I recently visited Splash Car Wash in Orange, NJ, and my experience left much to be desired. Upon arriving, I was greeted by an extremely long line, which I had anticipated given some of the reviews I had read. However, what followed was quite frustrating. As I was patiently waiting my turn, I witnessed an older woman cutting in line. This behavior was not only inconsiderate but also disrespectful to all of us who were waiting. When I expressed my concerns to the staff, they informed me that the woman was “confused” and claimed she was only crossing the line to get to the other side. This was hard to believe, as it was clear she intended to skip ahead. Feeling that the situation needed to be addressed, I went inside to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, my encounter with him was equally disappointing. Rather than addressing the issue, he seemed dismissive and pretended to misunderstand me. When I pointed out that allowing her to cut in was unfair, he shrugged it off, claiming it was “just one car” and that it was good for business. I felt my time was being disregarded, and it was evident that customer service was not a priority for him. When I expressed my frustration and indicated that I was considering leaving, the manager’s response was surprisingly apathetic. He even seemed to plead with me not to leave a review about my experience, which only further solidified my resolve to share my story. Waiting behind 13 cars only to see someone skip ahead was incredibly frustrating, especially with management seemingly turning a blind eye. Ultimately, I believe that a business should prioritize fairness and respect for all customers. Unfortunately, Splash Car Wash did not meet those expectations during my visit. If you value your time and expect a service that respects all customers equally, you might want to consider other options.

Absolutely great customer service! Was very welcoming and accommodating even on such short notice! I was able to book an appointment twice with ease and was in and out in about an hour and a half each visit. My first visit was an interior cleaning, second time was an exterior cleaning, and both times sleepysuds did a fantastic job, made my 5 year old toyota feel almost brand new! Would definitely recommend their services time and time again

Someone sideswiped my car and rather than have a body shop do the repair, the body shop recommended trying exterior detailing at Auto Polishing Experts. WOW! Billy, went above and beyond to make my 7 year old Subaru look like new! I would highly recommend!!!

Did a tremendous job on my 4Runner. It was scuffed and scratched up and I kind of botched a scratch repair job with overspray and bad sanding. They fixed the whole panel to like-new and also polished the entire vehicle for a very reasonable price all in less than a day. I’ll be giving them more business! Excellent. A+.

This is my second time at this car wash. I loved them the first time and loved them again this time. They are thorough, quick and hit every detail. I really wish it was a touch less car wash but the brushes are soft which made me feel better about washing my car. I will recommend and return.

Not the best wash, they don't pay attention to details, don't vacuum well, always in a hurry and not professional. Okay if it is only exterior washing, forget platinium package not platinum about it. You literally have to reclean . They do a shoddy job. I have gotten a bad job, i give so 2 chances for I know things do happen, but not any more, I do not recommend this place 😕

After using AFT mobile watch for a giveaway raffle for my company and hearing raving reviews, I knew I had to have him do my lease before I returned it. What an unbelievable job! For three hours, Ryan worked his magic in my three year old rogue (which had a lot of dog hair- sorry Ryan!) and I worked upstairs in my office. Talk about convenience! How on earth do you pay for their “the works” (a higher level tier which includes everything cleaned and waxed, including under the car), but still receive your car how you handed it over- dirt and all. They rush jobs now and unfortunately the quality has gone down. External is fine but I have to clean the car again myself when I get home :/ photos show AFTER “cleaning.”

Quick friendly service, at reasonable prices, with lots of different price point options as well as detailing service. They also sell car mats, wipers, huge assortment of car fresheners, and various other car accessories. I received the platinum package and while it was a good job, there were still some smudge as well as bird "remnants" on my windshield.. That's why not 5 stars...but would definitely go back and try the detailing service.

The only car wash to bring your car & luxury cars in everyone knows Hand car washes is your best bet if you want to insure your car doesn’t get scratched up by those hardcore machines they have at regular car washes. There has been a slight price increase but like everyone and everything else it’s only right especially with all the updates still they are providing the cheapest prices in the area. New ownership has only been there for 1 month and a half they are learning their community and the new staff and they are doing a great job customers who paid dirt cheap prices will be the ones to complain but sadly we are not in those times anymore. I love the service that is provided everytime I go there and they even offer a loyalty card that after ten washes you get a free one.. I only know that they will be getting better and better

Don’t even second guess it just go on ahead and head over to Best Carwash Detailing. I was blown away by the impeccable reviews for this business and decided to give them a shot. I was highly pleased and satisfied with the service. Mr. Walden walked me through the ENTIRE process and was very upfront about extra costs etc. I have an American Shepard dog that sheds uncontrollably. I could not even tell I had a dog because Mr.Walden and his counterpart cleaned and detailed my car back to new. My car looks like it did the first day I drove it off the lot. I have to admit the best part about his service is that he comes out to you, so you don’t have to do much but just open your car and let them work their magic. I am recommending ALL my family members and friends to Mr.Walden’s business. You can tell he cares about his customers and his business. He has just gained him a customer for life.

This is the second time I tried them, terrible service. They are nice people but don’t do their job. I got the same platinum service (full cleaning). They left my car full of dirt and mug, I had to wait for a second pass. They cleaned the car TWICE and the pictures can speak for itself… still dirty!!

Edgar came to our house and washed and cleaned our two vehicles. He brought his own equiptment and supplies including water. He deep cleaned the inside and outside of both cars spending over an hour on each. He was professional and did a great job at a reasonable price. Edgar was great! He will go to your house which is SO convenient and he did a great job with cleaning my dirty old 2010 Subaru. I did the Supreme Detail and it was so worth the $! I had stains on my seats for years and he managed to get a lot of the stain out but not fully which is understandable because it’s been there for years. I very rarely do reviews. But this review needed to be done. I've had my car for about 30,000 MI and I have two dogs. To say my car was a complete disaster is an understatement. I haven't cleaned or vacuumed it in the year and a half that I've owned it. I should have taken a before picture. Anyway, Peter the owner said that they would do the best job they could and I said, just do the best you can, anything is better than this. Well, I cannot tell you how impressed I am. This was my first time here and I asked for a bunch of business cards so I could give them out to my friends and customers at my bar. My car looks like it's brand new and I did not expect that. I've had detailings done before with my other cars and my two dogs and they have never come out this well. I cannot say enough how fantastic the job was and how fair the price was. Severally disappointing. Don’t let these positive reviews get you like it got me. Save your money. I don’t know why it’s so hard to find a good car wash in the area. The machines inside does it’s own little part, but whatever dirt residue is left on your car, it’s not getting cleaned by ANYONE. The guy on the other end literally did a dry slap with his little musty rag and walked off. And I’m not enthused by the token to vacuum the inside of my own car. If I wanted to, I would go to Wawa. Why it’s not an included service where they actually clean the inside too is beyond me. At this point, since there’s no local luck, I’m more than willing to drive 20m out because this isn’t it. I’m going to start looking in Montclair or Bloomfield since it seems in this immediate area your dollar seems to not mean anything although the value is the damn same. And for the person that leaves replies on behalf of the business to save face, save it unless I’m going to be credited my $20 or given a free wash for redemption.

This review is for the 727 Belleville Ave in Belleville location. ( the other location on Broad St. is better and costs accordingly) Yes, it's reasonable, only $10 for the EXTERIOR of the car only. You can vacuum the car on your own, and it's free. They are nice, but they don't do a great job.

Been coming here for 10 year. Everyone I refer to this place stoped going and today was my last day. I am fed up cleaning up after them. I have to ask them to vacuum the dog hair from my seats. I’m paying $51 for a $41 membership and they refuse to adjust my price.

The Man who runs the car wash is very nice. However he needs better staff. If I had known I would pay for basic wash. Because they don’t do a very good job at cleaning the inside of the car. Service is 3 stars the actual work is less than zero stars. Don’t go here.

I’m happy I made it down to Tigers Touches since they moved from Jersey City. I’ve known James for a long time and happy to see his drive and his determination to provide a great service - this is rare nowadays. I personally don’t trust people with my car, but I will attest to James’ skill/expertise with things related to my car. Communication was great and the interior detail and wash beat my expectations. Extremely rude staff at the oil change place. I went for a car wash, but just car wash was closed other things were open. I asked him a simple question what time does the car wash close? So that I can plan accordingly the next day to come in. But no, it was too much effort for him to give me a straight answer, started giving me attitude. Another employee interrupted and told me that the car wash closes at 6 pm.

I hadn’t had my car washed in a while and it had bird poop, pollen, etc on it. I just got an external wash because my truck needed to be cleaned. I know it’s automated by unfortunately the bird poop was still there and my windows weren’t really clean. It seemed like my truck had a really good rinse and it was cleaner than when it went in so yeah. On a good note, the staff was really nice but I probably won’t come back.

Wow. They wash it by hand and dry it by hand. For $10. I just fell in love with the color of my car all over again! They load it with soap.. hand wash preserves the paint.. dry it so thoroughly.. it's really worth the money. Plus, most of the staff is so nice! This is my go-to car wash from now on.

Their dryer Machinery tore off the Crossbars of my car at the end of the wash. Then the worker that checks drivers in the wash has the balls to tell me the Crossbars were already loose. But a half hour before I just got my car serviced and have the receipt to prove it! There was nothing wrong with the Crossbars before I got to the wash!

Tony was very pleasant and very efficient. Cleaned a food spill that grew black mold in the back of my car in about an hour and it looked better than it did before the spill! He’s also very affordable. Just know for now, they only take cash and check, but not credit card. Would definitely recommend to others.
