I took my 2024 Corvette ZO6 to Ceramic Pro of Fayetteville NC. My first impression walking into the shop was favorable. I said to myself, Ceramic Pro shop definitely has my business, because they’re very organized. This is an incredibly shop, and the customer service provided by Kat and Eric was family oriented. Kat explained everything for my wheels and caliper job and Eric caught imperfection on my hood decal the dealership missed. Oh yes, the dealership applied the decal. This attention to detail is what professionals like Eric perfects because he cares. Kat also explained the various jobs Ceramic Pro provides. I can honestly state Ceramic Pro of Fayetteville Elite Dealer & Lumberjack Auto Detailing INC exceeded my expectations as a customer. The price is right as well. These guys are top-notch! I text at 9:00 am on a Saturday, by 10:30 they had the car backed in the bay working on the detail. They came in on their day off, went right to work, and were happy about it. The car was in awful shape, I sent full disclosure upfront, they did not hesitate nor disappoint! There were a few minor details missed during the last interior wipe down, however, with last minute notice, weekend and the condition of the car I'm pleased. I will definitely be back for sure. You know there is a good business model in place when they work that well together with a smile.

My daughter spilled chocolate milk all over the back leather seats. Spite her best efforts to clean the mess, after a couple days the interior of my jeep started to smell like sour milk. I called these guys on a late Saturday morning and they were able take care of my vehicle right away. They were able clean my seat and the rest of the interior and remove the smell. I have been looking to get my SUV detailed for a while and decided to try a mobile service and I found these guys on Google. This was the first time my vehicle had been cleaned since I bought it four years ago and it’s seen years of kids and vacations. Alejandro came and spent almost 5 hours on a full-detail and my car looked better than when I actually bought it. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in what he does and he doesn’t rush through it. Theron and his crew gave new life to my extremely dirty and gritty 2008 Chrysler Aspen (4 young kids can do some damage!). I could not believe my eyes when I saw how clean and sparkly✨ my SUV looked after all was said and done! Hands down the best car wash and deep clean I’ve ever gotten. Worth every penny. They said it would take about 45 minutes and my car was full of dirt and sand. They’ve spent well over an hour and still going shampoo and cleaning under seats. Thorough and well understanding of doing the job to standard (and above) no matter how long it takes. The drive-thru car wash did not do a thorough job of cleaning my Yukon XL. It is a larger vehicle but when I pointed it out the still dirty areas to ask if I could run through a second time I was not allowed to. The young lady spraying vehicles before the car wash did attempt to wash off most of the sandy mud on my vehicle, but she was not as thorough on the right side. There was a gentleman who kindly offered to help me spray my floor mats at the mat wash. He was very helpful. My car is much cleaner but I'm still disappointed that it did not completely clean the front and back of my vehicle and around the tires.

Okay so here’s the thing… Car washes have become inflated in the price you pay… a good wash with a tire shine runs on average $20… Due to this, I started considering a monthly subscription. Whistle express has many locations spread out throughout the Carolinas so for me it was the best value when considering price and locations because sometimes I’m not always in Fayetteville but surrounding areas too. Plus adding a second car is only $22.50/mth on the $30 plan. Now in saying that Whistle express currently sells a $30/monthly subscription with tire shine. So taking that $20 average single car wash price and multiply it by 2 leaves the $30 monthly already paying for itself after just 2 washes. I make sure I get the most out of it by taking the car to the wash now when I’m just passing by one, maybe some bird stuff got on the car, maybe it’s a nice weekend and I want to give the car a good clean. Either way it’s worth it now these days to get the monthly subscription… you’re cheating yourself after 2 to 3 washes in the month.

Car wash is not that good. I think the dryer part was broken. Only passenger side was a little bit dried. Drivers side was still wet. Didn't have time to stop and complain. Couple months ago when I was there last passenger side was not all clean. Didn't notice until the next day. Went back and told them about it, guy said I needed to come back same day and they would make it right. I didn't even notice it until the following day. Both times I've been there the car wash system has been terrible. 😡

How do you rate NO STARS!?!? I paid for the $27.00 with the membership and the lady signed me up and no one told me that the top brushes wasn't working! I go through and afterwards I stop to check it out and the roof, top of my hood, top of my sides and the back of my vehicle looked the same! I went right back over and told them and they sent me through again at no charge and no difference so I went inside and the same lady that was outside the first time said they were having problems with the top brushes not working. Hello!? Why didn't you tell me first and others that are paying to get a car wash here!? My option she gave me was she would help me wipe my vehicle down. I said I didn't pay $27.00 to clean my own vehicle so just give me a refund. She said they couldn't do any refunds! So needless to say they did nothing to help correct THEIR PROBLEM! Instead keep that from customers! My first visit to a 5 Star and my last! They should change their name to reflect their customer service as No Star!

At first I was a little taken aback because of the price of the top tier wash ($32.10) after taxes. However after going through the wash I was beyond pleased with how clean my car was. The amenities they have available for interior cleaning were top notch. Floor mat holders, which makes vacuuming a breeze. Disabled vet! Not one, but two different types of vacuum heads narrow and wide, and let’s not forget the high pressure air hose. A++.

Need more employees. I have found 5 vacuums that are not working properly. Very busy place for only 2 people working. On 10/18/2024 a employee told me the vacuums have not been worked on in several months I have now been using your facility for two months now and every time I go there, it’s the same ones broken. This time the trash was cleared out. And I tried to get them to spray my floor mats which I can normally do, but this time they could not.

The staff at this car wash is incredibly friendly and helpful, I wish I could say the same about the management. Over 2 years ago, the car wash damaged the spoiler on my car. I filed an incident report the day of the incident, and I have returned multiple times over the past 2 years, trying to get some answers as to what they would do about it. The last time I was there, the manager refused to speak with me and instead had an employee bring me a new incident report to fill out. 2 years is an absolutely INSANE amount of time to pass for me not to receive a single email, phone call, or text so much as even acknowledging this incident. Not once did I ever approach an employee with aggression or anger. I've been patient and understanding with each explanation and excuse given to me, mostly consisting of " There's a new manager" or "your incident was filed using the old system, so it might take a bit longer". There is no excuse to have not contacted me yet over such a large timespan.

Let me start by saying the manager was super understanding and doing her best in our situation. But as far as this company they are a joke. We signed up for the monthly car wash thing. As we go into the car wash it is washing our car, the car wash brush or what ever it’s called ripped off our side rear view mirror on the driver side. Ripped it clean off. We go in and file all the paper work. We were told not to go through our insurance that they will pay to fix it. That corporate would get back to us. We are now 3 weeks later and no corporate got back to us and my husband would check in frequently. We filed with insurance, but we ended up paying out of pocket for a new side mirror and the whole mirror thing. Not to mention the police department told us our car wasn’t road legal until it was fixed. We needed it fixed asap because I’m due any day now. We will be canceling our monthly membership, and we will not be going back as they have given us the run around for something their machine did .

Love Tommy’s! I have the unlimited membership and though I wish you could use it for multiple vehicles, overall, I love it. Sometimes I have to drive my car through a couple of times when some hard stuff is on my windshield but I can ride through as many times as I want with the unlimited packages. I like that the vacuums are on both sides of the vehicles for convenience and ease. Jamal and the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful when needed. Took my girlfriend’s car to what I thought would be a successful car wash. We paid for the premium wash and we went in, got the presoak and then it said it was out of service like why take my money then not finish the wash. Had to pay to get her car rinsed off. Will not be back
