Best place in Westchester county to get your car or truck washed and detailed. I only get hand car washes for my whip and this is the only place I’ll go to, why??? Because there are no steaks on my windshield and everything is always flawless. They have a cool area where you can sit back and chill while your car is being washed. They have snacks and drinks and they are open 7 days a week. This is the only place to go. And the owner is on premises at time and he’s cool as hell.

Went to Russell speeder car wash yesterday around 4:20 pm. Ask for just wash and dry, was told I could not come back around into the lot. When I was at the last brush I heard a sound figured it was the brush against the car and I said damn that’s loud. I waited for the green light to turn and at no time did any employee see the camera and say wait your bumper is hanging off. So me I am dragging my bumper all the way home. As I pull into my driveway that’s when I heard a crunching sound. I immediately go back to the car wash and was told the manager Steve was not there. They sent him a picture of the bumper and for me to come back the next day. I went back today and was told they had to send it to corporate.They want to said if the car was damaged or work on. (No) another guy that works there while I am talking to Steve who in is very polite and courteous interrupts us and says oh no the brush didn’t do that. I say to him did you look at the camera and see as I went in my bumper was on as I left. My bumper was hanging off. Had to tell him his business, He to talk in Spanish, which he had no idea. Understood what he said and once again, I told him on his business so now I wait on corporate fix my car let’s see what they do give you an update. I said I would give you an update. I am glad to say that this company is very fair to their customers. Today 6/19/2024 they have agreed to fix my bumper. I am glad to know that they are reputable and decent people. Update when I get the car fixed. It took some time but my car is finally fix and Russell Speeders paid for it all. Repairs done at A1 autoworkz at 543 East 3rd st Mount Vernon New York 10553 The owner E and his workers did a wonderful job. My baby is back to normal, thank you E

I have to say the place is equipped with everything you need for a car wash, however, it's a little dirty and definitely on the pricey side. Otherwise, very convenient, especially because there are not many self car washes within the NYC area, it worked for us. Also a great option for a larger pickup truck.

On 09/142024 I came to this carwash. While I was taking my brushes out the trunk and other stuff I need to wash my vehicle the person in charge came over and saw that I had my own soap and brushes because I didn't want to use there brush, but just to make stuff clear I had the machine of the water running since I arrived, meaning I was paying the second I got in. This person name Mat came over and told me I have to hurry up because more people wants to wash there car. We had a conversation about it and I never disrespected him by the way, this picture that I took was almost when I was finishing up and no one was behind me the whole time. After I got out I called the number here on Google to speak with the manager to address this issue because I don't think it was right, some lady picked up the phone and I was explaining everything that happen, the called dropped so in my mind ok let me call back maybe my phone got out of service. Soon as I started to tell her the situation she hang up the phone on me again, and I even told her before I leave a review on Google I'm calling you about the issue but this is the reason I'm telling you that this people here are very disrespectful even there own manager, this shows you how much they care about customers, and last thing I asked Mat was the time limit inside the spot he said 10 minutes lol. You going to tell me in 10 minutes you have to rinse, wash, dry well dry is optional but you could tell he really didn't want me there. I was rushing because of the situation and I counted 30 minutes and that's rushing, when I came out I waited to see other cars the time and trust me it was way more then 30 minutes and he didn't even say nothing. I'm not saying don't come here all I'm saying if you do remember you only have 10 minutes to do everything, and to be clear when I came in I didn't say a word to this guy, the only time I spoke with him was after he approached me so it wasn't nothing the I said the came to this situation.

If I could give them 100 stars I would! This shop is the absolute best. My car was in bad shape. I had curry spilled on my seats, in between the seats and the floor. I tried to clean it myself and my seat turned colors. I was so frustrated from the smell alone. I found this shop online and the reviews were really good so I took a chance. The customer service was exceptional from the start. When I went to pick up my car I wanted to cry. My car was showroom new and I was in shock. I couldn’t believe how immaculate my car was. Wow!! They did a great job cleaning my car. It does take a long time to clean but it’s because they are being very meticulous. They clean your car by hand inside and out. I have kids so they had their work cut for them but they did it and now my car is super clean!! I wish I had a before and after photo. I would go back.

I sent my Jeep Sahara over to the guys in Mount Vernon. Firstly, super nice guy! Very professional and they did an outstanding job on the car. Their rate was good and the whole job was turned around within a few hours. I don't have any 'before' pictures but I have to say... the car was looking pretty depressed prior. Dropped off my 2015 Nissan Altima for an interior detail with an outside wash add on… Picked up a 2020 Nissan Altima! Don’t be thrown off at the fact they you’ll be pulling up at a multi family home. Not good. I have had my car for less than 1 year and there was some sap on it because it’s the fall. So I made an appointment for 30 minutes hand wash. I show up and pointed the sap spots out to the person working as my primary concern and reason for the wash. He immediately interrupts me and tells me it’s not sap but that my car has chips in the paint. Wrong. I told him they are not chips and then he says oh you need to upgrade to the detail if you want us to wash it. I said let’s see how it looks after the wash. 11 minutes into the 30 minutes appointment I get a phone call “your car is done.” Ok benefit of the doubt maybe it was easy to get the spots out and I come at look at the car and he says they won’t come off unless you pay more. I explained they still had another 19 minutes to work on the car so let’s see what they could accomplish by finishing the wash. He refused to wash it so I refused to pay. I’m really surprised by this work ethic. Lazy lazy.

I had such a wonderful experience with Preferred Auto Spa. I purchased a used car that was delivered to me dirty and full of pet hair as well as old food and dirt under the seats. I cleaned as much as I could myself but I couldn't get most of the nastiness under the seats or the pet hair (complete with faint animal smell) out. I brought my car to this wonderful place for a simple rug shampoo and pet hair removal. When I tell you, my car literally looks brand new and smells great; it literally looks brand new inside and out and smells absolutely delicious inside. They even provided me with a complementary car wash. Before going to them, I was going to throw out my mats and buy some new ones. Now, I don't have to! Their prices are fair and everyone there was friendly and accommodating. I am so happy I chose to go there. I plan to return for some other services as they have gained my complete confidence. I have already started to tell my friends and family to go and get their cars washed and detailed there. They have gained some new customers! My only regret, is not taking before and after photos to show everyone the difference. I will do so next time.

Extremely disappointed with the service. My car detailing was far below expectations. The vacuuming was incomplete, leaving dog fur all over the floor. They lacked basic tools and resorted to drying with my car's AC due to a lack of appropriate fans. Surprisingly, some areas, like the back seats, were dirtier than before. It was evident they didn’t use the appropriate solutions too. My $177 went for nothing.

Hard to beat a hand wash when you're on the move. They even went in and pulled out all of the debris that was tucked in the little corners. Went to do alignment and oil change. Oil change came with a free exterior wash, and for the alignment, I was given the before and after printouts of the alignment . Using Citgo oil, I was able to get a $12 rebate from Citgo. Paid a total of $228 (tax included). Dealership was charging $300 at least (without taxes, so it would have been around $330 total). And I can see the work being done because they have windows looking out to the shop floor. Gives me peace of mind seeing the work being done, the product used.

I just had the worst experience I've ever had at a car wash. The car remained dirty inside, they didn't dry it properly and they even threw away my bottle which I said wasn't rubbish and shouldn't be thrown away. They didn't clean the trunk either. I don't recommend!!!

I’ll never come here again. I’ve been here a million times and they’ve done a lazy job before but this is next level. Four guys cleaned this car and inside looks like they did nothing. I showed the worker and he did a very lazy wipe over and had to get a dirty rag myself and wipe the whole car down on my own cause they just ignored me and walked away and pretended not to hear me. I paid for 2nd place and had to remind them of the tire shine and no fragrance spray, had to say that as well. None of the workers speak a lick of English outside and caught an attitude with me when they clearly saw I wasn’t happy with the job after they blatantly ignored me. I understand it’s not going to be absolutely spotless but damn it looked like they didn’t even try to clean. Don’t waste your money.

I never had a problem with this place up until recently. Their cleaning jobs have gotten so lazy over the past year to the point where I can just do a better job myself! Today I just had it and I'm not coming back here. I paid for first place which includes what the pictures I attached are. Does this look clean to you at all??? I recently visited this carwash for the first time and it was a complete waste of money. I specifically chose the most expensive option to ensure that my dashboard would be cleaned, plus all the extra stuff but they didn't even touch my dashboard. To make matters worse, there was still bird poop on my windshield when I left. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and would not recommend this carwash to anyone. To top it off, they sprayed the car with something purple and didn’t even bother to wipe it off. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Paid for the best wash. They didn't clean the two stains on my dashboard but managed to clean out my entire coin dish. I'll never go back there and never recommend it to anyone. Be careful of thievery.
