I took my van for service to this place. I choose their premium car wash service - Ultimate Plus. Service was pathetic and I was not happy with their service. I would not recommend this place. There was dirt under the windshield wipers and back trunk door. The cleaning was pathetic. I reported the pathetic service I received to the person at the cash counter. He did a vacuum, the work was not professional and I left the place completely unhappy and disappointed. Please see the pictures I took after the service. I will not recommend this place to anyone. You are better off cleaning the vehicle by yourself.

Definitely a much needed service! My car was in need of a deep clean and I knew I didn't want to chance going to a regular car wash. Thankfully I made an appointment with H&H mobile detailing and they came right to me! They had all the supplies needed and they left my car squeaky clean; no more french fries in between seats and random hair balls on the carpet. Plus they were able to get out a mystery stain on my carpet thats been through multiple car washes. I am grateful to have tried them and I will be back for the winter. Thanks again!!

I've been going here periodically for over 5 years. A year ago I took our new vehicle here, and left with dirt still on the vehicle, light scratches, and a broken component on my all weather floor mats(that retail for $400 at the dealership). After that trip I no longer took this vehicle there. I still took our daily driver because it's more than 10 Years old and already has many imperfections. Today I took it and see that the prices have gone up. The basic car wash is now 25 dollars and the quality of the wash is at an all time low. There were 2 other cars there with me and mine was last. I've never seen this place so vacant. My partner made a comment about how they sent the lady before us out with water leaking from all of her door jambs (she had a jeep wrangler) As expected the job they did on our old Lexus was sub par, but what really bothered me is that they broke the clip that keeps the floor mats in place. The floor mat bandits strike again. It's one thing to not receive athe quality of a service that you pay for, but a horrible experience when you pay to have your things DAMAGED. It's rare that I leave a bad review about a place because I understand that anyplace can have an off day, but lack of quality service here has been repetitive. I leave a 2 star instead of 1 only because they were descent and had value 5 years ago. This place is a wash....no pun intended 🤔😉

I’m really grateful for finding Andy G's car wash service online—it was conveniently close to my home. When I called, Andy was incredibly polite and took the time to explain the appointment process and pricing. He even offered to inspect my car beforehand to ensure I was comfortable with the cost, which I appreciated. He was very professional and nice, so I decided to go ahead with their service. The work was done quickly; I expected to wait until the afternoon, but it was finished before noon. When I went to pick up my car, Andy opened the door, and I was amazed at how clean it was. It’s been a long time since my car has looked this good. He did an excellent job cleaning up spilled antifreeze in the trunk and getting rid of small stones and dry leaves inside the car—things that I couldn’t remove with my vacuum. Highly recommended!

My 2007 Silverado has never been detailed that 17 years. Until Andy Gs Auto Detailing got his hands on it. Andy did a fantastic job wheelwells,rims ,tires ,headlights ,molding ,door jams ,hold on there’s more. When I open the door The interior came out excellent carpets and seats were shampooed and yes, all the coffee stains are all gone. I haven't been to this car wash in years, yet I live in NP. Last time I was there everything was great. Welp, not today. I went to support the place I thought I knew. There was one car ahead of me and nothing behind me, so I'm expecting a great wash. I did platinum service not basic. The neighborhood kids could've done a better job and they would've loved 21 dollars. They vacuumed just the top of the mats, water stains on the hood of the car, tires not completely cleaned. Like I'm so lost. Never going back.

Price: $20 / $25 / $35 (interior/exterior with I believe a wax finishing) Pros: - wash and dry is all done manually (only machine is water pressure and first-step of drying) - very detailed cleaning and vacuuming (including your wheels) - dried with microfibers and they spray your windows Cons: - very long wait (stopped by on a Saturday around 12pm. Waiting for almost two hours. There were a really long line) - mind you, this is not your typical all-machine car wash. Plus the employees spend a lot of time drying and making sure your car is CLEAN If you can find a time to stop by during the weekday, I feel like the line will be a lot shorter. Even though I waited almost two hours, I know this place cares about your car being clean and you being happy.

The wait is way too long (Monday), the nonchalance of the workers makes it worse. 1 h for 1 car is below any acceptable standard. At that rate it’s best to have appointments only and charge accordingly. The wash is nice but it’s not regular rate which is understandable but the difference in value (time/cost/service..). It can be much better, a lot better. 4 cars in front of me and 1h30 min later. I hope you take this feedback into consideration to improve the process. Thank You

Joel & his team did an amazing job! We were in desperate need of a viral cleaning due to a sunroof leakage that had been going on in our Altima. We did not know this because there are no alerts for this issue. We were not aware until the damage became apparent with drenched carpeting & a horrific odor. These guys removed the seats to install the new carpeting in the interior & trunk. Yes, mold ended up in the trunk! Before installation, they thoroughly cleaned & sanitized everywhere to remove toxicity & sent pictures. My car looked brand new after this process & when I picked it up. Great job!

If I could rate the “Mechanic” side of this car wash 0 Stars, I would. I came here 1 week ago to get one of my tires checked out because it kept going flat, and then they found a nail in it - they fixed it up with no problem. Suddenly, not even one day later, another tire begins to go flat. I went back to this place after 2 days to get the other tire checked out - they said they did not see any nail or problem with the tire. However, it kept going flat so I returned a second time to get the other tire checked out - one of the men who appeared to be the manager kept scrolling on his phone and barely even payed attention to the other guy checking out my tire. Not to mention, they did not even take the tire off - they asked me to just turn the wheel back and forth. I just took my car to another place to get the tire checked out, and within 2 seconds they found a LONG nail and charged me cheaper. So, DO NOT come here - these people made themselves seem lazy and careless. Thanks.

Took my brand new exotic car there for a quick clean. They basically hosed it down and sprayed wax over all the dirt and wiped it off with a dirty rag. Not only did my car look like crap for a photo shoot, but now all the paint is scratched up. Called the owner Ralph and he told me he didn’t know what to tell me. Next time I go there, it’ll be with a lawyer. As per your response… This is asinine. It is YOUR job to monitor YOUR Employees and critique YOUR employees work. Not mine. There is no way I’m not letting you guys ever go near my car again.

Prices may be reasonable but you DO NOT want to get the car wax done, it messed up my windshield with spots that I am unable to get off no matter what solution I try, I called them up to enquire and they seemed not to care with a “dunno”, wouldt recommend this place inspite of the “rave reviews” unless you want them to mess up with your car

Decent car wash in the neighborhood. Friendly staff. Quick and easy. Took plus service. Noticed cleaning spray puddle in front cup holder which I had to ask to redo(not major thing but something to improve). Cleaning are after wash is sticky and slippery due to wax so be careful.

Every time I come here I leave disappointed. There is always dust on my dashboard and the mats still have stuff on them so clearly they weren’t vacuumed well. It says 7 days a week i called before i came and its phone messages confirmed it is seven days a week till 5pm for sundays. google maps has live update you need to wait about 15 minutes to get service done. But it is closed now. how google maps says live updates? So diapointting. It is ok you r closed on saturday s or sundays but Do not give people FALSE information～ google maps even tells us the live updates with picturea attached

I purchased my 2019 BMW M550i off lease back during Covid and originally planned to keep it for a couple of years. I started shopping around this Spring but didn’t find anything that appealed to me. I love this model, but BMW discontinued them. Enter Raul and Prestige Auto Studio. Raul looked over the car and suggested paint correction, ceramic coating and a repaint on the front bumper cover which had lots of small stone dings. I picked it up today and couldn’t be happier! The paint looks better than new and I can already tell that the ceramic coating will be a huge improvement over the factory finish alone. If anyone is considering replacing a car that you love, but are not happy with its current appearance, check out Prestige Auto Studio. Raul will work his magic and you will once again experience the feeling you had the day you drove your new car off the lot!

HORRIBLE…COMPLETE RIP OFF. Done waste your money for this car wash. They only want to do more number of cars but the quality sucks. I got the HIGHEST PLATINUM package and am no where near satisfied. They did a horrible job for the vacuum. The guy did not even took a minute to vacuum. He was in and out like zoom zoom and all the dirt was still there, even the trunk which is the easiest part. They just rinsed the floor matts when they were supposed to wash them with soap. Windshield was a mess when they finished. Creases and lint was all over the glass. There were water marks on every panel and they missed to dry few spot and i have to point out to the guys twice. The drying guys even had an attitude and will ignore you first if you try to tell them to do the job right. They did not towel dry and remove the access soap from the door jambs which i had to tell them twice to wipe off. I am also in the auto industry and trust me these guys only want to do more number of cars so that they can make more money. Any carwash that is doing a great customer service would not just rush to finish the job. Also this place is NOT AN ACTUAL HAND CAR WASH. This car wash is HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. KEEP AWAY. I just wanted to leave a honest review.

Earlier today I went in and was disappointed with the results of my car. I bought the Towne Protection pack and when they finished I took a look at the rims and tires and they were still dirty. As seen in the photo you can see the terrible job they did on my wheels. I kindly asked the same guy who was “cleaning” my wheels if he can do them again because you can clearly see there was still dirt. He refused to do so. Unfortunately, when i got home i took a look at my entire car and was let down to see that there was also dirt on my grill and lower front lip. Very disappointing experience today.

Bottom line up front: Jose, his brother Juan, and his team are extremely professional and experts at car detailing. They made my Tundra look brand new. 10/10 highly recommend! I’m in the military and needed my 2016 Tundra cleaned inside and out to ship overseas. I called multiple shops, but none of them had any availability. My wife found DR Detail on Yelp and they had great reviews, so I hit them up. I told him I had to turn it in by 2:30pm the next day. I was also staying at a hotel, but he said that was no problem for them as they have their own water storage tank for their pressure washer on their mobile van. I asked them for an interior deep clean along with an exterior wash, which was templated online to take about 3 and a half hours. They came this morning at 9:30am and finished by 11:30. I have a yellow Labrador, and his fur was weaved into the floor mats and in all the nooks and crannies. They were able to remove all traces that my dog was ever in my truck. It’s pretty amazing to say the least. If you’re in the military and need your vehicle white glove inspection ready, they are the guys to make that happen.

Great experience overall! They drove to my house and completed everything in the time quoted which was about 40 minutes for the Exterior wash. They were all very communicative about the process as well. Anthony was great and took his time with Anthony. My car was filthy after a road trip and from the photo attached you wouldn’t even know. Glad I found their business and I’d definitely use this again on top of exploring some of their other services!
