Kevin did a fantastic job- took the Jeep in after 2 weeks in Moab complete with interior full of dust and lots of underneath scrapes on the skid plates. Not only did Kevin paint the underside and touch up the bumpers, cleaned the engine bay and a top to bottom “like new” detailing. It might be cleaner than the day I bought it. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Top shelf quality for your money.

I took both the truck and my SUV for some much needed pampering. The staff at K&F always treats me like family and a valued customer. The staff always remembers who you are and your usual services. Both vehicles came out super cleaned and cared for. Both vehicles got the In/out With handwax special. They vacuumed the inside, washed and handwaxed the outside, and got the tires so shiny that I could see my reflection it! I tell you the staff at K&F applied that pressure! Go check them out. It's worth the wait.

Kudos to Scott and his team! They are the “go to” for car detailing! We decided to invest in having our 2023 BMW X5 exterior and interior finishes protected and preserved as long as possible. 6 year ceramic coating including wheels, PPF on door edges, rear entry and pillars, black plastic trim coating, tinting 2 front window (UV protection of interior finishes) and interior coatings. The attention to detail throughout including the engine was meticulously done. Amazing work. I will be back for yearly maintenance to keep our exteriors/interiors polished appearance lasting!

I had paint damage from a city road paint crew. I received an estimate from Shine Shop and submitted it to the city. The city paid me for the estimated cost. Shine Shop did an excellent job of removing the paint, however their invoice was the estimated cost plus tax. There was no notation on the submitted estimate that it didn’t include tax of $64.12 and the city considered the estimate as the TOTAL cost and would not give me the additional $64.12 for tax. The city told me not to pay the amount exceeding the estimate. Now I get regular payment due notices for $64.12! I agree with the city an estimate for a service should be the total cost.

Call this man if you ever need any detail work done to your vehicle. One of my pets had an accident in my brand new car on the way to the vet earlier in the week. They came a little later than the appointed time, but given that they personally drive to each location it was understandable. I got the basic package interior cleaning and I was most impressed by my car’s interior after the appointment. The technicians were very detail-oriented and you could tell they took care to clean each spot. I had this nasty maybe even moldy looking stain on my car’s trunk mat (i believe it was an old spill from a friend that had not been noticed due to all the storage boxes i had in my trunk) and it was completely gone after the appointment. Not only that but they took care to clean each spot and crevices. I would 100% book again and recommend to others.

Got my Infiniti washed and waxed the other day. And I must say that this is probably THE BEST AUTO DETAILING service in the area. I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Tidal Wave Auto Spa today was so disappointing and frustrating that I feel compelled to share it to help other potential customers. This place is nothing short of a scam, and their customer service is appalling. I went to clean my Tesla using their service, and while wiping my car, an employee approached me and rudely told me not to wipe the car without using their wash. I politely explained that Tesla recommends only contact-free washes, and the last time I used their wash, my car ended up with scratches. Instead of understanding or helping, he outright dismissed me in an extremely rude manner, saying I wasn’t even a customer. To prove I was a paying customer, I showed him a recent charge from just two days ago on my credit card. I then asked him to show me their policy that prohibits using a wet towel for a self-service cleanup. His response? He claimed he was too busy and shoved a piece of paper at me with a customer service number instead of addressing my concerns. When I asked to cancel my service and requested a refund since I wasn’t allowed to use what I had purchased, he arrogantly canceled the service but refused to provide a refund. This was not just an isolated incident—it was outright fraud. As a customer of several years, I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and complete disregard for loyal customers. While I’ve only used their services occasionally, this experience has ensured I will never return. If you value your time, money, and respect as a customer, avoid this place at all costs. There are far better and more ethical car wash services available. Tidal Wave Auto Spa doesn’t deserve your business.

Things seem to go ok until its time to get the hand dry service. If/when I have a problem, it's always the part where the employees are supposed to provide a service. Today I go thru, come out and pull to the hand dry station, look around and I do not see anyone. I dont see anyone heading towards my car, ghost town. So I got out and proceeded to hand dry MY OWN CAR before it begins to air dry and leave spots. I grabbed 2 towels, dried the drivers side, the wheels, windows and the back. Now 2 more cars have pulled up. I continued to dry the passengers side and was nearly almost to the front of the car when I hear someone hollering "sir! sir! sir!". I finally turned around to see 4 employees heading towards me and the woman, loudly providing instructions to ME about "which towel I should be using". First of all, I SHOULDN'T BE USING ANY TOWEL! I do not work here. I PAY A MONTHLY FEE FOR HER AND THE OTHER 3 EMPLOYEES TO DRY THE CAR. I don't feel a tutorial on which towel I chose to do her job was the conversation that should've been taking place. An apology for me having to dry my own car, for not providing the service I pay for monthly, would've been appreciated. An offer to FINISH DRYING MY CAR would've been great. I wasn't going to complain about it but I didn't appreciate being chastised for not knowing the protocol of her job and I dont think she handled that correctly nor professionally. I dont care what towels tidal wave employees are trained to use to dry cars. I just care about the employees drying the car once it's washed because that is what I pay for!

Had one if my vehicle in for just a wash, wax, and interior clean. A basic service. What they did was way above a basic service. It was great! I then took my second vehicle in to have a full detail with paint correction and ceramic coating. I could not be more pleased. The work they did was second to none. If you are considering ceramic coating and are on the fence, these are the guys. Get it done, the ceramic coating is amazing and these guys did a fantastic job. Well worth the money. I will be back on a for regular detailing.

You can waste your money and get your vehicle scratched elsewhere by these “handwashing” spots, BUT, if you wanna shine at a reasonable price, BOOK NOW! Every time I get my car back, it looks factory fresh.

I came here today for superior service only to have to end up telling the guy to clean and vacuum areas that were overlooked. He looked at me as if I was getting on his nerves just because I asked for those areas to be cleaned again. I asked him did they have any kind of tool to reach the areas that were not cleaned and he told me no. Like why don’t they have any tools to reach areas the towel can’t? There’s no way you should expect a customer to leave a car wash with a spot cleaned service no way! I wasn’t satisfied with the service and won’t return again. I was really disappointed and hoping that they would do a great job without me having to ask for anything to be done again. For $37 this needs to be excellent service. No top was given. The tip here is to hire better staff and do better to satisfy the customer the first time!

Sold us a car about a week ago just to find out it shouldn’t even be on the road. This man watched me (36 weeks pregnant) get into this car with my two young children knowing that car shouldn’t have been driven. Took it to our mechanic to get it checked out just to find out how bad it was. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE.

I personally don't like to go online and leave reviews, especially bad reviews but sometimes it's necessary. I first want to say the owner of the company seemed to be a nice man and polite so this isn't a review of character however, I am very disappointed with the work received for the price off service. I want to start by mentioning I called a week in advance and asked beforehand the estimate of price for interior cleaning and if he had the equipment and performed service of shampooing carpet to remove stains and would he also clean the headliner of the car, come to figure out this was simply a spot cleaning of cleaner you can buy over the counter and the attention to detail simply wasn't there. As you can see in the pictures the headliner of the car didn't even look to be touched and the spots on the seats are still clearly visible. I never expected perfection but if you're charged $110 just for the cleaning of the inside of your car, the exterior is not being touched. I would've expected a bit better results, maybe I'm expecting too much but I feel like this is unacceptable for the price. If you don't have the proper equipment to do this type of job or feel like you couldn't do better with the stain removal a simple decline of the job would've been preferred and I could've taken it to the proper place. Unfortunately there's not much good I can say about the service received and I feel the price of $110 is very steep.
