The Shop did an amazing job on my 2018 Chevy Silverado. When I walked in I didn’t recognize my truck. It looked like a new paint job. All the scratches were removed. The wheels looked like new and the chrome had a brilliant shine. The running boards looked like the day I bought them. The bed cover even looked new. From top to bottom they did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend them. I plan to have my car done too. They were easy to deal with and answered all my questions. Well worth the money.

Phenomenal shop, I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle here! I brought my new Silverado to get the Gold package, lifetime protective Ceramic Pro Coating, as well as tint. RJ is extremely meticulous and thorough with explaining the various packages available when it comes to the ceramic coating. Any questions you have, he is very eager to answer. They are very prompt with getting your vehicle in and getting the job done! They were able to get me in within a week from initial inquiry. They had my truck for a day and a half before it was ready to be picked back up. RJ is very keen on detail, when I picked my truck back up, he mentioned that he had noticed a minor flaw in the driver side window tint so they redid that window before I arrived. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my new truck! It looks extra shiny and glossy. The tint just brings it all together! I will definitely be returning for future needs!

The team at Upstate is top notch. I came to them with minimal understanding of what I was looking for and RJ took his time to walk me through everything over the phone and then when I dropped the car off he went over it all again. During the process they kept me informed on how they were doing and even made some great suggestions that made my car stand out. The customer service is just amazing! They are truly the best! They take there time to make sure they have everything done to perfection & just the way you want! Employees are very sweet and helpful. By far the cheapest around (literally getting interior & exterior for the low low how could you go wrong) This is the only place I bring my car! They get there work done fast and efficiently! Kaan was contacted last minute on a Saturday to schedule a full inside car detailing and was able to fit me in Sunday morning, as the vehicle was purchased for a family member and was heading back down state the next day (Sunday). Last year, I brought my '09 Scion tC to these folks and they did the most amazing job making it look brand new. You wouldn't think a 14 year old car could come out looking that clean, but they made it happen. I'm certain it helped me on my trade-in when I bought my 2020 Ford Escape. On that note, I brought in said Ford Escape for a complete detail including ceramic coating (warranteed for 5 years!), and the results are just as amazing again. Absolutely pristine exterior with all swirls and imperfections removed from body panels and even the plastic pillars and trim. As for the interior, the dealer I bought it from did one of those rush job soap-down 'detailing' routines that left the interior smelly extremely musty because they never let it dry properly. The crew here at Next Level Detailing were able to bring it back to life and make it smell sooo incredibly fresh again. They showed me how they went under the mats, treated the leather seats, and killed the funky smells in all the little places that people typically don't think about. There's no denying these folks are top notch and very much care about the work they deliver. They are the nicest folks to talk to and communicated every step of the way about the work they were doing. I can't say enough nice things about them. I'll be bringing my cars back to them as often as I can manage and would definitely refer anyone to them if asked for local vehicle detailers. Cheers!

Before deciding to have my car ceramic waxed here I went in and spoke with the owner, we had a great conversation and he answered all of my questions about the process. Their work is very detailed ( I scratched my car a few days before the appointment and he magically made it disappear haha ) so I was thankful for that. Did an Amazon inside taking out the dog fur that was from the previous car owner ( husky or wolf fur..) this fur was deep In the seats and places I couldn't see, ALL the fur was gone when I picked up my car, truly amazing detail and care for the car at an amazing price. They waxed the paint, windows and rims. The wax has helped with rain, dirt, I havnt need a car wash in awhile. I waited a month before writing this review. I am a happy customer and highly recommended their work.

Kory and his crew did an awesome job with a ceramic coat and undercoating. As well as a nice detail on the inside of my truck and it looks better than when I picked it up! Fixed a small dent I had in the bed with PDR as well!! Highly recommended, one stop shop!

Kory and his team at The Works Auto Center never miss a beat. They are the most reasonably priced detail spa in the capital region. I recently purchased a Porsche 911 and the majority of the vehicle had ppf already on it minus the front bumper. They installed gloss black ppf to match my paint and hide so of the minor rock chips on the front bumper. They provided a hand wash and the quality surpassed my expectations.

I've been coming to State Street Carwash since it opened over 10 years ago...never had any issues with this business...the staff is great and is always willing to help...I personally have lowered cars and I never have issues getting them onto the rack because couple of the guys that work there are amazing when it comes to lining the cars up...kudos to my guys...

I had been going to this carwash for years (at least 20 with no issues) and it used to be great but over time things changed. When I first started going here they would towel dry my car but that is no longer a thing, instead they've installed vacuums and provide towels for self drying. No big deal. They have an unlimited plan that costs $40 a month which isn't bad if you can get there more than twice a month, otherwise it's not worth it. Now for the meat of my review... The last time I used this carwash with my newer truck, their equipment scratched the paint all to hell causing well over $2000 worth of damage! At this point I canceled my Unlimited subscription. This process was a bit of a PITA but once I canceled, they stopped taking payments and gave me the typical "Sorry to see you go" canned message without so much as an apology for damaging my truck. YES I do know that using their carwash is at my own risk and they take no responsibility for any damage their equipment causes but at least own up and apologize. I'm sure with enough money and a really good lawyer someone could fight to have them repair the damage done by their equipment but, I just don't have the time and it's not really worth it to me as a good lawyer will cost as much as the repairs so I just have to deal with the scratches all over my truck. I've been to a couple of places to see if the scratches could be buffed out and the answer at both was no the truck would need to be repainted. Needless to say I will never go back to this carwash.

I have been going to Mike since i bought my first car when i was 16 in 2001! He was the best then and is the best now. He just finished tinting the windows on my 2024 Silverado 3500HD, and it came out great, as always. HIGHLY recommend!

This is a good place to get a covers for your truck if you want tinted windows you can get it done here its off Rt50 near Schenectady airport down the road from Walmart its behind the car wash i have gotten covers for all of my trucks here so Check them out if i could i would give them 50 stars the end.

I have an account for both of my vehicles here.The vacuum cleaners never work properly!!! I always get stuck in the tunnel and when I come back around to rerinse my car, they give me a hard time and tell me I can't.

I inherited a classic car from my Dad, a 1966 American Motors Rogue Rambler. Unfortunately it sat for about 15 years and it showed. Mold, mildew, mouse nests, dust and dirt EVERYWHERE! I never thought it would come clean. Tony and his crew took on the task with a positive attitude and unwavering determination. The results were astonishing! The interior was spotless, practically brand new. The exterior paint went from dirty and dull to bright and shining. This car is ready for the showroom floor. Not going to see it though.... Our Jeep had been hit with an epoxy paint on the highway, the owner Tony is actually who figured out what it was. And there were literally thousands of little paint specs all over the body, vinyl, glass, you name it. Tony took his time explaining the job and what would be done to fix it, every job is customized to the customers needs. In my opinion that’s perfect. He is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. In this cold weather, salty roads I go Everytime I go by Curry Road car wash, it's fast, and easy , washing underneath my truck keep my frame so it don't rust, The price is good I'm on that monthly plan, so that's why I go though almost every day during the winter months anyway. Magic Touch detailing did a great job on our interior car detail. The team of 3 showed up at our house at the scheduled time (on a Sunday afternoon no less) and were very professional and efficient. The communication up front while scheduling (and the reminder of appointment a day ahead) was great and the team was very receptive to fix a small detail that was initially missed. The fact that they came to our house on a weekend afternoon was so convenient and eased the stress of scheduling a time to fit it into our busy schedules. I got one of these stupid things fused to my windshield too. Not to mention in my city, as most in NY, uses code 132-3: "Placing handbills on vehicles," which states: "It shall be unlawful for any person, either directly or indirectly, to distribute, deposit, place, throw, scatter or cast any handbill in or upon any automobile or other vehicle." Jay has detailed at least 30 plus cars for me this year, and they all come out like new, he knows how to use all the equipment and Chemicals necessary, including paint correction, to make a Vehicle shine like new again! I had Joaquin give my car an interior and exterior detail, which was considered the "basic package". This included interior cleaning, exterior wash, cleaning the wheels, tire shine, and two coats of wax. Joaquin was easy to communicate with, arrived on time (he came to my home and did the detail in my driveway, which was very convenient), and completed the work in under an hour. He did a great job, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a detail in the Capital Region. I have attached two photos of the final product. Please note that I have two Labrador retrievers who ride in the car almost daily, so it would be nearly impossible to have the car looking "new" again after a basic detail. I'm very happy with the work, the car looks night and day from how it did before Joaquin arrived. I've tried vacuuming the car myself, and I have never been able to get it even close to as clean as he did (it's very hard to get fine dog hairs out of cloth interior fabric).
