Been here a few times and always leave very happy. I usually get the car wash with wax and my car is usually ready within 2 hours but always make an appointment ahead of time. I cannot say enough about how relieved I am to have found Williamsburg Hand Wash & Auto Detailing and how grateful I am to Kevin and his team for saving our car. We returned from a trip to find the interior COVERED in mold. It was horrible. The dealer said it would cost over $10k to fix. Kevin found and fixed the source of the water incursion and completely remediated the mold for a fraction of the cost. Our car is now as clean as it was when we bought it. From start to finish, my whole experience with WHW was phenomenal. Kevin explained in detail everything he would need to do to remediate the mold and even advised against a few things I asked about beyond the remediation that would have increased the cost of the work / his take home but which he thought wouldn't ultimately be worth the expense or increase the value of the car enough to be worth it. Eric did such a great job on my car! I got the #3 (I think) plus the extra pet hair add on. The car had tons of dog hair and odor and grime embedded in the seats, and the exterior had moss in the cracks from living in Seattle(!), and Eric got all of that off and the car is so shiny inside and out! This is the highest quality detailing shop you will ever visit. Extremely nice, knowledgeable and informative. The customer service is exceptional. Henri uses trusted products in a clean and organized garage. His excellent work is unbeatable in price and quality. My daughter spilled thick hot chocolate on my passenger seat and it is now absolutely 100% clean as well as under the seat on the floor carpet. Also, my headlights were basically so cloudy they were opaque. He restored them beautifully. Do yourself a favor and choose them for your detailing needs. You will not be disappointed. If I could give them 100 stars I would! This shop is the absolute best. My car was in bad shape. I had curry spilled on my seats, in between the seats and the floor. I tried to clean it myself and my seat turned colors. I was so frustrated from the smell alone. I found this shop online and the reviews were really good so I took a chance. The customer service was exceptional from the start. When I went to pick up my car I wanted to cry. My car was showroom new and I was in shock. I couldn’t believe how immaculate my car was. This past week, we left our tired-looking black Audi Q5 2010 in the expert hands of Danny and his team to undergo a dramatic transformation. We went all out after years of neglect: full paint correction, two layers of ceramic coating (preserves the former for years, we’re told), full interior detail, engine detail, and underbody wash. The works! Excellent communication upfront and throughout. The result is incredible: gone are years worth of scratches and swirl makes, the dull black turned into a radiant shine. The interior looks flawless, as does the engine bay. The closest you’ll come to getting a new car without buying one. Wow! I initially found Unico on instagram. After seeing all the amazing work decided to get my cars tints done. I went with the ceramic tint and I have to say it well worth it! David greeted me and showed me my options and after a few hours it was ready and I was very happy with the work. A week later I came back for the a wash. Even though it was 1.5 hour long the wash was well worth it. They wash every car very immaculately and pays great attention to detail.

Long post below. Short version, Kevin is an expert in paint correction and ceramic coating, two cars done and happy customer. I found KS detailing from a few forum car forum searches. My first interaction was back in 2019 for a Daytona Grey Audi s5. A previous detailer tried to polish the car and left a burn mark in the paint. Brought the car to Kevin and he examined the entire car and the burn mark and suggested how to move forward. This wasn’t my first ceramic coating and I have a pretty solid understanding of paint correction and coatings. As soon as he brought out a paint depth gauge I knew I was in the right place. Kevin knows his paint. We talked about the current state and agreed on full correction and he would try and fix the burn in. He didn’t oversell and never promised the burn mark could be fixed. Came a week later to a pristine car, paint corrected and burn mark removed. Coated in CarPro Cquartz Finest Reserve. Very happy with the outcome. Sold the 2019 and got a new 2024 Navarro Audi S5. Same experience this time. Kevin speaks with you, gets your requirements and makes recommendations. He doesn’t try to sell you on the highest package which is full pain correction and finest reserve. It’s what I wanted though. Navarro blue is a beautiful color but is very hard to maintain. It was 5 months old and covered in swirl marks, despite only being hand washed (though not properly) Paint correction is not something anyone can do properly to such an exacting degree. Kevin’s paint correction is meticulously done. Had the 2024 fully corrected and coated with Cquartz finest reserve agin. Pictures speak for themselves. As a final note on why you should trust Kevin with your car. Two hours after picking up the 2024 s5 someone backed into it’s a CVS parking lot. Scratches on a just perfectly corrected car. Issue is once polished out it would remove the coating. Kevin not only said he could fix it and re-coat the area (good 3 hours of work and curing time), he refused to take a dime from me. Go to Kevin if you want to feel like valued customer and receive top tier service.

Due to lack of use, my old Toyota Rav4 got some mold in the carpet. So I called Victory Lap, they came out and looked at my car and gave me a price. 2 workers worked for 5 hours to get all the mold and dart out of the seats and carpets, and the price was worth every penny. Came in with a beat up car been a while since I showed it some love, especially with having tons of dog hair in the back I wasn’t expecting a miracle with all the hair being removed. But I have to say I was shocked with results it was almost practically all gone and almost of the tough stains were gone as well. Swash did a great job with both interior and exterior cleaning! I was able to make a same day appointment, they came out and were able to clean my car on my street. My car ended up being dirtier than excepted due to pet hair, but they called and informed me it would take extra time and to confirm the updated cost was ok. Scotty buffed it out with precision and used the correct top tier products to get it all off the paint! While i was there i got my tints done and a wash! James and his team did a fantastic job on my car!!! I recently had some water get into my car from a clogged drain issue. My car is older and I was worried that the water damage might be tough to remedy. Not only did James get everything dry, clean, and looking fantastic, but he fully explained the issue to me and showed me the source of the leak. I was able to go back to my mechanic and have them fix it properly so that I don't have to worry about future leaks. They also cleaned and waxed my car exterior and it looks like new!!! Overall very pleased with the car detailing interior & exterior , it was my VERY first for my 10year old car. Though I’ve managed to keep it clean, this was long overdue. When I picked up the car, I was met with friendliness, though when I dropped it off it was the opposite. I wish they could have the option to leave tip on the car as I don’t normally carry cash on me! So that I could’ve left a tip for the good service & lastly, I wish the carpets could be completely dried instead of heat being blasted & the car windows only cracked a little this leaves the possibility of mold mildew, which my car up until now thankfully hasn’t had . When I picked it up carpets were still damp & heat being blasted in the car. Otherwise, attention to detail was really great!! As you can see in the pictures. Professional service otherwise!

I want to start with I think going there 8 years now. I am usually happy and get a fairly clean car. The last two visits I were bad. I always tip them at the entry before they finish. I end up with still bird poop on my handle and random mud and stain everywhere as if I just got a rinse down.

So I randomly used google maps to search for a detailer to restore a car I bought. When I tell you my interior was horrible, I am not joking. They took their time explaining in detailing what was being done every step of the way and why it needed to be done, also giving me alternative options. I must say they did an excellent job with my car and I am beyond pleased. For my package I had carpeting shampooed , seats cleaned and conditioned, roof stains, seat stains removed, doors were thoroughly cleaned, exterior washed, minor scratches removed, ceramic coating applied. Great service. I wasn’t expecting my car’a interior to be cleaned to where it’s at now. Had some stains in the back from cake and dog fur from having my dog in the back once. It took him around 2 hours, but when I got my car back it looked like it came straight from the lot brand new. Exceptional work and timing. Won’t hesitate in calling him again some other time in a month or 2. This time I’ll ask him to do the exterior as well. (Note: any wet stains you see quickly dried up in an hour. Once again I’m more surprised that he managed to get ALL the fur out. If you need your interior detailed with peace of mind that works around your schedule wether you at home or work, this is your guy!)

Great service! He is punctual and left my car in amazing condition. I got a filthy car in the interior and very yellow looking headlights, he treated them and you can see the difference. This is the second time I have used Kasym - Deep Down Detailing services. The headlights picture seems as it is a different color but it was because I was parked in front of a brick wall while they were cleaning it and the lower photo was in an open space in a very bright day. Had to switch up my detail spot because the last one was highly unsatisfactory. Although Formula is an extra 10 minutes away from me, it's worth it. I tried them out today based on a couple of recommendations. I got the wash/wax for $76 after tax. They washed the rubber mats in the car and the trunk. They complied with my request not to add any greasy solution to the interior. They just cleaned it nicely. It looks showroom on the inside which is what I appreciate. The exterior was also done well with a very nice shine. I will be going here again going forward with both my car's. This was a Wednesday 10:30am drop-off and they assured me the car would be ready by 1pm. I ended up arriving at 1:30 and sure enough, ready to go. I assume weekends are probably very crowded but I have the luxury of dropping the car off on a weekday and working remotely.

After visiting a few places in the Astoria area where the prices ranged from $250-$350 with this establishment being the most expensive. I chose this place for the location and the hand car wash. From the moment I dropped the car off at 8 AM with a bad attitude of the employees, I had a bad feeling this would not be a good deal. Got the call at 3 PM that my car was done no armor all used at all inside of the car cupholders and vents dirty. Outside hand wash and wax average at best. When I pointed this out to the owner Antonio and asked what we can do to make me happy. He accused me of being a big baby and my expectations are too high. This being said DONT GO TO THIS CAR WASH

My wife’s Lincoln had a deep dent and gash on the passenger door and a few deep dings all around, Roc and Roland told me they would take care of it for me and they did!!! And extremely fast! I got an unexpected dent in my car and hubby said no worries I have the perfect place that can help you. And boy, were they perfect. Car went in on Friday and Sunday I had it back! They fixed an entire door, painted and washed my car. These guys are amazing! Great family business with good hearted people… If I need anything else, I’m coming here. This is my first time writing a review on anything EVER but needed to let y’all know Ron and JFG Mobile Auto Spa are sensational. Please do not sleep on this dude if you are needing your car detailed/cleaned because he’s the best in town. After hosting my family for the weekend and moving the week before my car was really beat up and even had dried vomit in it which left a horrendous smell. I took a chance on Ron given he only had one review at the time and let me tell you, best money I have spent in ages. He was flexible and met me early in the morning before my late morning train out of town and had me in and out quickly. More importantly, he had my 2017 car looking brand new, smelling brand new, and super spiffy. Even gave me good maintenance recommendations just because he’s a good guy. He’s an absolute treasure and true professional. Local to Harlem so bonus points for being able to support a local Black-owned business! Look no further and call him up now if you’re needing some work done on your car!

If you’re anywhere within a day’s drive of the New York City metro area, you owe it to yourself to bring your car here. Dane takes immense pride in his work and it SHOWS. He did a 6-year ceramic coating on my brand new Toyota RAV4 Prime, and it has looked showroom new after each and every car wash. (It even appears on the CarFax report!!) His work is top-notch and he's a great guy as well. Take your car to him. You won't regret it.

I was impressed with this place. My car looks like brand new, sparkling outside, spotless inside. Fast, friendly, and totally worth it. Will definitely be back! I also did a matte black wrap for my car. And loved the service! The car looks fire! They gave a second life to my car.

Just leaving this place right now as I type this. Terrible. This is my second time here and they just don’t do a good job at all. They give bare minimum work. I use my car insurance bundle to redeem free washes etc and the way I got my car back after it being washed and cleaned inside is crazy to me. It’s still very much dirty ! I even asked for someone to come back and fix it for me and they just walked away. So I’m giving y’all 1 star if I could give zero I would.

I went randomly as I was getting gas next door, many nearby places were busy or by appointment, which I have never heard of before. They rushed my entire process barely took 10mins and what exactly did they clean because my car look damn near the same as when it went in, DIRTY! I asked for the Gold package which should have included full outside cleaning at least , and inside wipe down. NO . Did a horrendous job. I’m shocked I spent 40 dollars on that. I tipped due to it being 80 degrees and they were outside for some of the time but it was really undeserving with how my car was left ! What was cleaned ?
