I had my truck detailed today. The two young people Gage and Kayla that came out did an amazing job!!!! They were on time very nice and professional. They came to my house and it was hot 97 degrees hot!! Kayla asked to do a walk around of what I wanted. She listened and they got started. Now this may look like a drive around town truck never put it in 4x4. Well that is far from the truth. I am heavy equipment operator and drive my truck on job sites, Rain Snow mud sand wherever I need to go. So my truck was dirty. It took just under 3 hours and my truck looks brand new again!!! I give a big recommendation. I will use them again for sure.

For the price, I would have expected that they at least vacuum under the seats thoroughly. They also didn't take the time to open the third row seats to wipe them down or vacuum. Update: they did call and offer to correct it.

Got the full detail. They meticulously went through with a clay bar and got rid of swirl marks on the hood! Cleaned the carpet! Cleared the foggy headlights! The engine compartment looks brand new! Definitely give them a call!

Josh and his crew did an amazing job on my wife’s truck. She had the entire truck ceramic coated. The first three photos are shortly after picking up the truck and It rained on the way home no water spots visible. The last two pictures are a week later the truck still looks amazing. The GM Johnathan at this location is amazing and went above and beyond my expectations. While vacuuming a valuable was accidentally sucked up. Brandon did an amazing job. I wish I had taken better before pics (2nd pic). We did a family camping trip in the mountains that left our vehicle extremely muddy, dusty, and dirty inside and out. I had Platinum Mobile Detailing come out to wash and apply a ceramic coating to my truck, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results! The team was professional and clearly knew what they were doing. My truck looks amazing it’s shiny, smooth, and protected. Did an outstanding job making a 2011 Santa Fe look (and smell) like new. Wasn't sure anyone could cut the tobacco smoke haze on the windows, but Eric certainly did and the windows are crystal-clear. Took a lot of time with the interior, as requested, and shined up the exterior and tires beautifully; all for a very fair price. Really appreciate the communication via text and that Platinum showed up on time, did the job they said they would do, and that the entire process was seamless and hassle-free in the convenience of my own driveway. Tabor is a true professional. Took my high dollar 66 Mustang in for some paint correction. He took his time and paid a lot of attention to detail. He was communicative and thorough. It was my first time at HQ but definitely not my last. If you have a high end automobile that needs treatment, don't hesitate. 5 stars+, will visit again.

I was looking for a thorough detail for my Escalade and man-oh-man, did Tabor deliver!!! He spent 5 hours going over every inch of my baby with so much detail, I literally gasped when he brought her around! She was shining and sparkling like I've never seen. He even cleaned the wheel wells....not just the wheels, but the plastic underside of the wheel wells! I never knew wheel wells could be so pretty. He knocked it out of the park!!!

This is my 2nd time using the touch less and it will be my last! Streaks. Water spots. A film left. I even still had soap on my mirror after going through the dryers. The power rinse after the 3 colored soap didn't go all the way around the car. I don't know if a solution was out or what but the arm circled my car twice without doing anything. My windshield wipers and wiper fluid couldn't even clean the film fully off the back window- it looks like dirt but that is left over product film. Only reason I even went as high as 2 stars is because it did a good job on my rims but that is seriously the only thing

Other shops said swirls and holograms on my black car could be minimized but never removed. Haute Details excepted the challenge and the results are beautiful, my car looks like a black mirror!!! I’m thrilled to have finally found someone who really knows what he’s doing!

Rio Rancho Mister Car Wash provided amazing customer service. A simple NFL Team magnet logo blew off my wife's car. The magnet was a special gift with sentimental value. The team at Mister Car Wash went more than the extra mile to leave cate the magnet, call me and let me know they found it and were so kind and in the process. The team used their security cameras to locate when and where the magnet came off and begun the search. Way to go Mister Car Wash. I am now a fan!
