I had both my cars ceramic tinted to perfection at tinker auto about a 1.5 years ago. what a difference it makes keeping the inside of your car much cooler on those crazy hot days. On one of my cars the driver window tint just the other day started coming up when i put my window down so i called and explained the situation they told me to come in so they can see the cause and see if i fall under warranty. After they checked it out they repaired it free of charge. I’ll definitely be returning for there detailing service and future tint jobs. Thanks for the great service.

If I can give a thousand stars I would. The pictures don’t do it justice. My car was disgusting (I’m so embarrassed even posting this but he needs the credit where it’s due) & Tino made me feel so comfortable and made my mom of 3 car feel peaceful-because the chaos was giving me anxiety. I did not feel judged at all although I deserved to be. I have a clean car now! I’m so happy! This is also mental lol You’ll notice he truly cares about his craft and there’s so much love behind. I’ll never come here again. I’ve been here a million times and they’ve done a lazy job before but this is next level. Four guys cleaned this car and inside looks like they did nothing. I showed the worker and he did a very lazy wipe over and had to get a dirty rag myself and wipe the whole car down on my own cause they just ignored me and walked away and pretended not to hear me. I paid for 2nd place and had to remind them of the tire shine and no fragrance spray, had to say that as well. None of the workers speak a lick of English outside and caught an attitude with me when they clearly saw I wasn’t happy with the job after they blatantly ignored me. I understand it’s not going to be absolutely spotless but damn it looked like they didn’t even try to clean. Don’t waste your money.

First time visitor and for the price I was very happy with the overall job done. Nothing is ever “perfect” but i could see the time and energy put into cleaning and shining the inside of my car both before and after the wash. Would definitely come back again.

Paid 30$ for their so called rebound/best service and this is the results… what a joke they are claiming 4 waxes and whatever… i didn’t see a single person using wax on the car except the wheel shine plus i had to ask one of the guys to wipe some of the dirty spots on the car everybody is just hand drying in a rush

Look no further - no one does it better!!! I took my daughter’s car in to get windows tinted and black rims fixed. Because I am new to this, Moe was able to answers all my questions (and I had many). He even suggested painting calipers to match the accents my daughter had on her Tesla. The car came out AMAZING!!! Moe did a superb job. My daughter was super pleased!!! I’ve taken a couple cars to get detailed at places all around the country over the past 15 years and always thought I did a better job myself … until I brought my Macan to Ervis today. Truly the best detail I have ever received. I could barely believe it was my car. The previous jobs I did myself seemed like a joke in comparison. I recently purchased the most expensive car wash offered at your establishment. However, upon inspecting my vehicle after the service was completed, I noticed that the rear windows were not cleaned properly, with soap residue still visible on the passenger window. As evident in the attached photographs, the seat backs were not wiped, and the interior, including the doors, was not thoroughly cleaned as expected. I kindly approached the cashier to inquire if these services were included in the car wash I had paid for, and she confirmed that they were. She then arranged for someone to rectify the situation and re-clean the interior of my car. Considering the premium price of the car wash and the additional tip I provided, I was disappointed with the initial quality of the service and the need for further attention to ensure a satisfactory outcome.

I came in today for a car wash everything was fine until I get my car back and my after market radio was definitely hit by one of the employees they didn’t take no accountability whatsoever ever the manager tried to tell me it was my car make or because of the cold weather smh they didn’t even clean my car right either my dash cam was even pointing to the sky too but you could clearly see the employee did something to it and didn’t account for what they did

I'm a regular customer at this car wash. Three days ago, I visited during a busy weekend. A manager, Tafari, was rushing customers through the line. When I asked a cashier about a stain on my car's carpet and leather seats, Tafari approached me aggressively, repeating "$30, $30, $30" without listening. I tried to show him the small stain, but he invaded my personal space, pointed his finger, and raised his voice. I left, but when I returned to pick up my car, I asked another employee to spray the stain. Tafari intervened, telling the employee not to do it. I confronted him, saying I'd already paid for the service. He became enraged, grabbed a bat from his car, and tried to intimidate me. I recorded the incident and have attached the video as proof. I reported the incident to the owner and warned that Tafari's behavior would scare away customers. I won't return to this car wash as long as Tafari works there. His behavior was unprofessional and threatening. He needs to be fired.

I love this car wash. I have two vehicles under the monthly plan. UPDATE!!! Recently the quality of the wash has decreased dramatically. The gentlemen washing the car no longer pay attention to detail, and more importantly, they leave dirty spots. After the wash, dirt can still be seen in plain areas, and definitely, the hard to reach areas. When I pay the extra $ for the full service (which has doubked), I am consistently unhappy with my wheels and tires especially. They shouldn't still be dirty. I understand when it gets busy and crowded and they're trying to move cars along. But even when it isn't, it's the same results. Besides, I'd rather wait a little longer for a better wash than not. Please speak with your fellas and have them do a better job. I can't return the 5 stars until I see change. When I see the owner again I'll have a conversation with him but until then I hope he notices this review. Thank You.

I had such a wonderful experience with Preferred Auto Spa. I purchased a used car that was delivered to me dirty and full of pet hair as well as old food and dirt under the seats. I cleaned as much as I could myself but I couldn't get most of the nastiness under the seats or the pet hair (complete with faint animal smell) out. I brought my car to this wonderful place for a simple rug shampoo and pet hair removal. When I tell you, my car literally looks brand new and smells great; it literally looks brand new inside and out and smells absolutely delicious inside. They even provided me with a complementary car wash. Before going to them, I was going to throw out my mats and buy some new ones. Now, I don't have to! Their prices are fair and everyone there was friendly and accommodating. I am so happy I chose to go there. I plan to return for some other services as they have gained my complete confidence. I have already started to tell my friends and family to go and get their cars washed and detailed there. They have gained some new customers! My only regret, is not taking before and after photos to show everyone the difference. I will do so next time.

It was left with water marks and residual dirt. This experience was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend this car wash to others.

I would love to leave a better review although.. I dropped my car off to get tints and full chrome delete. Mike was great at first, he did what I asked in a few days which was great. When I picked up the car he said he ordered a few parts for the back that he was waiting come in. Mike said I could pick up the parts the week after. It’s now been 2 months. I’ve sent text messages but never heard back. I then decided to call and now I’m being sent to voicemail. I paid for the work in cash and he said the new parts were included. I’m now left with some holes in the back of my car where the old chrome labels were. I just wish he would answer my texts. Pretty upsetting, cause he seemed so nice

Same owners as Rush Lube. They just rebranded themselves because their Google rating was pretty low. And now, their rating is going down the drain again. I'm not surprised. They are thieves. They overcharge for simple work. Their customer service is terrible. I've even heard they steal car parts. They don't care about constructive criticism and will laugh in your face when you complain about their services. Stay away!

Not good. I have had my car for less than 1 year and there was some sap on it because it’s the fall. So I made an appointment for 30 minutes hand wash. I show up and pointed the sap spots out to the person working as my primary concern and reason for the wash. He immediately interrupts me and tells me it’s not sap but that my car has chips in the paint. Wrong. I told him they are not chips and then he says oh you need to upgrade to the detail if you want us to wash it. I said let’s see how it looks after the wash. 11 minutes into the 30 minutes appointment I get a phone call “your car is done.” Ok benefit of the doubt maybe it was easy to get the spots out and I come at look at the car and he says they won’t come off unless you pay more. I explained they still had another 19 minutes to work on the car so let’s see what they could accomplish by finishing the wash. He refused to wash it so I refused to pay. I’m really surprised by this work ethic. Lazy lazy.

I’ve been here before and I liked how the car came out with a regular wash. This week the weather has been warmer than expected and the morning dew left the car looking horrible when it dried up. I needed to get a wash and I’ve been thinking about getting it washed n waxed. The car came out looking brand new again. It felt great to the touch but it needed some more work besides the wax and clay bar. I didn’t inspect it there as I should’ve smh. I just inspected the car and the inside of the wheels were still dirty smfh. I tipped $50 cuz it’s a lot of work and the simplest thing which is part of the job on a regular basis was not matching the rest of the car. This is as close to a full detail and the inside of the wheels were still dirty. First and last time

Best place in Westchester county to get your car or truck washed and detailed. I only get hand car washes for my whip and this is the only place I’ll go to, why??? Because there are no steaks on my windshield and everything is always flawless. They have a cool area where you can sit back and chill while your car is being washed. They have snacks and drinks and they are open 7 days a week. This is the only place to go. And the owner is on premises at time and he’s cool as hell.

All the guys that work there are very nice.. Carwash air condition vent was accidentally broken yesterday. I have a video of me driving there with the air condition Also the man on tape breaking it . Vent completely intact when I went back, the guy admitted his friend broke it, and that was on lunch break…. Upon calling the owner/manager I got in touch with a sweet woman Dee and she Compensated me for ficxing my air conditioning and added a complimentary wash !!!! HONESTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE GO A LONG WAY

They need to stop depending on the machine to do all the work for them. Dry mud. Seriously???? This is why I stopped tipping. 3rd time they missed a huge spot. I usually do walk arounds but was in a rush to get home after work. This is agitating. They’re lucky they’re the closest car wash to home. Unacceptable.
