Overall, it was an easy and good experience & he was kind/easy to talk to. I've never had my car detailed before, and from a couple of years of using my car for yard work, I'd accumulated a lot of dirt. He was able to refresh my car to almost new! He initially quoted 4 hours but was done in about 2. From what I've seen of other detailing places in the area, he is a more moderate priced option. I did notice some very minor missed areas, like around the logo on the back, but overall, the car looked great.

Don’t even second guess it just go on ahead and head over to Best Carwash Detailing. I was blown away by the impeccable reviews for this business and decided to give them a shot. I was highly pleased and satisfied with the service. Mr. Walden walked me through the ENTIRE process and was very upfront about extra costs etc. I have an American Shepard dog that sheds uncontrollably. I could not even tell I had a dog because Mr.Walden and his counterpart cleaned and detailed my car back to new. My car looks like it did the first day I drove it off the lot. I have to admit the best part about his service is that he comes out to you, so you don’t have to do much but just open your car and let them work their magic. I am recommending ALL my family members and friends to Mr.Walden’s business. You can tell he cares about his customers and his business. He has just gained him a customer for life.

I took my 2012 Honda CRV to Mitch and his team for a cleaning/wash on 5/10/24. This was my first time using a detail service, I didn’t know what to expect of the results that I could possibly get when finished. The convenience of having the service in my work garage, made having the car detailed while I was working, so easy! My car looks brand new, the shine on the paint is just incredible, and I didn’t think was even possible given its age! All interior and exterior work was exceptional. I’ve been to this place a few times for oil changes and car washes, and while the prices are very reasonable and the services they offer are solid, there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to customer service. The oil change personnel are great—diverse, hardworking, and they get the job done well. However, the front desk staff could use some work. They seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves and focusing on their looks rather than expediting services or engaging with customers. Communication is also pretty minimal, which can be frustrating when you’re waiting and no one’s keeping you in the loop. Overall, if you’re looking for a no-frills, budget-friendly option, this place does the trick. But don’t expect much in terms of customer care beyond the basic services.

BRZ installed a sky blue PPF. They did an awesome job, new color looks great and get compliments everywhere I go. I’m a huge perfectionist and BRZ did a good job with the installation, there were a few tweaks but they scheduled me right away and made everything perfect. They really honor their work with an awesome warranty. They guys working their were very nice and personable. Easy transaction, car took about 1.5 weeks to complete, about 1 day off from their original estimate. Would use again for any future work, they do almost anything. Price was best in the area, I did lots of shopping around and found this to be the best financially and work was also good as you can see. So far I need to go back for a quick addition of PPF to the front lip of the car. That’s on me to schedule with them since I’m currently very busy guy.

Did a tremendous job on my 4Runner. It was scuffed and scratched up and I kind of botched a scratch repair job with overspray and bad sanding. They fixed the whole panel to like-new and also polished the entire vehicle for a very reasonable price all in less than a day. I’ll be giving them more business! Excellent. A+.

I recently visited [Car Wash Name] and had a solid experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my car came out looking clean and shiny. The wash options are reasonably priced, with a good selection for different needs. I appreciated how quickly they got my vehicle in and out, but there were a couple of areas (like the wheels) that could have used a bit more attention. Overall, it's a great spot for a quick wash, and I'll definitely be back!

Extremely Terrible Experience! The manager is RACIST! Doesn’t like providing excellent service to Black people! Canceled my membership after I showed proof of month payment because I didn’t want the sticker in the windshield but wanted it on the door instead! My car is still dirty after I paid for it to be washed! The ownership needs to reach out about the lack of service! I have video proof of the managers disgusting behavior!

Wow. They wash it by hand and dry it by hand. For $10. I just fell in love with the color of my car all over again! They load it with soap.. hand wash preserves the paint.. dry it so thoroughly.. it's really worth the money. Plus, most of the staff is so nice! This is my go-to car wash from now on.

Debbie is a miracle worker! She made my Ford Escape look brand new after not having been cleaned for years. I have an English Bulldog, and she was still able to get out the vast majority of the hair. She cares deeply about her work product and it definitely shows. I highly recommend her for any detailing job. It’s worth every penny!

My car was FILTHY from years of smoking and generally from people spilling coffee on my seats. These are cloth seats, so they were very soiled. Debbie went above and beyond to make my car look pristine. She got rid of the nastiness… wish I had before photos. It was BAD! The prices were beyond reasonable and I had my car back in a day. Dropped off wed afternoon had it back Thursday at 1 pm. Overall, very nice lady and very beautiful work. So pleased!!!

I very rarely do reviews. But this review needed to be done. I've had my car for about 30,000 MI and I have two dogs. To say my car was a complete disaster is an understatement. I haven't cleaned or vacuumed it in the year and a half that I've owned it. I should have taken a before picture. Anyway, Peter the owner said that they would do the best job they could and I said, just do the best you can, anything is better than this. Well, I cannot tell you how impressed I am. This was my first time here and I asked for a bunch of business cards so I could give them out to my friends and customers at my bar. My car looks like it's brand new and I did not expect that. I've had detailings done before with my other cars and my two dogs and they have never come out this well. I cannot say enough how fantastic the job was and how fair the price was. This is the best car wash place I’ve ever been. After long roadtrip with my dog, my car is so messy inside and outside. The people there are all very nice and detail oriented. My co-worker and I came there on Friday(8/23/24) around 2:30 so she could get her car cleaned. All of the staff were very friendly and nice. She asked them to wipe down her windshield a little more and make it cleaner and they did it without any hesitation!! I was looking to switch over to a hand car wash and came across this one. The total for an SUV full service with the add on of the armor all tire shine was $25.59 noting that I paid via debit card. When I had arrived, I had about five cars in front of me which you’re gonna wait anywhere you go but their work justifies it and absolutely makes it worth it. The workers are very pleasant and guide you through when needed as you don’t get out of your vehicle until the end so that they can clean the interior as well plus for payment cash/debit/credit. Very satisfied this place and the staff both are phenomenal and I will absolutely be going back. They’ve got a new customer! 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

I recently visited a Newark local hand car wash. The highlight of the experience was the hardworking staff. It's evident that they put a lot of effort into their work. First time I went to this place, my truck came out and non of the rims were washed. I spoke to the manager and he said “take it back then.” I had to rejoin the queue and was behind at least 12 cars. Today I took my sedan, it came out and non of the rims were washed, again. So I asked the employees if it was just me complaining or is this how cars are washed here, and they said go talk to the manager. I spoke to the manager and he was so rude and mad at me. I asked him why he was so mad at me and being rude, he replied “ take it back and don’t come back here.” I told him this happened last time and I had to rejoin the queue, and you want me to do the same thing today? I was in the queue for almost 30 mins already and now I have to rejoin it for another 30 mins? He started walking away and told me, “don’t come back here.” I’ve never been disrespected in my life like this, and I don’t want anyone else to go through this humiliation while trying to do business at this place. I wish them the best tho!

Extremely rude staff at the oil change place. I went for a car wash, but just car wash was closed other things were open. I asked him a simple question what time does the car wash close? So that I can plan accordingly the next day to come in. But no, it was too much effort for him to give me a straight answer, started giving me attitude. Another employee interrupted and told me that the car wash closes at 6 pm.

I hadn’t had my car washed in a while and it had bird poop, pollen, etc on it. I just got an external wash because my truck needed to be cleaned. I know it’s automated by unfortunately the bird poop was still there and my windows weren’t really clean. It seemed like my truck had a really good rinse and it was cleaner than when it went in so yeah. On a good note, the staff was really nice but I probably won’t come back.

Horrible cleaning. Spent 12 dollars on a regular cleaning that lasted 10 secs. Workers didn’t clean what was dirty on the interior they just polished the windows. If I’m paying money for a car wash it should cleaned. Horrible service. 12$ is a lot for a service that is the worst.

They did a great job on my car. It’s one of those places where they think everyone has been there before and knows how it works so they don’t explain anything. Most of them don’t speak English anyway. So, make sure you know what you want, and don’t let them rush you through so you end up with something else. That said, if I’m in the area and need a car wash, I’d go back.

I’m happy I made it down to Tigers Touches since they moved from Jersey City. I’ve known James for a long time and happy to see his drive and his determination to provide a great service - this is rare nowadays. I personally don’t trust people with my car, but I will attest to James’ skill/expertise with things related to my car. Communication was great and the interior detail and wash beat my expectations. I really like the employees, but I strongly dislike the new owners. The woman in charge, who is Dominican, often comes across as immature and disrespectful. She accuses me of having an attitude toward her while treating me in a controlling manner. Her behavior has left such a negative impression that I would never consider dating a Dominican woman, even if I were offered $350.
