Just bought a 2022 blazer from David’s Chevrolet and before buying this blazer I made sure I had a check list and looked over the ENTIRE vehicle for scratches or dents…I’ve only went through David’s car was for about the month or so I’ve owned the vehicle I’ve noticed that the was is leaving deep scratches on my roof and hood. Just be aware when bringing your vehicle here because they will swear up and down that it wasn’t their machines.

I went to delta Sonic in Niagara Falls for a wash and an interior detailing. After waiting 40 minutes after I was told it was a 10 min wait, my car was barley touched! No one handed off my car to me or hand me check it over. I left because I didn’t want to be late for work. The next morning I went back and told them what happened. They allowed me a redo and again took my car, the guy got in my car and looked at all the spots I pointed out to him that were missed. He assured me I’d be taken care of this time. I wasn’t. The same spots that had been missed and pointed out were still not taken care of!! Between two days I spent over 2 hours at that location to get a detailed done that I ultimately had to do myself! I took my car pulled it from out of the detailing garage into a self vacuum lane bc the job was not done TWICE!! I am beyond disappointed that my time and money was wasted and that after all that, my car wasn’t done to my expectations or to what delta promises as standards. I will never be returning to this location or ANY location. The audacity to charge hundred of dollars for a detail for the workers to not care or do their job correctly. My vehicle was pretty clean upon arrival the first time. Just had some dog hair and paw prints that needed to be removed. It was a job that would’ve taken me 5 mins to do so it should’ve taken them 2.5 mins to do. Im upset that no one seems to care and this happens to a lot more people than just myself.

Chose this place since many gas stations in NY do not offer vacuuming services. I have a rental car and want to return it vacuumed. I am at Tidal Wave Auto Spa and they let me use their vacuum cleaner for my rental. I was allowed to use their vacuum and garbage free of charge. I really appreciate the hospitality and was going to pay for using the vacuum anyways. Thank you so much!

Long story short Got a membership washed my car one time and the car wash broke my gas lid off. They took down an incident report and said they would review the camera never called me never reach out, when I went up there they said they weren’t liable and I would have to cover the damages that there car wash caused

Awesome car wash! Our cars get cleaner than the alternatives in the area. The vacuums are free and powerful! They keep the whole wash/vacuum area very clean. This car wash offered different pricing options, but I went with the cheapest one since all washes seemed to include the same basic cleaning. However, there was no hand drying service included. They provided a really powerful vacuum cleaner and compressed air for self-service, along with some drying towels. Unfortunately, the towels were all gone when I finished washing my car, which was a bit frustrating.

I purchased a 2004 Oldsmobile Alero from Mike Dan Motors. The paint job is in near mint condition with no major mechanical issues. It runs super quiet and is extremely good on fuel. I can travel from Niagara Falls to Buffalo and back on less than $8. I constantly get compliments from my friends. I have owned a dozen cars in my life and this may be the best one. Used to be good but the middle vacuum machine facing the 405 just ate my $2 and didn’t turn on. There’s a vacuum at the Shell Station Station at 4790 Dorchester. There’s also a car wash on the next street there, DO NOT USE THE VACUUMS THERE; they are low suction. I tried to use the vacuum here after hours but couldnt find a phone number or anything on the door. Atleast at a Gas station you can talk to someone.

I took my brand new $74,000 car to Aidan to have ceramic coating applied. I had it for just 1 week and a day. He ruined my car. I'm not joking. Ruined. He didn't level out the product. He left large 'cheetah-like blotches all over my car. Windows, doors, hood, trim. A mess. He even missed a panel. To add insult to injury he applied a sticker indicating the product's warranty, when it needed to be inspected and his name as the installer. He wrote the date and his company's name using a thick Sharpie. It was barely legible. One more thing...he filled out the info after the sticker was applied. Meaning, that thick marker and sloppy handwriting wasn't contained within that sticker...he wrote on the paint! I took it elsewhere. They did everything they could. They weren't able to correct what he did. They told me the only way it could be fixed was to have it wet-sanded. Imagine! A brand-new car needing to be wet-sanded! I would not recommend leaving your vehicle in Aidan's hands.

Hello everyone! I don't usually leave reviews but this one is a must. Customers beware! I was waiting on posting this to see if the business would reach out to discuss my experience and re-imburse me, so that I could have left this on a good note. But so far, it's Dec. 10/2024, and I am yet to hear back from Youness, the business owner. Anyway, below is my experience with Niagara Motorsports and Youness. On Oct.1/2024, I first contacted this business by phone to book an appointment to have the tint on the back window of my Honda Civic removed and re-installed. Although I have never heard of a mechanic shop asking for a deposit to book an appointment, I agreed to etransfer the amount of $40 to hold my spot as I was eager to get the job done. Appointment was then set for Oct.7/2024. When the day arrived, Youness contacted me via text to let me know that the technician lined up for my vehicle had an emergency. Thus, my appointment was obviously canceled -which is fine because things happen. The next few days I kept in touch to check on the status of my appointment. I was eventually rescheduled for Oct.15/2024. When Oct.15/2024 came and the service on my car was completed, I paid the balance of $120. In the meantime, I was advised to allow 2 weeks for the tint to cure and to not use the defogger. At first glance I was not able to inspect my car because it was raining heavily. When I got a chance to inspect the job, I noticed some bubbles but when I reported them to Youness he reassured me that it was because the tint had not cured yet, to just wait a little longer. After the full 2 weeks or so had passed, it was obvious that these bubbles were not going anywhere. The job had been done poorly and the tint was unsuccessful. There were quite a few bubbles throughout the back window where the tint had not adhered to. After contacting the business again and providing pictures as proof, Youness resolved to rebooking me a second appointment to re-do the tint, although I communicated that I preferred a refund. On Nov.13/2024, I returned to the shop for our second trial in the hope of having this problem rectified. When the technician was done, he assured me that l was not going to have any more problems; that all was fine. I did notice one bubble at this point but he told me that it was because it needed to cure again. But, after waiting another 2 weeks, not only was the original bubble still there, but the corners were also peeling! When I contacted Youness with new pictures, he resolved to tell me, on Dec.3/2024, that I should return for a 3rd trial. Really?? Wasn't twice enough to get it right!? Why would I drop my vehicle off again, especially since the technician had advised me on my first appointment that if a tint is not removed carefully that it can damage the defogger. Clearly, their resolution attempt left me quite unhappy. So, my next step was to write Youness a long message detailing my disappointing experience and asking for a refund. However, as I said in the beginning of this post, I am yet to hear back from him. As next steps, my intention is to submit a formal complain to the Consumer Bureau and possibly BBB. Please feel free to check out the attached pics and judge for yourselves if this is a shop you would take your car to.

The tint on my windows looks fantastic and was completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend going here. They offer a wide range of services and I will definitely use them again and refer people to them in the future.

Wow!!! The cars previous driver was a smoker with a dog (I suspect yelllow lab). The car smelled of stale smoke, wet dog. The car was so muddy and full of dog hair. Now, the seats and carpets are SO CLEAN. The car smells like new. Thank you Tim!

"I had a terrible experience with [The Lab Niagara]. They used what seemed to be fake PPF, which had noticeable bubbles and started peeling off on day one. I even had to cut around the parking sensors myself to make it work properly . Despite my attempts to contact them about these issues, I never received a response. Additionally, even small road chips are causing damage to my car paint. I would not recommend their services based on my experience."

This place is great, and reasonably priced as well! My car recently was leaking coolant, and I was at a loss. I took my vehicle to them and they located the leak, and fixed the part within an hour. I have a say that I had a great experience with Ceramic Pro Niagara right from the beginning phone call to find out information about their Ceramic Coating services to getting the service done on my new vehicle. Brady was easy to talk to and extremely helpful and took the time to explain the process and choices and was always willing to answer any questions I had, which was a lot. Another thing I really appreciate that they did was that I live in Hamilton and of course Ceramic Pro is in Niagara and I had to leave the car there for a day and a half but didn't have someone that could pick me up in Niagara and take me home and then the opposite to go pick up the car. So without hesitation, Brady said they will drop me home and pick me up the next day which the owner (sorry, I forget his name) did. You can't get customer service like that these days. I really appreciated that gesture and service and just shows they are will to go the extra mile to get your business! The coating is pricey but that's everywhere for that service, no matter where you go and it really looks great and will look new for years to come. They did a great job on the car. I highly recommend Ceramic Pro Niagara Falls to anyone wanting to get their vehicle coated or have any of their other services done! Excellent work and customer service! Kudos! 😊

Hats off to Brady and his team at Ceramic Pro Niagara Falls. I brought my 2023 Ram in with a couple surface scratches on it and a botched polishing job and these guys restored the paint to better than when I took delivery back in the fall. Superb! Let me tell you, my car was grossly dirty. It was a while since I had taken it for detailing. I have a dog that sheds and my seats were covered with stains from coffee and food. I googled many places for detailing but decided to go with Euphoria and he took me in within two days. He promised me that the stains would be out and he lived up to his promise. I did not believe how clean my car was. I highly recommend this place. No doubt that I am referring my family to this place and I myself will only go to him for detailing. They didn't think I was going to show up to the appointment so they waited until I was already there to let me know they needed to cancel. No explanation was given for why they thought I wouldnt show up. Compelete waste of my time and the driver's who had agreed to give me a ride while my car was being detailed. If you're going to deal with them just make sure to call or message them before so you don't waste a trip, cause they couldn't care less

Nick is an awesome person and does fabulous job. I almost feel like saying he takes care of your auto as his own. I got my 2017 Honda Accord detailed and asked for his suggestions for what needs to be done. For a very reasonable amount he not only did an excellent detailing job (interior and exterior) he even helped in pick up and drop off of the car. I wish I could say that to start out they had the worst car ever that wasn't the case. Just a 4 year old car that never was detailed before, but wellish maintained. It looks as good as new! The leather seats were dingy, now they are bright and fresh. Floor carpet is revived. Exterior looks great. Minor scratches are now faded or gone. Best part was the on time pick up and drop off.

Located them on Facebook marketplace. Sent an inquiry about our vehicle and received an almost instantaneous response. Nick has been very communicative, very professional, and very patient, as we had to reschedule our appointment a couple of times before we could get in. Service was great! They made our vehicle look showroom ready! In person, Nick is very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Also, Nick's prices are very reasonable, and the service is well worth it! I stumbled across Redline Mobile Detailing on Facebook, and noticed that they were a local business in my city. I booked an appointment on the weekend for a Monday afternoon. The estimated time of service was four hours and ten minutes. As they were new to me, I called when the business was scheduled to open. When no one answered, I left a message. They called back within a half hour, and I had a simple question. Did they have a waiting room with a bathroom, and I was told they did. I was shocked when I arrived, as the so called waiting room did not have any chairs set up, and the nearest bathroom was outside their business with an external door (it was pouring rain outside). I cancelled my appointment, and I will never be back there again.

I had an amazing experience with the detail shop I got my new to me 2018 Ford Escape detailed after a heavy smoker and they made it look brand new i am very pleased with their work in my vehicle. I will be a returning customer and will be recommending this location only to my family and friends. Other delta sonic places were not very nice to me but the one in Amherst ny on Niagara blvd was very nice EXTREMELY respectful and unbelievably nice and understand. I had a dash camera and they gently took it off and notified me about it. 100/100 😌

People are nice here! However, I paid for a car wash and come out and I can still run my finger through the dust on the back of my car… I’m sorry but that is unacceptable. If I’m paying $25+ I should not be able to put my finger print on my car. I’m going to self car washes from now on.

I went to get an inspection and they went over every detail with me and showed me the parts that will need replacing in the future. They are very honest and through. They also rotated my tires. Habib (shop owner) takes good care of his customers. Goes above and beyond. Gives excellent results at very fair prices. He treated me with respect and spoke with me about the car as if we were friends. 10/10 Another auto shop wanted to keep my car for 10 days and charge me 1200 to replace my bumper. Habib got it done in 2 days and for half the price with zero inconvenience. So I went back for a brake job and they did a thorough job!
