question). I asked two more times while I was there. He answered the same way. He told me that he personally detailed her car which took five hours, however, when he called her at noon he had not started so if she didn't like the price, she should have picked it up. I reminded him that he had told her at noon hat he had already started the detail. He said he had just vacummed the two front seats and she could have picked it up with no charge (remind you he previously said it took five hours to clean). The seats were still dirty, very dirty. He said it was wear that he couldn't get off. It was just dirt. We had to have the inside windshield cleaned before leaving. The more questions I asked, the more he told me he wasn't taking advantage of my daughter. Funny thing is I never accused him of taking advantage of her, I wanted to know what they do for $320 and why her car was still dirty. His rebuttal is that it was in bad shape when she dropped it off. This was a $25 job, not a $320 job. He said they take pride in their work so I will post pictures of their prideful work.

Listen, if you’re debating giving Cosmos a try. DO IT! I wanted to surprise my wife with a clean car because we have children that love to wreck the vehicle. I really wish I had before pictures, but trust me. The car was filthy! These guys went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier. The skill these guys have is outstanding! These guys applied paint protection on my Supra. Looks great. The glossy shine does not show up on camera. They did a great job. Update: one year later, I scheduled an annual service. They took care an issue with the ppf free of charge to me. Great service

Chris is amazing at what he does. I have had three cars done there now and about to have a 4th and his work, and work ethic speak for themselves. My cars look like new when he’s done with them. Brad used gel coat on my white Honda Accord last week, and it looks amazing! The gel coat gave it a good, slick shine that really brought my paint back and maybe even better to what it looked like new. Personally, I will never wax it again...gel coat from now on. I have not seen my car SO FRESH AND SO CLEAN CLEAN in years!!! 😍 I had a leak issue that caused mold, I’m a mom of 3 with lots of food and drink spills which also caused mold. The owner is very knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. He was able to explain to me where the leak was coming from, he fixed that, took out all the carpet, cleaned it thoroughly, replaced the carpet pad insulator. He treated & removed all the mold, detailed it from the inside out, as well as changed my air filter, and WOW. My car looks and smells brand new. He did a fast and efficient job considering all that needed to be replaced & deep cleaned and I got my car back in only 2 days. As soon as I pulled up I saw that my car was definitely cleaner than it was when I left it there for a few hours to be cleaned. But after I got in it and did a little inspection the clean was definitely not worth what I paid. Will never go back. Do not recommend. I did not pay for the basic wash. The agreed upon amount was for my specific vehicle.

Paid $45 for a cleaning package that was promised to be the best that they could offer. Left my car with dirt and almost in the same condition that it came as. The only difference i spotted was the scent added. Came there as it was empty but they rushed on me, took them less than 10 minutes to clean it. Will not be back and do not recommend this place at all! UPDATE: the owner replied my review by saying i paid for a car wash not a full detailing. Mind you I was promised the car would be vacuumed, it wasnt! The car was left with dirt? Did they even vacuum it? I dont think so. If you think this is what I should get by paying $45 then there is nothing else I would say.

I tried to talk to the manager on duty but that flopped. The employee who checked me in kept talking over me so I just gave up and let it go and went through the wash. Waited for the car to be cleaned . Once completed the same person asked for the ticket and gave me the keys. I kept towards the car with the tip tickets and additional cash I planned on giving as a tip, but from past experience I check the car first. He followed me to the car and said I needed to give him the tickets.. at this point the way, he treated me in the beginning when I paid for the service and talking over me when I was trying to inquire about tipping cash versus the tickets .. I was extremely annoyed that he was following me to the car asking for the tip tickets. I stopped and explained to him. I would like to check the vehicle first before I give you any tip if that’s OK with you. Once I inspected the car, I asked for management to explain why I was upset with this person. And the manager had to say was he was just trying to let you know. I’m done. Customer service is gone everywhere. I’m a tipper, but I’m starting to rethink and today’s age because customer service is gone. Just gone.

First visit, paid $35.00 for a exterior & interior cleanup. Exterior job was okay with exception of my front windows looking like they had been wiped with a dirty towel. I then see the vacuum service was a joke, ended up cleaning my vehicle again. Would not recommend this place. Service should match your price. I would like a refund please.

Got my car washed there just now. Went early as this place backs up and the employees get tired as the day goes on so the quality job gets worse. That didn't hold true today. The owner's son was working the back end where everything start. You can watch him and he short cuts everything and his crappy job relays to the rest of the employees. Attached are photos of how my car looks after I got home and started looking. Pitiful. My last car wash there a few weeks ago they missed cleaning the whole front of the car. With all the car washes popping up in Hickory you would think the owners kids taking over this place would figure out what got this business this far thru all the years. Hope the younger management driving this place now figures it out quickly as I'm welling to pay for good work. My wife is taking the car out of town for a business trip Monday with some other co workers riding with her. She wanted the car cleaned up. Now I know why I go to get in my car after being washed this morning the older folks are complaining each time i go. The owner of the car beside me this morning had her own rag out and was going over her interior again before she drove off. Was the reason I checked mine when I got home. $27 plus a $5 tip could have been spent for something better. "A person pays to have a job done right the first time" need to become this companies motto. My time is valuable also. Well lets go get the bucket, rags, vacuum cleaner and start over.

Took my car in for a car wash and vacuum. The car wash put several deep gashes into my rims. I met with the General Manager and he said that he wouldn’t do anything for me. Bad local business, avoid this place! I would recommend Zips, the place right down the street instead.

Have visited many times in the past but today was the worst ever! 1/1/2025 4pm I drive a GMC Denali and the two young men who spray down before entering the wash were not just extremely slow but they also barely made an effort to spray my truck where it obviously needed an additional spray. I will not waste my time or money here again

Nothing but good things to say about to is place. Extremely affordable when you take into consideration all the amenities you get with the wash itself. This place has unlimited vacuums, free microfiber towels with spray, a carpet cleaner, clean and spacious restrooms, WiFi, free coffee and other gourmet drinks, seating area and so much more. I never have had scratches on my paint or had an issue with a non operating/clogged vacuum. The cherry on top is I get asked by the staff from time to time if I was happy with my wash which makes me feel like they really care.

This is my goto car wash, mostly because of location close to home. I like how they have everything you need to clean the outside such as cleaner, rags, vacuums and air hose. The car wash does a good job. My car always comes out clean but when I ran my wife's white crossover, it needed a second run through car wash but she rarely washes hers and it is about 2-3 months between washes before I intervene.

Poorest quality drive through self-service car wash I've been at in while, The Lure of free vacuums and wipe down materials does not offset the fact that they've obviously made changes to their product flow inside the wash tunnel along with water pressure. They also have removed their high flow blower at the end of the tunnel. Yes I actually know what I'm talking about when it comes to wash tunnels. Good luck maintaining your customer base.

Seems like a nice quick car wash experience. I pay for the unlimited Works which the right side and rear of my truck does Not get washed at all, and it's a regular size Ford Ranger. The rinse cycle does not rinse all the soap off. Best part is the free vacuum and rags, but you have to use the rags to physically wipe down the exterior and clean what the wash didn't get. And yes, you have to do this after Every wash. Definitely not worth $40 a month!

If you take your car here, ask for Katano or Felipe. Not all of the workers they have are good and some of them are new. If your car takes forever to get out, that's because they didn't give it to Katano or Felipe. Katano & Felipe are the only reliable ones and they have been there the longest and are the best. Katano did a great job with the custom paint color on my Honda. I wanted it Tardis Blue and he delivered! I wish I could show how pretty it is but it's hard to catch all the shimmer in photos. I absolutely love it and would recommend them to anyone.

I cancelled my subscription because the wash scratched both drivers side rims. If you have nice wheels, don't get your car washed here. Also, there was brown oily liquid on the front driver's side wheel the last 2 times I had the car washed, likely related. The employees are all friendly, but I'd rather my car be washed properly since that's what I'm actually paying for. They need to do a better job of maintaining the equipment, there's always something in the tunnel that isn't working. Update: I emailed them a few weeks ago and have not received a reply. Definitely avoid this car wash if you don't want your vehicle to come out looking worse than when you came in.

This is by far the best wash I have been through. Kylie and Lea were very helpful with the wash package I wanted and took the time to explain what came with it, so I got the top package. The wash was great and my daughter loved the lights and the clean smell we got. Once I came out to vacuum Kylie came out and asked how everything looked and made sure I was happy with the service! Don’t take your vehicles to them they damage your vehicle and won’t pay for the repairs that is their fault. My husband dropped his truck off for a simple detail and upon picking it up his door knob was taped up, because they broke it and now the owner refuses to take responsibility for his employees actions.
