Update: the owner immediately reached out after my initial review. He was apologetic and appreciative of my business. A team of workers came this week to touch up anything that was overlooked the first time. My overall experience has certainly improved: good customer service, thorough follow-up, and consistent communication. Not worth it for the price. They were pleasant and came to me, so it was convenient. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they were there when they said they would be there. However, the work was mediocre. I probably could’ve done a better job myself, but I don’t have the time. I would’ve happily paid $100 for the job that was done but it was $239.

We have been leasing for the past 20 years and decided to buy our current vehicles out. The one problem we ran into is that we didn’t have a mechanic that we trusted. I had two different friends recommend Bison, so I decided to give them a call. They got me in the next day for a brake job on our 2021 Mazda. Bob was was great when I dropped it off in the morning, and Charlie was great when I picked it up. Pricing was very fair and I know they stand by their work. Nash did an outstanding job tinting my Audi. He managed to fit me in the very next day after we spoke. He recommended a 35% tint, which looks absolutely fantastic on my car! Nash was incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Not only did he tint my car, but they also gave it a complimentary wash since the job took a bit longer due to my car being new. That was an awesome touch! A big shout-out to his two employees as well—they were both knowledgeable and courteous, making the entire tinting process seamless. Even though I’m from out of town, I will definitely return here for all my detailing needs whenever I'm back in the area.

I would recommend them to anyone. Nash did an awesome job with the window tints on my truck. They got me on the schedule fast, the price was great and the installation looks flawless. The tint film is very high quality, they are manufacturer certified and use a computer cutting machine for a perfect fit. I first came in to get my car detailed, he did an absolutely fantastic job doing an interior cleaning. Definitely a bang for its buck. After that he mentioned he’s a mechanic as well. I went to him to get brand new brakes, and he also got my fluids flushed and replaced. He did an absolutely amazing job, the car ruins smoother and it feels a whole lot better. Originally got my paint corrected last year with a ceramic coating which was fantastic, went back for an undercoating and it was done extremely well. No overspray, and the underside looks brand new and stayed protected all winter! Just got the ceramic coating deep cleaned and it’s looking fantastic! On behalf of my husband! Terrible Service. I reached out to Chris on Sunday morning via phone call. I had inquired about getting a full interior and exterior done. He told me the price for what I’m looking for was $179. I own my own painting company and advised it’s a work truck with some paint on the interior that is easily able to come off with cleaner or scraped by a finger nail. He told me no problem. He was willing to come out on Sunday between 5-6 pm. He text me at 6:30 saying he had a flat tire. He arrived around 7:20pm. When he arrived, I asked if he’d have enough time because it would be getting dark. He assured me he would have enough time. At 9:48 in the pitch black he finished. I walked around the vehicle but couldn’t see due to darkness and I told him I would check it out in the morning. The next morning I walked around the car with my wife, and it was definitely far from expectations. The interior was just wiped down with a cloth, interior barely vacuumed or wiped down (driver side leather seat was cleaned only because he called me over to look at it in the process). I Reached out to him Monday morning, told him I was not satisfied and he was immediately combative before we even discussed my concerns or specifics stating if I wanted him to come out he could adjust the price accordingly “ in the event I’m knit picking “. He agreed to come out Tuesday by 1:30 pm. Tuesday came, at 8 am he reached to me and said “ I know it’s not perfect and we can meet up and go over it together”. 1:43 pm I text him a “?” Because I hadn’t heard from him. He finally responded at 7:08 pm, I asked for a refund instead of coming back to redo the car. I stated I have everything documented from pics and text messages and I feel taken at this point in which he stated “I will not agree to a refund regardless you can have it all documented all you want I had a family member just die sir, end of discussion, if you are going to be that ignorant of a human being I will never do business with you and you can take your precious car somewhere else and you own a business and it goes both ways IF YOU WANT TO TAKE IT TO THAT”. “Let the court know you looked at the car when I left and you said it was good to go” (mind you it’s pitch black and I advised him I’d double check in the morning when it’s light out. ) he ended up blocking me after he sent that message.

I had an interior deep cleaning done, and it when I picked up my car, it exceeded my expectations. The service was very professional. Scheduling was easy. I just dropped off my car, and picked it back up in a few hours. It was easy and the end product was better than any dealership or local car wash chain has done. His prices are fair, and he goes beyond the agreed upon services. He buffed out scratches and worked on my headlights too. My car looked great inside and out. I was extremely pleased with my car wash and detail at Bubble Boy on Transit Road. The detailers were very fastidious and conscientious in making sure windows were spotless, door jambs & rocker panels shined, and tires/ wheels gleamed. The car body looked better than a showroom vehicle! To top it off, the owner Calvin, thoroughly inspected every inch of the car inside and out for quality assurance. Some car washes say they “kiss” your car but at Bubble Boy they HUG IT profusely! The real bonus was the reasonable price that I paid for the exceptional detail. I will definitely make Bubble Boy my only car wash!

I went to this location not realizing they were about to close. I nice gentleman said we will be right with you (Joe P) shortly I was inside then was greeted by MavKenzie B with a smile. Did an over all on lights and breaks. Then Joe came, explained products. Both of these employees were the best. Above and beyond even though I was the last client. I would highly recommend them. I do hope they get rewarded for there hard work. Not only was my car taken care of but explained what choices I had and reason to use a product. Awesome business! Q always makes sure my car is perfect every time I take it there. I have gotten 35% tints done with a 5% sun-strip. Does a fantastic job at taking care of the interior of my car as well. Got 2 of my cars done here for an interior cleaning, as well as doing an extraction clean of my 2 front seats. Always looks brand new when he’s done. Definitely a very knowledgeable person. 10/10 recommend. Will be coming back in the future for sure!

I very rarely give reviews good or bad but I had to make an exception for Matt at M and w was referred to Matt after asking the North Buffalo Facebook page if anyone can recommend a mobile mechanic or local mechanic. And Matt was referred to me. I reached out to him that day. I told him about the problems I need fixed on two of my vehicles. He was able to give me an estimate that included parts and labor and one that just included labor hours. Within minutes of talking to him.And from the very first conversation there was never no BS dealing with him. He was able to work around my schedule and understood I couldn't go without my vehicle for more than one day. Matt was able to do a complete break rotor and caliper job on both axles of my 2005 Chevy trailblazer. By the time I was done shopping when I drop the car off to him after hours. He works in a very timely matter, and his prices beat all other shops I called for estimates after speaking with him.He doesn't try to upsell or generate more work but he will tell you if he notices something should be fixed but doesn't try to scare you into getting it fixed immediately like most mechanics. He picks up when you call the first time, he does what he says he's going to do, and he does it all in a very timely matter. He doesn't cut corners and was a professional about every aspect of service he provides. I would recommend matt at M and W Auto repairs to anyone looking for a trustworthy, honest, professional, affordable mechanic. He is proficient at his job and it shows when you get your car back. I've never dealt with a mechanic like that before. He is honestly one of a kind. I know I will be bringing my business to him and hopefully this review helps anyone looking for a mechanic in the Buffalo area like I was. Like I said there was never any BS dealing with it. Totally don’t recommend going here for undercoating. Missed some spots on rear of my truck and the whole front frame section. Brought to his attention and he either says spray missed spots or partial refund but wouldn’t compensate a little bit for the gas and my time driving back and forth when he’s 45 minutes from my house. 1/5 for me. Don’t recommend to anyone.

Nick has been very communicative, very professional, and very patient, as we had to reschedule our appointment a couple of times before we could get in. Service was great!
