Perfect job!!! My standard is relatively high. And used to wash the car by myself because I can’t find a place in JC that knows how to do hand wash properly. Until I find Steambach, they absolutely know how to wash your car in a right way.

I cannot say enough good things about Gus’s interior deep cleaning service! My car was in rough shape thanks to my dog having a few accidents in the back and the wear and tear from hauling sports gear. The before and after transformation is absolutely night and day—my car looks brand new again! Scheduling was a breeze—I called and had an appointment the very next day. Gus is not only incredibly professional but also super friendly, which made the whole experience even better. The fact that he comes to you is such a game-changer and so convenient. Best car wash in Jersey City, by far. I’ve tried 4 or 5 other car washes over the last 20 years and this is the only one I will go back to! They made my 11 year old Honda look new inside and out. Plus their engine cleaning is expert. Highly recommended.

These guys are the best! They’re super efficient and have great attention to detail and very kind. I had my car parked on the road and it somehow became covered in a very sticky spray substance with so much tree pollen and leaves stuck to it that would not come off and almost looked as if my paint and windshield were cracked. These guys spent so much time on the car really putting in that elbow grease, carefully cleaning every inch of the grime and had it sparkling. Will be coming back to them next time!

Love it here! There is never a long wait and they do a great job for the price. The guys there are so nice and I look forward to coming in and saying hi whenever I bring my car. My side mirror broke while I was there (not their fault what-soever, I glued it on cheaply and the water just loosened the glue) and they were super apologetic and offered to buy me a new mirror which I declined. They did however get adhesive and help me reglue the mirror on and gave me a card for a free wash!! I've never experienced such accommodating customer service. Since moving to the area, I will literally never go anywhere else!! They do everything I don't have the time or energy to do. I get so excited to come here lol. I even convinved my friend who lives 90 mins away to come up and try it here and he loved the results. Would reccomend to anyone who will listen lmao.

100% NOT hand car wash, in fact I had to dry it myself and it's like it was only hosed down with water. Still dirty. Place should be shutdown.

Not a thorough job for the price ($22 for an SUV), had to point out water streaks that needed to be dried off, and inside wasn’t vacuumed or cleaned properly. If you want something quick, I was in and out in 10 minutes, but I’m happy to wait 20 if it’s done well.

They don’t rinse the soap off correctly. My car always ends up with excess soap after leaving. There was soap running out of my side mirrors ans I drove off, even after I asked them to rinse thoroughly since the same thing had already happened twice. I won’t be going back there.

Brought my M2 in for a detail, polish, and PPF. The guys there took great care of the car and it came out looking great. I was able to see a bit of the process and was pleased to say that they were extremely detailed with everything too. The shop is huge and clean. Will definitely be back again for the maintenance wash!

I received an oil change, wash, & light tint on my windshield and side front mirrors in about 2 hours. As always Ryan is very professional and thorough. I am always happy with the results. Came to Ryan's for a premium car wash and was very satisifed with the level of detail and care shown in the hand wash. Decided to come back and get all around ceramic tints and have zero issues. Great quality and great advice in regards to what % tints and how it'd look against my caviar black Lexus IS350. Very happy and will continue to use Ryan for the car washes and detailing and additional services he provides once I decide what direction I want to go eg. Cermaic Coating, Dash Cam installs, maybe even side skirts and front/back lip installs.

I found these guys when they first started out , literally detailing outside. I was skeptical, but I had an appointment and wasn’t going to just cancel. Well fast forward 3 months later and my truck and girls Jeep has not been to any other wash. The crew goes above and beyond and they go over every little detail even on a basic exterior wash. Great atmosphere, good vibes, and even better washes. A bunch of car guys that take care of your vehicles like it’s their own. Very disappointed with the cleaning job I received my rims are still dirty, they dried the car with wet towels so it streaked all over the windows and I paid extra for tire shine and none of my tires received any shine product. Idk if it’s an off day but I definitely had higher expectations. It basically was the equivalent of a drive thru gas station car wash unfortunately.

There was a short line. It moved fast. You get to stay in your car the whole time. It was a fun ride while inside. The soapsuds went everywhere. They power wash the soap off. The blower air my car quick. Then I was out side. They vacuumed and hand wash my car mats. You go inside to pay. There was a small store with lots of smelly things to buy. Just check out the videos. Drive past and drive in.

Chris came first thing on a Sunday morning and did a great job on the interior. Due to the rain forecast he was very accommodating and offered to come back and do the exterior when the weather was better, while adjusting the price for the services he was able to complete. Updating my review. James and his staff do excellent work both on the inside and outside of my vehicle. I came to them most recently needing the inside cleaned. Additionally I had some stuff that spilled on the side of my car when I had it parked on the street. Turns out that substance was cement powder. James and his team took excellent care of my car and it appeared almost brand new when I got it back. I can’t recommend their services enough.

Terrible. Car look like it didn’t wash after, dusty and water drizzle down with dust. Interior smells like dirty water: Told them multiple times, do not clean my interior, just vacuum. They pulled out all my custom leather floor mat and water gunned them all wet anyway. And interior smells after the dirty water. Exterior terrible too. They don’t do a good job cleaning the interior anyway, it’s a mess after, I have to put all clips back where they were myself after. There’s a reason why i said only vacuum. I don’t know if they are stupid or what, literally said to them repeatedly, just a minute ago, but they still water gunned my leather floor mat. Terrible. Never coming here again.

Best wash in jersey city! They provide hand wash, they’re better at outside vs inside but the prices are reasonable. If you want your car perfect; wash it yourself. But for $20 this is the best hand car wash you can get!

Paid for silver, says it includes vacuum what they fail to mention is that it's all self-service so I paid almost $20 to wash my own car. My car is still dirty on the outside. They don't wipe the interior at all. Never come to this kind of a car wash it's a complete disappointment. Hand car wash is really the only way to go. I recommend Martin car wash in Union City. This is definitely not the good place. I feel like I just pissed away $20.

If you have a brand new car please do not come here my car was damaged. After filling out a claim paper that was given to me directly after the damage by a worker, I was told I would receive a call from the manager the next day (that didn’t happen). After calling 3x I finally receive a call, the representative told me my driver and passenger sides of my car isn’t parallel to each other ( never heard that before) so they can not reimburse for the damages. They also told me the recordings of my vehicle going through the car wash doesn’t show the passenger side so they can’t determine if this happened ( I only had my car for 2 months, a brand new car 2024) … Smh my first and last time here !! And the nerve of them trying to get you to purchase a membership!!!

Cant say enough about J and his team. Every place i went to wanted to make me get a new front bumper but he assured me he could fix it and i cant even tell someone hit my car. Cleared out my head lights, brand new tires, brakes etc. you can go there with confidence you will leave happy!

This is why people should support the hand car washes more !! I stopped coming to this car wash a couple months ago and gave it another Try today and regretted it immediately. I paid $35 for a VIP service and two air fresheners and Could’ve driven through a school car wash and gotten a better outcome ! They do a horrible job cleaning the inside of the vehicles and even after telling the guy, he did it carelessly and still left it dirty (see photos) The people vacuuming, must have not even moved my rugs ( see photo) the dashboard wasn’t even touched !! So instead of repeating myself, I chose to leave and I will handle it on my own when I get home. I do not recommend you wasting your money here because they Are super careless! Btw I still tipped so it’s not about the money!

Horrible service literally just left 3 mins ago paid for services that were not given and this seems to happen here often. Car was washed horribly still has dirt on carpet and spatters on steering wheel and windows are done carelessly here.

I went today to have my aunts car detailed what amazing job was done . It was in really bad condition and when I picked it up it looked like it just came off the lot. Don’t even second guess it just go on ahead and head over to Best Carwash Detailing. I was blown away by the impeccable reviews for this business and decided to give them a shot. I was highly pleased and satisfied with the service. Mr. Walden walked me through the ENTIRE process and was very upfront about extra costs etc. I have an American Shepard dog that sheds uncontrollably. I could not even tell I had a dog because Mr.Walden and his counterpart cleaned and detailed my car back to new. My car looks like it did the first day I drove it off the lot. I have to admit the best part about his service is that he comes out to you, so you don’t have to do much but just open your car and let them work their magic. I am recommending ALL my family members and friends to Mr.Walden’s business. You can tell he cares about his customers and his business. He has just gained him a customer for life.

I just left from this car washing place, this is the first time I leave a review on social media, but its a disaster, Dont expect them to clean ur car at allll, they literally put water on it some soap and that's it no cleaning no scrubbing, I called them to say Can U wipe after, their looking at each like am speaking Chinese, I gave a tip before they even do the job but its okay. I Dont recommend. At all. I would never leave a review unless it was a really bad service.

Debbie is a miracle worker! She made my Ford Escape look brand new after not having been cleaned for years. I have an English Bulldog, and she was still able to get out the vast majority of the hair. She cares deeply about her work product and it definitely shows. I highly recommend her for any detailing job. It’s worth every penny!

My car was FILTHY from years of smoking and generally from people spilling coffee on my seats. These are cloth seats, so they were very soiled. Debbie went above and beyond to make my car look pristine. She got rid of the nastiness… wish I had before photos. It was BAD! The prices were beyond reasonable and I had my car back in a day. Dropped off wed afternoon had it back Thursday at 1 pm. Overall, very nice lady and very beautiful work. So pleased!!!

I was the only customer, and once I arrived, I specifically asked to clean the car inside very well. The fact that no one was there made me think they would do a great job as they were not in a rush. After I was told the car was ready, I checked, and I saw the car was still not clean. I asked one of the guys, and he said, "we are still working on it..." Great!!! After a few minutes they told me the car is ready. I look inside, and it's still dirty. Before leaving, I stopped by the cashier and shared what had happened. The employee answered with "ok." There are plenty of good car wash in the area. Don't waste your time and money here.

“ Full Service” $23 + “Tire” ( Amoral) $5. And Now How I received the vehicle back. Start with the inside: No vacuum, screen full of fingerprints, steering wheel also not wiped, doors still dirty, windshield full of smudges. Outside: dirty water on the base of the trunk, front and back window water dripping, side mirrors not wiped. Tire: Amoral, what amoral? When I start first asking about why not vacuum. He responded with: If you want more then pull aside and it’s a VIP cleaning. Huh??? What a waste of time and money.

Mind baffling to me someone could call this service, and on top of that give attitude when pointing it out. I arrived and asked for EVERYTHING, verbatim, I told them I wanted it all, I told them wheels, clean inside, pointed out to specific spots I knew were particularly dirty like my passenger side. In less than I could open my laptop they were ready, not even 10 minutes my car was ready - I was like ok? There’s about 4 of them working on one car so I figured that was it. I open my front seat and I see it’s still sticky, let them know to please go at it again (3 different times I had to tell them). Walked on the outside, wheels were still dirty with the rag but ok, steering wheel I asked them to clean - (clearly didn’t do it) once I saw the door I was like sir ? I asked for the full thing I paid $35) I’m pretty sure, a car wash includes cleaning the inside of doors - anyway, the seats and steering wheel are no excuse, service is service.

Major disappointment. I paid for a full detail service, almost $400 including tax and tip. The carpets and floor mats look perfect but everything else did not meet my expectations. There is dirt in the crevices of my seats, wheel, and there are stains on the sun visors. The mirrors inside the sun visors were completely untouched and they even left leaves in the front dashboard and a ton of dirt in the trunk exterior, where the hinges are. To finish it off there is a sticky/slimy film o all over the car, leaving streak marks on some surfaces and a sticky feeling on the steering wheel and seats. Maybe it was a busy Saturday morning, but I expected a lot more for the price I paid.
