Jeep First, when I talk to him on the phone, he asked me what kind of car do I have , I said jeep grand Cherokee. He asked me what package do I want, i said silver when he came to my house, he looked at the car and he said this is a huge car. I was expecting something smaller and I can't do the same price like never saw a jeep grand Cherokee before, they are everywhere, so from silver package he wanted me to pay the price for gold package, and I agree at the end when he called me to inspect the car I looked it under the seats there was a garbage , papers ,open chocolate bar , and dust all over that he supposed to vacuum, also I told him that I have some yellow stains on the ceiling. He said don't worry I will take care of everything , when I inspected the car around the handles on the ceiling I see dark spots and the yellow stains , on the dish boards, the air vents still full of dust , I was expecting also to shine the dashboard put some leather conditioner on the seats on the door panels and everywhere inside nothing like that was done, outside he only washed the car , I had scuffs that I asked him to remove he said this is not possible for him because he doesn't have the right equipment, he didn't even put the spray shine the tires, to me that was just a regular cleaning vacuum the car wash and wax with a regular wax spray without even vacuuming the car under the seats when you call a guy to detail your car you expect to see that car shiny and nice. I could've cleaned that car better myself , I don't know where he gets all the stars on Google.

Gone are the previous brothers that I believe launched this business. However, the new owner is a good guy and honored the rewards program from the previous admin. A plus! My review is based on my visit in January of 2021. The unfortunate negative is that his staff is not as diligent and detail oriented as the previous crew. If you look at my photos you can see they didn't fully clean the wheels, touch the door jams, or vacuum the crevices in between the front seats and front doors. I had to ask them to clean the tailgate of my truck because they missed it. Blew my mind TBH. Maybe they've got better techs now for summer 2021 but diligence is important in this business. I wish them the best. I personally wont be revisiting. To the reviewer complaining about paying $12 instead of $10: If two bucks hurts your budget, you need to clean your own vehicle. I get your point, the signage was wrong and they didn't honor the price, but to drop such a negative review for that? Come on....

I would recommend this place a solid 5/5. Great place for a car wash and detail. Ken was amazing and got the job done perfect. Make sure to pick up some of their scents such as the mango bomb. I had my car dropped off around 10 and finished my car in a timely fashion. Great attention to detail. Will definitely be coming here for a car wash more and more.

I spilled coffee on the driver side of the car and came in asking if they could clean a specific area. They said yes and quoted me $45, which is a really good price. The guy I spoke to was kind and understanding. The work they did was amazing, and my car smelt cleaner than ever. I will defenitely be coming back for a full detail very soon !

Best place in Linden for oil and car wash. These guys go above and beyond for me. I have been coming here since they opened years ago. The mechanics and the car wash guys are the kindest and friendliest in the area. Don’t hesitate to come. You will get haggled or ripped off because they only do what’s necessary. The cashier girls can be non-personable, but most woman in this environment would be the same, i guess.

Got package #5. Payed $60 including tip. My car is 12 years old so I don’t really feel the need to pay much for car washes but I’m glad I did this time. Maria did the inside of my car and she did amazing. It’s like a mini detailing job in my opinion. Maria is beyond thorough. I was there for 40 min. Never had a car wash this good. Always a rushed service. But this place I felt I paid for quality work. I will be back.

My main concern being dog hair in my rugs and the smell from my dog vomiting a pup cup was phenomenally taken care of, my carpets look brand new! The servicer was very kind and communicative as well. However, when asked at the end to take a look and see if any spots were missed, there were so many.. inside the vents there was hair and dirt from my dog, so a brush was taken out to remove it, the pictures are the after result of the matter, still very dirty. The dashboard and door jams were very dusty and a quick sweep with a towel was done to remove it on the driver side, the photo is an example of what still remains. The center console was never touched, when I went to go put my things back it was filled with dirt and hair. I maintain my vehicle for the most part but dog hair and being dirty in cracks and crevices is why I decided to pay for a detailed job. I do not think it was a bad job, it got the job I needed done, but it was definitely not meticulous and not worth what I paid (in my opinion) compared to previous placed that I have gone to in the past that have left my vehicle immaculate for about the same price. I chose this place because I work nearby and thought it would be way more convenient than previously places that I have gone to. It definitely was convenient, and communication again was amazing. Thank you again regardless!

Wow. These fellas outdid themselves... Over the last month or so, a stretch of Rt 22 thru Union county was repaved. Not sure what cheap alternative sealant this low tier contractor used, but my car was covered in the worst tar-like film- NEVER experienced anything like it, driven on plenty of freshly paved roads with no issues. Not only did Two Hands give me an awesome price(in my opinion considering the work & time needed), but they made 2 separate trips to really cut thru the film. My car looks like it has a new coat of clear. All the crevices in the grill, spokes on the rims, roof rack, door handles... absolutely immaculate. Good job fellas, I really appreciate your time & effort. Hands down white glove service. Will gladly do business again & I cannot wait to recommend this business every opportunity I get.

My vehicle was involved in a hit and run while at work. I called the best I know for help. I needed my fender, door, and rim repaired. Joel set myself up with an appointment in the same week as drop off repair and pickup post repair. Joel and his team were very knowledgeable, quick and efficient! Joel & his team did an amazing job! We were in desperate need of a viral cleaning due to a sunroof leakage that had been going on in our Altima. We did not know this because there are no alerts for this issue. We were not aware until the damage became apparent with drenched carpeting & a horrific odor. These guys removed the seats to install the new carpeting in the interior & trunk. Yes, mold ended up in the trunk! Before installation, they thoroughly cleaned & sanitized everywhere to remove toxicity & sent pictures. My car looked brand new after this process & when I picked it up. Great job!

The date is September/1/2024 I came here for a car was because I park my car under a tree and some seeds from the tree fell on my car. They sprayed some kind of chemical that made the red color from the seeds bake into my white paint. Befor my roof has a few red spots from the seeds now now roof have red streaks. This has to be the worst car wash I have ever payed for. Now I have to go find another car wash tomorrow and pay them to do that job that I payed this location to do.

visited on december 8 and unfortunately, their drive-thru car wash caused damage to my car’s paint. The damage is significant and clearly occurred during the wash process. I immediately contacted the staff/management, but their response was unhelpful I expected better care and accountability from a service like this. I would not recommend this car wash unless they improve their quality standards and take responsibility for customer complaints.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for about a year and have had a membership for a few months. While I initially appreciated the convenience, I’ve noticed a consistent issue with the service—the quality of the cleaning seems to depend on whether the workers think you’ll tip them. Today was especially disappointing. After my car went through the wash, it was still soapy. When I asked the worker to finish cleaning it, he refused, saying he didn’t have time. I even offered to clean it myself and asked to borrow a rag, but he told me I should go to another place if I wanted a better cleaning. Unfortunately, it seems that’s exactly what I’ll be doing—taking my business elsewhere.

I have been going here for the last few months and paid for the monthly membership. It is worth every penny since every 2 paid car washes already amount to the monthly fee. It will not be anywhere near a hand wash but it definitely does the trick and would recommend it to anyone that is anal about keeping their car clean. The staff is great and the vacuum is free to all customers so that is a plus.

This is the last time I bring my 2023 Corvette from dozens of times I used them before this was the last time I wanted to keep give them the benefits of the doubt but last time I had to tell them to clean the front of my car and also the Trunk and they did but after I tell them… the only thing they have to clean today is the small cabin I paid 37 dollars that’s the regular price Gold option and today they failed at me once again… there is some good workers but some are just lazy every time and you can see it when they start and at the end; today was the final day I bring my car to this place, I am sorry guys I loved you through the summer but worse and worst but you guys charge to much for the shitty service; unfortunately I will leave the photo of my car for you guys to figure out your customer.

These guys are horrible. Back in January I brought my 2015 Mustang V6 for a wash & they broke my vinyl wrap on my door trim. I spoke to the owner & he made it right, offered me a VIP wash to settle it (vinyl wrap was around $30 anyways). Fast forward to today, I brought my 2024 Ford Mustang Dark Horse for a gold wash, pulled out & noticed my seatbelt guide for the recaro seats was broken. This is a $60/side trim piece ….. thank god they didn’t damage the actual seat. I’ve only washed my car here a handful of times since the first incident. I’m pretty disappointed with the service. Not only am I out $40 for the wash, but now I’m out $60 for the left guide. Should have just gone to Xpress Car Wash down the street. $16 wash interior/ exterior & nothing ever came out broken Update 10/16: I called on 10/14 to follow up & got told by the supervisor to file a police report because they aren’t doing anything for me. She then rudely hung up. I posted up my review on Instagram and was blocked by the business page. Was losing $60 on a mistake really worth losing business to them?

Got a flat tire going through wash. Tire was okay before driving there, and before going through wash. I'm not sure what happened, but the car's monitoring system sent a tire malfunction alert halfway through the wash cycle, NOT before. When I told and showed the workers what happened, they initially declined to help, pretending not to speak English. Only tried after the manager told them to help. Never apologized, only denied. Wish I could give 1 ⭐️, but I did not hate it as hate is a strong word. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

I purchased my 2019 BMW M550i off lease back during Covid and originally planned to keep it for a couple of years. I started shopping around this Spring but didn’t find anything that appealed to me. I love this model, but BMW discontinued them. Enter Raul and Prestige Auto Studio. Raul looked over the car and suggested paint correction, ceramic coating and a repaint on the front bumper cover which had lots of small stone dings. I picked it up today and couldn’t be happier! The paint looks better than new and I can already tell that the ceramic coating will be a huge improvement over the factory finish alone. If anyone is considering replacing a car that you love, but are not happy with its current appearance, check out Prestige Auto Studio. $28 for a car wash and they don't touch the interior. I assume when I select the top option at a car wash they at least vacuum the mats. I'm disabled and can't really squirm around the car to vacuum and do windows. So I guess I'm going to have to get my car washed again at another place. Pretty much a waste of money. Also, the ceramic nano thing is a waste of money. No way woukd I call what I got a good carwash.
