The first three photos are shortly after picking up the truck and It rained on the way home no water spots visible. The last two pictures are a week later the truck still looks amazing. My car is parked outside and my neighbor's tree leaves sap on my car and windshield. I had to wash it every other day. I took it to Extreme Mobile Detail for them to wax it and put a coating on my windshield and windows. I wasn't supposed to wash it for 48 hours, but I went 72 hors instead. Not only did my car look as fabulous as when I picked it up, but I did not have the prism effect from the sap on my windshield. It was so clear, it didn't look like there was glass there at all! I will return for a wax and window treatment as often as is recommended. I think I'll have them do the interior as well next time. FYI, my car is a 2020 model and these pictures were taken in 2024.

I was looking for a thorough detail for my Escalade and man-oh-man, did Tabor deliver!!! He spent 5 hours going over every inch of my baby with so much detail, I literally gasped when he brought her around! She was shining and sparkling like I've never seen. He even cleaned the wheel wells....not just the wheels, but the plastic underside of the wheel wells! I never knew wheel wells could be so pretty. He knocked it out of the park!!!

Our dog decided that doing number 2 in the back of car would be an awesome thing to do, completely getting it all over the back seat. Oasis did an amazing job cleaning it and the seats look like new! I dropped my 2023 Toyota 4RUNNER off at 9am to have the exterior washed, clay barred and waxed. They had my vehicle for almost four hours. When I went to pick it up they had done a terrible job. There were water spots on areas that hadn't been wiped down after the wash. There was still dirt and bugs on the hood and front bumper. The bottom portion of the front bumper and both side steps had dried soapy water on them. My rims had water spots along with dirt that hadn't been washed off. There was dried wax caked up on the rubber strip under the windows, wax residue visibly on plastic parts and streaks from where the wax or whatever they used was not fully removed. There were areas that still had dirt and clearly not been washed at all. The gloss black exhaust tip didn't even look like it had been touched with water. When I pointed this out they said to give them a couple of hours and they would "redo" the entire vehicle. I said "ok" and asked for them to call me when it was finished. Almost three hours later I was called and returned. My vehicle clearly had not been moved much less "redone". You can tell because some of the same areas that I had pointed out were still dirty. The side steps still had dried soapy water on them. There was still wax residue on the same plastic areas of the vehicle. There were still streaks all over the vehicle where it hadn't been wiped down/off properly. The BLATANTLY OBVIOUS spots had been wiped cleaned but that was it.You could also tell the vehicle hadn't been moved by the bad job they had done on the tire dressing they had applied, the tires were still dirty on the lower portion of the tire that rests closest to the ground. The roof had horrible streaks and water spots. There was also areas on the roof that was obviously not even washed, you could see where they just allowed the soapy water to dry from the original wash. When I pointed this out I was told "wow..you're a real picky guy aren't you". "This is like a $400 detail job". The guy I spoke to had a spray bottle and rag in his hand and as I pointed out areas he would spray the vehicle and swipe it with the rag then say condescendingly "there is that better now". I had to tell him to take off his sunglasses so he could actually see what I was referring to. He was just making it worse randomly spraying and wiping. At this point some old lady and the guy that I had dropped the vehicle off with came out. They proceeded to tell me that it's not going to be perfect because my vehicle is black. They said it's hot outside and no matter what you do you will always see anywhere that you wipe on a black car. I was told that I was expecting way more than I was paying for. At this point I was over it to say the least. I had been without my vehicle for over seven hours and didn't want to argue with these people any further. I understand black vehicles are harder to clean and I am a very meticulaus person. However my vehicle is less than a year old with only 6,000 miles and because I am such a meticulous person it is in excellent condition. All they were doing was making excuses for the poor job that they had done in the first place and the fact that they didn't redo the entire vehicle like they claimed they did after the fact. There is absolutely no reason other than their poor quality of work that my vehicle should have been returned to me in the condition that it was in. At the end of the day I gave them a one star rating because at least my vehicle got washed, even if I did cost me $192.00 and I had to finish/fix the job myself. What bothers me the most is the attitude of the people at business's like these. They advertise the "quality of work" and "years in business" then treat you like your the problem when you point out they didn't deliver as advertised. They lie and make excuses rather than fix the problem. If it were their hard earned $192.00 would they be happy with that quality of work on their vehicle? The pics I'm posting are after they supposedly redid the entire vehicle. My advice, spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Had a total detailing done on my car for just under $300. Although the gentleman was very nice, we were not happy with the result. There was still a lot of debris left, and we found pools of cleaner in various parts of the car

I received an early Christmas gift from my husband for a car detail. Juan came and detailed the inside and out meticulously. My 4runner is our travel vehicle and with a baby and two dogs, it was embarrassingly filthy. I am so thoroughly pleased by his work. He was on time, professional, and did an incredible job. Amazing job! I got a used car and needed it deep cleaned. There were some pretty bad stains on the back seats and Juan worked hard on them- now I can hardly tell they were there. He was very thorough and detail minded. The buttons on the steering wheel and center console look new. So so happy! I got the full detail done, and the exterior also looks amazing. Feels almost like I have a brand new car!

Horrible place to get your car wrapped. The day they picked up my car, a guy came and got it. On July 2, 2024, He did a whole walk around the car and as I did as well with him, gave him the keys and ask how long will it take, he didn’t advise that he said we will let you know. Later on that day around 11 am Sam the owner sent me a video of them taking off the wrap it looked good so far.. more into the month I didnt get no update on anything about my car. I called and they said they’re doing whatever they can to get it done in a timely matter.. on July 9th Sam sent a text saying they’re were scratches and dents on rear drivers top pillar. I said I understand and that was there before. I confirmed about that and they continued to proceed. No other updates later until I have to call or text again. On Friday July 19th she said it “should be ready for pickup”. So I went after work and when I got there they were still working on the rear bumper as well as the front. She mentioned that she had to take off the front bumper to have it “PROFESSIONALLLY WRAPPED”. On July 23rd I picked up my car cause they said it was ready to get picked up, I went and I saw that there was a dent on front passenger fender, and when I advised that, she clearly said it was already like that. I asked for a refund but she denied that she can’t give me a refund. She volunteered to get it fixed but after seeing the horrible job they did on the wrap I denied there services. Nothing was correctly put back together and later on that night I check my lights and the fog light were not working properly. They never came one when I pressed the button. But if you want your vehicle wrapped save your money and time, and go else where!!!!

Other shops said swirls and holograms on my black car could be minimized but never removed. Haute Details excepted the challenge and the results are beautiful, my car looks like a black mirror!!! I’m thrilled to have finally found someone who really knows what he’s doing!

Brandon did an amazing job. I wish I had taken better before pics (2nd pic). We did a family camping trip in the mountains that left our vehicle extremely muddy, dusty, and dirty inside and out. These guys did EXCELLENT work on my new truck!! It is FANTASTIC!! It’s new and I wanted the paint protected more than anything else. What I got from these guys far exceeded my expectations! Professional, excellent, really great attitudes from both of them and unbelievable shine! Wow! This truck looks better then when I bought it off the lot a couple weeks ago brand new. Even the rims and black trim looks incredible, as if it rolled right from the manufactures assembly line straight onto my driveway! I was blown away by how good Adam and Steve did on everything. I have had 2 prior professional wax jobs done on my wife’s Acadia from two separate places within the last 2 years and neither of those even comes close to what this looks like! It is money very well spent and worth every penny! I would whole heatedly recommend them to friends and family hands down. I will call on these guys every time from now on! They placed our dash mat on the hood of the car to dry, and by the time we went out there to drive the car, the dash mat was no longer there. They didn't seem too concerned that we had a loss. They never offered to cover the loss. The work done on the interior was good, but I'll never use them again.

Got their cheapest exterior hand wash for $10. In the process of drying it off my WRX badge came off leaving some adhesive (it wasn’t on great honestly). The employee offered to clean the adhesive off real quick because it was their fault. I was not upset about the badge coming off as I was eventually planning on taking it off. The employee proceeded to clean it with some adhesive remover when his boss came up and said there was no time for that and I would have to pay for it. I left with my car washed but I an adhesive stain. I was sad that the employee had better customer service than the boss. 3 stars because they are affordable and have nice employees. It’s not an end all and I plan on trying these guys again but I wanted to share my experience.

Friendly staff. Unfortunate that the service I recieved was disrespectful. Brought in my vehicle from 9am-2pm. There was still a lot of stains on seats. The center console was not even cleaned or the trunk space. Until i said something to the only guy left on the shift! Props to pierre for trying to pick up the slack with a quik clean because I had already waited all day for such a dissapointment!

R & R did full Auto Detailing on my old Subaru Outback I was about to sell the next day. Car had 200,000 miles and lots of gross dog hair everywhere , dog slobber on windows. It was pricey at $190 for detailing, but they made it look and smell brand new! They even cleaned under the hood. I’m positive that I got at least $500 -$1000 more for the car than I would have. The guy at the car lot said it was “the cleanest 200,000 mile car I’ve ever seen.” Highly recommend R&R!!

Not too happy about the detailing work done on my car. I paid $300 to have the interior detailed. We decided the exterior wasn’t worth the effort because it’s an old car and the paint is worn down. I’m not sure what he used to clean the upholstery but it’s still dirty and now my upholstery feels rough like it wasn’t rinsed out. He also started cleaning the glue off where some upholstery was removed from my door and only did half of it for some reason.

They're amazing. My car looks amazing and I couldn't be happier with the quality work done. More importantly, the customer service is even better. Matt insisted on bringing my car to me so I didn't walk to get it when it was dark. I live super close to his shop, so I was planning on just walking. It's Albuquerque though and we all know how it can be sometimes at night and he wanted me to be safe. There was a misunderstanding with my neighbor while he was dropping my car off. Matt handled the situation with skill, politeness, and respect. He de-escalated a situation that could have turned really bad, really quickly. His son helped with the detailing and was there during the drop off. He kept his cool during the misunderstanding and treated everyone with respect and was exceedingly polite. Even if I hadn't seen the kind of person Matt was handling that situation, seeing how mature and calm his son was would have told me that these are good people and the kind of people I want to give my business to. I cannot recommend this family business enough and as long as I live here and they're open for detailing, I'll be a customer.

Ask for Edgar, this place does an amazing detailing job for a great price. Couldn’t be happier with the job these guys did on my near 20 year old Ford Expedition. The engine looked like new, cleaned and painted the wheel wells, and painted the rear tow hitch which was rusted. Can't wait until they buff the paint after I get some dings repaired. Edgar works with a local Upholstery and a Autobody Shop to get the fixing done that needs fixing, he will refer you to them. They do window replacements and fix associated mechanical door window issues besides detailing.

Art and his team did such a beautiful job on my vehicle. Although I’d gone to a touchless self-wash car wash, I ended up with bad water spotting on the paint, likely due to the heat of the car’s surface when I applied the soap. Art talked me through the correction, and then sealing it with a ceramic coating. After I picked my car up he walked me through how to maintain the new coating, which is truly immaculate and which I hope to keep in good condition for years to come. The finish is so glossy and perfect. It was such a pleasure talking to Art, and I learned a lot in the process. I was particularly impressed with the attention to smaller details, such as seeing the wheels and mudflaps cleaned, and even the inside of my windows. It’s clear they take a lot of pride in their work. I would recommend Art of Detail, thank you for your work!
