Everything about this was fantastic!! It was easy to book the car detailing service I wanted on the website, David was very good about responding quickly to ask if I had any particular requests for my detailing appointment, and he messaged me to let me know approximately what time he would be arriving on the day of service. David was friendly and professional, and I liked that I didn’t even have to leave home to have my car cleaned. Everything looked perfect and smelled great when he had finished the cleaning process. I relied upon Charlotte Auto Spa to protect exterior of my new BMW 750. Denny was extremely helpful in describing the multiple process steps and showing me works in progress in his facility. I randomly came across Dennis by google search for car details close to home. He was very responsive and within a day or two came out to service the car. My mother's cat had accidentally peed in the car, and the odor was obnoxious I explained to Dennis the situation they came out. He used special chemicals to try to help get rid of the smell and told me to call him on Monday if it was not completely gone. I did call him and he came back free of charge to apply A 2nd treatment. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him and will use them for the future

Speechless, the level of professionalism here is absolutely astounding. I trusted this company with my custom built BMW X7, 2024. Services included the following; application of a full body paint protection film, two layers of Ceramic Pro coating, all around window tinting (including windshield), & a full interior leather coating. The images attached don’t do justice to the level of detail that was carried out. PPF was executed flawlessly. Every corner and overlay was exceptional. David was top notch. I have a 13 yr old vehicle that is stored without a cover/carport or garage. There was quite a bit of tree sap glued to my car and a decent amount of pet hair. David is incredibly knowledgeable and explained clearly what was needed to combat the issue. I originally booked an executive package, however he took me back to a less expensive package and added a few minor charges to give me the most realistic results. He could have taken my money, but instead got a repeat customer. I have already booked my second appointment. I will say, the booking process is not optimized for the smoothest customer experience, but David’s skills, passion and experience shine. Support small businesses as they grow! Highly recommend, my car looks fabulous!

On a whim, I pulled into The Auto Spa of Charlotte to have my culinary business vehicle detailed and loved on by professionals. I thought about pulling up to various pop up locals in parking lots, but I never did, though I nearly did several times. Well, I'm grateful I found this locally owned family business. _____ No regrets! Great customer service and demeanor from Kia, the minute I got out of my car. I explained my needs, the use of the vehicle and she took it from there. The scheduling and communication processes were efficient as well as prompt. As a fellow local Small Business Owner, I appreciated how well Kia listened to my needs, assured me my car will be safe overnight in their locked bay and the timeframe needed. I have a personal car so Kia assisted with my transportation of dropping it off and getting back home quickly and safely. Rarely do we find such great customer service and attentiveness. _____ Even when I brought my vehicle back for a few minor oversights, the detail technician who took care of my car, simply asked when can he address them for me. And, he did AND went back over my entire SUV. He was pleasant, professional and easy to work with both times. I reached out to "Double D" because I wanted to try a detailer that was local to me and was mobile. Because it was a one-man show and he told me how he was still getting into the groove of things, I have given him a 4-star rating, instead of the three stars that I think the quality of the work represented. After deciding on an appointment time, D reached out to me to change the day of the appointment which was fine as long he was done by the time I needed to leave, which he assured me it would be with no issue. When I returned to him and my car at the time he said he'd be done, he still had half an hour of work left (which I would have appreciated him texting me before I walked over to him with my freshly sprained ankle), some of which seemed to be sloppily done or forgotten just so the job would be done. The interior of my windshield and windows were very quickly wiped with a rag, leaving an oily residue/spray on my windshield, the space beside the car seats were left unvacuumed and as crumby as they'd started off, and an abrasive had been used on my center console affecting the texture of some of the car material. While the exterior was shiny and the air freshener was nice, these smaller details that were unattended to are why I reached out to D for a detailing instead of just going to a regular car wash and doing the basics myself. The car was not a junky mess to begin with, so all the oversights were very disappointing. Not to mention, he washed the rugs in the car but did not dry them by the time he was done (even with the extra half hour I waited) so he put them on the ground outside and told me I need to wait and let them dry in the sun before putting them back in the car which not only made the bottoms of the mats dirty with pebbles and road grime, but also extended the time I had to just sit and wait beyond him leaving and "finishing" the job. After receiving second opinions, others also noticed oversights in the cleaning, and think he might have done a so-so job thinking I wouldn't know the difference. I will acknowledge that I did not get the most premium option he had available, but I think things like cleaning the windshield and vacuuming are reasonable expectations for even a basic detailing package. To D's credit, he did ask if there was any thing I noticed was incomplete once he was done, but the only thing that I mentioned that he actually fixed was wiping down the windows, because I think he hadn't done it at all in the hours he'd been out there and as I said, they were left oily after his quick wipe down (to the point that my vision was obscured in parts of the windshield for days until I went behind and wiped off the product). The other little marks I noted, he just made a mental note of to do better next time with no intention to rectify them in the moment. Because D seemed to be nice enough and like a hard worker I don't want to affect his prospects with a lower star review, but I wouldn't recommend him to others in my circle at this time based on the detailing I received.

Since 2016, Nick and Parks Detailing has provided ceramic coating to my show-winning 2002 BMW M Coupe, 2001 BMW Z8, and 2013 BMW M3. They also provided paint restoration to my unrestored, investment grade 1988 BMW M6. In 2023, they provided ceramic coating to my wife's beautiful X3 M40i and it looks outstanding. This fall, we added to the stable - another beastly BMW in black sapphire metallic and it looks amazing. The ceramic coating makes the cars so much easier to clean.They are fastidious perfectionist and the finished product in all cases was a 10 out of 10. They are also just amazing people - the whole team. I'll continue to work with them and trust them implicitly to provide a top notch finished product. Oh, and speaking of product, they have that too! Brian and his team are fantastic!! The level of customer service is unparalleled. I called to get a front half wrap of PPF for my new Escalade and Brian was very accommodating and got me that day. To further assist, because I was working, his wife even provided transportation back home for my wife so that I didn’t need to take off work to drop the car off. I have waited a couple of days to leave the review because my good college friend does detailing/ceramic coating and I was bringing the vehicle to him afterwards. I had him give me his opinion on the job; and his exact review was that it was the top 10% of all jobs he’s seen. That speaks volume because he’s seen a lot! I had RC Auto Finish ceramic coat my 2021 Tesla Model 3. As a "newbie" to ceramic coating, Quincy took the time (both on the phone and in person) to answer all of my questions about the process and subsequent maintenance. He was very upfront in the benefits and limitations to what ceramic coating can do. He clearly takes pride in his work and the car looked fantastic upon pickup. I have a 2023 Kia K5 that I bought brand new. I had Grit Detailing add a 5 year ceramic coating as well as detail the car. I loved it. In December that car was hit at a red light and totaled :( After some delay I was back in a 2024 Kia K5 that was a nearly exact replica. Booked an appointment and they had to cancel to reschedule - she messaged me 15 minutes before the appointment and I was already headed there so I could be there 10 minutes before my appointment as it says on the website. I will say, it was raining that morning, so I understand. I decided because they took a long while to answer back to my messages in trying to find a good time, to not continue with my booking which upsets me because there was a $25 booking fee. I understand everyone may be busy, but they definitely need some kind of system to organize schedules in a timely manner.

I’d give zero if possible. Waiting to hear back for a refund, if not I’ll be contacting my card company for a dispute. Paid $100 for the inside and out detail, and I’m pretty sure they didn’t even wash my car inside or out with soap let alone “hand wax”. I had to go back to have them vacuum/wipe the center console (wish I had pictures), there was still a piece of trash in the side door so they obviously didn’t clean that either. My windshield is still dirty with spots on it, front of car and side mirrors still have bugs on it, the spot where there was bird poop is still visible like they just sprayed it with water and didn’t wash it, etc. It’s not just a few things missed which I could overlook, I truly believe they did not even clean my car and only vacuumed some of it. I’ll attach pictures. Go literally anywhere else for a car detail.

Chris is a true miracle worker! My Lexus was a mess- inside & out!! Looked online for a personal detailing of my car and the minimum was $200-$250. Chris charges much less and includes much more. My backseat and trunk were stained with milk, which left a smell I couldn't get rid of... Chris deep cleaned everything, no more stains and no more smell. He did such an amazing job, I asked him to clean another car the next day. He communicated with me every step of the way, arrived early, and was even friendly with my dog. Our first visit, found them through google search. We used to go to Sam’s but last time it didn’t went well, car didn’t look clean at all. We had to wash it all over again at another place.
