I met Tom probably 8 months ago truth a friend recommendation which is in general a good thing. When I met Tom the first time he is straight forward in an professional way as a Mechanic. He did couple upgrades on my Audi like x-pipes, intake, stage 2 tune also upgrade my brakes performances. I have no issues till this day ! He also comes up with the right suggestions what improves that your car is running and performance in the right directions . I really happy with he’s professional aspect as a Mechanic. He’s big plus point is, that he knows how to handle European cars ! I wish Tom and he’s team all the best and im looking forward for my next visit.

I want to quickly leave this message to WOW this auto spa 😍 I went in because I needed to tint my windows and clean the car since I accidentally dropped coffee 😭 The guys were polite and cleaned my car so well!!! The girl works there is so kind and very helpful. They have comfy couch in the waiting area and I was able to get stuff done in my computer while waiting for my new car!!! Thank you!! I just had my car windows tinted and I’m really impressed. I got carbon tints with 25% on the sides and back with 50% on the windshield. Yousef took his time, paying close attention to every detail to make sure the tint came out perfect. The quality of the work is top-notch, and the whole experience was smooth and professional. I went to this car wash because I thought it was really good and I saw reviews that they were. I got a full detail and tints all around. I paid 500 dollars which was money down the drain. They did a horrible and I mean a horrible job. All they did was wipe every thing down on the inside and just a simple wash on the outside. There was a stain on the headliner of the car and stains on the carpet. When I brought the car back I asked him did you clean the headliner he said yea which was a lie because the stain was still there. I asked him do you steam the carpet he said yea which was another lie. The tints were pealing on the two back side windows and it was not properly cut. I would never ever bring my car back or recommend this spot to anyone. If they do not know you personally or if you do not have any fame to your name they do not care about your car.

I have asked for detail cleaning including the seats. Confirm with front desk that they are gonna wash the seats or not. After its done, I see it’s just cleaned not washed. When asked about washing, they said its a different service and will cost another $120 on top of detailing which is $70. Waste of time and money. Its not even detailed properly. Still see dust on seats and corners are not even clean.

TL;DR: go here the price is great. They work hard and make sure your car is clean and spotless. . They did a phenomenal job, the place has been completely redone and the new management is fantastic. They even managed to not miss any spots on the bmw black m rims which to anyone who knows are the worst ever when it comes to cleaning them.

Just Steam it Team did an amazing job on my SUV! I was so pleased with their service. They also did 20+ of my co-workers vehicles while we were in the office. The team was very professional, courteous and efficient. They did an excellent job of cleaning my really gross foot matts and vacuuming the crumbs, loose hair, and dried leaves from all the crevices in and around the car seats. They thoroughly cleaned the cup holders and the storage areas between the driver and passenger seats. It was amazing to have a dust free dashboard and instrument panel! My car smells brand new! Felix and his crew are simply unbelievable! When I first reached out to Felix, I wanted to see if I could test drive a Lotus . he replied by saying when do you wanna come by and drive it we chose a date and I arrived. Everything was outlined and explained and I was off. after driving this car for a couple hours, I decided that this was gonna be my next car. I even asked him if he was willing to sell the one I drove! after researching for about a week, I decided to purchase one that I found out in Long Island. I brought the car back to Felix and his guys and they did an amazing job with PPF. They are knowledgeable and experts in their field. I had a little issue with some of the areas and they addressed them and redid them after the two week break in. Felix took the time to explain the proper products to maintain the fabulous finish on the vehicle. this company is top notch and aims to please all around. The staff is warm and accommodating. Great service. When you go just tell then what you expect with the price. Of course is a little bit higher than any other carwash but they do it better then this other regular and fast peace car wash in paterson. I pay $50 for interior and exterior but it all depends on the size of the car.

I go to this place all the time and it is decent however there is times when it is busy they do not do a good job and charges alot of money for their packages. I always get the platinum and to pay $40 for a full service car wash they need to make sure those customer’s vehicle comes out perfect and make sure all features included in the package is done to the cars. They need to not compromise being busy with the quality of the car wash. Sometimes the vacuum job and wash does not come out how it should. If it continues happening I will look at other car washes. Management needs to be around and do quality control checks to make sure customer’s are getting the quality and services included in their packages that they pay for. $40 is alot for the Platinum service and we expect Platinum results.

I had a great experience from this location staff was friendly and honest from the start. My truck is 13 years old and it was only detailed when I bought it in 2010. The car is 2008. Never thought they would get rid of the stains especially because it’s beige. And you know how beige gets for those who has it. It had black tape residue that was in trunk due to sub woofer cables. Also my headliners which were dirty because of kids touching everything with dirty hands.They manage to get all the dirt out. My car looks new again. I would definitely recommend to anybody. I got the #3 Platinum service on my large SUV, coming out to $32. The exterior clean was perfect; it left my car sparkling. I can't say the same for the interior. They did a good job wiping down everything and cleaning the front mats. But they did not vacuum the seats and trunk well, if at all. There were still crumbs left on all three rows of seats and the back of the seats were also still dirty. If I were to go again, I would just do the #1 Silver service as it's not worth it to pay more if you're not getting a fully clean car. And then vacuum the remaining of the interior on my own.

So just to let everyone know about this place, let me start with the Positive side, first thing car wash is great of how they So there job. But the negative is that new guy they have there name wassa that does the car tints does the job so fast then you stuck with bubbles and lines in between the tint and expensive for unprofessional work done, when you try to go back to try to fix the issue, they give you Attitude and always find them smoke in marijuana, very bad smell, then on time of that the boss Arison also gives you Attitude and don't father resolving your issue. They lost one customer today. But many more to come if they keep doing this ferry unlikely. I will use them again. Stay away from this place for any tints done to your car, trust this is not hate on them, I'm just keeping ot real 😉

Terrible customer service I’ve been to this place for years. I asked a simple question regarding a then changing the filters when they do oil changes he claims they do. I tell them my last experience I changed the oil unfortunately I had to do a tune up 2 days after the oil change I decided to change it again and the oil comes out pitch black indicating the filter was never changed. Instead of staying level headed they start getting loud with me. If you’re in the right there’s absolutely no reason for you to get offended with a simple question. Which leads me to think they are charging for a service that they’re not fully delivering on.

Reasonable prizes. The wait time is normal, but the place really needs a renovation. The floor was slippery, so anyone could fall and cause an accident. The place does not smell good. The reception is old, and it seems that they do not keep records updated. The bathroom needs serious changprives. However, Mr. Abel and Mr. Carlos were attentive and comprehensive with my receipt lost. Reccomend it. Ask for the Services extra for 8 dollars all you car and interior, tires clean. The driers should be more carefully, both small rear views adds were broken and they did not clean the roof windows.

Pretty friendly, seems to be enjoying their job tbh. The wash was good on the outside and I got inside done too.. cost about $28 for both but I still see lint and jacket feathers on my back seat and passenger side seat. That said it does feel and look lean on the outside. Pretty good work

This car wash place gives you really bad service. I paid 20 dollars for full service and gave them 3 dollars tip. I would have give them more tip but they didnt want to do their job so I decided not to.Today I went to get my car washed and I was standing there while they were cleaning. There was a poop of birds on my car and ask there a stain here can you please clean it? He started talking in his language to his coworkers and shouting all that jazz. Finally decided to clean that poop stain. And they left so many stain in my car . Also they didn't bother taking some of the garbage out. I rather pay myself 20 dollars and clean it unfortunately I can't do it because I don't have my own house. I couldn't find more stains but I guess this pictures are enough I will post the pictures here. I suggest others to find some other place where you can pay the same and get better costumer service and satisfaction after the service.

I used to like this car wash but they never shine my tires even though when I pay, the guy puts the tag on my dash telling them the tire shine was paid for. Will NOT provide full service paid for. This is the third or fourth time this has happened and it seems to be my experience that they are very kind and pleasant towards latino customers but very short and rude with white customers. Gonna find a car wash where they don't treat customers based on immutable characteristics and aren't so bigoted

Absolutely do not go here. A used old broom was used to wash my car.... this is something you would use to brush the floor of your garage. After all the scratches and I confronted them they pretended they didn't speak English..... what a 3rd world eatablishment
