They came out exactly as promised, and by the time Filipp was done I was shocked by how my truck was transformed, he made it look practically brand new. I strongly support Ray’s Auto Detailing. Not only had I been a new customer the first time, but he had met up with me on the weekend to emergency clean cat pee out of my front passenger seat. At first, it mostly diminished, but upon contacting Ray a second time, he swung by to take an extra stab at it free of charge. Since I have seen Ray, I have yet to smell any odor. And that’s cat pee, so I really have to give him a pat on the back there because that is tremendously difficult to pull from cushions. I have also had the opportunity to have my car completely detailed by Ray, and it is stunning. The attention to detail is there, the customer service is there, and I plan on continuing with Ray’s services to maintain my shiny new car!

Dave and his coworker did an incredible job on the inside of my car. I don’t have any before pictures, but it was covered in dog hair, smelled like dog, and covered toddler messes. It’s basically a brand new interior now and has no dog odor. I don’t know how they got rid of the dog hair, but they managed it get it all out. I highly recommend them and I will be using them for my future car detailing needs.

I had my car’s interior detail done this afternoon by Dave and Dante. They were great! On time, friendly, and the inside of my car looks brand new despite my best efforts over the last 3 years to destroy it. 😂 I just had a baby on 11/8, and he arrived earlier than expected. First Class was great about rescheduling around my new passenger. Now I have a clean car both me and my son can enjoy! 😊

Detail Lab did an amazing job detailing my car. It hasn’t been this clean since I got it! I used their mobile detailing service, so they came to my home and did the detailing while the car was in the driveway. It was very convenient and I’m thrilled with the results. All the grime has been completely removed from the cup holders and air vents, and it was fully vacuumed.

These guys are outstanding! To say my car was rough is an understatement. It had severe staining and dog fur built up from over a year with dogs. I wish I could've provided before pictures but I was so disgusted with the car that the thought hadn't crossed my mind. It was so bad I considered completely replacing the entire interior. Just 24 hrs at this godsend of a detailer and the car looks better than when I got it at the dealership. The guys were all friendly and professional and well worth the price! I would give them 10 stars if I could! These guys did an amazing job on our 3 cars. One of them was really bad, it had some really bad stains all over the paint from tree sap. I didn't know if there was any way to get it clean. I was absolutely amazed at how great it looked inside and out when they were done! It's a 2012 and it looked like it just came off the showroom floor new! I thought the price was great for the service we got! I will definitely have them come out again! Shout-outs to Stefon, Jason and Andie (I think there might have been a few others here earlier that left before they were all done). You guys did an amazing job! I was super impressed! Brian and team handled my questions and performed the work on my car with professionalism. I brought a brand new Lexus about a few weeks ago and wanted it to remain in that perfect showroom condition. The team walked me through the PPF and ceramic coating pros and I was immediately sold. I was nervous about handing a brand new car over to them two weeks after I purchased it, but they took great care of it, even found a flaw and worked with me to have it fixed. I encountered a small issue, they worked to fix it and stood by their work and honored their word. They certainly went above and met my expectations. It now looks like the vehicle on one of their social media videos. I would definitely recommend and will repeat for my next car care needs.

I am so happy with the work/magic that was done on my 2006 4Runner! From my first inquiry call to driving off after complete, Jerrell and Dani were very professional. I tend to keep my vehicles a long time....this one is pushing 20 years....so I was debating whether to sell or spruce up my Toyota. I had so many questions about the process, cost and after care, and they were so patient with discussing all the options....probably more than once! I have an amazing master mechanic, so the exterior was my only concern. I chose the Ceramic Coating Pro ION package and the partial full front PPF (paint protection film) for added protection on the full hood, front bumper, headlights, side mirrors, door cups & luggage strip, as there are a lot of construction trucks on the road these days, spinning off stones! As you can see from the pictures, NEW-Ol' Betsy is so shiny that I tell my friends to be sure to wear their sunglasses when I pull up! I highly recommend this team!

Just got my 2010 Mustang GT back from Auto Lust. It is the first spa treatment my car has experienced since I bought it in 2009. Got an exterior cleaning, color correction and ceramic coating (body and wheels). Josh and Scott did a fantastic job. The car has never looked as good. They even did a quick clean of the interior. I am very pleased with the work they did and how easy it was to work with them. I highly recommend them.

I will start this by saying that I have used a lot of car washes. I retired from a job where part of my issued equipment was a vehicle, and it was expected that the vehicle be kept clean. It quickly became apparent that washing the car at home when I was off, did not let me keep the car clean during a shift, because things happen during a shift, and your car may have started the day clean, but it may not be that way the entire day. Eventually, I was using tunnel style car washes so much that I purchased a monthly plan at a local well known chain car wash. That one was not an impressive wash job, but it was quick enough, and I could get myself and the car back in service more efficiently than hand washing, so I did it. Eventually, a new car wash opened in our area that was better than the one I was using. At that point I considered that one to be the best I had used. I used it for a few years. Then, I retired. Upon retirement I took a part time job that included an assigned company car. I also had a change of scenery as most days I commute to Cary NC. I used various car washes in that area but I still felt that the one back home was better, it just wasn't close enough to my location to be convenient. Then I tried Heroes Car Wash in Cary and I have a new favorite car wash. They do everything my previous car wash did better. The car wash equipment itself is maintained better than any of the other places I have used. The smell inside the tunnel is pleasant. I bring that up because at the well known major chain location back home, the tunnel smells bad as you pass through but I can only assume that Heroes smells better because it is cleaner. I also do not have water spot problems at Heroes like I have at other places. At some places you can't dry quick enough to prevent them. Again, I assume that Heroes water must be cleaner. The drying stations are well equipped with towels at each station, a couple of vacuum hoses hanging between each car, and 3 spray bottles for cleaning glass, interior, and an air freshener that smells to me like vanilla. It is mild and not overpowering which is nice because I usually do not like to use air freshener, but I will use this one. There is also a compressed air hose at each station which is great for blowing water out of body panel gaps. There is some sort of floor mat cleaning area, but I have not used it. The vacuum is strong enough that I have not needed anything else for my floor mats. I do have the monthly plan here, and I use it frequently. As I stop off at various places for work, I constantly get comments on the appearance of the car. My company car is usually one of the less expensive vehicles in the parking lot at the places that I go for work, but it is always the cleanest car there. Heroes in Cary is by far the best tunnel style car wash I have used, and I have used a lot of them.

I usually come towards when they close, since I’ve started to doing more of car content for my car page. I definitely recommend this place a 100%. Fernando is excellent! He was able to do a full detail on my Ram 1500 last minute as well as full wash and wax on my father in laws car. He is very detail oriented and takes his time to make sure it’s perfect! He uses high end products of his own and has a great set up allowing him to come to you! He discussed the prices of everything upfront so there were no surprises. He was able to get our headliner stains several others refused to touch. Overall the truck looks like it rolled off the showroom floor (that’s saying a lot considering we have three children riding with me always). The scent he uses inside is perfect and not overwhelming when opening the door. If you want your car truly detailed call Fernando ❤️

I took my car to August Precision for ceramic coating and tint, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Their communication was amazing throughout the whole process, sending update photos and keeping me in the loop. Chris was super helpful in choosing what would be best for my car since I was originally considering PPF, but ultimately decided with the cars age ceramic would be the best option. The paint correction looks fantastic, and the ceramic coating turned out just like I wanted. I'll definitely be coming back for any future services. Highly recommend!

What an excellent experience! Highly recommend. We asked Brandon to bring a 12-yr year old car back to a good sellable cosmetic condition. He did it! We reviewed options in advance to find a level of work that fit our budget and provided excellent value. It hadn't received much love in the last 4-5 years. Now the exterior, interior, and even the engine bay Iook much better. Afterward we even got a summary of the products used and some guidance on upkeep going forward. Great service.

We returned home from a 3 week trip after hurricane Milton to find the front interior of my car covered in mold. After Googling our options, I sent messages to three places for help. My wife and I are expecting our first child and were starting to prep everything. When it came time for the car seats, we realized we were in desperate need of a cleaning. We have two beagles and one sheds A LOT. There was hair embedded in the fabric, seats, floor, everywhere. I went to a local car wash and did my best with the vacuum, but it did nothing. After searching a bit, we came across Lee’s Mobile Detailing. From the start to finish it was smooth. Booking was directly online where I was able to explore packages, dates and times. Once I booked, Devante reached out to confirm the appointment, explain the process, and see if I had any questions. The day of, I received a text when he was about 30 minutes out so I can make sure I was ready. Upon arrival, the process was again explained and it made me know my car was in good hands. Throughout the cleaning, I would get update photos sent. Upon completion, I did a full walk around of the vehicle to ensure that it was cleaned to my liking. He asked if there was anything I wanted cleaned again or touched up to ensure my satisfaction. After the inspection, final payment was made. Before leaving, I was told to expect a text or call within the next few days to again make sure that I am completely satisfied and if I noticed anything after the fact, he would come back out to finish the job at no charge. 10/10 quality of service, 10/10 customer service! Highly Recommend!

I highly recommend VIP Auto Detailing and especially the owner DJ. DJ was such a pleasure to work with. Car detailing is something we always want to get done, but delay for whatever reason. Do yourself a favor and just book the appointment! He made the process so simple, went through the packages and pricing in detail with me. They arrived early & our car looked good overall when they finished (especially the outside), but there were crumbs and dirt in the crevices in between the front seat and door and in between the front seat and center console. My husband also noticed that the inside windows weren’t cleaned thoroughly. I called to politely let them know what was missed and they said they wouldn’t be able to come back out to South Raleigh to fix it since they’re rarely in the area, which is very unfortunate. When you’re paying a professional $140 to perform a service, you expect your car to be thoroughly cleaned. Since that didn’t happen and they were unwilling to make it right, I would not recommend this business.

I recently paid for my niece to get her car detailed as a Christmas gift. I told her to find a place, and I’d give her the cash to cover it. She found a business online with a high rating that offered mobile detailing, which was convenient for her and seemed to be Black-owned—something we try to support when possible. She booked the appointment for a Sunday at 8 a.m. online, as the business closes early on Saturdays, so she couldn't call directly. The service requires a $50 deposit, with the remaining balance due once the job is completed. On the day of the appointment, my niece woke up early to clear her car so the employee could clean it easily. At 7:55 a.m., she went outside to check if anyone had arrived. When she came back in, I asked if they were there, and she said no. I suggested she wait a few minutes and then call at 8:05 a.m. She called, but no one answered, and she was sent to voicemail, which was full, so she couldn’t leave a message. She waited until 8:15 a.m. and tried calling again—same result: voicemail. At this point, they were already 15 minutes late. She even sent a message through their Instagram page, but got no response. She started to worry that it might be a scam and that her $50 deposit was gone. At 8:21 a.m., my niece received a text from an employee named Lamar saying he had just finished his previous appointment and was on his way. He also told her to leave her car unlocked. The shop is only about 12 minutes from our house, but Lamar didn’t arrive until around 9:30 a.m.—an hour and a half late for the scheduled appointment. Lamar cleaned the car, but he didn’t apologize for being late, nor did he offer any discount. My niece didn’t take any "before" pictures since there wasn’t much to clean—she had recently gotten a used car and mainly wanted the seats and carpets sanitized. Lamar did a great job cleaning the car, though after he left, my niece noticed a yellow scuff mark on the vehicle that she didn’t recall seeing before the detailing. Lamar offered to have her come by the shop to have the mark removed at no extra charge, which we appreciated. Even though my niece had work that morning, she decided to go to the shop since Lamar said he’d be there all day, and if she came another day, she would need to make an appointment. After her past experience trying to contact them, she figured it would be easier to go ahead and get the issue resolved. I told her to text me when she arrived, which she did around 9:15 a.m. What was supposed to be a quick 30-second fix turned into a 32-minute wait. I asked her what was taking so long, and she guessed they might have been looking for the right product to remove the mark. She said when they found the product, there wasn’t much left, so they had to go back and get more. I could tell my niece was frustrated—she’s not confrontational, but I could hear it in her voice. I would have been frustrated, too, which is why I’m writing this review on her behalf. While Lamar did a good job cleaning the car, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service were concerning. We value excellent service, and this business just didn’t deliver on that front. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere from now on. This review isn’t meant to bash the company. My niece and I always strive to support Black-owned businesses, and I hope this feedback—along with other similar reviews—serves as constructive criticism for them to improve.

This is the best car wash I have been to. Mine and my husband’s cars always come out so clean and shiny. They even offer a service to run the sweeper and clean your windows and dash on the inside for a reasonable price. What takes me two hours at home took 15 minutes and JAMESON did such an AMAZING job! The inside of my car hasn’t been that clean in a year. I will definitely be back. (My husband buys the unlimited package so he stops in several days a week.).

I do know there are other locations can’t wait to see how much they expand bc I would love a membership if there was one near me.

Words can not describe the appreciation that I have for Quin and his team at the Detailing Genius. I had a special project that needed to be completed that I thought was outside of the scope of work for a detail shop. To my surprise, Quin obliged my request and was able to thoroughly clean and disinfect my gutters. Using eco and pet friendly products, he was able to blast the crud and grime off my gutters that hadn’t been cleaned in all of the 25yrs I’ve lived here. No job too small and no request too big for the Detailing Genius! Will use again!

There is nothing like climbing into my car after Quin and his team have detailed it. The car looks and smells brand new. We get so many compliments! He's as good as it gets!
