I went to this car wash despite having the negative reviews hoping to have a good experience. Paid for interior cleaning and tire shine. I told the lady that my main area of concern was the build up of dirt and leaves around the trunk. She told me it would be taken care of. I didn’t get a chance to look my car over because I was late for an appointment. I was appalled by the condition of my car. As you can see by the photos, they did not do the cleaning I paid for. My car looked the same.

I was so excited for a basic+ car wash for my birthday. I've been coming to TC's since they first opened 20 years ago and I was in college. I was disappointed when I got my car but my child was with me and hungry so couldn't stick around. There's a sign that it was sold so maybe that is the problem and the only contact on the website is the old owner. The back floor doesn't appear to have been cleaned and my organizer with my child's things was knocked over where her items were all over the floor. Car seat wasn't vacuumed or touched. Vents weren't properly cleaned. Someone used a rag on my oil reminder sticker and now the side has new dark marks which I assume is ink transfer. I also have new scratches on my dash by my speedometer- looks like a key or ring was pulled across. Seats didn't look vacuumed either with lint and fuzz still on them. My seats are dark so it's easy to tell when they haven't been cleaned. I'm super disappointed since I have to re-clean my car and now figure out how to get these new stains and marks off for my birthday. The last time I wasn't as impressed but now I'm just disappointed. We own a business and finding people are hard, but you still need to keep to the standards the business has had for 20 years.

I will definitely make this my regular car wash spot! When I left my car looked better than I did when I took it off the lot - I’m not exaggerating because I bought it pre-owned. The inside of my car wasn’t that bad before hand but my mats were super dirty. I had gone to an automatic wash a couple times before and it would never get bird poop off but at Perfect Touch they did phenomenal. I received the deluxe service. I arrived around 9:30am on a Friday and they had it ready by 11:15am. The staff was friendly and professional. I will say it was a little confusing when I got there because I wasn’t sure where to pull in to get in line - maybe some signs would help - but overall I had a wonderful experience.

David and his crew at Perfect Touch Hand Carwash and Detail Center are simply awesome. I was in a rush, and my car was filthy with salt outside and too many weeks worth of crumbs inside. I had less than 10 minutes to get my car washed and vacuumed. I got it done! The line moved quickly. The guys that scrub your car before you go through the wash actually did what they are supposed to do. The spot on my SUV everyone always misses, they went to first! The wash seemed powerful, but in a good way, the dryer was effective, and the self-vacuum area was clean, and they all seemed to be working! There were 2 attendants in the area, and they seemed to be keeping everything in working order, clean and friendly to boot ! I will be back when I can spend more time. Until then... great first impression.

When you come out of the tunnel you pull into a parking slot designed for ease of vacuuming out your vehicle. There is vacuum on both sides and the flex hose connection point is 7 feet above ground level so the hose easily reaches into your vehicle from the front to the back with ease. On both sides of the vehicle there is a towel basket of clean dry cloths one can use to hand dry areas and do touch up cleaning. Below the fresh towel basket is another basket for leaving your dirty towels. Well thought out design. I wish we had one of these car washes in Dallas, TX.

Steer clear: they will scam you on the price with a bait and switch. Detail technician came to my house, we discussed what I was looking for in the detail. I asked him the price, he told me $175, which I felt was fair. After the job was done, I was sent an invoice for $250. Raised the concern with the manager/owner I presume who told me the tech doesn’t set the price and he shouldn’t have discussed it with me. The $250 invoice listed a bunch of services I definitely didn’t receive. I also wouldn’t have accepted a detail for $250 as other services offer much better prices than that. The detail quality itself was great, but the sketchy businesses practices and poor customer service are a hard no from me. Many other good detailers in this area- stay away from this one.

I drive a Toyota Sienna and we use it as our family vehicle. It houses 3 small children so it gets well loved. Drew and his team came to my home and did the detail right in my driveway. They have all resources needed to clean your vehicle. This group is very attentive and efficient. My vans interior sparkled like the day we got it. All of the crumbs, sand and sticky surfaces were eradicated with their attention to detail. The black exterior shined once again and under the hood looked brand new. I chose The Nano Pros over two other shops I reviewed. Thad took the time to explain to me the options, and provided an honest best fit for my car without attempted upselling, or nickel and diming for every little thing. The shop was the cleanest and best equipped of the three, as was their professional impression. They've obviously invested a lot in doing their job well. The team really did an outstanding job of paint correction (after a car wash brush left swirl marks), front end PPF, debadging the rear end, ceramic coating, and tinting the front windows to match the rear. Thad took all the time needed with me at pick up (even at the end of the day) to explain future washing, maintenance, product recommendations, and answer any questions I had. The car looks better than new! There's not so much as a single streak on the inside of the windshield, and that's the hardest part of any car work to get right in my experience. They truly do outstanding work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to protect the paint on their cars.

I went to this place a few months ago, they actually did a good job. However, they have stopped caring what your car looks like. I was there on November 4, 2024. Paid with a gift card, I got the managers special, which is $50.47. You would think that would include: drying the car, cleaning the windows, (inside and out), cleaning inside the door jams. I called and took the car back. I was told to park on the side and the man came over with a towel and started rubbing the windows, like he was upset that I complained. He also slammed the door when I told him he had done enough. I will never go back here and will tell everyone I told about this place, what happened

One of the machines in the car wash bent my side mirror backwards and left a decent scratch. Staff gaslighted me when I informed them what had happened. Vacuums were cheap and falling apart. Much better car wash options up the street.

I took my car to August Precision for ceramic coating and tint, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Their communication was amazing throughout the whole process, sending update photos and keeping me in the loop. Chris was super helpful in choosing what would be best for my car since I was originally considering PPF, but ultimately decided with the cars age ceramic would be the best option. The address has changed. Check the website for the current address. As for the service: I have an SUV that's over 20 years old and hadn't been cleaned in at least 2 years. These guys treated my car as there own. I'm talking door jams, engine bay, even the pet hair that never comes out of the rear cargo space. They got it all cleaned up. They are my new go to. We signed up for an EventBrite event which was cancelled. Money was promised to be refunded, never refunded. My son tried to get the money refunded immediately and he never did. I called and he said he would but no effort was made. DO NOT sign up for one of these events or he will steal your money too. My son has called you and you told him a month ago that you were refunding it. So have you refunded it? Can you confirm that?
