Had my FJ and Veloster ceramic coated and they look gorgeous! Cleaned up the haze on the headlights and restored the black plastic! He even got out the surface scratches from when I took the badges off. The interior is flawless as well! And oh my gosh, the engine bay!!!! Reasonably priced, very professional, and super nice! I was in town for a funeral and to needed to have my truck cleaned (F-350 Dually) for the service on Sunday. I called Platinum Auto Care at 0800 Sunday and explained my situation. I was told to come by and I would be taken care of. Platinum Auto Care did an excellent job in a timely manner and was very reasonably priced. I would use them again and I highly recommend their service

Not worth the money, I’m a monthly member and I usually have to go through the wash multiple times. All the washes are the exact same. Tire shine option is pointless. They’re open half the time that their business hours state. They close random days and times of the week, only 35% of the vacuums work. Update: 2PM on Sunday and the lines are closed. More vacuums are out

I paid for a car wash and was told by the attendant that I couldn’t have a receipt because the receipt printer didn’t work. I said no problem, let’s get one from inside. To which he replied all of the receipt printers inside and out didn’t work. I said let me talk with your manager and see if he or she can get me one, as I stepped in he (Juan Garcia) met me at the door and said they couldn’t get me a receipt. So I went ahead and pulled through the wash. Upon exit I pulled to the vacuum area to clean up the interior and noticed that the truck wasn’t clean. I walked back inside and asked Juan to come look it with me. before he was anywhere near the vehicle he said I’m not re-washing that very smugly. I said your car wash didn’t clean the truck and you’re not going to remedy that? He of course said even more smugly I am not doing a re-wash on that. So I called the corporate number and they gave me a code to pull back through the wash. The result is the second and subsequent photos two washes and the truck is still covered in bugs. Because the person responsible for pre-washing doesn’t put in any effort. To add to the fun Juan called a coworker and complained that I had called his corporate office on him. Class act! Keep up the good work Juan!

Their car vacuums are adequate but not great like the car vacuums at Brown Bear car wash, but at least Soapy Springs is open 24 hours. Both locations in Clovis seem safe, intensely illuminated, and convenient. They could be a little cleaner and while you can use debit or credit cards for car washing at both locations, the car vacuums at their West 21st St location take COINS ONLY. Annoying.

Went through the self service car wash at the last stall today. During the washing process the machine broke my driver side mirror. Once it was done I went into the office to inform the worker what had happened the worker said that has nothing to do with him and to give the owner a call. Called the owner to inform him as well of what happened I did not catch his first name but last name is Gallegos, he stated he was out of town and that it was a self serviced car wash and wasn’t responsible for what it may have caused as the sign says to fold mirrors in, informed him that the mirrors are non foldable so there was no way to fold them in and once again was trying to find other excuses as well as stating that if his car washes were causing damages to vehicles he wouldn’t be in business. As I looked up the business to share my experience I see that there’s another review that states the same thing happened to their car and had no resolution. I called 3 other times to ask for a refund as he didn’t offer any solution when I first contacted him and was sent to voicemail, very inconsiderate and unprofessional and poor customer service.

Really disappointed had one guy working at the wash station while others are just standing around at the other building. All he did was spray it down and went through the bay. No towel dry or nothing. Went home truck looked exactly the way it did before the wash. Bug stains and all. Called the manager and disappointed on how he felt about the issue. Told me he can not do nothing about it and did not care to address my concerns. I could have rinsed it down at home for free with better out come than paying for a wash this horrible.

They’re closed midweek, midday I called and the guy that answered the phone said it’s because they don’t have workers but he has people ready to go to work but corporate will not let them hire anyone. The new corporate has had issues before, first firing the guys that dry then taking away the punch cards, only to bring back both of those things later probably because business dropped off, now this. Sounds like whatever “corporate” bought this place went broke doing so. 🙄😠 I would be good with charging more to get the same service we’ve always gotten in the 25 years I’ve used this car wash.

Did the touch less and it didn’t rinse the soap of nearly enough, I’m not sure if it faulted out but I’m not seeing a way to get a refund so I might just be out $12…. not worth it at all

The quality and value of this CARWASH does not justified their recent insane price increase. The CARWASH simply cannot justify a $10 basic auto wash and piss poor watery soap, hard water spots and even the air dryer is weak with insufficient time. SAVE YOUR MONEY, this place is not worth a $10 auto wash. DO NOT RECOMMEND, not worth your hard earned dollars. Zero stars.
