Horrible job, save your money and go somewhere else! We had an interior detail done in June. The tech did a terrible job and I think, missed more than he actually wiped. The floor mats still had dirt on them and he “cleaned and shampooed” the seats but after it dried there was absolutely no difference. The owners wife, Leah, said they had 6 other calls on the same service that day. After going back and forth with her for a few weeks, I just asked for my money back or have an actual detail performed. I was told by the owner, Kyle, that he wouldn’t refund the detail in full but that he would personally come out and fix it, he never showed. This may have been a reputable company at one point but that is no longer the case!

Titan Motorworks went above and beyond for me. They are the type of business I am happy to support. I normally do not write reviews, but I was compelled to in this case. They did a full PPF on the exterior paint and interior trim, ceramic coat, and tints all around on my new X5. I had paid BMW of Rochester to powder coat the factory wheels gloss black. In my excitement of getting my new vehicle, I didn't notice that BMW of Rochester had done a shoddy job with overspray everywhere. Katie at Titan called me and explained the situation and sent me pictures. She offered to deal with the dealership for me and remedy the situation. She was amazing!! She had Titan's powder coat specialist redo the job (see picture) and had BMW of Rochester cover the cost of the redo and a loaner vehicle at no additional expense to me. Titan Motorworks didn't have to do any of this. But they wanted to do things right and give me my vehicle at its best. One picture is when I first picked up the car at their garage. The picture outside is after I did a hand wash one month after taking delivery. I picked up the car in the Fall of 2023, but I'm only writing this review now because I wanted to see how everything held up throughout the winter season. I am very happy with their workmanship. The vehicle looks great and I get compliments all the time. Would highly recommend them if you are looking to get things done correctly with care and attention to detail. All the people I interacted with at Titan are car enthusiasts and they treat your vehicle as if it were one of their own. I highly recommend their services!

These guys are awesome. Started the day by looking for a place to get my cars underside treated for rust protection. I called Krown Rust proofing which was another place that did it, but they were apparently booked for a month. I called this place and was met with Kevin who said I could come in that same day and drop it off. Went in and was met with super nice staff who were very transparent and helpful with the process. I was really suprised by how good of a deal they were offering for the treatment. $300 give or take for the whole thing plus a 10 year warranty with free touch ups was insane to me as other places you have to get it done every year. I dropped it off and not even 4 hours later they gave me a call and I picked her up. I was even pleasantly surprised when my car came out looking nice and shinny from a wash. All in all 10/10 will recommend

I had never had my car detailed and the best decision I made was to go through Arete Auto Salon for my car detailing. I chose the interior car detail in the middle of winter but they did amazing work. The staff were very professional, friendly/polite, explained what was to be completed or answered any questions I had. They even have a waiting area in case you need to stay and do some work (like I needed to). Overall very pleased, 10/10 would recommend!

Tom with Deiure Detailing did a great job and helped me out of a pickle. My wife needed to transport some coworkers on short notice and I had injured my knee earlier in the week to the point that I wasn't up to getting my truck cleaned up on short notice. I called a few other detailing businesses and they were all booked up for the next 10 days or so, but Tom was able and willing to come out the next day and do an interior and exterior detail. It looks amazing and smelled clean and new! He transformed my truck in my driveway quickly and efficiently, leaving nothing but a sparkling vehicle behind.

Needed headlights restored on a couple of vehicles. Tom came out next day, completed the work in about an hour for each car, and the lights look like new. It was amazing how improved the nighttime driving was as well. Should have done this a long time ago. Easy to work with and schedule, conscientious and respectful. From the day I inquired to the day my car was returned looking cleaner than I thought possible, it was a great experience. I spoke to Charlie the owner for a consultation for about 10.minutes, he answered all of my questions about services and pricing and didn't mind when I changed my mind 3 times! After that follow up was via text, which I appreciate because it's the most convenient way to communicate for me when I'm busy. I opted for the pick up and drop off service and it was so worth it! No figuring out who can drop you off and take you back to get your vehicle. Meeting Charlie, he was kind and informative and his team detailed my car beyond my expectations!! I forgot I have stuff where my spare tire is, they cleaned that out and organized my stuff in addition to all of the basics. It was very affordable and I would recommend them to anyone who asks!!

I own a 71 Monte Carlo and I brought it here for alignment. At the beginning of my appt. I talked to the mechanic that was going to do the job to see if he knew what he was doing. He went so far as to show me pictures of his classic cars and I was fairly confident he knew what he was doing and he told me it might take an hour and a half to 2 hours. After 2 hours he was still under the hood on the same side. After 2 hours I told Nick I was concerned about the time it was taking him and he said that the mechanic was struggling with the bolts that hold the shims in because they were spinning. Let me say that everything on the front suspension is new. A short socket on a 3/8 breaker bar fits right into the area where the bolt head is and really I thought this excuse was a bad sign. Nick told me that they charge $125/hr so I really became concerned and he assured me "a couple hundred bucks" was all this was going to cost. Then another hour went by. I was told that he was "just finishing up" Then another hour went by before he finished. At this point I was upset because I had things I had to do. When the mechanic pulled my car off the lift he showed me the screen on the machine with wheels all askew saying that it was that bad. First he tells me that the caster was really close right off the bat, then he tells me it was the worst he ever did. Getting the caster right on one of these cars is 75% of the job. He then says" well, you know, you can't change one without changing the other. This is when I knew he really didn't know what he was doing. The fact that he said he got the settings correct and that there were shims on all 4 bolts says that there was nothing major wrong with this front end. So I was told to take it for a test drive and went down Pixley parkway and the steering wheel was a little off, but he said the steering box had play. Nick charged me $250 plus tax, which I thought was excessive. Then he tells me "we had the car for 4 hours so I only charged you for 2" implying I got a deal. All for a job that should have taken an hour or 2, MAX. So as I was driving home I hear things falling out of my car onto the road. I open the hood when I get home and he left spare shims on the frame on both sides and they were falling out of my car. I then see that he used vise grips on the bolts and mashed the threads all up instead of holding the bolt like I had described earlier. He also got both fenders absolutely filthy. I thought this was completely unprofessional. At this point I was just disgusted. After driving it more, it was still messed up so I took it to another shop and paid another $100 just to see where it was at and it was way off. Needless to say, at this point I felt like I got ripped off. I went back to Nick and told him my thoughts and he again started coming up with excuses saying he gave me a deal at 2 hours shop time and that this wasn't a simple toe-in alignment and that every time they turned the wheel to check the caster the heads had to come off and back on and blah blah blah. Then admitted that he knew absolutely nothing about doing alignments on this type of car. He even admitted the guy only worked there for 4 or 5 months. In my opinion this is just complete incompetence on the side of the management. Nick did offer to take the car back and get it right, but he wanted me to drop the car off for a whole day and at 1st I agreed. But after thinking about it for a few days, the last thing I wanted to do was drop my car back into the hands of this shop. This car represents 3 years of hard work and money and I just don't feel comfortable giving it back to them for any reason. In the end, I brought it back to the mechanic in Bloomfield who was an older gentleman and he had it straight within an hour and only charged me $100. It cost me $500 to get this car aligned. Take your classic somewhere else.

Mechanics were knowledgeable, quick, and fair priced. The air on my tires were filled..what more can you ask for, I will go back again.

On a cross country trip I had the misfortune of stopping at a truck wash with my RV and there wash/wax completely stripped off my RV wax and actually damaged the gel coat. While in the Rochester NY area I found Superior Automotive and contacted Steven Flowers and we arranged an appointment. It was determined that a complete new paint job and optional ceramic coating was the best solution. Steven and his amazing team was able to squeeze us in his busy schedule and complete an amazing job in 1/2 the usual time. The camper looks better than new. The work being done here is an absolute 15/10. I called other detail shops in the area for a paint correction and general detail, the prices were outrageous and a rip off. I called and spoke to Zach, he was super professional, to the point and very fair with his prices, not to mention he was able to get me in the same weekend. There was some scratches on the vehicle that he was able to get out and the Hyundai smelled like new when I picked it up. They are very thorough here with their work and they pay very strong attention to detail, they absolutely have a return client and will be referring everyone in the area to this place!

I’m so dissatisfied with my recent service at the Henrietta location. I paid for the express interior package. My window glass still had marks all over them on the inside. The cup holders and doors were still dirty. The floor mats didn’t even look like they were touched. I understand it’s not guaranteed for everything to come up, but something as simple as a little extra time and attention to detail would be nice when paying almost $200 for a service. It’s not that these marks wouldn’t come off, because I immediately came home and did them myself. It’s so much darker in the detail area that you can’t even see or inspect every inch of the vehicle except a quick glance while being rushed out for the following customer. For $165 I will be gladly taking my business elsewhere. I have time stamps on my photos and receipts, I will be coming in for a refund. I fear we are doomed with the work ethic of the new generation.

I was referred to Splash Bros by a good friend of mines , my 2015 Lexus f sport had some really bad swirls in it, thanks to the guys at splash bros , they were able to do a single stage paint correction and remove all the swirls in my paint. They also added in a 12 month coating to make the washing process easier and keep this thing looking new. Jimmy was a great help with my wife’s car. She won a free remote car start from a not so great shop. I asked if he had guys that could go through the wiring and make sure the remote was installed properly because the windows would no longer work.
