These guys are outstanding! To say my car was rough is an understatement. It had severe staining and dog fur built up from over a year with dogs. I wish I could've provided before pictures but I was so disgusted with the car that the thought hadn't crossed my mind. It was so bad I considered completely replacing the entire interior. Just 24 hrs at this godsend of a detailer and the car looks better than when I got it at the dealership. The guys were all friendly and professional and well worth the price! Any detailing I get done in the future will be done through them.

I am so happy with the work/magic that was done on my 2006 4Runner! From my first inquiry call to driving off after complete, Jerrell and Dani were very professional. I tend to keep my vehicles a long time....this one is pushing 20 years....so I was debating whether to sell or spruce up my Toyota. I had so many questions about the process, cost and after care, and they were so patient with discussing all the options....probably more than once! I have an amazing master mechanic, so the exterior was my only concern. I chose the Ceramic Coating Pro ION package and the partial full front PPF (paint protection film) for added protection on the full hood, front bumper, headlights, side mirrors, door cups & luggage strip, as there are a lot of construction trucks on the road these days, spinning off stones! As you can see from the pictures, NEW-Ol' Betsy is so shiny that I tell my friends to be sure to wear their sunglasses when I pull up! I highly recommend this team!

Just got my 2010 Mustang GT back from Auto Lust. It is the first spa treatment my car has experienced since I bought it in 2009. Got an exterior cleaning, color correction and ceramic coating (body and wheels). Josh and Scott did a fantastic job. The car has never looked as good. They even did a quick clean of the interior. I am very pleased with the work they did and how easy it was to work with them. I highly recommend them.

Brian and team handled my questions and performed the work on my car with professionalism. I brought a brand new Lexus about a few weeks ago and wanted it to remain in that perfect showroom condition. The team walked me through the PPF and ceramic coating pros and I was immediately sold. I was nervous about handing a brand new car over to them two weeks after I purchased it, but they took great care of it, even found a flaw and worked with me to have it fixed. What an excellent experience! Highly recommend. We asked Brandon to bring a 12-yr year old car back to a good sellable cosmetic condition. He did it! We reviewed options in advance to find a level of work that fit our budget and provided excellent value. It hadn't received much love in the last 4-5 years. Nik did a wonderful job on our SUV. This was our first time getting our car professionally cleaned on the outside. We selected an exterior wash and wax for a mid-size vehicle and it looks amazing. He was able to restore the worn plastic on the exterior, remove glue from old sticker parking passes, and make every nook and cranny of the car shine. He really does care about the work he is doing and is very detailed in the cleaning. I would highly recommend their services!

Our detailer arrived on time, went over the package of service and got to work. His time estimate was accurate and the job was careful and thorough. He went back through the details of the interior/exterior package at completion to ensure nothing was missed and gave me an opportunity to evaluate the work. He also gave recommendations on paint and trim care. No detail was missed and the vehicle was spotless. Even got the little black tar removed off the bottom all around. Very highly recommended!

Detail Lab did an amazing job detailing my car. It hasn’t been this clean since I got it! I used their mobile detailing service, so they came to my home and did the detailing while the car was in the driveway. It was very convenient and I’m thrilled with the results. All the grime has been completely removed from the cup holders and air vents, and it was fully vacuumed.

Dave and his coworker did an incredible job on the inside of my car. I don’t have any before pictures, but it was covered in dog hair, smelled like dog, and covered toddler messes. It’s basically a brand new interior now and has no dog odor. I don’t know how they got rid of the dog hair, but they managed it get it all out. I highly recommend them and I will be using them for my future car detailing needs.

I recently had the interior and exterior of my truck detailed and WOW! The truck is a 2010 and looks brand new! A 5-6 year ceramic coating was applied with full detailing and I couldn't believe the results. Evan was easy to work with, flexible with scheduling, and did excellent work. Remember: You get what you paid for. Don’t use Groupon ever, call directly They don’t charge insanely high rates but they don’t do a great job either. They do a fair to ok job not good and certainly not great. No armor all was used. No power washing of the car. No carpet extractor. A really small shop vac, some rags, some cleaning solution. That’s about it. I don’t think they really cleaned the exterior at all. The guy who came complained at how dirty both my cars were. Granted one was pretty bad but the other wasn’t. Plus they forgot entire row and under the seats of one car (see photo). They did come back to vacuum the back row but I didn’t notice under one seat until it was far too late. Also they left all the garbage on my drive way and told me to clean it up. Wow. That alone gets you 2 stars. In all, I feel if I’m payoff 125 per car (had 2 done the same day) then they should be cleaned pretty well. Everything the driver sees should be clean but no armor all was used and it just didn’t look that clean. It was vacuumed. They left a whole mess on my driveway to sweep up. Probably won’t go with them again but you gotta remember: you get what you pay for.

Joey did an amazing job. Our cars were filthy from a coast to coast trip with 3 kids and they look brand new. He not only cleans but knows how to take actual care of the car and not to strip off the clear coating on the car. Would definitely recommend. And best of all, he did all this leaving our driveway spotless!

Dante did an amazing job on our 2010 RX. He removed old stains from the carpet and floor mats, dog hair that was embedded in the carpet. The interior and exterior were unbelievably clean and sparkled! He worked on this car for almost 4 hours! I highly recommend!

Hands down the best detail service I’ve ever received! These guys made my car look brand new again. When I first came he told me to come back in an hr because he had 3 cars ahead. I returned in an hr and they were ready. Inside and out look amazing and smells amazing. I had months of dead bug build up on the fender of my car and as you can see they’re all gone! They literally blow ever crevice in your car, and use a leaf blower to dry your car well before applying shine to it. Definitely worth the money, time and wait! I will be returning on a regular basis.

I had a great first time experience here. Wonderful staff, quick efficient service and offered a great value. There’s some crazy specials on their website (May 2024). I hopped on right after this and bagged myself unlimited monthly car washes. We were in and out in a flash even though they were very busy. We could’ve opted to stay in the bay and use their plentiful vacuums another accoutrements for our interior. Next time!

I strongly support Ray’s Auto Detailing. Not only had I been a new customer the first time, but he had met up with me on the weekend to emergency clean cat pee out of my front passenger seat. At first, it mostly diminished, but upon contacting Ray a second time, he swung by to take an extra stab at it free of charge. Since I have seen Ray, I have yet to smell any odor. And that’s cat pee, so I really have to give him a pat on the back there because that is tremendously difficult to pull from cushions. I have also had the opportunity to have my car completely detailed by Ray, and it is stunning. The attention to detail is there, the customer service is there, and I plan on continuing with Ray’s services to maintain my shiny new car!

Best car wash service ever! I took my indescribably dirty 95 Accord there to get all the pollen off before I started a project to "restore" the paint with some polish, clay bars, and elbow grease. It was raining at the time so they weren't busy. Before they put the car into the automated wash, they started power washing off the built up gunk. A second guy came out and both went area by area making sure the car was clean. Finally the manager came out and supervised the work. I told them this was the best car wash service I'd ever received! I tried to give them a big tip but one of the guys said don't worry about it and said "Honda Guys take care of Honda Guys". I got out after going through the wash to take this picture and discovered all the pollen and black gunk was gone! They saved me hours of effort..thank you so much! So if your car needs some TLC and particularly if it is a Honda, it's worth the drive to Apex to see these folks. They'll do you right!

WOW! My car gets parked underneath trees that drop sap - my car gets very sticky and a black residue forms on it. It's extremely hard to get off. I went through Sam's Xpress in Apex, hoping that a pass through might remove some of the residue and that I could finish the job with some extra elbow grease at home. The young gentlemen took the time and effort during the "pre wash" to tackle the roof and top of the trunk with sponges and extra cleaner. The result: My car was sparkling clean, no residue at all! I'll always be a customer -- best car wash and best price ever!
