These guys were very professional and did a great job. Took my wife's Ford Explorer with 3rd row seats to them for an interior cleaning prior to leaving for a vacation. They gave me a quote and stayed right within that range even though the job ended up taking them longer than they had anticipated. And no, that part wasn't on them. Our SUV was a bit worse off than we assumed because although we don't allow our dogs in that particular vehicle, we had tracked quite a bit of their hair into it on our clothes the last 3 years of ownership. I'm also sure there were all types of sticky surfaces and cup holders from our children as much as we try to limit eating in the truck. These guys didn't flinch though, they didn't call us complaining, and didn't raise the price because of it. They just knuckled down and handled it. They even stayed a little late so we could pick the truck up and pay them. All in all a great experience and here's the best part for us.... the price was anywhere from $80-$200 cheaper than the other 3 places we called in the area. No disrespect to the other shops because we've have great work done at their establishments as well but we weren't disappointed giving Protection Auto a chance for what we ended up paying. Thanks again gentlemen!

We just picked up our family Kia telluride that is the chariot for our four young, messy children —and we are shook by how perfectly they restored everything. This car was filled with every type of grime, chocolate, milk splatters, french fry mush, melted candy, banana peel etc…you get the picture. And these guys got it allllll. Not a trace. So impressed and grateful!! Not even expensive, so reasonably priced. And the guys were kind and didn’t make us feel judged 🤣 will be repeat customers for sure.

Paid 10$ It sprayed my truck with soap then stopped and wouldn’t go again. Had to move the arms to be able to get out of it. The number is out of service. Never go here

I rarely post reviews but in the case I absolutely had to! To characterize the interior of our truck as a disaster is an understatement. This vehicle is truly a utility vehicle and it has the dirt to prove it! I found Tommy's Car Wash and Auto Detailing on line and the Express Cleaning looked like a perfect option and it was, the interior looks like new! The team was so nice and the service was exceptional. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them!

Anthony and his crew did an amazing job on my wife's 7 year old car. When Anthony finished it looked like it just came from the showroom. The inside looked amazing, dirt and stains and pet hair gone. Lux Auto did an amazing job on my car! They are extremely reasonable with the price considering the amount of dog hair that was in my car! Anthony and his crew were extremely polite and professional. My car hasn’t looked this good since I got it 8 years ago. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because there were some streaks left on my windshield that I didn’t see till I drove away and when cleaning the windows (which was done amazingly. I couldn’t believe how clear they were) they didn’t put the windows down and clean the top edge. Honestly though, the amount of work they did was superb. My car was there all day, but I wish I had before pictures to show how dirty it really was! My husband was even impressed by how clean they got my tire rims! My beautiful car is now ready to drive me to my vacation destination. I will certainly come back to Lux and will recommend them to friends! ** I have updated this rating to 5 stars due to Anthony being amazing and offering me a free wash. I honestly should have given 5 stars to begin with because I still can’t believe how clean my car is lol. Yes there were a few streaks and the tops of the windows weren’t done but that is just nit picking compared to everything else that was done exceptionally! As mentioned earlier I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Customer service is poor at the Binghamton location...the over priced interior detail was inadequately done. The console and shift panel were hardly touched and the trunk wasn't touched at all. When asked about the trunk, sales person Eric said it's not included in the detail. Why the heck not?!? For $300+ the truck should have been shampooed and cleaned. They attempted to vacuum it to satisfy me, but little did I realize when I sat in the car and started to look, there lacks attention to detail. The seats were so soaked I had to drive home with a blue bag over the seat. Is that normal?? When called to complain, they were disrespectful on the phone and dismissive to the fact they did a poor job. My seats are stained and ruined, and when brought to the owners attention, the owner replied with "you brought us a filthy car, we did what we could. " Poor excuse for a company who specializes in details. Furthermore, this interior job took literally all day, from 8am-4pm. Will not go back and won't be referring to any friends. Photos attached are the after images Update: Corporate is unable to do anything because these are independent franchise owners. Therefore, the comments on all the 1-star reviews to call corporate are furile because they fall upon deaf ears. Will be reporting them to the BBB

Have spent over $1000 on their rust proofing packages and every year they continue to spray the undercoat over areas with rust. Supposed to clean those areas first which they never have leaving the undercoat falling off the frame and speeding up the oxidation process. The rust protection that they applied on the inside, bottom of the doors has also never been inspected and now corroded. Ziebart wont warranty it as it’s considered surface rust, even though it’s under, and hidden by their rust protective coating. The manager told me a rock must have got between the door and rocker panel on all 4 doors, but somehow the rocker panel has no scratches. When I attempted to claim this issue officially, the manager said I have voided my warranty. They provided me a print out of my last 3 inspections that were past the +/- 60 day window and said they can fix the issue for x-amount per door. I was informed I should be grateful for the offer to fix my doors at a discount with my warranty being conveniently voided right then. Since 2020, I have verified every time when scheduling my annual inspection my warranty would not be affected as I’ve called months in advance. My annual receipts also showed the so called “touch ups” were covered under my warranty code. Again, now that is voided the moment I request a claim. This seems to be a tactic that I’ve heard is used and now have experienced. Attempting to contact corporate to assist has done nothing as the location is a privately owned franchise and they will only send your information and concerns to the Binghamton location which accomplishes nothing. I highly recommend everyone does their own extensive research and about the products used and fully inspect your vehicle if you already are a customer taking photos at every step. The photos show what’s left along with a plug I found from a hole they drilled originally. Didn’t notice it until rust formed around it.

Free vacuum cleaners that do an amazing job! The attendants helped us pay quickly and we went right in. We had forgotten to remove two car magnets so he got them and handed them to us. We didn't have to wait. The car looked squeaky clean afterwards.

I’ve been to this car wash many many times I have a monthly subscription pulled in with my jeep today and I just assumed I did not have to tell them to turn off the top spinners so they don’t hit my light bar on my raised 2020 jeep wrangler Rubicon, well they did not so I had to hit my brakes and honk my horn. They got me past the first spinner, and the second spinner turned on. I had to hit the brakes again ..I’m sure there’s a lot of cars that go through that car wash ,You would think they would remember a raised bright yellow Jeep which one of a kind in this area ,they would remember one simple request . The manager did apologize but come on!!!! We pay alot for our vehicles and for your membership . I will mention it every time for now on, I guess!!😤

Sometimes you just stumble across the right business when searching for a service on line. I contacted Washingtons Auto Detailing yesterday and they were in my driveway today making my vehicle look like brand new. I have had vehicles detailed before but I have never seen anyone take this much pride in their work. Lacks professionalism is my main concern here! He took my vehicle to Hoffmann car wash in vestal after having my vehicle for 1.5 days and using it for his personal use to stay at a motel and go to Old Frair Inn! Not to mention, he failed to clean doors and cup holders! And after quoting $125, they said the car was pretty clean already so it would be $150. . . How the hell does that make any sense! 100% would recommend you go else where!

Brought my 2004 Silverado here in 2017 when I first bought it. Previous owners were smokers and the inside cab had that smoke smell as well as some stains from the smoke. Mike cleaned the entire interior, got all of the stains out and the smell. The truck looked spotless and it blew my expectations out of the park. 6 years later I had him clean everything, interior/exterior/engine.. I still cannot get over how new my 19 year old truck looks! The attention to detail is next level, even my air vents are spotless! Mike clearly takes extreme pride in his work.

I went here today to wash my dog and vacuum my car! Love that the vacuums are free! That helps me tremendously. The dog wash was great except it took a long time for the water to get warm which sucks because I paid for the 10 minute wash! The wet dog vacuum is AMAZING helps get the hair dried faster and gets some of the loose fur out! Love coming here for my car too but didn’t need it today!

Not sure about how well the clean, but the technicians need to be educated about obstructing handicapped parking spots. Under no circumstances should it be acceptable for them to park across disabled spots especially when there are other places to park and still be able to do their job

Reason for the low review is the manager or employee very rude doesn’t know how to talk to people I also observed the way she treated her workers very unprofessional her name is Renee. I was going there often Elias was working at that time there very pleasant and excellent customer service. When I asked Renee where was the worker named Elias she responded I fired him. That is an unprofessional of her response. You need a manager who knows how to deal with customers as well employees.

The Splash Car Wash in Johnson City, New York is a great car wash. The process of getting my car washed is made very simple. The machinery leaves me with outstanding results and if there was a problem the Johnson CityTeam members will figure it out. I am extremely happy with the results , my car just sparkles. My only suggestion would be to be to have air at the cleaning stations.

I’ve been to this car wash three times. The first two times I got the mid-tier wash and the results were wholly unremarkable. The most recent time, I got the basic wash. My car exited quite dirty, as you can see in the photos attached. There were streaks of dirt all around, and even a spider web still attached to the recessed area where my license plate is. I sent an email to the owners and have not heard back. Disappointing. I will not be using it again.
