I got the inside of my 2022 Outlander detailed so I could trade it in acouple of weeks ago. I am shame to say it was REALLY bad. When they were done it was like brand new. and you cannot beat the prices. I did get more than I had planned on when I traded it in. I dropped off my, new to me, 2022 Colorado ZR2 this morning, since the dealership did not do a good job with it before I drove it off the lot. I am very excited to have it like new and smell much better inside. Will update soon UPDATE on the Colorado Just like it came off of the showroom floor!! Could not be happier!!

I picked up my 2017 Dodge Durango today and I am so satisfied with the excellent job that Nick and his crew did on my car. It looks brand new. I bought the car new and never had it detailed. Just washed it and vacuum the inside. On top of cleaning the body and inside of the car, Nick shined up my rims and even repaired a patch of rust that was starting on my driver's side door. Absolutely FANTASTIC!! From the time I walked in the door and was greeted by Chris, I never once felt pressured. He had a delightful attitutude and was there to help. I came in to get a full detail inside and out for my 08 Mercedes GL450. After the heavy snow and salt and insufficient floor mats, my floors needed a heavy cleaning. Having six children, all leather and a 3rd row vehicle....there was a lot to be done. I asked a lot of questions and he happily responded in vast detail of his products and services offered. I decided on the Ultimate Detailing Protection Package. I applied for the finance card, which fully funded the transaction with no interest for 6 months...pretty awesome if I might add! Setup an appointment for the next morning. He even has a deal worked with Enterprise rentals down the street for big jobs that take all day like mine. Dropped it off the following day and excited to see my results at the end of the same day. PHENOMENAL job!!! Chris called mid day just to give me a heads up of the progress and then when my vehicle was finished. He is a Euro car enthusiast like myself so he took great care to detail on this and it surely paid off. My Benz looked like it just came off the showroom floor. Added thousands of $ value back to it easily. Very impressed and would highly recommend to anyone for a great detail and overall experience. When I walked through the door the front counter guy was pleasant and nice . He thought i was a customer ready to give him my money. Thats when i told him this is for my fiance he works here. I had brought my fiance food for lunch. That's when the front counter guy said there's no way my fiance works there I have the wrong place. I replied , he's new he might work in a different section. This is when I believe his name is Paul said no I would know if there was a new guy on. He sounded very confused and baffled . I thought to my self well maybe he didnt hear me clearly. Because he had an hearing aid on so i reassured him i have the correct place. The whole time he kept shaking his head no this can't be it must be a mistake. In the end he was mad when he found out one of his employees dates a black woman. I didn't tell my fiance what had happened when he came home, he came home and told me the boss doesn't hire black men particularly because they steal. Its sad because my love was willing to drive 20 mins away for a job and 4 days later he fired my fiance and stole a whole shift from him. So now we have to report to labor department for his loss wages he never received. I just feel it's crazy because I was born in America my greatgrand father grand father and father have all served in the army supporting our beautiful American country. my fiance was told he can't take a break, which is illegal by law, then the boss would say oh come at a later time because they realized he's with a black woman. They fired him 4 days later. They absolutely don't hire any black americans

These are photos of my vehicle AFTER the job was finished. He claims he doesn’t do the trunk…..on a $240 interior only job. He took $20 off when I complained about the work. But I still had to spend time cleaning my car after he left. I told him about the pet hair in the car before he arrived, he got the site and agreed to the job. I told him before arriving I do not have water or electricity for the job. He proceeded to say he will get an inverter for his SUV. When he got here we ended up using the outlet on a building near my unit. He was caught and decided not to finish the job. Why did he not go with his original plan for electrical? Unknown. He started at 2:39pm and finished my car at 3:49…. Barely an hour was spent on my car. I have the messages from when he got here and when he called me out to get my car. When I complained about the job he cussed me out and THREW my keys at me. I got so scared at how he was behaving I feared he would hurt me, I just had to beg him to leave. Very bad business I will be getting the footage from the business that we were in front of. I will be proceeding in court.

Change machine is always out of order. And vacuums sometimes have good suction sometimes they don’t. They should have someone over here checking change machine and cleaning up vacuum area always had trash all over.

I Havnt gotten my vehicle yet, but just from talking to them on the phone and test driving my vehicle, they are very respectful and go out of their way to make everything possible. The staff is really nice. Have to say hard to find good used car dealers, but let me tell you highly will recommend them to everyone. Can't wait to get my vehicle....

I recently bought a Tesla Model X from Statewide Autos. The whole experience from beginning to end was awesome. From the moment I expressed interest in the vehicle which I found advertised online to the moment I took it home the level of customer service Andrew provided me was phenomenal. There was constant communication, full transparency, and when I found one small problem with the vehicle after taking delivery, that problem was fixed that same day that I brought it to their attention. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this company. Would I recommend buying a car from Statewide Autos? I would recommend you don’t buy one from anybody else.

He's getting busier as he gets more popular, but he still was able to purchase my parts and get my vehicle in his shop within two days. The job was complete in less than a day. He excels at more than just detail work! ORIGINAL REVIEW: It's quite clear that Santos loves what he does and takes pride in his work. Absolutely impeccable service and value. My two vehicles that came through this shop shine better than they did at the dealership! I'll never go anywhere else for auto detailing. It's very important to remember that in this line of work, prices are going to reflect the value of the job performed - Santos charges reasonably and the results speak for themselves. Gotten quite a few services from Santos this past summer and always left pleased from basic car wash to breaks and rotors replaced which he gave me a great deal on. He’s detailed my car as well as my girlfriends and always done a great job. He was even nice enough to touch up some rock chipping spots with his paint. This place used to be amazing. They would clean inside and out - my car would look brand new. Now it’s double the price and the new crew does the bare minimum. Paid to have my car cleaned inside and out - on 4 different occasions - always forget to do the trunk (never forget to charge for it) and leave it looking the same as I brought it. I enjoy washing my own car,this place is perfect for that. I am bit upset that when I put dollars in the coin changer it was empty and I had to wait for someone to fill it, and I ended up being shorted $4.00!! All equipment was in working order and the stall was clean.

The facility is top notch. I was annoyed that I had to use tokens specific to this car wash which I received when I put $10 in the change machine. Apparently you can also use quarters also but I didnt realize it. Why even use tokens? I now have a bag of tokens that forces me to go back to this particular car wash. I liked the place so not a big deal but, again, why offer tokens? Its a really good place but I think the tokens are kind of a con job.

I don't want to rule out giving this business a chance, but I also feel I should share my experience in case it should help someone make a decision. John seems to have more work than he can handle as one person. He may have experience, although I can not attest to that based on my results. Honesty, communication, and timing were major issues that precluded this. A mouse had gotten into our cargo van and left behind a horrible smell that was primarily coming from underneath the floor mat in the front cabin, where it had gnawed through the foam on the underside. Cleaning under it required removing the front seats. Detail Johnny seemed willing to do this while other shops weren't. Saturday, I dropped it off with these requirements: 1.) Use unscented cleaning products. 2.) Find and clean the source of the odor before charging me for O2 treatments done in vain. 3.) Call me when the floor mat is out so I can see if I need to replace it. All were agreed to without issue, but only the first fulfilled. He said it would be done next weekend at latest. No calls, so I left voicemail that weekend. Monday, the secretary texts me and tells me there is still an odor after two O2 treatments. She repeatedly avoided my question if he cleaned under the mat, but finally answered vaguely, yes. I asked if I could come in to see progress. She agreed to Friday/Saturday, but then never responded. Next Monday suddenly she said I can come pick it up. When I arrived, the van was outside with all doors opened. Because of that, the odor was undetectable. I peeled up the mat and asked about the amount dirt still underneath it. He claimed this was residual dirt come loose from the underside of the mat, which could not be fully cleaned using only the unscented products I had requested - which he determined to be limited to just soap and water, while I had meant to not use products with fragrances added. But even with just soap and water, I wasn't convinced by his answer and accepted only because the odor seemed gone. Paid $300 and took it home to find the odor returned once closed up. I looked under the floor mat more thoroughly and wiped off loads of dirt just from what I could reach with a dry paper towel. There were leaves and rocks from before the cleaning, still there. Now I was sure he lied. I took it back to him the next day. When I got there, he said, "we're going to do it my way this time." I said, "What do you mean, your way? You still haven't cleaned under the mat." He continued to insist that he had, which made me doubt myself and feel like the asshole. I told him to go ahead and try with his products. He told me he could get to it early next week. Over a week passed in radio silence, all texts and calls ignored. Next Monday, I stop by and there is clearly someone in the garage, but no answer on the phone or at the door. My boyfriend calls instead and gets his secretary, confirming that she was ignoring my number. She acts completely out of line and starts yelling at my boyfriend. I knock on the door again and John answers pissed off, tells me "You're not my only customer you know. Just take the van and go." She had lied to him and said my boyfriend “cussed her out” despite her being the one yelling, and exaggerated that I had been calling "nonstop" rather than a couple times throughout the week. I clarified what had actually happened and he did apologize, resolving to work out her troubling attitude. Still, now $300 and a month later, I had lost faith and my van smelled too badly to use with no solution. I finally decided to remove the mat myself. I've posted the pictures so you can judge, but in my mind there is no doubt he lied. Tons of dirt, debris, rocks, pieces of foam that a simple vacuum would have taken care of. He at least did not charge me for work he didn't do, but I still paid for two O2 treatments that I didn't want until the work I asked for was done. Perhaps he was confident that he could resolve it his way without doing the work I requested, but I still don't understand why not be upfront and avoid the mess.

Today I finally decided to pull the trigger and treat myself to some nice Ceramic tints all around, along with a 5-year Ceramic coating. Eric was super helpful all the way through the process and was able to answer every question I had. Everyone at the shop does great work and is very knowledgeable. Best wash ever !! I know I owned The Kwikee Car Wash 20 years ago I built it new on Oriskany Blvd we didn't have computerized wash passes but we were ahead of our time . Back then you could buy our 25 Wash punch card. Z-Bart is there now. I retired I missed washing my car free every day .But it wasn't realy free . Now with Hoffman I can wash anytime with the works & tire shine for only $40 Bucks a month .With no bills to pay !!!! LOL

I have a membership that I pay every month almost $40 and this morning My only time off that I have during the day , to clean my car inside and out since and it’s 7:15 am and this place is CLOSED! Please remove your display sign saying that your service is OPEN 24 Hours or update your sign by specifying that Vacuum is not part of SELF SERVICE and is NOT available at ANY time within the 24 hours of service !
