I have no bad things to say about this business. I drove from NYC to Passaic to get my vehicle clean. These guys are the best. It took about an hour to get my vehicle clean and it looks amazing. They took their time and really got in the corners and the trunk to make it like new. You should call ahead before coming in to make sure they are in, I had to come twice before finally getting a clean. They are a cash only business by the way, so go get some while they are cleaning up your vehicle.

Very expensive and very bad, don’t waste your money here. The initial greet is very nice and warm, once you pay it goes down hill. The guys outside cleaning very rude and not welcoming at all, specifically the older gentle with the red bandana head scarf, Just very miserable. I use to love this car wash but it’s been going downfall for years now, $40 down the drain.

Only reason I go this location is because it is close to my house. I am not a person that likes to leave negative comment (as a matter of fact, I have done it less than 5 times in my life. However, this location deserves the negative review. Unfortunately they do the bare minimum and rely on being in a great area. You will get better service by paying a 10 year old kid $10 to clean and wash your car (not even an exaggeration).

Max worked miracles on my cars and motorcycles, from my classics to my motorcycles, he did a very detailed jib, brought the paint and sprakle to them, mind you addressing the swirls and scratches on my 84 convertible SL Mercedes, my Xterra SUV, Harleys ( sportster, Heritage and Springer), classic british cars ( MG Midgets). My Dads car was cleaned on the inside only, it was a $200 job. Didn’t get rid of stains in the seats and missed a couple spots once it was finished. There were also some spots he missed on the windshield/windows (He did go over the missing spots when pointed out). Don’t waste your time or money here, it’s not worth it! For reference I got my own car fully detailed inside out and even got a headlight restoration all for less than $200 dollars.

We brought in a 15 year old car to give it some new life and Alex brought it to the cleanest we have ever seen it. I showed him the trouble spots in and around the consul and you would never know how stained all the crevices were! got my carwash and they did a wonderful service. i got two washes because my car was THAT dirty, covered in bird mess, the whole nine yards. at the end of my wash, while i was paying, Pedro pointed out a big mark on my bumper and i had already accepted that i was going to need a paint job because of it so i told him that and he said to let him try something. He has a spray bottle filled with magic because he sprayed, then wiped and instantly the red, blue, black and white scarring was gone. 10/10. i will always come back. i am also going to add before and after pics for proof because i was truly amazed.

What a great experience here! My car hasn't been washed or cleaned in 2 and half years. I am over due for a detailed cleaning. I was told about this place through friends and I gave it a shot. My car cost me $285 and it was absolutely well worth it. They are also trust worthy. There were items I lost in my car that I didn't remember and they put them in a bag and left in the trunk for me. When I came to get my car the gentleman walked me around and told me if I saw anything that needs to be touched again to let him know and there was nothing. Such an excellent job was done. They absolutely have a repeated customer not just for me but my family as well. I look forward for my car to be serviced here again.

If you are looking for everyday car wash with a flat rate this is your place. They offer different tiers of monthly plan service. You can bring your car everyday twice a day for 30 day for one single price. I have the ultra package and it includes outside, inside and tire dressing for 40 dollars (regular cost 14.5 dollars each time). I take my Suburban at least 3 times a week = 12 times a month, saving at least 100 dollars for each car. The staff do a fine job and the best of all, I am just paying 40 dollars monthly for each car. No more surprise for my car wash expenses.

SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Went there to wash my car today and it was not cleaned good!I said give me the $7 ladies special and under wash for $2 extra.He said $11 I asked why was it $11 he says oh tires.No i didn’t ask for that,so he says $9 (with an attitude)Car gets washed and the ladies drying did a horrible job leaving windows with steaks and when I asked for them to be dried correctly with was with an attitude!So I go around and ask the guy who takes the money before to wipe my front windshield again cause it was still dirty he looked at me and said “YOU ONLY PAID $9”!! I grabbed a rag he had laying there and cleaned my window myself which I couldn’t even reach all of it!! YOU WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN,BECAUSE HE WOULD NOT HAVE DONE THAT IF I WAS A MAN !!!!!

The quality of service has fallen so low in recent times. No matter what package or add ons you get, the results are mediocre at best. When I first came here in 2019 the quality of service was really great. Royal Touch was my favorite car wash until now. Despite lower quality, I have continued to come here when I needed a wash. Until now. They leave big, noticeable spots of dirt on the doors, bumpers, and sometimes won’t even go to the very front of the vehicle to clean. The low parts matter too. Their $10 spray wax is watered down and they don’t care to apply it everywhere. They have often skipped applying to areas like the very front or rear of the vehicle, and getting low to the bottom. Today the final straw was damage to my interior. They broke off parts of the passenger seat railing covers, leaving them in the rear foot well. There was also a detachment of the rain sensor cover on my windshield. That takes some force to do as the clips are strong. Furthermore my inspection sticker was disintegrated and peeled. Lastly, the rubber mats were placed back into the vehicle while they were still wet on the underside.
