I had been communicating with TG Auto spa via Instagram regarding powder coating my wheels. For every question I asked, I got an answer in a very timely fashion. I never knew who I was communicating with but I was appreciative of their responsiveness. Always very kind and never seemed to waiver in their patience.... then it finally came time for me to powder coat my wheels. The turnaround time was decent and the results were well worth the wait. I finally got the pleasure of meeting Troy. In my opinion, he's the epitome of great customer service. Not only am I happy with my wheels, I get a lot of compliments. I will definitely be seeing him again for future projects.

Don’t recommend for tint. Got my car tinted by Troy ( 5 windows , sides and back). Every window had bubbles. See photo for example. Troy said that it’s from dust and that he can’t control dust. He offered to redo it but said that he couldn’t guarantee it’s going to by any different the second time. I took the car to a different place that fixed it. Also, cut sloppy left gap (see photo) and left scraps. Crap job overall.

Stopped at this car wash because my car admittedly had a ton of bird poop on it. I simply wanted to knock what was on the car down and I wasn't expecting a perfect job for the posted price of $9. When I pulled up an employee stated that there was an up charge for the excessive amount of poop on the car and I agreed to the additional $5 dollar price increase . When it came time to pay I simply mentioned that the up charges should be displayed on the sign out front. He became very defensive about me saying that and stated that it was displayed on the sign out front that trucks are an additional cost and it's up to the owners discretion. Upon a second look at the sign it actually did say trucks suv are extra but using dark letters on a dark blue back ground..... As for the car was its what you would expect for the price and I don't drive anything fancy my only problem was the bait and switch style sign that was up to the owners " discretion" was a little scammy.

I had nothing but problems scheduling my appointment. It was constantly being changed by the detailer. This should have been my warning not to move forward with their services...but, I did. The job they did was just OK. I have tried 5 times to get an invoice for the amount I paid. Still waiting. I would NOT recommend this company for detailing services!!!

From the moment you walk in you are greeted and immediately taken care of. I took advantage of their ongoing sale for the Gold Package paint Correction and ceramic coating. Wanted to give my 2019 Jeep a facelift after its paint job was ruined by a supposed professional and used a brush to wash my car. I was blown away how great the paint job looked after these guys were done. The amount detail they put into every nook and cranny. I have dogs that sheds alot and they were able to get it all out. It was a 3 day job, I was beyond satisfied with the work. Its been couple weeks, drove it through and monsoon and still looking clean.

I absolutely love love love this place. I literally travel almost one hour each way just to bring my cars to this location. Nick is an absolute gem and amazing at what he does. I've been here at least 40-50 times to get my cars detailed and every time the car looks brand new. Their professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend bringing your cars here. Complete Detailers is a hidden gem in Farmingdale and am happy I found them. Had my brand new 2025 BMW X5 paint corrected and ceramic coated by Frank and Steve. Frank took the time to call me and explain the process. Being this was the first time I had this done to a vehicle I was nervous entrusting my new car to someone. He made me quite comfortable. All their positive reviews didn’t hurt as well. My car came out amazin! Frank kept me updated throughout the process. Both and he and Steve are personable guys and great to talk to. Just nasty. I'll admit, I called to see if they were open on a day it was set to rain. However, I just wanted my interior done. I have gotten my interior done by a car wash on days like this before, though not in this area. He was closed but he still met me there and did it and charged me an extra few bucks for the inconvenience. Not a difficult concept. THIS guy at this POS spot doesn't answer, sends a text and asks if he can help me. I ask and he responds, "common sense is a great thing." Whatever you think about my question, that's how you talk to your customers (Former customer)? No wonder the place looks the way it does.

Waiting room is safe and warm lol. All sorts of electrical gear with no locks on the boxes in the waiting room. Surprised no one has said anything. Paid $55 for VIP and they did a terrible job with that as well. Go to soak town in Baldwin. Would’ve done better job for less and has waiting room with coffee.

Thought I lost something very valuable and sentimental to me earlier this week. In an effort to retrace my steps, I thought of the shy possibility it fell off of me in my car and it might’ve accidentally been sucked up by the car wash vacuum. I called and spoke with Ira, the owner of Sunrise Car Wash, he immediately expressed a genuine concern for my situation and informed me he would be shutting down all of his vacuums to go through each of them to try to help me find it. After about a half hour of looking, Ira called me back and informed me that it unfortunately wasn’t in the vacuums, but that I was welcomed to come by and he would have all of his staff assist me in searching my entire car top to bottom to try to further help me find it, a step I didn’t take, but was so grateful for his offer to continue trying to help me. Thank God, after countless prayers to St. Anthony, my family and I located my valuable elsewhere. I make this review to say that it could’ve been so easy for Ira and his staff to rush me off the phone and not help me. I’m sure car washes are used to crazy phone calls all the time with hysterical people searching for prized possessions. The fact that they expressed a genuine concern for me and my valuable made me feel immediately at ease; I knew I was dealing with an honest and good business. Aside from the fact that they always do an excellent job cleaning my car after living in Merrick my whole life, I will definitely now be a customer for life! I cannot recommend this business enough. They have always cleaned mine and my family’s cars very carefully and thoroughly.

They did a decent job with the car wash, could’ve been more better, but for the price it was alright. Paid $30 for interior and exterior. Car smelled good, some car washes the car doesn’t have a good scent after but this place made my car smell good.

Amazing service! I had spilled bourbon in my car and wanted my seats cleaned. The cheapest I could find elsewhere was $160 for interior only or $350 for my whole car. Not only did Raxs beat those prices, they came to my house so no waiting in line! My car looks cleaner than the day I bought it, they were fast and friendly. Best of all, Richard was able to fix my trunk which wasn’t automatically opening anymore. He even showed me how to reset the fuse in case it happens again. Can’t recommend them enough!

I was told about this place from a friend who has a car detailing business. The quality of the soaps and waxes is superior to any products I have used before. I called Best I. class Autocare and asked if they could do an on the spot car inspection. I stated for only one car but I actually brought both vehicles to them. They did an amazing job. I visited this car wash recently and overall, it was a decent experience. When I arrived, one of the attendants came up quite abruptly to inform me that they wouldn’t take responsibility for any damage because of my slightly loose back bumper. Which comes out less then an inch due to a lose clip I found her approach a bit aggressive, as the issue is minor and easily managed with a piece of tape (which is usually what other places do) her approach could of been better . Aside from that, the rest of the staff were friendly and professional. I paid for the ‘super’ package around 34$ I believe , while the exterior of my car looked great, there were a few missed spots inside. I’d rate my experience a 7/10—good, but with room for improvement on attention to detail and customer interaction.

I’m not sure what happened to this place in the last year, but the $31 basic inside/outside wash was a huge waste of money. I returned to a car that still had spots and dust all throughout the inside. There were still candy, wrappers and other garbage/debris left inside. both the inside and outside of the windows still had some weird filmy dirt on them. My doors were left wet with water dripping down them on the inside. They used to have 2 to 3 workers cleaning the interior after the car came out of the wash. Now they just seem to have one worker per car, which can explain the long wait time and inattention to detail. Why did they take away the tip box? They now want you to pay the worker directly. Is that money being split with the guys who do the vacuuming in the beginning? Needless to say, I am quite disappointed, and will not be returning to this business.

Went for the first time today and it was easy to use. Free vacuum with a wash which is great. If it’s not so busy they will power wash your rubber mats. Then you can drive through the carwash which my daughter enjoyed. Friendly and helpful staff.

Glad to have a new business in Baldwin. Good car wash. However, in the drying area, there are often many open spots, but drivers choose to wait for occupied spots for some reason. It would be great if there is someone who could direct people into the open spots.

I absolutely had to write this review to give a huge THANK YOU to Anthony Capone and his beyond incredible team at North Star Auto Body!!! They truly go above and beyond to satisfy the customer! I picked up my car yesterday and almost shed tears to see her back in immaculate condition, even better than the day I took her home from the dealership! Unfortunately I was dealing with vandalism that occurred, I needed body work done by someone I could trust and would take care of my baby, like it belonged to them. The utmost attention was paid to every single detail of my car, nothing was missed at all, these guys are class act! The new paint job just sealed the deal, she is absolute perfection again! With respect to the whole process, Anthony and the team (Mike, Mary, etc.) handled all communication with my insurance company, which relieved a ton of stress, situations like this are crazy stressful! I brought my car in and they took care of every single thing, including securing me in a rental car so I could continue my days like normal. The entire North Star Auto Body team are respectable, polite, hassle free, extremely professional, knowledgeable, punctual, attentive… I could go on forever! Long Waits to get in not a lot of staff there to wash the vehicles. Once the owner gets your business your car won’t be washed the same every time. Signed up for unlimited monthly washes owner stated it’s unlimited but you should only come once or twice a month. Asked for my car to be washed inside was told by owner we will do it another time we are too busy we are only open until 4:45 everyday. Went back paid the extra money for my car to be cleaned inside mats were not washed inside of car was not wiped down the way it should have been. Down graded the service on my monthly plan due to bad service and paid the extra money to try and have my car cleaned inside this is the treatment received. Went today to try and give it another chance same treatment bad attitude outside of car also was not cleaned properly 05/06/24 owner walked away when he seen vehicle pull up to be washed left one person to clean outside of vehicle horrible job was done most likely intentionally. Work all day can only come after work was also told by owner to come earlier. Tried contacting owner no response to phone calls. Needless to say I will not be going back to this car wash very disappointed with the treatment received after being a customer. Owner is also very disrespectful to his customers has a very bad attitude which is why no employees stay working there and does not know how to run a business. I would leave them no stars if i could reviews do not enable you to have that option. Most of the reviews left on this site are from friends of the owner and were put up when wash was not even open from speaking to other neighbors they all had the same thing to say long waits bad service high prices rude owner. Was told by financial institution to contact owner to tell him to stop charging credit card no way to get in touch with owner because he did not take phone calls. Do not use this car wash.

I recently had a terrible experience at a car wash service. Upon arrival, I noticed employees smoking marijuana at the entrance, which was highly unprofessional and off-putting. Despite waiting for assistance, I had to approach the staff myself and ask for guidance on where to pay and pick my service. The initial communication was poor, but once I switched to Spanish, the employee seemed to understand better and directed me inside. I paid $44 for what I assumed would be a thorough cleaning service. However, I was extremely disappointed to find that my car had only been run through a basic carwash machine and dried off, without any of the additional cleaning services that were advertised. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the staff had the audacity to ask me what was wrong. I will certainly not be returning and cannot recommend this service to anyone.

Got an oil change here once. They did not put the oil cap back on securely and all the oil spilled out of my vehicle on the drive home. Almost like out of a comedy skit. Have never been back here since, although the car wash is ok.
