One of the better services I’ve experienced. They were the first ones to reply when inquiring about services. They were able to fit my time slot in and get the job done basically the next day. Drop off to their studio was easy too. Had given a car to a “friend” and they left it trashed and smelling like crap. After working with this detailing service, the car looks basically brand new. The stench is nearly gone too. A bit pricey but you get what you paid for. Would 100% recommend this place.

James mobile did a fantastic job! Everything from first coming to look at my car and giving me an estimate to completing the work was perfect. He's very helpful friendly and knowlegeable. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do for a very reasonable price. His attention to details is awesome. He removed the stripes from my car and polished the car. He also did some glass work. I highly recommend him! Trust me you won't be sorry! Before with stripes ans after Jame's was done. He's excellent!!

I sent a message through NextDoor and Matt Jones sent me a text message a few days later. OCD Detail did a great job detailing my Lexus. My Explorer had scuffing and scratches. Matt did an amazing job buffing, painting, and bringing it back to factory look at much affordable cost than others. Also, ceramic gloss detailing was applied. Materials he used were at high quality and it shows. Car looks better than new. Exceeded my expectations.

The guys at Aegis Armors ceramic coated my 2010 torch red corvette grand sport. It was hands down the best money I have spent on this car. It looks absolutely fabulous. I cannot believe the way the paint just "pops" and reveals the metal flake.. The gloss is fantastic. The guys there were very professional. They kept me posted on the paint correction progress including pictures and videos. I am extremely satisfied with the job and I'm recommending them to all of my car enthusiastic friends.

The car was supposed to be detailed on the inside with ozone. It looked like someone just vaccumed, that's it. They charged us 140 dollars, no receipt, had to leave it over night. Very horrible experience. I would have been a loyal customer. They lost business for not doing it right.

In my experience while I was here my suv comes out and the guy asks me where is my keys. I tells him they have them. He goes and looks for them needless to say one of the most frantic 5 minutes ever. The manager {I assume} came out to ask what was wrong then the other manager said they would roll back the camera. Something says look in your purse and there you go in the bottom of my purse under my wallet. I felt so embarrassed I immediately apologized and offered to buy pizza for them but the manager said I didn't have to do all of that…One is one of the best places to have your vehicle cleaned. Nice and friendly people a must go to and reasonably priced.

They really don’t clean the inside of the car. The people cleaning take their time yet they don’t even wipe anything other than clean the floor liner and the machine washes the outside. Dashboard is dusty. It’s truly disappointing. When you let them know the guy used a dry towel and apologized. It’s common sense yet he still didn’t clean it well. They need to have a manager check the cars that are done before the customer sees their cars.

Wonderful work done by everyone here at Jeff's. I was referred to them by someone who knows their work personally. I needed a scratch buffed or of my black vehicle and when they were done with it, within 30 minutes, it was like it was never there to begin with. Only cost me $30! Amazing job and can't thank them enough. They also have a special package for washing black cars that I was able to see being done on another vehicle before I left and I will be returning to try it.

Went here and got the $12 "Ultimate" wash. The wash did NOT clean my car at all! I have pictures here to show what it looked like after the "wash". It was a complete waste of money and I had to go home and wash the car by hand. I also attached a picture of when I washed the car to show that the black stuff was able to come off with water and a sponge. DO NOT GO HERE!

I recently stopped here to inquire about having my truck and my husband's truck washed, detailed, and waxed. Being my first time there, I pulled in the driveway wrong, I guess. The owner was screaming at me and telling me to move my truck that I was in his way. He was rude, obnoxious, and repeating "bye girl" to me. I apologized and said it was my first time there and did not know that I parked in the wrong area. I was simply stopping by so I could get a quote on our vehicles. He stated that he did not need my business and I should leave the premises. I am appalled at how rude, aggressive, and disrespectful this gentleman was. I was collected, never raised my voice to him and yet somehow he felt the need to be beyond disrespectful to me. This would NOT be a place of business I would recommend to my worst enemy. Completely uncalled for, such a horrible experience, and an extremely nasty individual. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I CALLED TO CHECK PRICES AS I HAVE HAD MY CAR DETAILED HERE BEFORE, THEN I HAD A SUV, NOW I HAVE A SMALL CAR. I WAS QUOTED THE SAME PRICE. I PAID $165 FOR AN SUV, AND HE WANTED ME TO PAY THE SAME FOR A CAR.!!! SO I ASKED WHY SO HIGH? THE GENTLEMEN SAID I DON'T HAVE TO DO IT AND HUNG UP! HE WAS VERY RUDE. We bought a high mileage car for my senior in high school. The car had been sitting under a couple trees , so it was very dirty and grungy on the outside and the inside was not much better. Customer Service was good however, the detailing was horrible. I paid $42 for a carwash ONLY! Once I got home, I was able to review the service and I am not happy. My carpet was vacuumed (barely) in the front but they failed to do the back carpet. I have an extended rubber rug on my back floor and it was not removed to vacuum. They did not detail the console or seats. I walked my dog up the block to kill time after the wash, but for the time allotted to detail the cars, you would think they're ensuring all points met. No! They need to do better.

Used the automated wash everytime you get a free token for vacuuming your car it's less expensive for the premium wash than other competitors. My wheels weren't quite as clean as I would like but it is an automatic wash so not the same as getting it detailed.
