When someone says they can take your car and make it look like new... Well, he can. This is the best wash and wax and detail I've ever experienced. I don't want to recommend him, because it will be more difficult for me to get in, but he deserves all the praise I can give.

We scratched the clearcoat on both sides of our car. I tried to improve the look with rubbing compound and wax to no avail. We took the car to Elite auto detailing and they assured us they could make the finish look better. We were not disappointed. The car looks fantastic and the scratches are invisible. I went to get my windows tinted for my truck and definitely loved it ! They were super helpful & give you advice/recommendation if you are unsure of how dark to go on the tint. I highly recommend them! They did very clean work ! And are very friendly!

I found Roberto of Xtreme Polish Auto Detail thru a collision company, who recommended him to fix my car scratches. I met up with him yesterday, where he gave me a quote. I dropped off the car today at the appointed time. He called me to give me an update and he stayed after hours to finish the job and have me come pick it back up same day. I could not be more pleased with the quality of care and workmanship. Roberto went above and beyond with the detail work, the buffing out of scratches, the filling of some rock dents/chips on various parts of my car, particularly the hood and rear bumper. I have a feeling he also did more things than he had time to tell me when I picked up the vehicle. I also learned a lot about hard water stains on my windows, how mud was caked on all my door jams, how the touch up paint I provided was not an exact match after all, and the list goes on and on. If your car is your investment, then going to see Xtreme Polish Auto Detail is worth every single penny. Very high quality and professional level detailing. I did’t even recognize my car at first when I picked it up. For reference I dropped off a 2014 Jetta than had been completely slimed between multiple camping trips and three dogs. I picked up what looked like a brand new car off the factory floor. The price may be a little concerning at first, but I can guarantee you are getting a level of service beyond what you are paying. Roberto was very professional and kept me updated on job progress and options, as well as things they found while detailing the vehicle. I can’t say enough good things. Very happy and pleased with the service.

They did a great job on my car detail! The one thing that really put me off was being told I would be paying a certain price and getting the awkward tip prompt at the end. If prices need to be higher I'm fine with that but I left feeling like I was expected to subsidize their employees pay.

This place was AWESOME. Jaime did an incredible job. My vehicle looks better than when I bought it! I had not cleaned the inside of my car in over a year. Jaime cleaned the motor. He somehow got rid of all the dog hair. He took great care with every detail. His price was half of what most places in town charge. And to top it all off he was so kind. I’m telling all my friends and family to go here.

I had seen a few reviews about El Dorado Auto Detailing so I decided to give it a try! Jaime and his staff are amazing! My car looked like new. The engine was spotless, great for deterring rodents in our area. He removed the dog hair from 3 dogs cleaned under my seats and put the contents in a bag for me. When I looked in the bag there was a $20 bill that they found under the seat. I was so impressed with their honesty and integrity. Thank you Jaime and his great crew! I am a customer for life and will reccomend you to everyone! Our community is lucky to have such a great business in our midst.

What a disappointing and rather sexist experience. I brought my car in for detailing and help with mold growing after a poorly replaced windshield led to a leak and mold damage. Bryan's originally gave me a $600 estimate to replace the carpet and treat the car for mold, and I was planning to pay out of pocket. Then I decided to file an insurance claim. Once Bryan's found out I was filing an insurance claim, a $600 estimate ballooned to $4900. They had the car for over a week. After I got the car back, I realized there was still mold in the backseat. Even though they'd charged hundreds of dollars to replace the carpet, they did NOT replace the carpet where there was active mold. They also did not clean the floor mats, which had visible green mold. I decided to poke around after taking a good look at the invoice. After charging to change the air filter, I pulled out the filter myself. The "new" filter was full of dried leaves and mouse droppings. (Image included) I called back, was told the car was just fine, was talked over, and was hung up on after I said, "I am speaking. Will you please stop talking over me? Are you fleecing me because I'm a woman?" Absolutely ridiculous. I had to get the insurance adjuster involved to talk to the shop. After another round (this time bringing a man with me for support and giving Bryan's a list of what had not been completed), Bryan's finally replaced the carpet and floor mats. Two stars because they finally finished the job. I would not recommend this place to a single woman - the men at Bryan's don't seem to think women are smart enough to catch their glaring errors and obvious overcharges.

I purchased the membership. The membership purchase goes a long way if you have to wash your car frequently as I do because I live in a dusty mountainous environment. The 2 managers Destiny & Juice are very accommodating/friendly cordial to the customer as well as the other staff.The car wash is maintained kept clean with accommodating complimentary interior exterior cleaners available. It was great, except for a longer wait than I expected. I was directed to the line that was shortest, offered a beverage, and checked on to see if I needed more. When it was my turn, the oil change was done quickly, and I was even given a coupon for a free car wash!

I give them a one star because the machines washed the outside good but this will be my last time going here I spend over $56 for my truck to be cleaned and they said they did a full wipe down they didn’t wipe or clean anything I talked to two different ppl and they said it’s extra and they don’t scrub sticky stuff which wasn’t sticky at all never again!! A little bit of effort will go a long way.. Waste of money… save your money and take business else where

I paid for a full detail extra from what was even on the menu. I left and called an hour later they told me the car was ready. I came back it wasn’t ready the car had not been detailed as requested. They told me they didn’t have enough help then changed the story to the guy was on lunch, then changed the story again tk something else. They refunded me the part for the detail and I was planning to leave with just a plain wipe down. Then they told me they could do it they needed another hour. Two hours later I came back they still were not finished. I waited another 10 minutes. I made the mistake of not checking the back of the car. As you can see from the photos: They didn’t bother to vacuum or wipe down the back at all. This place used to be great, I will not be going back. I called them as I had to leave to ask for a refund and they didn’t ever call me back. I live two hours away so it was a total bust.

I’m a travel nurse working hard to help hospitals with shortages. My last assignment was UVA, Charlottesville, VA. I drove to Santa Fe and along the way collected a lot of bug guts on windows and bumper. These guys HAND WASHED my Pilot clean. I do not have a before pic…sorry

I had a loaner from Mercedes for 3 weeks, and, I could not leave my best 4 legged friend alone, so, the loaner was filthy dirty from weekend hiking trips up to witness the Aspen transition to rainy weather and dirty roads accumulating into a typical filthy car with tons of dog hair. When I got the surprise call that my car was ready to pick up, I had to move fast. I called around frantic to find someone who could accommodate me immediately, and, transform for the mess I'd made into "LIke New Condition" and do it all in an hour. Nacho's did. Professional and produced beyond my expectation. I was even able to walk down and enjoy a dish at Piccolinos that I can't get anywhere else, Linguine in a Red Clam Sauce, THE Best. So, Nacho's get's an 11 on a 1-10 scale. Call' Nacho's 1st when it's your time for expert detailing, and make a date and to lunch at Piccolinos

Extreme Twist of Santa Fe did a supremely good job on my car! I am sooo pleased. KIA had sent me to MasterCraft Collision. The estimate there was three times more expensive than ExtremeTwist. I still have that estimate as a reminder. Perhaps Kia gets a cut for the customers they sent to MasterCraf? I've been going to Extreme Twist for longer than two years and I will Not go anywhere else. This post does not even deserve a one. We took our truck in to get a car wash only. We had Valuables worth $530. In the center consul of our truck. It was gone after that car wash. Call the police. They said there’s nothing on video. There’s nothing they can do. if you value Your personal belongings I advise you to not go here.

Went through the automatic wash and paid 12 dollars for the ultimate wash. It used a foam wax and after it used very little water to remove the foam. My car was still full of foam after the wash completed. It didn't remove the dirt from the sides of the doors. Horrible auto wash. I went to the car wash on West Alameda to wash right after.

This was a great experience. I needed a shop that could get my Ram in right away and these guys got me in asap. The dealer wanted me to wait 2 months, which wasn’t going to happen. Cutting Edge got the diagnostic testing done the same day I dropped it off. The work only took a couple of days and they kept me in the loop with a call each afternoon to keep me informed. I appreciated the updates and the clean quick work. They had me back on the road super fast. I highly recommend this shop.

Amazing customer service. Broke down in Santa Fe and they were able to diagnose and get the parts shipped in and had us on the road same day. One of the employees even drove us from the shop to hotel we were staying at as well as picked us up when the truck was done as we had no other transportation.
