Everyone was kind and knowledgeable, helping me understand how we caused the holograms and thoroughly walked me through the process to correct. After an initial wash, they were better-able to point out the issues and kept me updated throughout each stage. I dropped the car off at 9 am and they called me 24 hours later to let me know I could pick up. The entire car looks impeccable and the hood completely restored. I'm beyond impressed and highly recommend.

We moved from San Jose to Jersey City and my car was towed in winter in open container (attached pics). Yasseff looked into the car and did thorough detailing. I have done detailing in many places and they always miss few spots in corners for one or other reasons. Yassef worked on all spots manually and great attention to detail. You can see it runs, under the trunk door. No place is left to chance. Also he has amazing knowledge and is genuinely passionate. He was very kind and humble. Diama took care of the schedule to accommodate me and was very nice with prompt follow ups. Genuine people nice to talk to. This is my go to place for detailing in JC from now on. Had my car detailed (full detail package) and I couldn't be more satisfied with their work. Every step was so smooth - asking for quote, setting up appointment, dropping off the car, and picking up. I cannot say enough good things about Gus’s interior deep cleaning service! My car was in rough shape thanks to my dog having a few accidents in the back and the wear and tear from hauling sports gear. I found these guys when they first started out , literally detailing outside. I was skeptical, but I had an appointment and wasn’t going to just cancel. Well fast forward 3 months later and my truck and girls Jeep has not been to any other wash. The crew goes above and beyond and they go over every little detail even on a basic exterior wash. Great atmosphere, good vibes, and even better washes. A bunch of car guys that take care of your vehicles like it’s their own. Best car wash in Jersey City, by far. I’ve tried 4 or 5 other car washes over the last 20 years and this is the only one I will go back to! They made my 11 year old Honda look new inside and out. Plus their engine cleaning is expert. Highly recommended.

I have been getting my car here for past 6 months, they always do a fine job! I have recommended to a friend as well who owns a merc & he too liked the car wash service here. My strategy is to get the car washed here & wax myself at home. One watch out is the long waiting (especially on weekends). I have been here early in the morning thinking I'll be the first customer, but no sir... there were 5 cars lined up already. Anyway, the long wait times only signal the quality here. Last thing, just align the price before you get in. I think they charge $28 & $35 depending on size of the car. I wish they vaccummed trunk as well for the price (it's a small effort, but would be a nice touch)

Updating my review. James and his staff do excellent work both on the inside and outside of my vehicle. I came to them most recently needing the inside cleaned. Additionally I had some stuff that spilled on the side of my car when I had it parked on the street. Turns out that substance was cement powder. James and his team took excellent care of my car and it appeared almost brand new when I got it back. I can’t recommend their services enough.

Brought my M2 in for a detail, polish, and PPF. The guys there took great care of the car and it came out looking great. I was able to see a bit of the process and was pleased to say that they were extremely detailed with everything too. The shop is huge and clean. Love it here! There is never a long wait and they do a great job for the price. The guys there are so nice and I look forward to coming in and saying hi whenever I bring my car. My side mirror broke while I was there (not their fault what-soever, I glued it on cheaply and the water just loosened the glue) and they were super apologetic and offered to buy me a new mirror which I declined. They did however get adhesive and help me reglue the mirror on and gave me a card for a free wash!! I've never experienced such accommodating customer service. Since moving to the area, I will literally never go anywhere else!! They do everything I don't have the time or energy to do. I get so excited to come here lol. I even convinved my friend who lives 90 mins away to come up and try it here and he loved the results. Would reccomend to anyone who will listen lmao.

I needed a car wash but not a vacuum. So I drove up and said exterior only. It was 10. I looked at the receipt and notice tires weren't included, it was 3 more. Fine, I added that. I didn't know I also should have asked to clean the windows because that's not included either. They told me they don't clean the windows with the package I had. I left with foggy/streaky windows and a bad wash job.

There was a short line. It moved fast. You get to stay in your car the whole time. It was a fun ride while inside. The soapsuds went everywhere. They power wash the soap off. The blower air my car quick. Then I was out side. They vacuumed and hand wash my car mats. You go inside to pay. There was a small store with lots of smelly things to buy. Just check out the videos. Drive past and drive in.

Chris came first thing on a Sunday morning and did a great job on the interior. Due to the rain forecast he was very accommodating and offered to come back and do the exterior when the weather was better, while adjusting the price for the services he was able to complete. Paid for silver, says it includes vacuum what they fail to mention is that it's all self-service so I paid almost $20 to wash my own car. My car is still dirty on the outside. They don't wipe the interior at all. Never come to this kind of a car wash it's a complete disappointment. Hand car wash is really the only way to go. I recommend Martin car wash in Union City. This is definitely not the good place. I feel like I just pissed away $20.

Poor experience. TLDR: Good service, hours so bad it's difficult to utilize if you have an 8-5. Randomly changes hours during the winter without notice. What it is: Its an automatic car wash machine. And then two guys at the end with cloths to remove excess water. You get an EXTERIOR car wash. Then self-service vacuum stations. Cons: Terrible hours - Closes at 6pm. Everyone and their mother gets there right after work. Good luck getting a wash if you get off at 5. Randomly changes hours - Does so without notifying members or posting signs. Took off work early to get a car wash during the winter to rinse off the salt, only to find out they were closing early indefinitely because of "daylight hours"... - Because of this limited hours, weekends are SLAMMED. Expect to wait on the highway for about 20 minutes before you can get in the lot Pros: - Staff is great - Wash is decent enough for de-bulking most of the mess. - Vacuum stations at the end where you can both vacuum and clean the last 10% of your car - Offer an undercarriage wash (critical with the salted roads)

Honestly the customer service was horrible the cashier was rude and very unprofessional. I paid for Bronze then extra for VIP service considering the amount of dirt I noticed was left behind after my initial service was completed. The pictures are a results of VIP Service. Can you believe this is what they consider VIP Service. Please reverse while you can and avoid spending your money at this Car Wash it's a waste of your time & money.

This is why people should support the hand car washes more !! I stopped coming to this car wash a couple months ago and gave it another Try today and regretted it immediately. I paid $35 for a VIP service and two air fresheners and Could’ve driven through a school car wash and gotten a better outcome ! They do a horrible job cleaning the inside of the vehicles and even after telling the guy, he did it carelessly and still left it dirty (see photos) The people vacuuming, must have not even moved my rugs ( see photo) the dashboard wasn’t even touched !! So instead of repeating myself, I chose to leave and I will handle it on my own when I get home. I do not recommend you wasting your money here because they Are super careless! Btw I still tipped so it’s not about the money!

If you want to throw away $22 for a rushed, half-done car wash, this is the place. I have no idea how it has a 4.2-star rating because the service is absolutely terrible. I came in for a last-minute wash since my usual spot was closed. The place was EMPTY—no cars behind me—so I figured they’d take their time. Instead, they rushed through the whole thing in five minutes. Four guys washed, six dried, yet my car still looked dirty. They barely vacuumed, sprayed Windex on my leather seats without wiping it off, and threw soaking wet carpets back into my car. Don't waste your money. Check the pics for proof.

Terrible. Car look like it didn’t wash after, dusty and water drizzle down with dust. Interior smells like dirty water: Told them multiple times, do not clean my interior, just vacuum. They pulled out all my custom leather floor mat and water gunned them all wet anyway. And interior smells after the dirty water. Exterior terrible too. They don’t do a good job cleaning the interior anyway, it’s a mess after, I have to put all clips back where they were myself after. There’s a reason why i said only vacuum. I don’t know if they are stupid or what, literally said to them repeatedly, just a minute ago, but they still water gunned my leather floor mat. Terrible. Never coming here again.

Debbie is a miracle worker! She made my Ford Escape look brand new after not having been cleaned for years. I have an English Bulldog, and she was still able to get out the vast majority of the hair. She cares deeply about her work product and it definitely shows. I highly recommend her for any detailing job. It’s worth every penny!

My car was FILTHY from years of smoking and generally from people spilling coffee on my seats. These are cloth seats, so they were very soiled. Debbie went above and beyond to make my car look pristine. She got rid of the nastiness… wish I had before photos. It was BAD! The prices were beyond reasonable and I had my car back in a day. Dropped off wed afternoon had it back Thursday at 1 pm. Overall, very nice lady and very beautiful work. So pleased!!!

I just left from this car washing place, this is the first time I leave a review on social media, but its a disaster, Dont expect them to clean ur car at allll, they literally put water on it some soap and that's it no cleaning no scrubbing, I called them to say Can U wipe after, their looking at each like am speaking Chinese, I gave a tip before they even do the job but its okay. I Dont recommend. At all. I would never leave a review unless it was a really bad service.

Terrible job on the interior cleaning. I paid for a full wash, and they barely touched the inside. There was still dirt, dust, and even a water bottle left in the seat. They completely missed the small crevices and didn’t bother with the details. For the price, this is unacceptable. If you’re looking for a proper cleaning, don’t waste your money here. Definitely not coming back. They didn’t even vacuumed the seats …

Not a thorough job for the price ($22 for an SUV), had to point out water streaks that needed to be dried off, and inside wasn’t vacuumed or cleaned properly. If you want something quick, I was in and out in 10 minutes, but I’m happy to wait 20 if it’s done well.

Major disappointment. I paid for a full detail service, almost $400 including tax and tip. The carpets and floor mats look perfect but everything else did not meet my expectations. There is dirt in the crevices of my seats, wheel, and there are stains on the sun visors. The mirrors inside the sun visors were completely untouched and they even left leaves in the front dashboard and a ton of dirt in the trunk exterior, where the hinges are. To finish it off there is a sticky/slimy film o all over the car, leaving streak marks on some surfaces and a sticky feeling on the steering wheel and seats. Maybe it was a busy Saturday morning, but I expected a lot more for the price I paid.

Mind baffling to me someone could call this service, and on top of that give attitude when pointing it out. I arrived and asked for EVERYTHING, verbatim, I told them I wanted it all, I told them wheels, clean inside, pointed out to specific spots I knew were particularly dirty like my passenger side. In less than I could open my laptop they were ready, not even 10 minutes my car was ready - I was like ok? There’s about 4 of them working on one car so I figured that was it. I open my front seat and I see it’s still sticky, let them know to please go at it again (3 different times I had to tell them). Walked on the outside, wheels were still dirty with the rag but ok, steering wheel I asked them to clean - (clearly didn’t do it) once I saw the door I was like sir ? I asked for the full thing I paid $35) I’m pretty sure, a car wash includes cleaning the inside of doors - anyway, the seats and steering wheel are no excuse, service is service.

Been going here for a few years only because it’s close to home. Never had an issue in the past (don’t expect much from an automated car wash and a quick wipe down), however this time around they told me to leave the keys in the car with it running. At the exit side of the car wash the attendant told me to unlock the car and we realized they locked the keys inside. Attendant told me this was my fault which I did not take well considering I was told to leave them in my car. They were able to use air wedges to pull the door handle open but had left scratches all over my door panel. They didn’t want to help me until I didn’t move my car and a supervisor came out and was angry and demanded my keys so he can pull around so they can continue to crank out the cars. Supervisor told me it’s my fault for not having a spare key with me (absurd). He continued to tell me it’s an old car and it has flaws (keep in mind I purchased a 2019 vehicle in 2022, that’s not old.) The original guy that told me to leave the keys in the car was very apologetic and tried to do his best to “clean” the scratches which went appreciated. I definitely will not be coming back here

I was the only customer, and once I arrived, I specifically asked to clean the car inside very well. The fact that no one was there made me think they would do a great job as they were not in a rush. After I was told the car was ready, I checked, and I saw the car was still not clean. I asked one of the guys, and he said, "we are still working on it..." Great!!! After a few minutes they told me the car is ready. I look inside, and it's still dirty. Before leaving, I stopped by the cashier and shared what had happened. The employee answered with "ok." There are plenty of good car wash in the area. Don't waste your time and money here.
