Kevin did a fantastic job- took the Jeep in after 2 weeks in Moab complete with interior full of dust and lots of underneath scrapes on the skid plates. Not only did Kevin paint the underside and touch up the bumpers, cleaned the engine bay and a top to bottom “like new” detailing. It might be cleaner than the day I bought it. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Top shelf quality for your money.

Kevin did a full detail on two cars for us…and he did an incredible job on both…..my wife and I were so impressed. My suv was a disaster and hadn't been cleaned in a while, I got an appointment the very next morning and decided to do a complete detail. I didn't want to spend the money but I'm so glad I did. It took a cpl hours but my car looks and smells fresh. They did an amazing job and customer service was top notch. Will definitely be back!

Been here twice since I’ve moved here to Greensboro. Each time disappointed, especially with the reviews. Bugs and dirt left in the grill and headlights, dirt on the wheel creases, and add to that a new scratch after todays visit? Not entirely impressed. Edit to Owner: Complaining about a 1 star review? How about when you asked what I wanted I specifically stated a full detail? How about no mentioning of what the voucher card is worth monetary wise like I’ve lived in Greensboro and used your business all my life? You’re stating this wash was 45$, but charged me $25 after using a 25$ voucher card? I did notice everything with the vehicle before I left, but after having a poor visit the first time, especially paying for the whole detail, why would I bother again? I won’t be called a liar though, good luck to your business.

First time I used this company they were Johnny-on-the-spot, punctual, and the work the tech did cleaning my truck was impeccable, for what I deemed to be a reasonable price. All hell has broken loose since... Three times over the past 4 months I have set appointments to have them come back out, and the first two times I was called to say they didn't have a tech available. Kind of strange, but at least they called ahead of time. This morning, I had them scheduled to arrive at 9, and nobody showed. I called at 9:15 and the guy answering the phone again told me they didn't have a tech available and that he called yesterday to alert me. I never received a call or voicemail, so that is a lie. Second, if you don't have the proper numbers of techs take your damn online scheduling platform off of your website. I work with a company who is sponsoring a major golf tournament this weekend and I was to leave to attend after the tech finished this morning. I am using my truck to transport customers of ours to/from the hotel and golf course and needed my truck in tip-top shape. That will not happen now. Thanks, Wings! You are a really professional organization that doesn't have a clue in how to run a business. You are horrible! - From one who has run many of them.

Yes, getting serviced by the Shine Shop is expensive BUT you get the best service imaginable. You pay for what you get. I will get another detail later this year.

My car hadn’t been cleaned in 3 years. The interior had stains on seat and floor mats. Plus I smoke in my car. Fred dropped me off at work and brought the car back to me. That is service!! Mike did a great job of fixing the damage caused by a tree limb that fell on the front fender of my Porsche. He communicated well and delivered the car ahead of schedule looking great. Back To Life Mobile Detailing did just what their business name implies! They brought my 2011 Camry back to life. I had the interior deep cleaned and the exterior waxed. First, five stars is not enough! My rating is 5 Stars x2. The vehicle I left with them had been parked for three years! It was filthy, moldy,full of spider webs and stunk. Alena, the co-owner, smiled confidently ,quoted an excellent price, and assured me it would be done by the day promised. When I went to pick the car up,I was astounded!! It was gleaming from under the hood and from back to front! It was an exceptional job! Here's the best part..Alena called during the cleaning process and suggested I get the discolored headlamps cleaned for an extra cost. I agreed. However, when I showed up to pay the total price quoted, she informed me that the detailing process cleaned the headlamps so well I didn't require the extra step so the extra cost no longer applied. You cant' beat Honesty + Excellent Work and Outstanding Customer Service! So I dropped another vehicle for some interior work! This Company is Excellent!! Check them out!

They came a little later than the appointed time, but given that they personally drive to each location it was understandable. I got the basic package interior cleaning and I was most impressed by my car’s interior after the appointment. The technicians were very detail-oriented and you could tell they took care to clean each spot. I had this nasty maybe even moldy looking stain on my car’s trunk mat (i believe it was an old spill from a friend that had not been noticed due to all the storage boxes i had in my trunk) and it was completely gone after the appointment. Not only that but they took care to clean each spot and crevices. I would 100% book again and recommend to others.

Very nice car wash that does a pretty good job of getting your clean. It’s not touchless so, you do have soft brushes that touch your car. Haven’t seen any scratches yet. They do a good job of keeping towels available and vacuums work well. The unlimited plans are definitely the way to go if you care about your car staying clean. I typically go 2-3 times a week and my car stays nice. If there’s a Caliber close to you definitely give them a try. Jonas was especially helpful.

They did a great job on my truck. Justin exceeded my expectations on the paint correction. I can't see the paint scratches that were on the hood. The paint looks smooth as glass and it shines like a mirror. Glad I got the ceramic coating done by them. The tint looks great too and they let me know if there are any issues with it setting to not to hesitate to call them and bring it by. Both of them are humble and professional. You can tell they love what they do by how they take care of your vehicle as if we're their own. I can see why they have so many 5 star reviews.
