I came in for an interior detailing and came out with a car that looked and smelled BRAND NEW. I’m highly impressed with this service. The serviceman was a gentleman. He took his time making sure the job was thorough. He even power washed my seats, going above and beyond what I paid for. When I first took my car to get washed here I was satisfied with the services so I kept coming back. Recently though their performance and service quality have decreased significantly. The last time I went there I payed full price for the cleaning of the outside and inside of my car and they said they wouldn’t be able to clean the inside because they didn’t have enough people. Fair enough I thought. I understood and still payed full price and left. Today I went back for a wash and I asked for their most expensive service. I asked if they could add the shine to the inside of my car like they had done so the first few times I’ve come in. Again they told me there wasn’t anyone there that could do that and I still had to pay full price. If I’m paying for their most expensive service then I expect my car to be spotless. And so far this is the worst job they have done.

For best Exterior cleaning i would just go here, car is new after 5 to 7 min of automatic wash. There may be line on weekends but if you go around week days you Can get yur car washed in few mins. Prices vary depends on the size of vehicles. Highly recommended for exterior wash.

Very low quality wash and aggressive staff left my car damaged, unprofessional manager made it worse - I've never wrote a review like this, until now. Full Story below: My windshield has tons of scratches from unwashed rags cleaners dinged car body with the vacuum going in and out they let my door hit a metal box and it chipped a very small part of paint on my car. I asked for manager after the 2ND time my door hit the metal box about the damage He pointed out 4 other small dings on the car and said you have scratches all over the car... I told him "I came with those and they were MY fault, I got this one HERE so it is YOUR responsibility." He blamed his employee and told me to park outside and talk to him I told him no, this is the businesses issue. Then he asked if I wanted to take it out of the employees pay, so again... I told him he should take responsibility. He asked how do you want me to fix it, while walking around the car repeating I have other scratches. I said just give me 2 free Gold washes - costs maybe $46 (the chip is $50 to fix) and said "okay done, that's actually realistic for what it is, you're good to go" Did not give me any proof; I asked for something official and he signed the front of an empty envelope (in the picture) As I was leaving he aggressively told his friend about why I would make it a big deal in his own language infront of me banging a vacuum on a wall to show I guess how the vacuum couldn't damage the paint? But it was a metal box next to it. Weird behavior... Then he said something like "man to man you shouldn't make it a big deal" I said "I got here without the damage, and I'm leaving with damage from here" I had to ask to fix the issue and I didn't argue about the bad service or windshield damage. Managers, no matter what the complaint is, you make customers happy with something - damage or not. Extremely unprofessional.

An extra $10 for vacuuming what a rip off, stay away! I cannot believe this car wash to wash your car is $11 which is fantastic but if they vacuum your car, it jumps up to $20. Not only is the cashier, but the manager is also rude and he wanted to fight with me when I bought up the absurd charge of an extra $10 to vacuum a little smart car. He insisted on me calling the police, and he was berating and screaming at me in the place. I will never go there again. The service is not very good and they leave the car dirty on top of trying to charge me an extra $10 for vacuuming.. This place is a rip off. I would definitely stay away from this place.

Worth the trip from the city! For $18 they hand-wash the exterior, full interior vacuum and windows. I have two dogs and the car was full of dog hair and one of the men who I assume is an owner made sure they took the extra time to completely clean the interior. I wish I had taken before and after photos. Note, I’m pretty sure it’s cash-only.

AMAZING! I found out about clean cruiser mobile detailing while searching for an auto-detailing place near me and found this one. Isaac was able to fit me in within a week of calling him. I had asked for a interior clean up as I had just bought this car and it was a mess. Isaac was done in about and hour and some change and the car looked and smelled like a brand new car. Updating my review. James and his staff do excellent work both on the inside and outside of my vehicle. I came to them most recently needing the inside cleaned. Additionally I had some stuff that spilled on the side of my car when I had it parked on the street. Turns out that substance was cement powder. James and his team took excellent care of my car and it appeared almost brand new when I got it back. I can’t recommend their services enough.

This is a very nice hand car wash with fast service. They do a good job on the exterior of your vehicle with an average clean in the interior. The price is competitive and the guys are always very friendly. Since wiping down the vehicles can become very routine, you may need to remind some of the employees to remove water in specific areas of your car, otherwise, the water will dry up and look like a "stain".

They treat the Hispanic and white customers great. But went over there today with my new Audi A7 and they didn't even do a standard job. Left bugs on my car, didn't wipe my ride down until I complained and raised hell. But why as black man do have have to raise hell to get the same service they were giving other with less expensive cars. Must of thought I was drug dealer or something but I'm a Doctor! Would not recommend them for this! In the end I got my car cleaned but there was some definite racism and hating going on there! Go elsewhere!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Gus’s interior deep cleaning service! My car was in rough shape thanks to my dog having a few accidents in the back and the wear and tear from hauling sports gear. This place was my first time I’ve ever taken my car to get detailed and I was very impressed on how much dirt they took out of my seats (coffee stains) as if nothing ever spilled! Now my car tends to get extremely foggy on cold rainy days, so I was Extremely satisfied with the Ceramic Coating they put all over my car, I was a bit skeptical at first (since it was my first time putting it) until I drove it on the highway on a cold rainy night and it turns out it’s pretty freaking awesome! I was super ecstatic when I saw the raindrops literally just glide right off and the best part NO FOG! It is Nothing compared to a cheap $35 regular car wash. When I tell you the amount of confidence you gain driving not only a clean interior car but an exterior, a full detailed car, you will never want to go back to just any car wash. Not to mention the great customer service they provide. They are very trustworthy and very professional and they know exactly what they are doing. Highly recommend this place! 10/10!

Joel & his team did an amazing job! We were in desperate need of a viral cleaning due to a sunroof leakage that had been going on in our Altima. We did not know this because there are no alerts for this issue. We were not aware until the damage became apparent with drenched carpeting & a horrific odor. These guys removed the seats to install the new carpeting in the interior & trunk. Yes, mold ended up in the trunk! Before installation, they thoroughly cleaned & sanitized everywhere to remove toxicity & sent pictures. My car looked brand new after this process & when I picked it up. Great job!

Jeep First, when I talk to him on the phone, he asked me what kind of car do I have , I said jeep grand Cherokee. He asked me what package do I want, i said silver when he came to my house, he looked at the car and he said this is a huge car. I was expecting something smaller and I can't do the same price like never saw a jeep grand Cherokee before, they are everywhere, so from silver package he wanted me to pay the price for gold package, and I agree at the end when he called me to inspect the car I looked it under the seats there was a garbage , papers ,open chocolate bar , and dust all over that he supposed to vacuum, also I told him that I have some yellow stains on the ceiling. He said don't worry I will take care of everything , when I inspected the car around the handles on the ceiling I see dark spots and the yellow stains , on the dish boards, the air vents still full of dust , I was expecting also to shine the dashboard put some leather conditioner on the seats on the door panels and everywhere inside nothing like that was done, outside he only washed the car , I had scuffs that I asked him to remove he said this is not possible for him because he doesn't have the right equipment, he didn't even put the spray shine the tires, to me that was just a regular cleaning vacuum the car wash and wax with a regular wax spray without even vacuuming the car under the seats when you call a guy to detail your car you expect to see that car shiny and nice. I could've cleaned that car better myself , I don't know where he gets all the stars on Google.

Love it here! There is never a long wait and they do a great job for the price. The guys there are so nice and I look forward to coming in and saying hi whenever I bring my car. My side mirror broke while I was there (not their fault what-soever, I glued it on cheaply and the water just loosened the glue) and they were super apologetic and offered to buy me a new mirror which I declined. They did however get adhesive and help me reglue the mirror on and gave me a card for a free wash!! I've never experienced such accommodating customer service. Since moving to the area, I will literally never go anywhere else!! They do everything I don't have the time or energy to do. I get so excited to come here lol. I even convinved my friend who lives 90 mins away to come up and try it here and he loved the results. Would reccomend to anyone who will listen lmao.

Debbie is a miracle worker! She made my Ford Escape look brand new after not having been cleaned for years. I have an English Bulldog, and she was still able to get out the vast majority of the hair. My car was FILTHY from years of smoking and generally from people spilling coffee on my seats. These are cloth seats, so they were very soiled. Debbie went above and beyond to make my car look pristine. She got rid of the nastiness… wish I had before photos. It was BAD! The prices were beyond reasonable and I had my car back in a day. Dropped off wed afternoon had it back Thursday at 1 pm. Overall, very nice lady and very beautiful work. So pleased!!!

Do not bring your car to this place for an interior wash! The roof pinning was ripped and detached - the owner of the car wash lied to my face and said my car was already like that - a lesson to be learned - always question why some Places are cheaper than others - my fault for not questioning and doing thorough research on this place - do yourselves a favor a do not bring your car to this place

Second time I come here. Same experience. They get you out super fast. Went to pay by the time I got out they were already finished. They don't clean very good. In between the passenger and driver seats still dirty, they don't clean where the cup holders are, nor where the gear levels are, the radio screen still dirty, the screen by the steering wheels still dirty, they didn't even passed a rag, the door dirty as well they didnt vacuum. So they basically just vacuum the mats and wash the exterior. I should've learned from my 1st time there but decided to give it a second chance because I thought the first time they were kind of busy, but today it's Monday and there was only one other car besides me. So it's not because they were busy they just don't do a good job. Won't be coming here again. So disappointed.

These guys are the best! They’re super efficient and have great attention to detail and very kind. I had my car parked on the road and it somehow became covered in a very sticky spray substance with so much tree pollen and leaves stuck to it that would not come off and almost looked as if my paint and windshield were cracked. These guys spent so much time on the car really putting in that elbow grease, carefully cleaning every inch of the grime and had it sparkling. Will be coming back to them next time!

Went for a car wash and blew $30 on the fastest vacuum job and they only cleaned the head of the dashboard. It’s not a glam job but I asked for a rag because there were still marks on the car from bird poop.

I’ve been gotten a car wash here multiple times due to convenience, and every single time you hope it’s good but it never is. It’s always below average. They’ve three tiers of service and there’s Zero difference between tier 1 and tier 2: “the Ritz”. Tier 2 is $30… If not for convenience, I wouldn’t get a car wash from here.

Got a free wash and decided to try it out. Going through the car wash and I hear my rim start to scrape throughout the car wash against the yellow railings the tires go through and it’s only the rim on the left side where those railings are. I have it on dashcam footage which you can clearly hear the rim getting scratched and scraped up. Other people in the reviews have complained of the same thing and the business just tries to deny it saying the damage was already there. Instead of denying your customers claims maybe fix your car wash. Do not recommend to anyone, stay far away from this car wash and go to others.

When I told that I will leave review she start scream at me. I am so shocked about the service. My husband and I are members of this car wash, but after all I think we have to reconsider where is it better to leave our money!

Prices have gone up over the years, which given all the updating they’ve done and just the economy in general isn’t an issue. Unfortunate experience when I took my fiancé’s car last week though, I went to the grocery store right after and did a walk around in the parking lot only to find several blue streaks from soap, spots were still dirty, had to wipe it all down myself at home because I couldn’t wait 45 mins again for the rewash I’m sure they would offer (3 day guarantee) and I don’t have time to go during the week. Shame :(

Miguel and his team exceeded all my expectations when they serviced my Tesla. The service included window tinting for all five windows, a sleek black-out logo, a flawless full body satin pearl white wrap, and a durable ceramic coating applied to both the windows and the wrap.
