I will definitely make this my regular car wash spot! When I left my car looked better than I did when I took it off the lot - I’m not exaggerating because I bought it pre-owned. The inside of my car wasn’t that bad before hand but my mats were super dirty. I had gone to an automatic wash a couple times before and it would never get bird poop off but at Perfect Touch they did phenomenal. I received the deluxe service. I arrived around 9:30am on a Friday and they had it ready by 11:15am. The staff was friendly and professional. I will say it was a little confusing when I got there because I wasn’t sure where to pull in to get in line - maybe some signs would help - but overall I had a wonderful experience.

David and his crew at Perfect Touch Hand Carwash and Detail Center are simply awesome. I dropped in on a busy Friday afternoon with a 2019 XC90 that was really in need of detailing...thanks to Perfect Touch, my car now looks brand new (just look at that mirror shine in the pics). I am very disappointed with the service I received at Edge Express Durham. I was clear to the lady in charge that I needed my dashboard cleaned, and the back seat where the car seats were to be cleaned. I paid for full-service hot wax and tire shine. I went through the exterior car wash. After that, I went for the full service, I unbuckled both car seats so they could clean under, did they clean under? NO Was my dashboard wiped? NO. My cup holder still has crumbs. I don't understand what I paid for. I could've just done the drive-in car wash. I don't like leaving negative comments but after paying 38.49 I'm very upset. I am not interested in going back again but I would very much like to know how to process a refund because this is unacceptable. I guess 2 stars for the drive-in carwash.

I went to this car wash despite having the negative reviews hoping to have a good experience. Paid for interior cleaning and tire shine. I told the lady that my main area of concern was the build up of dirt and leaves around the trunk. She told me it would be taken care of. I didn’t get a chance to look my car over because I was late for an appointment. I was appalled by the condition of my car. As you can see by the photos, they did not do the cleaning I paid for. My car looked the same.

Edit: I'm editing my review to 1 star because I don't like sleazy business practices! I went in for just a single car wash and was offered a special just for the rest of March!! Lo and behold, my credit card was charged for the month of April!! I did not sign up for monthly services! nor will I be signing up! Wow!!

I went to wash my car on January and they were running a promotion, pay $28 to tried the unlimited wash. But they never explained that I will be sign in for the membership and I didn’t agree to be charge and I tried to contact costumer services to find some answers and solutions and they basically blame me for not read the terms and conditions, which I never have the change to read since and employee was doing the transaction as she was promoting the deal of the months. I’m not happy with the way they are handling. I will Not recommend it. Makes sure you are not being sign up to a membership without your consent. They never give me the promotion they charge the full amount, not only once but three times.

Not sure if this place is run by one person or not. Had a driver in their black van try to cut me off in traffic. Then proceeded to drive after me with road rage speeding up and slowing down. Shows a lot about their professionalism. They are willing to try and run you down in their van wrapped with company logo.

Absolutely terrible… they don’t deserve one star. Over $330 for “professional detail”…. The car was still dirty and barely vacuumed out. Without getting to involved. I made appointment over a week ago for 9 am drop off. I show up at 8:50 and wait until 9:20 in the morning for someone to show up. The staff finally shows up and apologize that it’s too cold, I simply asked if someone could’ve called me, It would’ve made my life a lot easier as I made arrangements to be picked up? They were confused… Staff is rude and they don’t open on time. Do not waste your money here. Attached our photos of their idea of what clean is …. They refused to listen, they kept my car keys until I paid and threatened to call the police. I called the police myself and they said they couldn’t do anything right now cause it wasn’t an emergency… they suggested I pay the bill and contest it with my credit card as the job was not completed…. I said okay. By the way, this was a $330 detailing

I went to this place a few months ago, they actually did a good job. However, they have stopped caring what your car looks like. I was there on November 4, 2024. Paid with a gift card, I got the managers special, which is $50.47. You would think that would include: drying the car, cleaning the windows, (inside and out), cleaning inside the door jams. I called and took the car back. I was told to park on the side and the man came over with a towel and started rubbing the windows, like he was upset that I complained. He also slammed the door when I told him he had done enough. I will never go back here and will tell everyone I told about this place, what happened

There is no need to take your car anywhere else for detailing. Willie does it all and charges you less. It's a small outfit, and if you blink you'll miss his place. Don't do that as you'd miss a great deal. In a way I hate to even tell people about him as I'm afraid he'd then be too busy for me. Willie is about as polite as they come and gives great service to boot. You can't ask for much more.

I chose The Nano Pros over two other shops I reviewed. Thad took the time to explain to me the options, and provided an honest best fit for my car without attempted upselling, or nickel and diming for every little thing. The shop was the cleanest and best equipped of the three, as was their professional impression. They've obviously invested a lot in doing their job well. The team really did an outstanding job of paint correction (after a car wash brush left swirl marks), front end PPF, debadging the rear end, ceramic coating, and tinting the front windows to match the rear. Thad took all the time needed with me at pick up (even at the end of the day) to explain future washing, maintenance, product recommendations, and answer any questions I had. The car looks better than new! There's not so much as a single streak on the inside of the windshield, and that's the hardest part of any car work to get right in my experience. They truly do outstanding work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to protect the paint on their cars.

We returned home from a 3 week trip after hurricane Milton to find the front interior of my car covered in mold. After Googling our options, I sent messages to three places for help. Cameron called me within an hour and patiently talked me through my options. It took five days but my RAV4 looked as good as new when I picked it up after a detailed cleaning and chlorine treatment. They arrived early & our car looked good overall when they finished (especially the outside), but there were crumbs and dirt in the crevices in between the front seat and door and in between the front seat and center console. My husband also noticed that the inside windows weren’t cleaned thoroughly. I called to politely let them know what was missed and they said they wouldn’t be able to come back out to South Raleigh to fix it since they’re rarely in the area, which is very unfortunate. When you’re paying a professional $140 to perform a service, you expect your car to be thoroughly cleaned. Since that didn’t happen and they were unwilling to make it right, I would not recommend this business.

My wife and I are expecting our first child and were starting to prep everything. When it came time for the car seats, we realized we were in desperate need of a cleaning. We have two beagles and one sheds A LOT. There was hair embedded in the fabric, seats, floor, everywhere. I went to a local car wash and did my best with the vacuum, but it did nothing. After searching a bit, we came across Lee’s Mobile Detailing. From the start to finish it was smooth. Booking was directly online where I was able to explore packages, dates and times. Once I booked, Devante reached out to confirm the appointment, explain the process, and see if I had any questions. The day of, I received a text when he was about 30 minutes out so I can make sure I was ready. Upon arrival, the process was again explained and it made me know my car was in good hands. Throughout the cleaning, I would get update photos sent. Upon completion, I did a full walk around of the vehicle to ensure that it was cleaned to my liking. He asked if there was anything I wanted cleaned again or touched up to ensure my satisfaction. After the inspection, final payment was made. Before leaving, I was told to expect a text or call within the next few days to again make sure that I am completely satisfied and if I noticed anything after the fact, he would come back out to finish the job at no charge. 10/10 quality of service, 10/10 customer service! Highly Recommend!

Hey folks- First of all, I am not the person who would normally post a review but, after I returned to Showroom Shine Mobile Detailing Car wash to pick up my truck after neglecting it for over 2-3 months and (2) winter storms. I had to post my testimonial about this spot! The crew showed up on time and worked diligently on my truck, and when I tell you it was dirty honestly that was an understatement.
