DO NOT GO HERE! Honestly, I never had a issue there until today & I am upset. I paid for a full service clean. I explained I wanted to vacuum the inside to remove the sand from the seats & mat, floor.... I even said it in Spanish. I know every piece of sand wont be removed but seriously!!!! When my car finished being washed I get the car back & it didn't look like anything was vacuumed! When I spoke with the manager he sent me back to the entrance where the workers ignored me & finally vacuumed it again after I had to request for their supervisor again. (Im not sure if they have a low quality vacuum or the workers are just lazy but just go to the gas station & don't waste your time here). It was just the plain disrespect & I even gave a good tip. I was highly annoyed & I REFUSED TO GO BACK HERE!

I need a refund! This was the worst carwash ever. I have always come here and since the last time the prices went skyrocket. There are more people working but not doing things right. Today I felt ripped off when I saw my car and it was still dirty. Bad job on the vacuuming. Then they have the nerve to get upset with you when you complain about it. There are plenty of other car washes that won’t scratch your car or leave it dirty. What happened to this place. It used to be a great carwash.

My first experience with Jerry and the team was installing Apple Car Play in my Mazda CX 5 - it didn't work because the box that I bought was faulty. When I got the replacement a month later, Jerry replaced it for me at no charge and got it working beautifully. I then brought my second car in for repainting the hood and a full detailing and Jerry recommended what I should be doing to spruce up the car. They did a superb job at a fair price and even threw in a couple of extras - just look at those headlights on a 12 year old car! The team there is hard working and are dedicated people who take great pride in their work. I've highly recommended Immaculate Detailz and I'll be going back each time I have something to get done. Anthony did a phenomenal job on the interior detail of my car for a great price! He is so professional and knowledgeable, and was very honest about what he stains he could or couldn't get out of my car. He was very patient, and worked thoroughly to get out as much of the stains as he could. The worts experience ever. I paid the best service what they offer for not so dirty car( I am washing car every week and has only 5k miles) $41.67. Everything what I got was quick vacuum inside and quick wash of exterior. When I complain about visible flies and mud on the car after they finish , one guy try to fix that a little bit with towels and told me that I supposed to wash car more often 🤣😂🤣 Manager is not on the site. From the moment you walk in you are greeted and immediately taken care of. I took advantage of their ongoing sale for the Gold Package paint Correction and ceramic coating. Wanted to give my 2019 Jeep a facelift after its paint job was ruined by a supposed professional and used a brush to wash my car. I was blown away how great the paint job looked after these guys were done. The amount detail they put into every nook and cranny. I have dogs that sheds alot and they were able to get it all out. It was a 3 day job, I was beyond satisfied with the work. Its been couple weeks, drove it through and monsoon and still looking clean.

I’ve been dealing with Detailing Dynamics for about 8 years now and they do Awesome work!!! I totally trust them with my vehicles. Matt and Eddie are perfectionists at what they do and when you pick up your vehicle you’ll see it !! I had my 2016 C7 Zo6 wrapped with XPEL and ceramic coated about a year after I got it , that is when a friend recommended them to me and I loved their work. When i bought my 2020 Trackhawk i drove it straight from the dealer to their shop to have it satin wrapped and ceramic coated. I’ve also used them for new tires and washes n putting oil catch cans in and hard wiring my radar detector. Also my Trackhawk got rear ended earlier this year and they slipped me into schedule and rewrapped n ceramic coated repaired areas for me. Eddie and Matt are Top Shelf and you’ll get what you pay for the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!

Would recommend this shop to anyone that cares about their car. Matt was the one that I worked with and was very transparent about the whole process from start to finish. When I first called to inquire about paint protection film he made sure to let me know about all the different type of films that Xpel provide, to ensure I knew what I was paying for even if I wasn't going to end up choosing them. I decided on doing a full nose Ppf on my Fl5 type R. It doesn't matter if you drive a civic or a Ferrari they're going to take care of your vehicle and give you the best possible quality. Definitely will be doing business with them again in the future.

Long Waits to get in not a lot of staff there to wash the vehicles. Once the owner gets your business your car won’t be washed the same every time. Signed up for unlimited monthly washes owner stated it’s unlimited but you should only come once or twice a month. Asked for my car to be washed inside was told by owner we will do it another time we are too busy we are only open until 4:45 everyday. Went back paid the extra money for my car to be cleaned inside mats were not washed inside of car was not wiped down the way it should have been. Down graded the service on my monthly plan due to bad service and paid the extra money to try and have my car cleaned inside this is the treatment received. Went today to try and give it another chance same treatment bad attitude outside of car also was not cleaned properly 05/06/24 owner walked away when he seen vehicle pull up to be washed left one person to clean outside of vehicle horrible job was done most likely intentionally. Work all day can only come after work was also told by owner to come earlier. Tried contacting owner no response to phone calls. Needless to say I will not be going back to this car wash very disappointed with the treatment received after being a customer. Owner is also very disrespectful to his customers has a very bad attitude which is why no employees stay working there and does not know how to run a business. I would leave them no stars if i could reviews do not enable you to have that option. Most of the reviews left on this site are from friends of the owner and were put up when wash was not even open from speaking to other neighbors they all had the same thing to say long waits bad service high prices rude owner. Was told by financial institution to contact owner to tell him to stop charging credit card no way to get in touch with owner because he did not take phone calls. Do not use this car wash.

Long post below. Short version, Kevin is an expert in paint correction and ceramic coating, two cars done and happy customer. I found KS detailing from a few forum car forum searches. My first interaction was back in 2019 for a Daytona Grey Audi s5. A previous detailer tried to polish the car and left a burn mark in the paint. Brought the car to Kevin and he examined the entire car and the burn mark and suggested how to move forward. This wasn’t my first ceramic coating and I have a pretty solid understanding of paint correction and coatings. As soon as he brought out a paint depth gauge I knew I was in the right place. Kevin knows his paint. We talked about the current state and agreed on full correction and he would try and fix the burn in. He didn’t oversell and never promised the burn mark could be fixed. Came a week later to a pristine car, paint corrected and burn mark removed. Coated in CarPro Cquartz Finest Reserve. Very happy with the outcome. Sold the 2019 and got a new 2024 Navarro Audi S5. Same experience this time. Kevin speaks with you, gets your requirements and makes recommendations. He doesn’t try to sell you on the highest package which is full pain correction and finest reserve. It’s what I wanted though. Navarro blue is a beautiful color but is very hard to maintain. It was 5 months old and covered in swirl marks, despite only being hand washed (though not properly) Paint correction is not something anyone can do properly to such an exacting degree. Kevin’s paint correction is meticulously done. Had the 2024 fully corrected and coated with Cquartz finest reserve agin. Pictures speak for themselves. As a final note on why you should trust Kevin with your car. Two hours after picking up the 2024 s5 someone backed into it’s a CVS parking lot. Scratches on a just perfectly corrected car. Issue is once polished out it would remove the coating. Kevin not only said he could fix it and re-coat the area (good 3 hours of work and curing time), he refused to take a dime from me. Go to Kevin if you want to feel like valued customer and receive top tier service.

Kevin had to do level 3 paint correction to fix this and made my car look better than ever. By far the best experience I've had with a detailing company. Hasan treats your car like it's one of his own, making sure it comes out to perfection every time. At first I was just going to him to get my car's exterior cleaned then one day he told me about paint correction & ceramic coating. He throughly informed me what it's meant for and the process behind it. After all the information he told me I said let's do it. He quoted me a VERY VERY FAIR PRICE for my e46 Zhp. After a few days of Hasan working on my car, he calls me and tells me it's ready. When I tell you the moment i saw my car i was amazed. It looked like it came fresh out the showroom! I'm very impressed by Hasan's work ethic and attention to detail. I would recommend anyone to Hasan, he is by far the best detailer in all of Long Island. What on earth did I pay $30+ for!? I bought the wash and shine package and this will be my first and last time coming here. Tons of dirt marks still left on the car, scratches on my A/C vents, one of my vent knobs they pushed hard on and now it’s loose. Dirt on seats, passenger side was plopped down on multiple times ( in front of me) and now I have a mark on it. The location is packed and they have a lot of workers but 45 minutes for a car wash is an absurd amount of time to wait for a bad time. The attendants ride your car HARD to bring it out , leave water marks on mats without drying them and not to mention if you have memory seating they’ll mess up your alignment.

Brand new got damaged due to non qualified workers. So I got my brand new Lexus three days ago. I went to this place like literally the first time. After they vacuum my car I could see clearly a lot of scratches on my screen. I told to the manager who himself called Fernando. He just said they never did it. His explanation is that they only vacuum the floor so whatever happened to screen is not their responsibility. Please avoid this place if you don’t want your car to be damaged.

I recently had a terrible experience at a car wash service. Upon arrival, I noticed employees smoking marijuana at the entrance, which was highly unprofessional and off-putting. Despite waiting for assistance, I had to approach the staff myself and ask for guidance on where to pay and pick my service. The initial communication was poor, but once I switched to Spanish, the employee seemed to understand better and directed me inside. I paid $44 for what I assumed would be a thorough cleaning service. However, I was extremely disappointed to find that my car had only been run through a basic carwash machine and dried off, without any of the additional cleaning services that were advertised. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the staff had the audacity to ask me what was wrong. I will certainly not be returning and cannot recommend this service to anyone.

I’m not sure what happened to this place in the last year, but the $31 basic inside/outside wash was a huge waste of money. I returned to a car that still had spots and dust all throughout the inside. There were still candy, wrappers and other garbage/debris left inside. both the inside and outside of the windows still had some weird filmy dirt on them. My doors were left wet with water dripping down them on the inside. They used to have 2 to 3 workers cleaning the interior after the car came out of the wash. Now they just seem to have one worker per car, which can explain the long wait time and inattention to detail. Why did they take away the tip box? They now want you to pay the worker directly. Is that money being split with the guys who do the vacuuming in the beginning? Needless to say, I am quite disappointed, and will not be returning to this business.

I had been communicating with TG Auto spa via Instagram regarding powder coating my wheels. For every question I asked, I got an answer in a very timely fashion. I never knew who I was communicating with but I was appreciative of their responsiveness. Always very kind and never seemed to waiver in their patience.... then it finally came time for me to powder coat my wheels. The turnaround time was decent and the results were well worth the wait. I finally got the pleasure of meeting Troy. In my opinion, he's the epitome of great customer service. Not only am I happy with my wheels, I get a lot of compliments. I will definitely be seeing him again for future projects.

Don’t recommend for tint. Got my car tinted by Troy ( 5 windows , sides and back). Every window had bubbles. See photo for example. Troy said that it’s from dust and that he can’t control dust. He offered to redo it but said that he couldn’t guarantee it’s going to by any different the second time. I took the car to a different place that fixed it. Also, cut sloppy left gap (see photo) and left scraps. Crap job overall.

My partner had used this location for many years with always flawless results. Life happened and we moved so it wasn't so convenient anymore. Last year we went back and there were spots missed (eg: had dead bugs on the car from driving upstate and they weren't all wiped off after the wash). We always got the deluxe package. Gave them another chance recently due to the otherwise stellar history. I was in a rush to get gas and head back home so I didn't look too closely when they gave me the keys back. After the car wash, I went across the street to get gas and then noticed how dirty the car was. I will say most people I spoke to were nice including the man who handed me the keys and the counter woman at the register. However, there were still so many bits left to be vacuumed. The central mirror wasn't even wiped down(there was a few smears). Everyone who was actually cleaning the cars seemed to be working so hard but I wonder if current management gives them less time per vehicle, hence the rushed job. Pretty disappointed for paying $90 for a deluxe job.
