When someone says they can take your car and make it look like new... Well, he can. This is the best wash and wax and detail I've ever experienced. I don't want to recommend him, because it will be more difficult for me to get in, but he deserves all the praise I can give.

Very high quality and professional level detailing. I did’t even recognize my car at first when I picked it up. For reference I dropped off a 2014 Jetta than had been completely slimed between multiple camping trips and three dogs. I picked up what looked like a brand new car off the factory floor. The price may be a little concerning at first, but I can guarantee you are getting a level of service beyond what you are paying. Roberto was very professional and kept me updated on job progress and options, as well as things they found while detailing the vehicle. I can’t say enough good things. Very happy and pleased with the service.

My 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan was stolen and recovered. It was in bad condition and smelled like an ashtray. After a bad interaction with another detailer in town, I spoke to Tony at Elite Auto, lucky me! No only did they clean the car inside and out but kept an eye on it while I was out of town. The car was returned to sparkling clean condition inside and out and they managed to remove all the bad smells! Tony and Savannah were so professional and kind, it felt like family taking care of not only my car, but me too! I cannot recommend them enough. They did a great job on my car detail! The one thing that really put me off was being told I would be paying a certain price and getting the awkward tip prompt at the end. If prices need to be higher I'm fine with that but I left feeling like I was expected to subsidize their employees pay.

What a disappointing and rather sexist experience. I brought my car in for detailing and help with mold growing after a poorly replaced windshield led to a leak and mold damage. Bryan's originally gave me a $600 estimate to replace the carpet and treat the car for mold, and I was planning to pay out of pocket. Then I decided to file an insurance claim. Once Bryan's found out I was filing an insurance claim, a $600 estimate ballooned to $4900. They had the car for over a week. After I got the car back, I realized there was still mold in the backseat. Even though they'd charged hundreds of dollars to replace the carpet, they did NOT replace the carpet where there was active mold. They also did not clean the floor mats, which had visible green mold. I decided to poke around after taking a good look at the invoice. After charging to change the air filter, I pulled out the filter myself. The "new" filter was full of dried leaves and mouse droppings. (Image included) I called back, was told the car was just fine, was talked over, and was hung up on after I said, "I am speaking. Will you please stop talking over me? Are you fleecing me because I'm a woman?" Absolutely ridiculous. I had to get the insurance adjuster involved to talk to the shop. After another round (this time bringing a man with me for support and giving Bryan's a list of what had not been completed), Bryan's finally replaced the carpet and floor mats. Two stars because they finally finished the job. I would not recommend this place to a single woman - the men at Bryan's don't seem to think women are smart enough to catch their glaring errors and obvious overcharges.

This place was AWESOME. Jaime did an incredible job. My vehicle looks better than when I bought it! I had not cleaned the inside of my car in over a year. Jaime cleaned the motor. He somehow got rid of all the dog hair. He took great care with every detail. His price was half of what most places in town charge. And to top it all off he was so kind. Wow, Henry did a great job detailing my 19 year old Subaru interior and engine! Looks and feels great! Appreciate that there is no chemical scent lingering. The only bummer was that my radio stopped working the day after. Could be a coincidence but maybe had to do with the humidity from cleaning and the freezing temperature that night and the age of the car. Henry made things right by refunding me the price of replacing the radio plus some! Good business man! Will go back and have told all my friends!

I had high expectations when taking our car there for a full squeaky clean wash. We paid for the full works. When we were told our vehicle was done we noticed that there were areas in the car that they didn't touch. We had to go back to the vacuuming station so they could vacuum the parts they didn't do. I got the impression that it was more about the quantity of vehicles they can "service" than the actual quality of the work being done.

I give them a one star because the machines washed the outside good but this will be my last time going here I spend over $56 for my truck to be cleaned and they said they did a full wipe down they didn’t wipe or clean anything I talked to two different ppl and they said it’s extra and they don’t scrub sticky stuff which wasn’t sticky at all never again!! A little bit of effort will go a long way.. Waste of money… save your money and take business else where

Had a trailer attached and they were able to change the oil without having to unhitch. Trailer was full and didn't have a jack, so their setup made it ideal. We were very well treated with outstanding customer service, and while I was offered a number of additional upsells, I didn't feel pressured or argued with. When things started getting busy, they opened a second lane, and while you may end up having to wait a bit, I would consider it worth it. Even the manager was out working. Prices were competitive, and I was well informed about the cost of services before they were performed.

Drove my dually over there to get it washed. Saturday afternoon at 6pm and I didn't have to wait long. They have 4 bays and all can accommodate big trucks. One of them has a sign saying cash only but mine took the credit card just fine. I did $10 which gave me 13+ minutes. Did presoak, foam, wash and post treatment spray and used up just the $10. The wash was excellent and my dually looks a lot cleaner now. One downside: the driveway to come out is narrow and there are vehicles using vacuums in the way. I could've made the turn but decided to back out instead. Not a good option on busy days so I can see that being a minor issue. Overall a great experience. Will be back

Went through the automatic wash and paid 12 dollars for the ultimate wash. It used a foam wax and after it used very little water to remove the foam. My car was still full of foam after the wash completed. It didn't remove the dirt from the sides of the doors. Horrible auto wash. I went to the car wash on West Alameda to wash right after.

Our Subaru outback suffered from one of those unknown parking lot dents on our right front fender, and based upon reviews, I called Christian here to see if he could fix it. Christian has worked on my Range Rover twice now and I wish that I had found him years ago! Not only was meeting Mike a miracle (at AutoZone), but he continued to pull rabbits and other miracles out of hats from meeting, to finding a time slot for me asap, to getting parts needed immediately like magic, to truly servicing my '04 Jeep Cherokee 4x4's needs for safety and function, to both Mike and Jerome remaining determined, professional, resourceful and available well past 10:30pm night before July 4th to finish the job. I love this car wash! Worth the price, it cleans my car very well, and leaves little to NO residue on my black rims!!!!! Compared to other places. Free vacuum for members but even if you have to pay it suctions very well, no complaints. My only suggestion is that other car washes have an automated or manual mat cleaning station for automated cars washes. But definitely not a deal breaker. I will be back weekly here at Bell Car Wash.

Update February 9, 2025: Champion Xpress paid the total at the Paint & Body shop. They also refunded my credit card for the initial carwash price after I asked a few times. DAMAGE WARNING with pictures: I took my brand new 2025 Mazda of less than one month to Champion Xpress on January 8 2025. I bought the top tier package which stated it included waxing and, more importantly, a pre-soak. There appeared to be no pre-soaking to 90% of my car– the washing device came down on my dry car with nothing but foamy suds. Now my car has more damage on it than my 10 year old trade in. My trade in had been to many automatic washes before and I’ve never had this issue. The quote to fix the damage is $1088.00, which includes buffing out the scratches (hopefully) and replacing the trim that is gouged. I filed a damage report immediately at the car wash and immediately documented this with pictures as well. The manager spent a moment looking at my car and then went back inside without saying much else other than, “this didn’t happen today though right?” (it was maybe 45 minutes prior), and then, “I’ll have my employee handle a damage report.” When I brought up the lack of pre-soaking as the likely culprit, I was told by the employee that they don’t use as much water because they have a specialized PH system instead. I was told probably 6-8 weeks before any kind of response from the damage report. *The only personal opinion I’ll state is that 6-8 weeks for merely a response is not acceptable from a reputable business and I feel people need to be aware of my experience here. I will provide any updates here to this situation

Today I got a car wash. The attendant said I could get unlimited washes for the month for the same price as a single wash. I figured it was unlikely that I would get another wash, especially since this location is out of my way, but I figured “why not?”. It wasn’t until after I acquiesced that he disclosed that this was part of a monthly subscription that would auto-renew. I then asked him to cancel and revert to a one-time wash. He said he couldn’t do so, but that I could cancel online immediately. I tried to do so multiple times after leaving the car wash, but my profile wasn’t recognized by the system. I then tried calling customer service, but after 20 minutes on hold, was told that no representative was available. The experience felt predatory, if not borderline fraudulent. The actual car wash, by the way, was decent. UPDATE: a voice mail was returned (on the same day) by a Champion rep, and my membership was promptly cancelled, which I appreciated. The rep let me know that I couldn’t in fact cancel immediately online because subscribers’ profiles don’t enter the system for 48 hours, and he confirmed that the attendant had no way of cancelling once the transaction was consummated. Still would be good practice for attendants to let folks know in advance that they are selling a subscription. I may be in the minority, but I had no idea that car wash subscriptions were a thing. Anyway, due to the surprisingly competent follow-up service, I am upgrading this to a 2-star review.
