I had both my cars ceramic tinted to perfection at tinker auto about a 1.5 years ago. what a difference it makes keeping the inside of your car much cooler on those crazy hot days. On one of my cars the driver window tint just the other day started coming up when i put my window down so i called and explained the situation they told me to come in so they can see the cause and see if i fall under warranty. After they checked it out they repaired it free of charge. I’ll definitely be returning for there detailing service and future tint jobs. Thanks for the great service.

I’m really happy with the work they did on a used car I recently purchased. When I called, they scheduled me the following day. I left my car with them for a few hours and when I got back…wow. Went to 914 Autospa for the Level 4 detail, and Tino crushed it! I used to go to those $20 car washes, but they don’t even come close. Tino’s attention to detail is on another level—my car looks brand new, like it just rolled off the lot. He didn’t skip a thing, and you can tell he really cares about his work. Plus, he’s super professional and easy to work with. If you want your car to look its best, skip the cheap washes and go straight to Tino!

Junior did an excellent job and is very communicative about what I wanted and upfront with the fees. Very positive and welcoming attitude, checked in with me every so often leading up to my appointment date. Compared to many places around westchester the pricing was very reasonable, I would call or text in for a quote he is pretty responsive. A few things to consider is that this is in a gas station/autobody shop with no place to wait or sit so come with a plan for the next 2-3 hours or have a friend pick you up and drop you off. I personally just went down the street to a cafe diner and got something to eat and asked if it was cool if I could wait there while my car got tinted and I did some work. 5 stars for the value alone.

I’ll never come here again. I’ve been here a million times and they’ve done a lazy job before but this is next level. Four guys cleaned this car and inside looks like they did nothing. I showed the worker and he did a very lazy wipe over and had to get a dirty rag myself and wipe the whole car down on my own cause they just ignored me and walked away and pretended not to hear me. I paid for 2nd place and had to remind them of the tire shine and no fragrance spray, had to say that as well. None of the workers speak a lick of English outside and caught an attitude with me when they clearly saw I wasn’t happy with the job after they blatantly ignored me. I understand it’s not going to be absolutely spotless but damn it looked like they didn’t even try to clean. Don’t waste your money.

Got the Exterior Wash service for $11.71 + tax and comparing price vs end result, is good value. Once it’s your turn, the car is clean through machine and done in under 10 minutes. After your car comes out, a few staffs hand wipe your car down. There were still spots left and overall car was about 90% clean but like mentioned earlier for under $12 before tax, not too bad of a deal and will consider coming back.

Came here for a chrome delete and window tint. This review is mainly based on the chrome delete not the window tint. Window tint has held up and so far it's been a few months and still good. As far as the chrome delete on the window trim it was horrible. I could of done a better job see attahed pictures. I will say the owner John although a bit passive aggressive did resolve the issue. I just seriously couldn't believe the quality of this work. The plastic clear film on the gloss paper wasn't even removed. If you want window tints or car wash I guess def come here but for any wrap work stay away. I removed the wrap on the trim as soon as I got home they def cannot wrap edges and on trip everything is seen. Owner responded stating I didn't go back with the car I literally brought the garbage wrap paper to him and and showed him a video. Let me do one better and upload the video of me removing the wrap since he seems to think I kept it on and just wanted my money back. Owner never stated he had anyone in training and never mentioned I was getting a reduce price but on the reply wants to state that. Beware of doing business with ppl like this no accountability always using excuses or technicalities. What he should have said is just apologize for the poor work and here is your money and not make excuses for poor or new employees. The ppl you hire are a representation of your work and you inspected his trash job and thought it was ok. I was given a 300 dollar price for the chrome delete the embarrassing part was he ran out of paper and only charged me 125 for the poor job they did because they didn't wrap the grille which was the biggest part to wrap and had to go 3x to the shop to the point he felt bad and offered to drive me back since I had gone back and forth so many times. No discounts were given. Look at the pictures any owner in any wrap shop regardless of having an apprentice would of never allowed that garbage to leave the shop. Take accountability and be honest

Paid 30$ for their so called rebound/best service and this is the results… what a joke they are claiming 4 waxes and whatever… i didn’t see a single person using wax on the car except the wheel shine plus i had to ask one of the guys to wipe some of the dirty spots on the car everybody is just hand drying in a rush

Look no further - no one does it better!!! I took my daughter’s car in to get windows tinted and black rims fixed. Because I am new to this, Moe was able to answers all my questions (and I had many). He even suggested painting calipers to match the accents my daughter had on her Tesla. The car came out AMAZING!!! Moe did a superb job. My daughter was super pleased!!! I am a first time customer, spoke to T on the phone, they usually do by appointments but there was availability at the shop. Car wash with undercarriage took about 30 minutes. Prices are definitely reasonable and staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely will be returning.

I’ve taken a couple cars to get detailed at places all around the country over the past 15 years and always thought I did a better job myself … until I brought my Macan to Ervis today. Truly the best detail I have ever received. I could barely believe it was my car. The previous jobs I did myself seemed like a joke in comparison. I love this car wash. I have two vehicles under the monthly plan. UPDATE!!! Recently the quality of the wash has decreased dramatically. The gentlemen washing the car no longer pay attention to detail, and more importantly, they leave dirty spots. After the wash, dirt can still be seen in plain areas, and definitely, the hard to reach areas. When I pay the extra $ for the full service (which has doubked), I am consistently unhappy with my wheels and tires especially. They shouldn't still be dirty. I understand when it gets busy and crowded and they're trying to move cars along. But even when it isn't, it's the same results. Besides, I'd rather wait a little longer for a better wash than not. Please speak with your fellas and have them do a better job. I can't return the 5 stars until I see change. When I see the owner again I'll have a conversation with him but until then I hope he notices this review. Thank You.

I recently purchased the most expensive car wash offered at your establishment. However, upon inspecting my vehicle after the service was completed, I noticed that the rear windows were not cleaned properly, with soap residue still visible on the passenger window. As evident in the attached photographs, the seat backs were not wiped, and the interior, including the doors, was not thoroughly cleaned as expected. I kindly approached the cashier to inquire if these services were included in the car wash I had paid for, and she confirmed that they were. She then arranged for someone to rectify the situation and re-clean the interior of my car. Considering the premium price of the car wash and the additional tip I provided, I was disappointed with the initial quality of the service and the need for further attention to ensure a satisfactory outcome.

This place does not deserve any stars. In recent months the service and quality has fallen down hill with a complete lack of care from employees. Saturday 10/12, they misplaced my car mats in the car prior to mine. They pretended to care, took all my information and we would talk about replacement of the mats whether purchasing new for me or possibly the previous car owner returned with the mats. I did not receive any phone call after. I have called back MULTIPLE times and left messages to no calls back from a manager and when asking in person the staff only says the manager will reach out to me. Horrible business ethics... the kicker being I WAS STILL CHARGED AND NOT SO MUCH AS REFUNDED FOR THE MAT CLEANING!! The mats $ replacement cost will not make or break anyone, but it's the principle of the matter that you expect a business to do the right thing and they do not. WHAT A DISGRACE!

I recently visited this carwash for the first time and it was a complete waste of money. I specifically chose the most expensive option to ensure that my dashboard would be cleaned, plus all the extra stuff but they didn't even touch my dashboard. To make matters worse, there was still bird poop on my windshield when I left. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and would not recommend this carwash to anyone. To top it off, they sprayed the car with something purple and didn’t even bother to wipe it off. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Felix and his crew are simply unbelievable! When I first reached out to Felix, I wanted to see if I could test drive a Lotus . he replied by saying when do you wanna come by and drive it we chose a date and I arrived. Everything was outlined and explained and I was off. after driving this car for a couple hours, I decided that this was gonna be my next car. I even asked him if he was willing to sell the one I drove! after researching for about a week, I decided to purchase one that I found out in Long Island. I brought the car back to Felix and his guys and they did an amazing job with PPF. They are knowledgeable and experts in their field. I had a little issue with some of the areas and they addressed them and redid them after the two week break in. Felix took the time to explain the proper products to maintain the fabulous finish on the vehicle. this company is top notch and aims to please all around. The staff is warm and accommodating. Went to this place yesterday. Waited over 2 hours for a less than acceptable job. The exterior wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The interior mats were not dry. Debris was left in the interior. They seemed to want to rush my service since I was last and had waited so long. Car is 3 weeks old so this was my first trip to the car wash which I told the guy who seemed to be in charge. There are now a few little white scratches/marks on the vehicle that weren’t there before I went.

I had such a wonderful experience with Preferred Auto Spa. I purchased a used car that was delivered to me dirty and full of pet hair as well as old food and dirt under the seats. I cleaned as much as I could myself but I couldn't get most of the nastiness under the seats or the pet hair (complete with faint animal smell) out. I brought my car to this wonderful place for a simple rug shampoo and pet hair removal. When I tell you, my car literally looks brand new and smells great; it literally looks brand new inside and out and smells absolutely delicious inside. They even provided me with a complementary car wash. Before going to them, I was going to throw out my mats and buy some new ones. Now, I don't have to! Their prices are fair and everyone there was friendly and accommodating. I am so happy I chose to go there. I plan to return for some other services as they have gained my complete confidence. I have already started to tell my friends and family to go and get their cars washed and detailed there. They have gained some new customers! My only regret, is not taking before and after photos to show everyone the difference. I will do so next time.
