First time coming to Suds Up and I was extremely satisfied even after the 20-25 min wait. I was greeted by a young gentleman who asked what level of car wash I wanted and if I wanted my free vacuum token and complimentary air freshener. Then, 6 other young guys washed my car. They were all friendly, serviceable, and paid great attention to detail while washing my vehicle. In the end, I had a couple suds spots but nothing a wipe down couldn't get. I'm glad I choose Suds Up to wash my car - will be going back to them from now on. My vehicle looks amazing!

Jesse is a nice guy but the job was done half ass. There was bug residue still on the front bumper and grill, black marks left on the rear, wax residue left in cracks and dirt still around the letters on the doors and locks. Sloppy job for $450!!

I went to get the eyebrow on my vehicle tinted at this place and they did a terrible job. The guy tried twice to put it on and both times left it looking pretty bad. Also left the trim all dirty. After waiting 4 hours for the job to be completed he was so embarrassed of the job he didn’t even charge me. I think his name is Luis.

After washing my car I was attempting to pull in next to a vacuum so I could give it a quick dry and to get out of the way of the people behind me. AS I WAS PULLING IN, an older man in a big red Chevy pulled in right in front of me. The man got out and began pulling quarters out of the vacuums and doing other work. So apparently he is an employee. Message received, my business is not welcome there. That's ok. Lots more care washes around town.

First time here and the staff seems nice. I used the automated car wash and some bugs stayed on, but staff will come out and wipe down your car which removed almost all of the bugs that stayed on. Definitely will be back.

That was one of the best and least expensive car washes I’ve had. Typically in California you’ll pay $8 and no one ever touches your car. These guys scrubbed it and then you go inside for the automated portion. They then scrub it again after you get the precast. I was impressed and my little rental car is super clean.

The manager was completely out of line, telling me my unlimited car wash is now limited. Even saying he was going to cancel my sticker for going through again. How when I pay for it? I told him you can’t do that, he said “yes I can, watch me. I’m the manager!” They’re just allowed to do that? When half the time I go in it’s either broken or I’ve gotten stuck in it. Yes I’m going to go back through it when the wash doesn’t clean my car properly. I’m so happy to be canceling my membership.

Spent $30 dollars on a Premier wash and cleans absolutely nothing on my vehicle. Dirt just spread everywhere, and the lady assisting me didn't even give me a moment to view my options before rushing me through the car line when I had interest in a membership. Poor service and was extremely unhelpful. She saw my car dirty and half done but didn't even offer a second wash when it could be more obvious the wash was below subpar.

It was a little bit run down but for $10 I was able to wash my truck in half of my RV. They have one bag that’s for really tall vehicles and the vending machine takes credit cards.

The place is trashed. Looks like it was purchased and abandoned by the franchisee. Vacuums didn't work , alot were missing nozzles . The single BASIC car wash is 18 dollars and the premier is $30 dollars . The carpet cleaner is inop with the cord missing it's connector. DO NOT COME HERE

If I could give zero stars I would. I stopped going here a few months ago because the water constantly leaves spots on my dark colored car. Today, I have them another chance. Their card machine wasn’t working, they had to bring their new ipad decide out to me where I was promoted a sale longer than I wanted to, I get up to the actual wash and the “pre wash” was nothing more than a brush over to put suds on the car. In the machine the scrubber that comes down to get the hood and windshield didn’t work so when I finished my wash I still had bugs everywhere on my windshield. I told the guy afterwards and he let me go through a second time where he still didn’t hardly do the prewash. This time I knew there were still bugs on my windshield but I couldn’t bother with a third time. I’ve disputed the charge on my credit card as services were basically not provided. I get home and look at the outside of my car all around and it looks dirtier than before I went through TWICE. Don’t go here unless you wanna pay for someone to dirty your car more.

Great experience with Matt’s service on my Porsche. It is a non-metallic red that shows dirt and imperfections very clearly, but with Matt’s great work, the finish on the exterior is perfect! Also, it is challenging to make the convertible top and race-tex fabric look great, but Matt did a super job on them as well. Highest recommendation!

A really nice car wash. I tried another place in Roswell and their Spot Free left my Jeep so spotted afterwards that I wondered why I washed it. This place is much better! None of the equipment at B&D looks like it's been beaten to a pulp and it works great. I wish the little boxes that you put your money in had the time displayed so you would know how much more time you have, but everything else seems great.

Nice place to handwash your car. Doesn't have any options compared to cities, however it is also not too expensive. Prices recently went up, and the machine will eat your money. Expect to spend around $7-10 on a sedan.

Did a good job on the install of my sub and amp buttt… when I went to pick it up they had said the bottom of my Dodge challenger got caught on one of their pieces that was attached to the floor and ripped part of my front bumper off. They tried to tell me it was broken on the bottom already which caused that to happen. I’ve had my 2016 Dodge Challenger for a while now and never had a problem “getting caught” anywhere. They didn’t charge me for the install and said they would fix it but under my car is still broken. All they did was line it up and strew it back on. It’s broken under my car and you can see the yellow where they got it caught. Be careful is all I’m going to say.

I made an appointment and dropped off a 2016 mustang at 9am for an amp & sub install and troubleshoot of my non-working stereo. I didn't wanna do this myself because I didn't wanna mess up any of the panels or trim so i figured I'll let the pros do it. They called me at 3pm to pick it up telling me they couldn't figure it out. Said he was out his area of expertise and he rather not mess anything up. They didn't even remove any of the panels or nothing. You mean to tell me it took you almost all day just to figure that out? At the end of the day I rather have my car back the way it was than worse. But still it shouldn't have taken you that long just to look at it and say "oh i won't be able to do this" makes you wonder what they did with your car while it was there.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ BEFORE PROCEEDING. I contacted a few places and was recommended to go with A&W Auto Glass due to their fair pricing. When I called, I was quoted $369.65, which was a pleasant surprise as others were quoting me between $500-$600. However, when I went to pick up my vehicle after the repair, the total was $669. I was taken aback and informed the front desk about the initial quote of $369. She explained that the difference was due to a recalibration fee. While we had discussed this fee over the phone, I had understood that it was included in the $369, not an additional charge. Please note that this review is not regarding the quality of the glass work, as my glass was repaired and looks great. This review is about the dishonesty and what I feel was an almost fraudulent pricing practice. If you choose to work with them, it's important to inquire about any potential hidden fees and clarify all costs upfront. I ended up paying the total, even though it was outside of my budget, which unfortunately means we won't have enough for groceries for the next two weeks. I hope that moving forward, they will be more transparent with their pricing. I initially recommended them to friends, but after this experience, I called them back immediately to advise them against using A&W Auto Glass.
