I am very thankful to have found a quality detail shop in the area! I moved here a couple years ago from a large metro with lots of options for high quality detail services. After trying multiple mobile detailing services in the area, I decided to give these guys a shot and I am extremely thankful I did. They went above and beyond on my deluxe wash - more of a detail than a wash. They have a clean shop with great lighting so they keep your vehicle out of the sun, and the lights easily show imperfections and missed spots the other guys can't see or ignore. Splash will be my go-to for washes on my vehicles from here on out. You can tell they take pride in their work and are gratified by what they do - rare these days. Thanks, gentleman!

Cameron did an amazing job with my car. He not only worked with me and came to my house because it was more convenient, but he squeezed me in when it was convenient as well. He did an AMAZING job. My main motive for going to Shane is that my car is not parked in a garage, I’m trying to preserve the exterior. I had him do interior as well. Car came back so shiny and fresh smelling. When i took it in, the Headlights were foggy. I bought a headlight cleaning kit but it never got rid of all the fog. Shane got the headlights sparkling and clear. Very pleased with the service and price. I’ll Definitely use high desert again Update: first time washing after the detail- I drove down a dirt road and my car was covered in dirt. I used a bucket of warm water and a chenille sponge, then i dried. Windows too. The car was so easy to rinse and dry, the water just rolled off the car. I didn't even need to use window cleaner. Whole process took 30 minutes. Fastest car wash I've ever done

Shane did an excellent job restoring the paint job on my 2002 C5 Black Corvette. He was able to remove a lot of the unwanted water spot stains on the front hood of my corvette. Miguel and Natalia are a husband and wife team that have a car detailing business. Scheduling an appointment was quick and smoothless. They spent over 3 hours working on the vehicle. Services done included engine cleaning, interior cleaning, and exterior wash and wax. Please see the pictures for end results. I should point out the truck is a 2000 model and although 23 years old (I’m the original purchaser and only owner) the truck turned out quite well. Miguel and Natalia were courteous and asked for my feedback throughout the cleaning. They work hard and, most importantly pay attention to detail. Hopefully you can tell this by the end result of the attached photos. I recommend them for your auto cleaning/detail needs. You’ll like what they do.

I needed an emergency cleaning but couldn't drive my car to them. They came and got it. They returned it clean and fresh smelling but without a perfumed odor. Seats weren't quite dry but they warned me about that. Junk was gone and other miscellaneous stuff was bagged in the rear end. Will use them again.

This place is ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. Not only was there garbage literally overflowing and spilling onto the ground, but the concrete looks like it hasn't had a pressure wash itself in years. The vacuums don't work either. I tried FOUR of them; they are all clogged, filthy and DISGUSTING. What a shame. This used to be a nice spot. I will receive a citation and summons to appear in court if I don't cut the weeds in my yard one weekend, but a business can be in this dilapidated shape?!? 🤦‍♂️

Bay area 8 needs a better switch box. The High Pressure Water Rinse is not 100% water as it should be. It has the same water and soap amount as the High Pressure Soap. In addition, the Spot Free Rinse mode is very weak as well, so my car didn’t get completely rinsed.

Shady pricing. Always different depending on who you talk to. One time I took my own oil and they still charged me $45 + tax even tho I was quoted less. And when I question it, he just told me. ( I don't know who quoted you that.) They don't even try. Also I have a friend who took her vehicle there for oil change. The next day her car started stopping. Took it back and they said it needed transmission oil change and flushed Had them do it. They said it was a hard job so was going to take couple hours. 35 min later they called that it was ready. The charge was over $250. And they told her it's a close system so they weren't able to flush. But they still charged as if they had taken 2 hrs. Showed them a pic of the metal shavings and it was A LOT of metal. Her car had just been checked as that weekend she took trip to Carlsbad Caverns. Recently took it to her mechanic. They checked the transmission oil and told her that was not normal. I gather intentional. So the end of that story is. She needs a new 7k transmission. And this was after taking it to do initial motor oil change here. Issues following day. Then having them do the transmission oil change and flush. Which they knew was not even possible. Yet they still charged as if. Be aware and inform your self. And pay attention if indeed they are changing your oil. This is probably my second review. I am livid, my friend is low income and in this economy. She's out with transportation for a while. I know for a fact her vehicle did not have transmission issues. I was with her on the Carlsbad trip. No issues what so ever. Until the motor oil change here. SO YES I FEEL THAT THOSE WHO TAKE THE TIME TO READ REVIEWS SHOULD KNOW THIS. And I trust in God he won't allow this or any business to continue this way. He will stop 🛑 it one way or another !!

Absolutely worst experience ive ever had here. I paid $100 for an oil change yesterday. First they left a light on in my car the whole time and drained the battery. Next, i get to where i meed to be after i leave there, come out 2 hours later and my tire is flat as hell. Then the next day i wake up, theres a leak of oil under my car and my car will not start. To top it off i called them and spoke to the manager. This man tells me there’s nothing they can do and suggest i try getting a new battery under warranty 💀 i had to shell out another $200 for a mew battery. This place and the men working here are an absolute joke. I am absolutely livid DO NOT COME HERE.

These guys are FABULOUS!!!! I bought a used car that had been TRASHED on the inside. Brought it here & they detailed the inside (steamed seats, vaccuumed, polished everything) buffed out the scratches along the doors, washed and waxed the car.....It looked NEW again!!!!! I'm not an easy to please customer & am extremely OCD, but I have no complaints at all. Well worth the money. Very reasonable rates. All this was under $150!. I'm going to take back our truck and other vehicle to be detailed this week too! $30 to wax is great!

WELL worth the money. Honestly, if he charged 2x, it would STILL be well worth it. Genuinely think he did a better job with his "mini-detail" than Four Seasons did with a "full detail". And at $25 versus $160? It's beyond a no brainer. And not to gush... but the guy is incredibly nice, friendly guy. Four Seasons... not so much. This guy has a customer for life.

Has no countdown timer or 1 minute warning, the first machine took my quarters. The foam brush is the cheapest one on the market, and was incredibly filthy. Didn’t clean car very well at all.

As far as I can tell, there’s only one operational bay. All of the bays are infested with pigeons so you no sooner get your car clean after trudging through pigeon poop and a bird poops on your clean car. In addition, it’s two dollars to start. There are better options around. Much better options.
