I’ve used front line about 3 times now, and I swear, they work magic! After demolishing the entire bug population of a small country…on a trip from Rochester back to Long Island, my car looked like it’d played in confetti. The stains were atrocious, and absolutely covered my entire hood, windshield… everything. I dropped off my car, and she came back looking like I’d just got her off the lot!! I had my 4yr old (white color vehicle) car detailed at this place in the summer time, after a months time it looked as if it was never detailed. I brought it back and spoken with the owner Carmine and he said it was caused from my house sprinkler system hard water (Note the water only would hit the passenger side & the whole car has water stains??) He said he’ll redo it at a discounted price. I have several other vehicles that also get wet from my sprinkler systems and they’re not stained at all, I’m not sure what kind of detailing he did but it should last more than a (months) few months time with a nice shine. I’m so unhappy with this place’s service.

Hello everyone this is a carwash that dose it all staff are great machine is great hours are great dam everything is great for a monthly price come on guys how much more do you want ? I live in brooklyn and still rather go to this car wash so what if you have to wipe it down alittle after the car comes out it's your car I wipe it on a regular basis so it doesn't bother me I'm a hands on guy alot of cars hold water inthe side view mirror, tail gate and other trim parts that even in other cars washes when you drive off it comes down but for the most part you car comes out way cleaner than what you bring it in looking so that's my honest non bias review

I bought a membership that included undercarriage wash for my new 2024 car the beginning of October. I had the membership for less than a month. After my last wash I heard a little rattle outside of the car, being that I was in a rush and none of my dash lights were on I decided to drive home. Once I got home I checked the underside of my car and found a scissor had punctured it and the rattle was from the scissor dragging on the ground. I returned to the car wash about 2 hours later and informed the staff who gave me an email to write my complaint too. Whoever is in charge of that email is very unprofessional and does not know how to speaks to customers. He was very dismissive and refuse to take responsibility. I asked to cancel my membership and be refunded for the rest of the month that went unused. He cancelled the membership but refused to refund me for the unused time Use this car wash at your own risk. I included a picture of the scissor to show that although it looks old and worn, it also looks very clean. Not like something that’s being lying in the street but something that was washed. Which leads me to believe a staff member likely accidentally dropped it in the car wash and it unfortunately punctured my car.

They do a really good job. The guys there always take care of me cause we bond over fishing LOL my trunk is vacuumed out and my valuables always remain in the car after a wash. These go do a great job! The person at the counter is always on the phone or watching something which in my opinion is kinda rude because I will walk in and they will be talking away. Overall reasonable prices compared to the car washes closer to me that doesn’t vacuum and charge extra for it. Very bad layout when it comes to the entrance, I always have to hold up traffic to get into the lot. Great prices on air fresheners in my opinion.

Very good cheap option. Do not spend the money on the expensive option. They can't seem to wipe down the interior windshield all the way, leaving swirls. Which are obvious when you drive away down Sunrise hwy into the sun.

So I randomly used google maps to search for a detailer to restore a car I bought. When I tell you my interior was horrible, I am not joking. They took their time explaining in detailing what was being done every step of the way and why it needed to be done, also giving me alternative options. I must say they did an excellent job with my car and I am beyond pleased. For my package I had carpeting shampooed , seats cleaned and conditioned, roof stains, seat stains removed, doors were thoroughly cleaned, exterior washed, minor scratches removed, ceramic coating applied. I am very pleased with the services I paid for. Give them a try you won’t regret it. They have gained a new customer. Blessings all the way!!

Horrendous. $37 and my car wasn’t even clean. Unbelievable they are in business. I saw the side walls still dirty, they claim to clean out the cup holders- still dirty. The worst part of this whole situation - they moved literally everything in my car and didn’t replace anything!! The seats, the dash cam, things on the floor of the backseat on to the seat. I’m very disappointed and will never go back. Save your money and do it yourself. There’s a self cleaning carwash in Valley Stream - $9 and gets my car clean every time, because I do it myself!

Paid the outrageous price of $36.00 for a deluxe car wash only to go home and find the top of my car was filthy, the inside windows were not cleaned and the car overall was done by a work not trained and worked hard hard to work for far less the minimum wage and did not speak English. I went back the next day and the car wash had one of their detail cove and wiped down the area I complained about. They should have run the car through again for$36.00. I went today to another car wash today off Merrick Road in Ilynbrook. Didn’t say a word. The car was cleaned inside and out. Not a spot.. I paid about the same but will never use the local thieves again. They have lost me, my 3 kids, my wife not to mention those who read this.

Paid $35 and waited 40 minutes for my car to come out dirty from the wash. They had one woman working on 3-4 cars. When I complained inside the guy at the register got annoyed and said what do you want me to do about it? I been coming to this carwash for years and bring 3 of my cars and the quality has gotten significantly worse. Avoid this place at all costs they just dont care anymore. Also on the day of my issue multiple people were complaining their cars are still coming out dirty. Its a shame because this place used to actually be really good.
