Stephon was awesome! So friendly and very accommodating- I called and he was at my house half an hour later! Very high quality work and did not take too long. I’m glad to have a this chance to leave a review of Luke’s Auto Detailing. This is one of those times you want to tell everyone how amazing your experience was. So… I own a 2014 Highlander and I was starting to think about a newer car. Mine was looking a little rough top to bottom, always being parked outside, and it was more than I could do myself to make it look new again. I’d heard about Luke’s business, and I thought some serious detailing might stop the newer car “itch.” I did not know what to expect, but I doubted they could make it look as good as I imagined it might. I am kind of a perfectionist on some things. They worked me in within 2 days. When I went to pick the car up, I could not find it. It turns out that I had walked right past it in the shop. The car was so incredibly detailed that I honestly did not recognize it. It would be hard to exaggerate what they are capable of doing to a car. Hard work plus some major chemistry. I paid extra for it, but even the engine compartment was spotless and shining like new. I have no clue how they do what they do, but I’ll be back. Not cheap, but worth every penny. Luke and his crew worked on my 2020 centurion wake boat. They only took three days to do a full two stage paint correction with a three year g-technic marine coating. The paint looked amazing and it made washing the boat so much easier. I highly recommend getting your boat coated and paint corrected!

Miguel works miracles! My mom's car is exposed to the elements 24/7 and has only had the occasional run through an automated wash in nine years. The paint was dull and moldy, and the hatch leaked because of debris blocking the drain holes. I knew it could be cleaned but I thought the finish was beyond help. He somehow brought a neglected mess back to its original glory! Inside and out, it looks brand new! Exceeded all expectations. Great communication, great price, and he comes to your location. I’ve been going to this place for almost a year. I’m not sure if the equipment is slowly failing or what but there has Definitely been a change in cleanings from the car wash itself. Last week I ended up with tire shine all the way down my white truck it left speckles all down the doors within 10 mins of driving. (I sit there and detail my truck a minimum of an hour each time it gets washed) This week one whole tire didn’t get tire shine, the entire top of my truck didn’t get washed, my grill still had soap in some areas, and blue liquid was dripping down my truck in some places on the back side. I’ve had the highest and lowest plans and all seem to do about the same. Also water spots have been a BIG issue here recently too on my windows. I attached pictures of two tires on the same side of the truck showing where one got tire shine, and the other didn’t. Also attached one of the top of my truck.

This is one of the better places in Greenville. This wash only has a touch wash system. The vacuum cleaners are part of the wash. Unfortunately, the rags are normally not dry. This makes cleaning difficult. The wheel cleaning doesn’t do that great either. It leaves an incomplete shine on all 3 of my vehicles. Compact sedan, SUV, and full size truck.

The truck looks great and nice and clean. But you get one price when you ask how much and then when it's done they tell you a different price. Oh, and when asked about it where the extra come from get told who said $60 .....the owner said in front of us that he was going to take the extra $5 out my man's check. Now you ain't doing that, so I paid the full cost. Everybody living tough. You as the owner needs to make sure your employees know the price for different vehicles.

They broke my door on my new car and refused to pay me to get it fixed despite having video proof that the door was perfectly fine before being washed. Offered me “4 free car washes” instead. Not everyone is suitable to be business owners!

Daniel is a magician when it comes to detailing cars. He took my husband’s very lived-in-with-two-small-kids SUV and transformed it into a showroom vehicle. He was able to get rid of the mystery snack stains (was that smoothie or apple sauce?) on the headliner. He managed to clean glitter slime from the backseats. He polished out many of the exterior scratches in the paint. The tires look brand new. I can’t recommend Daniel enough!

Well, my experience is very garbage… I have tried to contact customer support. The vacuum is there don’t work. And I have somebody hack my card or steal my card there and open an account with my card. I’ve been trying to get my card refund refunded for about a month and change But nobody contacts me back.. I run my car every Sunday to wash And it is never very clean. I don’t understand how so many vacuums can be broken Only 4-5 spots Work. So I’ve been trying to get refunded about 40-60 dollars By another person that has been using my account…… This car wash customer service is disgustingly bad…. Calling the corporate company doesn’t even help… Terrible company.

these are two of the most humble people I have ever met. the price for what you get is the best I have ever seen for a car wash anywhere. all i got was the interior detailed but they came out on a Sunday in the rain and got it done and it was still a third the price of what other places charge and right around the same quality as some of these super expensive car wash places. also this is the first time i have ever had a mobile job done but being able to watch youtube and play on my computer while they work was pure luxury. thank you guys and next time i need my car cleaned im definitely giving y'all a ring. thanks

I just purchased my dream car, a Porsche Macan and we decided a wrap to protect the front was a must have. We were referred to Leanne and Zach because of their process and great reputation. We picked up the car today and WOW! The wrap was flawlessly applied and Leanne went above and beyond by adding little details that she knew I would need and appreciate over the lifetime of enjoying my Porsche. We paid for the most expensive wash. 24 dollars. It didn't even get the mud off my tires or the easy bugs off the front. There was still soap on my car when we pulled off to use the vacuums. And when we tried to use the vacuums there was so little suction they were unusable. We asked for a refund and they obliged. Don't waste your time or money.

Super good service. Staff was friendly and helpful. Chandler and Mason were excellent. The floormat cleaner machine was a nice touch that I haven’t seen at other self-serve car wash sites. I will say that the vacuum I used didn’t not suck very hard (still enough to get the job done), and the car detailing kit glass wipes left smears. Those are really my only complaints but not enough to take off a star.

I have only been here twice and I feel great. I have found the only car place that washes my car plus my tires. Also, my windshield is spotless ( sparkling clean and clear).
