After doing some research I brought my 2024 Tesla Model Y Performance to Gloss Works for PPF in the front bumper, sides, hood, headlights and mirrors. I met Johnny, the owner and he suggested to do a double ceramic coat on the whole car, interiors and wheels. Also, I wanted to tint the widows. Johnny suggested 35% on the front windows to match the back windows and 70% on the windshield to repeal heat and keep the cabin cool in the Summer. I cannot describe how good the car looks. I could not believe it myself. My only regret is not having PPF in the whole car. I am thinking in having Johnny to install PPF in the rest of the car. These pictures speak for themselves. If you are considering PPF and/or ceramic coating look no more and call Johnny at Gloss Works.

Ben and his team at Prestige are excellent at what they do. I came in for a 5-year ceramic treatment on my Chevy Bolt and Ben spent a lot of time talking to me about the details of the process, the brand of coating they use, and how to care for my car afterwards. He's very approachable and not hurried with his customers. The car looks amazing and they cleaned and vacuumed the interior for me, as well. I brought Sal my Cadillac CT5 sport to wrap my roof in black, hang my front splitter on it, install some sequential turn signals on the rear and redo a terrible window tint job I just had done. His staff “knocked” it out of the ball park to say the least. Sal is an extremely detailed oriented guy who listens to what his customers want and his team of experts bring your ideas to life! If I told you the amount of compliments I received in just one day after getting the car back you’d be amazed. This is a shop you can trust with your baby. His pricing is extremely competitive and the work was done on time without any cost overruns. If your going for tint or vinyl or ppf, do yourself a favor get it done once by the experts at OSD!

Disappointing Experience at Splash Car Wash I regret to share that my recent visit to this Splash Car Wash location on Friday, October 11th, around 12 PM, was exceedingly disappointing and, by far, the worst car wash experience I have ever encountered. Upon arrival, I was met with unfriendly staff, which immediately set a negative tone for my visit. When I inquired about the various service options, the gentleman assisting me responded with an attitude that was both unprofessional and unhelpful. He informed me that the full-service wash did not include cleaning the mats, which would incur an additional charge. I paid $35 for what I expected to be a comprehensive full-service wash, plus an additional $4 for mat cleaning. However, despite this, I still observed stains on my mats three days later, specifically from spilled Sprite soda—something that should have been effectively addressed with a proper cleaning (please see attached photo). While I understand that it was a busy time, the speed of service did not compensate for the lack of thoroughness. I left the establishment needing to clean my vehicle myself, after having just paid for a full wash. This is particularly disheartening as I have frequented other Splash Car Wash locations (including Kenisco) where I received far superior service. Furthermore, the cashier at the front desk exhibited a similarly dismissive attitude when I asked questions regarding the services they provide. Overall, I feel that I did not receive value for my money. As someone who takes pride in maintaining the cleanliness of my Jeep Cherokee, I am extremely disappointed by this experience. I would caution potential customers against visiting this location, as it does not meet the standards expected from a reputable car wash. This experience has not only wasted my time and money but also left me questioning the professionalism of your establishment.

I dropped my car off looking like a typhoon of the highest degree hit the interior; with stains including chocolate, soda and grape juice literally EVERYWHERE, it was absolutely hideous and disgusting. When I got it back, it looks like it came direct off the show room floor. It was perfect. Absolutely beautiful. The owners are great communicators, punctual (they dropped my car off at the exact time we spoke about) and true to their word about the results they were able to achieve. It was worth every penny. Was in the area for a wedding from Rochester. Wanted to get the road grime off my Jeep Gladiator from the drive down and picked this place based on good reviews. I got the Hand Wash package at $40 for large SUV/truck. They did a great job. Spent a good 45-50 minutes on my vehicle and it came out looking almost new again. Lots of attention to detail and everyone there was friendly with a good attitude. Wouldn‘t hesitate to return if I’m in the area again.

I had such a wonderful experience with Preferred Auto Spa. I purchased a used car that was delivered to me dirty and full of pet hair as well as old food and dirt under the seats. I cleaned as much as I could myself but I couldn't get most of the nastiness under the seats or the pet hair (complete with faint animal smell) out. I brought my car to this wonderful place for a simple rug shampoo and pet hair removal. When I tell you, my car literally looks brand new and smells great; it literally looks brand new inside and out and smells absolutely delicious inside. They even provided me with a complementary car wash. Before going to them, I was going to throw out my mats and buy some new ones. Now, I don't have to! Their prices are fair and everyone there was friendly and accommodating. I am so happy I chose to go there. I plan to return for some other services as they have gained my complete confidence. I have already started to tell my friends and family to go and get their cars washed and detailed there. They have gained some new customers! My only regret, is not taking before and after photos to show everyone the difference. I will do so next time.

Paid 30$ for their so called rebound/best service and this is the results… what a joke they are claiming 4 waxes and whatever… i didn’t see a single person using wax on the car except the wheel shine plus i had to ask one of the guys to wipe some of the dirty spots on the car everybody is just hand drying in a rush

RESPONSE TO REPLY: How could you explain away running these $2 carwash specials and making the lines pile up with 45 cars making it impossible to find a vacuum? A picture is worth a 1000 words either by phone or by email. You’re destroying the experience of your customer base to try and bring in $2 carwash people. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I spend over $40 a month for the car wash plan and then I can’t get in to the car wash because they run these “two dollar” car wash deals and the place is flooded with the kind of people that won’t spend $40 a month. I just called my credit card issue and put a block on any further charges because I can’t even get to anyone to cancel the service. This is not a good business model.

Not good. I have had my car for less than 1 year and there was some sap on it because it’s the fall. So I made an appointment for 30 minutes hand wash. I show up and pointed the sap spots out to the person working as my primary concern and reason for the wash. He immediately interrupts me and tells me it’s not sap but that my car has chips in the paint. Wrong. I told him they are not chips and then he says oh you need to upgrade to the detail if you want us to wash it. I said let’s see how it looks after the wash. 11 minutes into the 30 minutes appointment I get a phone call “your car is done.” Ok benefit of the doubt maybe it was easy to get the spots out and I come at look at the car and he says they won’t come off unless you pay more. I explained they still had another 19 minutes to work on the car so let’s see what they could accomplish by finishing the wash. He refused to wash it so I refused to pay. I’m really surprised by this work ethic. Lazy lazy.

Jordan pulled through where Tesla fell short on me. I was unhappy with the resiliency and finish of the factory paint and Jordan made it perfect with a ceramic coat -- even taking care of a few paint defects I had not otherwise noticed. If my car had ears, they would clean behind that too. Our 12 year old car was neglected and never professionally cleaned. The crew at ABH did a fantastic job. The car looks as good as it was new. They cleaned and polished the car as if it’s theirs own. It took about 30 minutes and five to six people working together. We are not local. If we were, we would definitely come back again. The price was more than reasonable.
